Objectives : Attitudes of families of mentally ill, health personnels and community leaders to the mentally ill after the development and utilization of the community mental health program and reintegration of the chronically ill patients into society. This study was designed to compare the attitudes toward the mentally ill patient of the persons who have important role in treating the mentally ill and to find the variables influencing the attitudes. Methods : We measured attitudes toward mental illness in psychotic patients' families(N=139), community leaders(N=180) and health personnels(N=324) including mental health personnels before the implementation of community mental health services in Yonchon county and Seodaemun district area. The instrument used to measure attitudes was Opinion about Mental Illness(O. M. I.) scale. Results : 1) Health personnel showed lower Authoritarianism(Factor A) and higher Benevolence(Factor B) scores on the average than community leaders and psychotic patients families. 2) Current residence affect the attitudes in psychotic patients' families, not in community leaders and health personnels. Families in urban area showed lower Authoritarianism(Factor A) and Social Restrictiveness(Factor D) and higher Benevolence(Factor B) scores than in the rural areas. 3) Many patient variables were correlated to the attitudes of families. Duration of illness, number of recurrence, number of admission, age of patient and family burden were positively correlated mainly to Social Restrictiveness(Factor D). 4) Sex and religion of respondents showed no or weak relationship with the factor scores. Conclusions : Education for community leaders and families is required to achieve successful community mental health services. Community support program should be developed for chronic, recurrent and burdensome psychiatric patients in the first place.

Purpose To meet changing social demands and fulfill the needs of the information and communications technology industry, the curriculum of MIS related department should develop and implement new conceptual frameworks. In response, the purpose of this study was to develop curriculum for students in the Department of e-Business at Kyungnam University. Design/methodology/approach We conducted a demands analysis of educational demanders, NCS(National Competency Standards) based curricular analysis, and benchmarking from other management information systems related departments. The expert panel committee consisting of e-Business department faculty members was held to examine and discuss the student-oriented curriculum developed during this study. Findings Results show that the contents and types of curriculum should be organized so that students can maximize their professional job competency to apply to their core professional tasks. Given these findings, we reconstructed the curriculum with both basic and advanced courses, all systematically organized according to the job requirements they offer toward meeting the industry’s needs. We also implemented the web-based JSSS(Job Searching Support System) with which educational demanders can search among 13 job types, estimate their performances, and obtain the information about course registration. In all this study presents specific, practical evidence of the job-related curriculum for students in the Department of e-Business at Kyungnam University.

The heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop during 9as cooling process of $CO_2$ (R744) in a helically coiled copper tube with the inner diameter of 4.55 mm and outer diameter of 6.35 mm were investigated experimentally. The main components of the refrigerant loop are a receiver, a variable-speed pump. a mass flow meter a pre-heater and a helically coiled type gas cooler (test section). The refrigerant mass fluxes are varied from 200 to $800kg/m^2s$ and the inlet pressures of gas cooler are 7.5 to 10.0 MPa. The heat transfer coefficients of $CO_2$ in a helically coiled tube are higher than those in a horizontal tube. The Pressure drop of $CO_2$ in the gas cooler shows a relatively good agreement with those predicted by Ito's correlation developed for single-phase in a helically coiled tube. The local heat transfer coefficient of $CO_2$ agrees well with the correlation by Pitla et al. However. at the region near pseudo-critical temperature. the experiments indicate higher values than the Pitla et al correlation. Therefore, various experiments in helically coiled tubes have to be conducted and it is necessary to develop the reliable and accurate prediction determining the heat transfer and pressure drop of $CO_2$ in a helically coiled tube.

Background/Aims: Although the quality of colonoscopy is considered important to improve screening efficacy, there is little evidence and few statistical reports which properly reflects the colonoscopy quality of clinical practices in Korea. We aimed to investigate the quality indicators of colonoscopy performing in clinical practice. Methods: We analyzed the computerized photo-documentation files of patients who were transferred to tertiary academic hospital from private clinics or primary and secondary hospitals from January 2012 to October 2012. Quality indicators including cecal intubation rate, withdrawal time, bowel preparation status, colonoscopy report form were analyzed. Bowel preparation was assessed by 4 steps on the preparation scale (excellent, good, fair, poor). Results: A total of 198 patients (134 male, 64 female) were enrolled and analyzed. Cecal intubation rate was 91.4% (181/198) and photo-documentation of appendiceal orifice and ileocecal valve was achieved as 84.3% (167/198) and 71.7% (142/198), relatively. Overall, 83.3% of cases were adequate bowel preparation state (excellent 52%, good 31.3%). Withdrawal time could be estimated at 94.4% (187/198) of cases and mean withdrawal time of diagonostic colonoscopy (n=165) was 8.6 minutes. However, the rate of cases which withdrawal time was more than 6 minutes was 69.7% (115/165). Total of 30 institution`s colonoscopy report forms were analyzed and among nearly half enrolled institutions (46.6%, 14/30) were just recording patient`s information and colonoscopic diagnosis. Conclusions: Considerable portion of colonoscopy examination in the primary clinical practice has been performed with low procedure quality. We thus need careful attention to maintain the quality of colonoscopy in daily practice routines. (Intest Res 2013;11:198-203)
Evaporation Heat Transfer Characteristics of CO₂ in a Horizontal Tube

The evaporation heat transfer coefficient of CO₂ (R-744) in a horizontal tube was investigated experimentally. The experiments were conducted without oil in a closed refrigerant loop which was driven by a magnetic gear pump. The main components of the refrigerant loop are a receiver, a variable-speed pump, a mass flow meter, a pre-heater and evaporator(test section). The test section consists of a smooth horizontal stainless steel tube of 7.75 ㎜ inner diameter. The experiments were conducted at mass flux of 200 to 500 ㎏/㎡s, saturation temperature of -5℃ to 5℃, and heat flux of 10 to 40 ㎾/㎡. The test results showed the evaporation heat transfer of CO₂ has greater effect on nucleate boiling than convective boiling. The evaporation heat transfer coefficient of CO₂ is highly dependent on the vapor quality, heat flux and saturation temperature. The evaporation heat transfer coefficient of CO₂ is very larger than that of R-22 and R-134a. In comparison with test results and existing correlations, the best fit of the present experimental data is obtained with the correlation of Jung et al. But the existing correlations failed to predict the evaporation heat transfer coefficient of CO₂. Therefore, it is necessary to develop reliable and accurate predictions determining the evaporation heat transfer coefficient of CO₂ in a horizontal tube.
The Riemann Type Fuzzy Integral

기존의 Fuzzy 적분과 리이만 타입 Fuzzy 적분과의 관계를 연구하였다. 특히 Fuzzy 적분과 리이만 타입 상적분이 일치함을 보였다. In this paper, we introduce a new type of integration of functions with respect to a fuzzy measure. In the definition of the new integral, We use the Riemann type sum. We investigate the relation between the new integral and the classical fuzzy integral.
