윤석열 정부 출범 이후 미래지향적 통일교육 방안 연구

한국의 통일 문제에 대한 정책은 다양한 남북 화해와 협력을 전개하며 동시에 남북 대치 국면에서 국가 안보의 길을 가야 한다. 한국 사회는 통일을 위한 남북평화를 추구하고 있다고 한다. 그러나 동시에 남북한 정치, 경제, 군사, 안보, 문화, 사회적 인식의 대립이 심각하게 이루어져 있어, 남북의 갈등 양상은 예측하기 어렵다. 이에 대북 관계 개선내지는 안보적 태세를 위해서라도 우리 사회는 평화적 논의와 안보적 대비를 장기적인 전략으로 전개되어야 한다. 따라서 평화통일을 지향하는 통일교육은 군사적으로 벌어지는 문제에 대한 확실한 국민적 공감을 얻는 내용을 견지해야 하며, 동시에 국내외 사회와 함께 하는 대북 교류와 협력을 반드시 전개하는 이유를 밝혀야 한다. 또한 통일교육은 남남갈등의 문제에 있어서도 보수와 진보 세력들의 갈등 완화를 관여하면서 상호 이해의 폭을 확대하여야 한다. 막연히 종북 논리나 친미 논리, 친일 논리에 편승하거나 낙인찍는 입장으로는 한국의 통일교육이 제대로 성장할 수 없다. 따라서 남북한의 통일 미래는 무엇보다 우선 한국 내부의 화해와 토론의 문화가 지속가능하게 확보되는 통일교육을 강화해야 만들어질 수 있을 것이다. South Korea’s policy on the unification issue should develop various inter-Korean reconciliation and cooperation, and at the same time go the way of national security in the face of inter-Korean confrontation. Even for the sake of improving relations with North Korea or security posture, our society must develop peaceful discussions and security preparations as a long-term strategy. Therefore, unification education aimed at peaceful unification must adhere to the contents of gaining public sympathy for military issues, and at the same time, it must clarify the reasons for exchange and cooperation with North Korea with domestic and foreign society. In addition, unification education should expand the breadth of mutual understanding while involved in mitigating conflicts between conservatives and progressives in the issue of south-south conflicts. South Korea’s unification education cannot grow properly with a position that vaguely jumps on the logic of pro-North Korea, pro-US, or pro-Japanese logic or stigmatizes it. Therefore, the future of unification between the two Koreas can only be created by strengthening unification education that sustainably secures a culture of reconciliation and discussion within South Korea.

만성 강박장애 환자의 정서처리 특성 : 정신분열병 환자 및 정상인과의 비교

Objectives : Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) tends to take chronic course as schizophrenia. Researchers reported that OC patients had idiosyncratic sensitivity to threat-related information, while schizophrenic patients were reported to have affec-tive blunting. We hypothesized that there might be a difference in emotional response between OCD and SPR in cronic phase. Methods : Eight different emotional tasks were done by 25 healthy controls, 21 OCD patients and 25 SPR patients. Visual stimuli were made by pairing two words or pictures. Four kinds of emotional stimuli (positive, negative, combined and neutral)were presented to subjects through monitor and they were asked to report their subjective feelings by pushing mouse button, In the combined condition, a pair of positive words (or pictures) and negative words (or pictures) were presented simultaneously. The responses and response time were recorded and analyzed using SPSS 9.0 package. Results : In the negative condition, OCD group didn't show any deficit compared to healthy group. But SPR group showed significantly lower appropriate response rate than healthy group, In the combined condition, OCD and healthy control group Showed 'negativity bias' which SPR group didn't show. In the positive condition, however, OCD and SPR groups did show Significantly lower appropriate response rate than healthy controls. Conclusion : Our results suggested that OCD patients may not have deficits in the processing of negative emotion even in the chronic phase but to have a specific deficit in positive emotion. This result supports the 'threat-relatedness hypothesis' on attentional bias of OCD.

Frontoethmoidal sinus mucocele usually presents with frontal headache, exophthalmos and diplopia. Over the years it has necessitated either a conservative or a radical procedure. However, recently endoscopic sinus surgery has afforded to decrease the operative morbidity, and image the sinus postoperatively without problem. We have experienced a case of frontoethmoidal sinus mucocele which was satisfactorily treated with endoscopic marsupialization. Till now, no disease recurrence has been noted with endoscopic follow-up for 5 months. The etiology, characteristic features, and treatment of frontoethmoidal mucocele were reviewed.

중이 수술후 청력 변화에 대한 임상적 고찰

statistical analysis of bone conduction loss in chronic otitis media has not been exactly reported until now. Authors studied the relationship between the preoperative bone conduction hearing level and age, nature of middle ear and temporal bone pathology, pneumatization of mastoid in 97 ears of chronic uppurative otitis media performed middle ear surgery at Konkuk University Hospital from March 1992 to December 1992. The results were as following: The mean bone conduction threshold was 16.2±12.4dB. In the cases of ossicular defect, bone conduction loss was greater in total destruction than in partial destruction with statistical significance. Among ossicular defect, incus destruction group showed more bone conduction loss than intact incus group with statistical significance. There was no difference of bone conduction loss according to pathologic findings in middle ear cavity and mastoid antrum, but pathologic groups showed more bone conduction loss than control group with normal temporal bone pneumatization with statistical significance. Comparing pneumatization of mastoid antrum and mastoid process, there was statistically significant bone conduction loss in orders of pneumatic type, diploic type, sclerotic type, cholesteatoma cavity. There was no difference of bone conduction hearing level according to age, sex, and duration of disease process with statistical significance. The results suggest that the bone conduction threshold in chronic otitis media is influenced by artificial elevation due to conductive defect and can be improved by reconstructive surgery.Many patients being followed for chronic suppuration of the middle ear were observed to have sensorineural or mixed type hearing loss. The major cause of this bone conduction loss might be secondary to cochlear biochemical changes occuring through the round window membrane. 녹차추출물이 Aeromonas hydrophila의 생존에 미치는 영향

천연물에서 보존료의 개발이 요구되고 있으며, 이에 따른 많은 연구들이 진행되어 왔다. 본연구는 천연물인 녹차로부터 식중독세균에 대한 항균활성으로 여러 가지 기능성을 검토함으로서 합성품으로서가 아닌 천연의 보존료를 얻고자 본 실험을 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 녹차를 물과 70% 에탄올로 추출하여 식중독세균중 Aeromonas hydrophila에 대한 항균활성을 조사하였다. 녹차 추출물 혹은 합성보존료인 potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate를 tryptic soy broth(TSB)에 0∼2%(w/v)첨가하여 pH를 5.5∼7.0으로 조정한후 A. hydrophila를 ?∼? CFU/ml 되게 접종하여 35℃에서 48시간동안 배양하면서 생균수를 측정하였으며 녹차추출물에 의한 생육저해환의 크기를 측정하였다. 아울러 녹차추출물과 보존료의 생균수변화로부터 minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)와 minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)를 측정하여 항균활성을 비교하였다. A. hydrophila에 대한 녹차추출물의 항균활성은 pH가 높을수록 컸으나 보존료의 항균활성은 pH가 높을수록 감소하였다. pH 6.5와 7.0에서 A. hydrophila에 대한 녹차추출물의 MIC는 0.28∼0.35%였으며 MBC는 1.5∼2.0%였다. 보존류의 경우에는 pH 5.5∼6.5에서 1.5∼2.0%에서 억제되었으나 pH 7.0에서는 세균의 증식이 억제되지 않았다. 녹차 추출물의 A. hydrophila에 대한 항균활성은 합성보존료 보다 월등히 강하여 앞으로 식품에서 천연보존료로서의 이용가치가 있을 것으로 기대된다. Green tea water extract(GTW) and green tea ethanol(GTE) were prepared to investigate antibacterial activity on the pathogenic bacteria. The inhibitory effect of green tea extracts on the growth of Aeromonas hydropila was determined. Tryptic soy broth(TSB) containing 0∼2% (w/v) of green tea extracts adjusted to pH 5.5, 6.0, 6.5 and 7.0 was inoculated with ??CFU/ml of pathogenic bacteria and incubated at 35℃ for 24∼48 hours. The plate counting tecnique and clear zone test were used to test inhibitory effect of the extracts. Minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC) was derived from the survival curves of A. hydrophila. Antibacterial activity of the green tea extracts were compared with those of preservatives. A. hydrophila was very resistant to preservatives but very sensitive to green tea extracts. Green tea extracts showed excellent growth inhibiting activities for A. hydrophila. Antibacterial activities of potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate were increased with decreasing pH while those of green tea extracts increased with increasing pH. Minuinum inhibitory concentration(MIC) and mininum bactericidal concentration(MBC) of green tea extracts and preservatives were determined at 35℃. A. hydrophila was completely inhibited at level of 0.28∼0.35% and bactrericidal at 1.5∼2.0% at pH 6.5∼7.0. A. hydrophila was inhibited at level of 0.5∼2.0% preservatives at pH 5.5∼6.5 and non inhibitory at pH 7.0. This result suggests that green tea extracts can be used as an effective natural antibacterial agent in food.

This paper presents the study of the tension control in a web transfer system. In this study the sliding mode controller is applied to a time-varying nonlinear mathematical model. The model was derived to consider the effects of changing the roll rad;us in tension variation during winding and unwinding. The uncertainty in modeling may be due to unmodelled dynamics, on variations in system model. Designed sliding mode controller made the system error always staying in the suggested surface from the beginning. Through this, system is maintained to be robust against a disturbance and uncertainty. To verify the designed controller has a good performance, various inputs such as desired velocity, step input, and trapezoidal input are applied. When the sliding mode controller was used, the system(the tension control) performance was improved comparing to the PID controller. The robustness of the controller with respect to an estimation error was verified through simulations.
