      • Carbohydrate-containing Triton X-100 analogues for membrane protein solubilization and stabilization

        <P>Membrane protein manipulation is a challenging task owing to limited tertiary and quaternary structural stability once the protein has been removed from a lipid bilayer. Such instability can be overcome by embedding membrane proteins in detergent micelles formed from amphiphiles with carefully tuned properties. This study introduces a class of easy-to-synthesize amphiphiles, which are designated CGT (Chae's Glyco-Triton) detergents.       • 여름 고추육묘의 트라이졸계 처리에 의해 유기된 생육억제 해소에 관한 연구

        고온기 고추육묘에 처리한 생장억제제 처리 효과 및 정식 후 생육억제를 회복하기 위하여 GA, 관수, 고온처리 효과에 대한 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 1.생장억제제 트리아졸계 처리 횟수에 따라 초장 및 주경장은 뚜렷한 차이를 나타냈고 근장도 2회 처리를 함으로 1회 처리를 한 것보다 발달하지 않았다. 2. 왜화된 고추묘의 생육억제 해소에 미치는 영향은 초장 및 주경장의 생장에는 GA처리구가 뚜렷하였으나 다른 처리구는 비슷한 경향이었고 경경은 변화가 없었다. 3. 생육회복을 위한 처리별 생체 및 건물중은 정식 후 30일까지는 변화가 거의 없었으나 그 후 45일까지 급격히 증가하였는데 고온 및 관수처리구에서 뚜렷한 차이를 보였으며 45일 이후에는 모든 처리구에서 비슷한 경향을 보였다. 4. 정식 45일 경 처리구간 엽록소 함량은 GA처리구에서 가장 낮았으며 다른 처리구간에는 비슷했다. This study was carried out to find effects of restoration of hot pepper seedling dwarfed by the treatment of diniconazole by introducing GA₃, Irrigation and high temperature at knight and the results obtained are summarized as follows. The main results of this research are summarized as follows. 1. In the case of plant height and main stem hight treated with the first time and second time diniconazole showed the strongest effect than untreatment. The root length treated with diniconazole the first time effect gradually disappeared than the second time. 2. Sprays of GA₃100ppm to the dwarfed seedlings by diniconazole pretreatment were effective in counteracting the plant height and main stem height growth inhibition caused by diniconazole pretreatment. 3. The fresh and dry weight of pepper seedling were not significantly different untill 30days in planting, but were increased to 45days from 30days in planting. 4. The chlorophyll content were decreased more or less treatment of GA₃ 100ppm after 45days in planting.

      • Cytokinin류의 경엽처리가 봄감자 동화물질 전류에 미치는 영향

        Effect of Cytokinins(Kinetin and Benzyl adenin :BA) on the yields and carbohydrats and nitrogen compounds in the different parts of the spring potatoes as Stadies. Both kinetin and BA caused sisnifican (P <0.05) increare in yields, (carbohydrats and nitrogen compounds in the plant) while no sisnificar increares were observed in treatments the average tubes weights per plant were increased incread in low concentration of kinetin treatment where are in hight concentration of BA. Starch conteints in leaf treated with kinetin and BA showed lower than that of the control, and in stem 1∼2% higher than that of the control the starch con in treat the control. The starch sugar contents in the tuber treated with kinetins and BA has no significan difference between the treatment and the control. The free sugar contents in the leaf, freated with kinetins showed me much significan differentes between the treatment and the control.

        과도기의 사유와 '국민문학'론 : 1940년을 전후한 시기, 최재서의 문학론 연구

        The term 'National Literature'('Kukmin Munhak') in the period of the colony is problematique. It is not only national, but also anti-national. The transition of literary theory and criticism of Choi, Jae-seo(최재서) is under the change of the definition of 'Modern'. At the first(1930'), J-S. Choi defined 'Modern' as 'Transitional Period', He said that Transitional Period is chaotic, because in this period no man had traditions and convictions to rely on. Therefore in this period, the attitude of critic is the critical attitude. This attitude have a desire to destroy negatively. His theory of the satirical literature or of the personality is on this attitude. In the 1940', Choi redefined 'Modern' as the society with strengthened system where the mind of man is sophisticated. And differently, he supposed the transitional period. He thought that this transition is worldwide and the critics have to make an effort in order to establish New Order. Needless to say, it is to support Japanese imperialism. The criticism of Choi changed with this redefinition. For that reason, this change is not due to the rupture of intelligence. This change is with logical necessity.

        탈-식민의 거울, 임화

        This study is on what is called 'transplantation'. Im Hwa(林和) had considered 'the hisory of new-literature of Cho-sun'(朝鮮新文學史) is the history of transplantation of the european literature. And the european literature is considered as literature in generature. But in his writings the location of japan literature is indistinct. Japen literature is not only the cause of the unevenness of national literature but the intermediary of european literature. Im Hwa considered japan literature not as the imperial but as the 'window'. Im HWA had two 'mirror' : european literature, and imperial literature. But he had breaken the one. But the imperial literature as mirror could not be disappeared, and the european literature as the object of mimicry is as usual.

      • 삽목방법이 묘소질과 토마토 생육에 미치는 영향

        본 시험은 60일 된 토마토 실생묘의 정단부를 제외하고 상위, 중위, 하위 각 2마디를 하나로, 푸르미, 토실이 용토에 마디삽목하여 묘의 소질을 조사하고, 육성된 마디삽목묘를 저단밀식 재배하여 토마토의 생육과 과실의 특성에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과는 다음과 같다 1. 삽목 10일과 30일 후 신초장 및 신초경의 생육은 하나로, 푸르미용토가 유의적인 차이가 있었으며, 20일 후 신초장과 신근은 푸르미용토에서 삽수채취 하위부분에서 길었다. 2. 최종수확기에서 잎수는 푸르미상토가 많았고, 마디수는 중·하위절이 많았다. 초장과 엽장, 지상부 및 지하부 생체중과 건물중은처리간 유의성이 없었다. 3. 생육중기의 엽록소함량은 푸르미용토와 중·상위 절이 많았으나 최종수확기 무렵에는 처리구간 비슷하였다. This study was conducted to investigate the effects of the bedsoils(H,P and T) and the cutting sites the seedling quality, growth and fruit characters in the dense planting culture of tomato. The samples for test were prepared by dividing three parts(upper, middle and lower part) of 60days old healthy seedlings of tomatoes and collecting 2 modes from each part except the shoot position. The tomato's major characters, seedling quality, fruit character and soluble solids content were measured after 10, 20, and 30 days. 1. The new shoot length grew up bed soil of Hanaro, Promi but Hanaro soil thicken new shoot diameter and new root grew highly of promi soil, lower node in the 10 days after cutting. The growth of new shoot length in the 20 days after cutting grew up highly Promi soil and upper position node, middle position node, the growth of new root grew up highly Promi soil, middle position node and lower node. The growth of new shoot length in the 30 days after cutting grew up highly Hanaro soil and new root number was good enough in Hanaro soil and upper position, middle position node. 2. Leaf number was a lot in Promi soil at harvest time but node number was a lot in middle and lower position node. Flesh and dry weight of plant heigh, leaf, stem and root was similar. 3. The chlorophyll content of growing period on 20 May and 20 June was high in Promi soil and middle, lower position node but on 20 July was similar to all treatments.

      • 수박 接木苗 生産에 관한 硏究

        수박의 우량접목묘 생산을 위한 기초자료를 얻기 위하여 조사 및 실험을 수행한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 시판되고 있는 수박종자의 포장단위별 입수가 동일하지 않았으며 221립에서 많은 것은 257립까지 매우 다양하였다. 개체별 중량도 다양하여 30mg이하가 9.8%, 30-35mg이 17.9%, 36-41mg이 25.9%, 42-47mg이 27.7%였으며, 48mg이상은 18.7%로 조사되었다. 2. 수박의 종자중량에 따라 발아 후의 배축경이 달랐는데 46mg이상의 대립종자에서는 1.96mm로 굵었고, 45-36mg에서는 1.82mm로 중간정도이고 35mg이하의 소립종자에서는 1.51mm로 가늘게 나타났다. 3. 접목당시 수박의 배축경이 굵을 수록 묘의 소질이 좋은 결과로 나타났으며, 평균과 중도 높게 나타났다. Experiments were conducted to obtain basic data on the production of high-quality grafted seedlings of watermelon, and the results are summarized as follows: 1. The number of watermelon seeds contained in commercial packages was not consistent, ranging from 221 to 257. In addition, weight of individual dry seed was also variable. The mean % compositions by size of seeds were 9.8% 30mg or less, 17.9% 30-35mg, 25.9% 36-41mg, 27.7% 42-47mg, and 18.7% 48mg or greater. 2. The diameter of hypocotyl after germination was dependent upon the seed weight. Large seeds with 46mg or greater dry seed weight had a thick hypocotyl with an average diameter of 1.96mm. However, medium size seeds with 45-36mg dry weight had 1.82mm, and smaller seed with 35mg or less dry weight had 1.51mm of an average hypocotyl diameter. 3. The greater the diameter of hypocotyl at the time of grafting, the higher the quality of the grafted seedling, and the greater the mean weight of fruits harvested.

      • 수박종자의 크기가 묘의 소질 및 수량에 미치는 영향

        수박종자의 크기에 따른 발아율과 배축 굵기, 뿌리발육상태, 접목묘 생육 및 과실 품질에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 종자 크기별 발아율은 대립은 97%, 중립은 94%, 소립은 91.9%로 종자의 중량이 큰 대립종자 일수록 발아율이 높았다. 2. 종자의 크기별 배축 굵기는 대립이 1.63mm, 중립이 1.45mm, 소립이 1.29mm로 종자의 중량이 클수록 배축이 굵고 뿌리무게도 무거운 것으로 나타났다. 3. 종자의 크기별 접수의 소질은 종자의 중량이 큰 것일수록 좋은 경향이 있었으나 초장, 엽장 등은 소립종자에서 유의적인 경향이 나타났다. 4. 종자의 크기별 접목묘 소질은 대립종자에서 유의적인 차이를 보였고, 뿌리중량은 중립종자에서 다소 높은 경향이었으나 통계적 유의성은 인정되지 않았다. 5. 종자 크기별 착과 절위별로 과중은 자만 7~8절에서 6.6kg, 자만 9~ 10절에서 7.4kg, 자만 11~13절에서 7.2kg으로 자만 9~10절에 착과시킨 처리구가 가장 좋았다. 6. 접목융합의 정도에 따라 생육과 과실의 품질에 유의성이 있었다. 7. 종자의 크기가 클수록 발아율과 배축 굵기, 균일도 등이 높아 접목작업이 용이하여 접목능률을 향상시켰다. Effects of seeds size(small, medium and large) in watermelon(citrulus vulgaris schard) on seed germination, seedlings growth and the quality of fruit were investigated. The results are as followings. The seeds of watermelon were classified according to the weight of seeds into 3 groups, small (〈34mg), medium(44-35mg) and large( 〉45mg). Germination rate increased from 91.9% to 97% as the seed size increased. Hypocotyle thickness increased from 1.1mm to 1.5mm as the size of seeds increased. The heavier root weight was the larger the seeds were. The quality of seedlings improved as the seed size increased. Fruit quality was better at larger seed. At the same time, the efficiency of grafting improved since larger seeds produced higher uniformity at germination rate and hypocotyl thickness. The fruit weight was 6.6kg at 7-8 node, 7.4kg at 9-10kg and 7.2kg at 11-13kg.

      • 器內培養에 의한 Denphalae의 大量增殖

        Denphalae(Dendrobium phalaenopsis)의 대량증식에 관한 실험을 실시한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 식물재료의 소독은 sodium Hypochlorite에 먼저 씻은 후 Ethylalcohol 70%에 l0초, Ca(CIO)_2 5%에 5분, 껍질 제거후 1% Ca(ClO)_2에 10분, 그후 미세조정후 치상하는 것이 가장 양호하였다. 2. MS기본배지에 Sucrose 3%, NAA O.5, BA O.5ppm, 사과즙액 10%, 감자즙액 10%, 참가한 pH 5.4의 액체진탕에서 가장 증식이 양호하였고 진탕속도는 30~40rpm/min이 좋았다. 3. 배양환경의 적용범위는 대체로 넓었으며 온도는 24~28℃, 일장은 8~l6시간, 조도는 1,000∼3,000Lux에서 별 차이를 보이지 않았으나 온도는 26℃土1℃, 일장은 l6시간, 조도는 l,500Lux로 조정하여 배양한 결과는 배우 양호 하였다. Effects of Sterilization on the Shoot-tip and medium, Temperature, Vibration and Photolength on the growth of Denphalae were studied using tissue cultural method 1. It is evident that the treatment of 1% calsium hypoclorne for 10 minutes after taking off the outer covers, 5% Ca(C10)_2 for 5 minuter and 70% ethyl alcohol for l0 seconds on the shoot-tip is an useful technique in sterilizaton. 2. The medium with the addition of 3% sucrose, 0.5ppm NAA, 0.5ppm BA, l0% apple juice, and 10% potato extract in pH 5.4 under the vibration speed of 30 to 40 rpm for 1 minuter showed a good effect on the growth of Denphalae. 3. The optimum range of the growth temperature, day lenth and photoperiod for Denphalae found to be 24 to 28℃, 8 to 16 hours and l,000 lux respectively. The enviromental condition of temperatue, day length and photoperiod for mass production of Denphalae showed 26^± 1℃ 16 hours and 1,500 lux respectivery.
