이 연구는 경찰청에서 실시하고 있는 「전국 체감안전도 조사」의 전체 지표구성의 변화추이를 분석하여 문제점을 파악하고, 이를 토대로 이론적 배경을 갖추고 시민들의 체감안전도를 정확하게 측정하는 데 도움이 될 수 있는 지표로 개선할 수 있는 아이디어를 제언하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 현 체감안전도 조사가 태생적으로 지적받아온 설문문항 구성의 문제점에 대해 최근 5년간의 설문문항을 바탕으로 변화과정을 조사하고, 이를 바탕으로 문제점을 분석해 기존 문제제기의 정당성과 근거를 확보하고자 하였다. 최근 5년간 설문 문항의 구조분석을 통해 도출할 수 있었던 체감안전도 문항의 문제점은 크게 두 가지로 나뉜다. 첫 번째는 문항구성의 오류이다. 문항구성의 오류는 문항의 종류에 따라 구체적 범죄에 대한 체감안전도 문항 구성의 오류와 일반 범죄유형 문항의 누락을 들 수 있다. 두 번째는 일관성 없이 계속 변경되는 설문문항의 비일관성 문제이다. 문항의 잦은 변경으로 인해 평가지표로서의 체감안전도의 가치가 저하되며, 치안의 일관성을 약화시켜 주민들로부터 경찰활동에 대한 신뢰를 저하시킬 수 있고, 누적자료로서의 가치가 하락한다는 단점이 발생하게 된다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the changes in the overall indicator composition of the Korean National Police Agency's National Safety Perception Survey to identify problems and suggest ideas that can be improved with theoretical backgrounds and accurately measure citizens' perceived safety. In order to achieve this research purpose, the current survey on safety was originally pointed out based on the recent five-year questionnaire to investigate the change process and analyze the problems to secure justification and grounds for raising existing problems. There are two main problems with the sensitivity safety questions that have been derived through structural analysis of the questionnaire over the past five years. The first is an error in the constructing the question. Errors in the composition of questions can include errors in the composition of safety-level questions and omission of general crime-type questions, depending on the type of questions. The second problem is the inconsistency of the questionnaire that continues to change inconsistently. Frequent changes in questions reduce the value of survey as an evaluation indicator, weaken the consistency of public security, and reduce the value as accumulated data.
Effectiveness Evaluation on Human Engineering Part in Wolsong 1 Stress Test

After Fukusima 1 nuclear power plant accident in Japan, lots of measures have been taken to strengthen the safety of the nuclear power plant. One of them is stress test, which evaluates the maintainability of plant safety assuming the most severe condition that has no power supply and ultimate heat sink. This report describes one of stress test results performed for domestic nuclear power plants in the point of human engineering aspect such as organization, personnel, working procedure, man-machine interface, working tool, environmental condition, education and training, etc. The stress test for the area of human engineering has been conducted in accordance with the international guideline, which establishes ultimate accident scenarios and evaluates time and measures during the process of scenarios for recognizing the status, deciding countermeasures, installing counter-measuring facilities and its implementability before the plant reaches function failure, fuel damage or containment failure. It also evaluates the existence of relevant equipment and tools and its utilization strategy, relevance of organization and personnel, and work procedure. The evaluation results show that all the plants are appropriately prepared and maintained against ultimate condition.

Japan has succeeded in developing the necessary headlamp technologies and commercializing the world's first headlamp utilizing white LED's. The LED headlamp also was applied to both Audi R8 in Europe and Cadillac Escalade Platinum in UAS in 2008. Because of the trend of global considering LED Headlamp, development to apply to LED headlamp in Korea is processing actively. However, LED headlamp have to use the high bright LED and heavy heat dispassion systems to proceed headlamp performance. Because of the structure problems weight and cost of the LED headlamp are risen. Therefore, for affordable cost of LED headlamp, the technical study is necessary. In this study, Prototype LED headlamp is made and evaluated luminous intensity, fuel consumption and exhaust gas with halogen headlamp. In the results of this study, the luminous intensity performance of LED headlamp is better and more eco-friendly then halogen headlamp.
루프형 히트파이프를 적용한 CPU 냉각장치에 관한 실험적 연구

According to the improvement of PC performance, it is expected that heating value, which causes PC to malfunction, is increased. Therefore, the development of new cooling system is recently required. As the method to solve this problem, we applied looped heat pipe to PC cooling system. The advantage of the looped heat pipe is that it has a small size, light weight, simple shape, long life and it has a good performance on heat transfer, no-noise, wide range of applicable temperature and no supply of power from the outside. It is confirmed that looped heat pipe reduces thermal resistance and has a good performance on PC cooling.
사업용 자동차의 전조등 주간점등운행의 경제성 및 안전성 평가

Accidents by commercial vehicles were occurred mainly in the daytime. So it is necessary to take measures to prevent accidents by commercial vehicles. In this study, various problems associated with commercial vehicle accidents were identified and solutions were suggested to prevent to those accidents using the headlights. In this study, fuel consumption, additional costs, accident reduction were studied due to the introduction of the daytime running lamps(DRL). The theoretical information about the benefits of using the DRL was provided. Based on the theoretical information, the efficient uses of DRL for commercial vehicles were suggested.

The influence of the heat sources on LED junction temperature are Engine room air, Back plate, Electric power device, and so on. LED headlamp cooling system is considered to be an important subject for high light efficiency. Because LED Chip will be problem When LED junction temperature be over 135℃. In this Study, the Looped Heat Pipe System is considered to prevent LED Chip fall. The LHPS is consist of evaporator part, condenser part, heat pipe part. The working fluid of LHPS is HCFC-123.

EMB is considered as the next generation braking mechanism because it has simple structure and is environment friendly. However, as other brake mechanisms, EMB should be operated reliably for any operating conditions. EMB should be designed with fail-safe and fault-tolerant control concepts, which requires robust fault detection algorithms for various possible faults. But, in the design of fault detection algorithms, it is very difficult to construct faulty conditions in real EMB and thus, simulations are often used to emulate the faulty conditions. In this paper, a simulation tool is developed using the commercial software to emulate gear faults in the EMB mechanism.
자동차 냉방시스템에서 건조기 일체형 응축기에 관한 연구

An experimental study was performed to understand the heat transfer and fluid dynamic characteristics of Sub-Cooled Hybrid Condenser (SCHC), which conventional condenser and receiver dryer are integrated into. SCHC also employs a sub-cooled refrigerant passages at the end of the condenser in order to supply perfect liquid refrigerant to the expansion unit. Throughout the present study it was found that the developed SCHC increases in the degree of sub-cooling by 10 ~ 100% compared to conventional condenser. The excessive sub-cool has improved the cooling performance by 10%, and that leads reduction in evaporator outlet ai<br/> temperature 1.5℃. Also found through the study is that the refrigerant pressure drop across SCHC is fairly increased due to insertion of the desiccant cartridge in the receiver tank whic is composed of 제올라이트(zeolite), filter and supporter plate.

In this study, eye-recovery time after glare exposure to oncoming headlight was measured increasing illuminance at eye point with various light sources(H4, H7 and HID) and aiming conditions. for measuring eye-recovery time, experimental setup was made up in dark room and used various twelve illumination conditions of light sources and aiming conditions. Different light sources were exposed at subjects for 4 seconds to test people's eye. In case of target of 400% ratio of contrast, it was found that under nominal aiming condition the glare exposures representing halogen and HID bulbs produced similar recovery time. However, with 0.5° of misaim upwards, non-standard HID bulb exposure produced significantly longer recovery time. It showed that total braking distance of car using non-standard bulbs were increased about 27.5m at driving with 80㎞/h.
