      • 제주재래마 특이 표지인자 개발

        본 연구는 제주재래마의 유전적 특성파악과 이를 통한 타품종과의 유전적 특이성을 가지는 DNA 표지인자를 개발하고자 PCR-RAPD기법을 이용하여 제주재래마와 더러브렛, 가고시마의 3품종에서의 다형 band에 대한 특성파악을 실시한 결과이다. 각 품종별로 10두의 혈액을 혼합한 후 분석하였고 200개의 random primer들 중 PCR증폭양상의 재현성을 기준으로 70개의 primer를 선별하였다. 또한 선별된 primer들중 다형성을 9개의 primer를 이용하여 개체별 DNA분석을 실시하였으며 9개의 prkmer에 의해 나타난 15개의 band는 제주재래마 특이 band, 4개는 더러브렛종에 그리고 4개는 가지고시마 재래마에 품종특이 RAPD band가 나타났다. 따라서 RAPD기법에 의해 품종간의 차이를 보이는 표지인자의 개발이 가능할 뿐 아니라 품종간의 특성차이를 보이는 유전인자 개발과 특성파악이 용이한 것으로 평가되었다. This study was carried out using PCR-RAPD technique to estimate genetic characteristics of Cheju Horse (Jorangmal) and to develop the DNA marker for bread identification in horse. Each three horse breeds was represented by pooled DNA from 10 individuals and tested for 200 different random primers for their reproducible PCR pattern. From them 70 primer were selected and 9 primers were used to detect the difference between breeds at the individual level. Fifteen highly polymorphic bands were observed between breeds using 9 primers . Additionally, the 15 most polymorphic bands showed great difference between breeds in their appearing frequencies, implicating their usefulness in the breed discrimination and in the characterization of genetic structure. Therefore, the polymorphism of RAPD could be used in characterizing genomic difference between breeds and some genetic mechanism that give rise to breed disctimination in horse.

        In this paper, reflex RGB data captured from WebCam is stored to HDD through USB port at every 5 seconds intervals. Also, if strangers are detected through Motion Detection routine, warning voice message is broadcasted and invasion message is transmitted by e-mail and transmit the e-mail title to mobile phone through WAP(Wireless Application Protocol) Push. The detected image is stored to hard-disk in 'month - day - hour - minute - second . jpg' data type. And the image data is transmitted to web server through FTP(File Transfer Protocol) because invader can deletes or destroys the image data on hard-disk. We implement a surveillance system which is able to utilize through internet regardless of time and space.

      • Timoshenko 보 이론을 이용한 층상균열이 있는 보의 진동해석 및 비파괴적 평가

        A study of the natural vibrations of Timoshenko beam with a split is presented. An analytic model, based on the transverse and longitudinal vibration of beams is employed to determine the natural frequencies. The variations of natural frequencies with the changes of size and location of laminar tear are plotted for several thickness ratio. A specific example are given to show the effects of rotary inertia, and shear deformation on the natural frequencies of the beam with a split. A new skill for the presentation of relationship between the size and location of laminar tear and natural frequencies is presented.

      • 폴리아믹산을 함유한 에폭시 수지의 기능화

        Epoxy resin based upon the N,N'-diglycidylaniline was modified with poly(amic acid)(PAA). Prior to aromatic amine cure, the possible reactions in the epoxy resin/PAA blends were investigated used FT-IR and inherent viscosity techniques with the addition of 4,4'-diamino-3,3'-diethyldicyclohexylmethane(3DCM) as hardener. PI-modified epoxy(GAYA) blends were prepared by IPNs method. IR, TGA, DSC, DMA, TMA and UTM are used to measured the thermal and mechanical properties. Thermal stability increasing with increasing PAA content in blends. Lowering Tgs with increasing PAA content in blends are observed except for the blend modified with thermoplastic. Improvement of the impact strengths in J/M in the range 920∼2,412 are observed for blends and the improvement of the impact strength is closely related to the content of PAA in blends. A rough surface was observed by SEM examination on the propagation surface of the impact specimen, while a smooth surface is observed on the unmodified epoxy specimen. The morphological observations suggest the PAA segment may act as a toughening agent in the epoxy networks, thus contributing to the impact improvement of the blends.

      • 3-레벨 반브리지로 구성된 SSSC의 동특성 분석

        This paper proposes an SSSC based on 3-level half-bridge inverters. The dynamic characteristic of the proposed SSSC was analyzed by EMTP simulation, assuming that the SSSC is inserted in the transmission line of the one-machine-infinite-bus power system. The proposed SSSC has six 3-level half-bridge inverters per phase, which poperates in PWM mode. The proposed SSSC generates a quasi-sinusoidal output voltage by 90 degree phase shift to the line current. The proposed SSSC does not require the coupling transformer for voltage injection, and has a flexibility in operation voltage by increasing the number of series connection.

      • 압축력을 받는 결함이 있는 구조물의 주파수 해석

        Vibration analysis of through-the-width-split beams for predicting buckling load is investigated based on Euler-Bernoulli beam theory. In split region, each segment is considered as a solid beam. In this region, recurrence equations relating integration constants for adjacent interior regions are established by satisfying continuity conditions at junctions of interior regions. The results of present study are compared with those of experiment and their results give good agreement with each other. From the result, it was shown that local buckling phenomena could appear in fundamental mode, however, there exists load carrying capacity after this phenomena.

      • 韓國在來山羊의 體重에 따른 屠體 및 精肉生産量

        한국 재래산양 34두로부터 체중에 따른 도체 및 부산물 생산량과 정육율을 조사하였다. 생체중이 13.3kg에서 33.4kg까지 증가함에 따라 도체율은 35.32%에서 45.94%까지 상승하였다. 생체중(X)과 도체율(Y)의 관계는 Y=-4.537 +4.049X-0.067X2으로 추정되었으며 생체중 28KG에서 도체율(48.7%)이 가장 높았다. 도체중이 4.70KG에서 15.34KG으로 증가에 따라 정육율도 64.05%에서 74.31%로 증가하였다. 도체중(x)과 정육율(y)의 관계는 Y= 50.162+3.533X-0.127X2으로 추정되었으며 도체중 13.9KG (생체중30KG)에서 정육율(74.7%)이 가장 높았다. 따라서 재래산양의 적정 도살 시기는 생체중 30KG 내외가 적당할 것으로 사료된다. Thirty-four heads of Korean native goats were used to investigate the yields of carcass and by-products and lean-meat percentage as influenced by live weight. The dressing percentages were increased 35.32% to 45.94% with increasing live weight from 13.3kg to 33.4kg. The regression equation of dressing percentare(Y) on live weight(X) was Y= -4.537 + 4.049X - 0.076X2 and the highest dressing percentage(48.7%) was found at 28kg of live weight. The lean-meat percentages were increased 64.05% to 74.31% with increasing carcass weight from 4.70kg to 15.34kg, The regression equation of lean-meat percentare(Y) on carcass weight(X) was Y =50.162+3.533X-0.127X2 and the highest lean-meat percentage(74.7%) was found at 13.9kg of carcass weight (30kg of live weight). Therefore, it is considered that the optimum slaughter weight of Korean native goat is around 30kg of live body.

      • Growth and characterization of single crystalline Ga-doped ZnO films using rf magnetron sputtering

        <P>In this article it is shown that high quality single crystalline Ga-doped ZnO (GZO) films could be achieved on ac-plane sapphire using conventional rf magnetron sputtering. High-resolution x-ray diffractometry, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and scanning electron microscopy investigations clearly confirmed that the GZO films with low Ga doping levels up to 1wt% were of high quality single crystal, which is featured by the (0002) rocking curve as narrow as 0.14°, symmetric six poles in pole figure, sharply defined spot pattern in the TEM diffraction diagram of the interfacial region, and the flat surface. It was also estimated from the Hall measurements and photoluminescence spectroscopy that these single crystalline GZO films possessed good optical and electrical characteristics including the narrow band-width and higher intensity of exciton-related emission peak, Hall mobility as large as 66 cm<SUP>2</SUP> V<SUP>−1</SUP> s<SUP>−1</SUP>, and the resistivity as low as 1.69 × 10<SUP>− 3</SUP> Ω cm.</P>

        BCl₃ / O₂/ Ar 유도결합 플라즈마를 이용한 InP의 건식 식각에 관한 연구

        Taguchi가 제안한 강건설계 및 연구자의 주관에 의존하는 통상적인 실험방법을 병행하여 공정변수들이 식각 특성에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 적정조건을 도출하였다. 연구 결과 ICP 전력과 공정압력이 식각특정에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변수임을 알 수 있었다. ICP 전력과 bias 전압의 증가는 식각속도를 증가시키고 표면 상태를 악화시키며, 공정압력의 증가는 식각속도를 감소시키고 수직도를 개선하며, 시료온도의 증가는 표면거칠기와 수직도를 감소시켰다. O₂의 첨가는 표면 반응물의 생성을 억제하여 표면을 미려하게 하였으나 첨가량의 증가에 따라 식각속도는 감소하였다. 결과적으로 ICP 전력 800 W, bias 전압 -150 V, 산소분율 15%, 공정압력 8 mTorr, 시료온도 160℃의 조건에서 약 4.5 ㎛/min의 매우 큰 식각속도를 얻었으며, 소자제작에 필요한 측벽수직도와 표면미려도를 같이 고려한 경우 ICP 전력 600 W, bias 전압 -100 V, 10% O₂, 공정압력 6mTorr, 시료온도 180℃의 조건에서 분당 약 0.15㎛ /min의 식각속도와 평탄한 표면을 얻었다. Reactive ion etching process for InP using BCl₃/O₂/Ar high density inductively coupled plasma was investigated. The experimental design method proposed by the Taguchi was utilized to cover the whole parameter range while maintaining reasonable number of actual experiments. Results showed that the ICP power and the chamber pressure were the two dominant parameters affectsing etch results. It was also observed that the etch rate decreased and the surface roughness improved as the ICP power and the bias voltage increased and as the chamber pressure decreased. The Addition of oxygen to the gas mixture drastically improved surface roughness by suppressing the formation of the surface reaction product. The optimum condition was ICP power 600 W, bias voltage -100 V, 10% O₂, 6 mTorr, and 180℃, resulting in about 0.15 ㎛/min etch rate with smooth surfaces and vertical mesa sidewalls. Also, the maximum etch rate of about 4.5 ㎛/min was obtained at the condition of ICP power 800 W, bias voltage -150 V, 15 % O₂, 8 mTorr, and 160℃.
