오리엔탈나리의 球根 收穫時期와 低溫處理 期間이 生育에 미치는 影響

This study was carried out to determine the effect of the duration of chilling treatment and the lifting time of bulbs on growth of Lilium Oriental hybrids for product of cut flower in the type of forcing or semiforcing culture in Korea. "Casablanca", "Acapulco" and "Le Reve" in lilium Oriental hybrids were used in these experiment and carried out from 1999 to 2000 in Iksan, Korea. The bulbs for experiment were lifted on August 27, September 27 and October 27 and the all of them were chilled at 5±1℃ for 0,8,10,12 weeks. Development of the bulbs lifted on October 27 was superior than that of lifted bulbs on August 27 in the three cultivars. The bulbs lilted lately and chilled for a long time were sprouted more earlier and grown faster. In order to increase bulb sprouting until 100%, the duration of chilling treatment of bulbs was need for 12 weeks on August 27, 10 weeks on September 27 and above 8 weeks on October 27. The flowering according to the duration of chilling treatment and the lifting time of bulbs was same above. Consequently, the bulbs should be chilled at 5±1℃ for chilled for 10 weeks at late September and 8 weeks in producted bulbs at late October in earlyㆍMidseason variety fur product of cut flower hut bulbs of late variety should be chilled for 12 weeks at late September and 10 weeks at late October.

At the Mid-age of the Lee Dynasty, the revolutionary change was happened on transcriptional method. That was the creation of the Hunminjeongeum. The creation was made by the King Sejong. Although he made it broking people`s inconvenience, the subjects and scholars was oppositive. The reasons of opposition were violation of the serving China, and because of traditional transcriptional method like Chinese character, Idu, etc. But they were not to have knowledge on linguistics, especially phonology. And so, this paper focused on clearing the reason of opposition, and defining the Jiphyeonjeon scholar`s knowledge-level on Korean phonology. And the revaluation of Choi, Manri is tried. The oppositive subjects didn`t know difference of phonological and Chinese character, the method of Writing by syllable.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>NiFe<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB> thin film has been prepared by electron beam evaporation method and has been investigated as anode materials providing large reversible Li<SUP>+</SUP> capacity with high cycling performance for lithium ion batteries. The NiFe<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB> thin film crystallized with annealing process after NiFe<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB> thin film deposition. In electrochemical measurements, the first discharge and charge capacity of NiFe<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB> thin film were found to be 1693 mAh g<SUP>−1</SUP> and 1108 mAh g<SUP>−1</SUP>, which is above its theoretical capacity (915 mAh g<SUP>−1</SUP>). In addition, the cycle performance test of NiFe<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB> thin film also showed steady charge-discharge capacity at 0.1 C during 100 cycles compared to other NiFe<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB> materials, indicating that the empty space or porous surface of electrode was beneficial for accessibility of electrolyte and served as buffer to alleviate stress.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> NiFe<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB> thin film has been prepared by electron beam evaporation method. </LI> <LI> The first discharge and charge capacity of NiFe<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB> thin film were found to be 1693 mAh g<SUP>−1</SUP> and 1108 mAh g<SUP>−1</SUP>. </LI> <LI> The cycle performance test of NiFe<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB> thin film also showed steady charge-discharge capacity at 0.1 C during 100 cycles. </LI> </UL> </P>

In the 21st century, the creation, distribution and application of knowledge in the area of science and technology has become a major issue which raised the need for a system to effectively support the R&D activities and manage its budget. In this paper, we propose a secure National R&D Human Resource Management System for efficient utilization of S&T human informationAlso, we develop a security system with secure authentication and data exchange for secure and effectively National R&D Human Resource Management System on mobile network. And we propose efficient PKI-based user authentication and java-based cryptography module for the privacy-preserving in mobile network environments. Proposed system is support a authentication to minimize encrypting and decrypting operation by compounding session key and public key based on Korean standard cryptography algorithm(SEED) and certificate in mobile network environment.

Radioactive iodine (<sup>131</sup>I) released from nuclear power plants has been a critical environmental concern for workers. The effective trapping of radioactive iodine isotopes from the off-gas stream generated from nuclear facilities is an important issue in radioactive waste treatment systems evaluation. Numerous studies on retaining methyl iodide (CH<sub>3</sub>I<sup>131</sup>) by impregnated activated carbons under the high content of moisture have been extensively studied so far. But there have been no good results on how to remove methyl iodide at high humid conditions up to now. A new challenge is to introduce other promising impregnating chemical agents that are able to uptake enough radioactive methyl iodide under high humid conditions. In order to develop a good removal efficiency to control radioiodine gas generated from a high humid process, activated carbons (ACs) impregnated with triethylene diamine (TEDA) and qinuclidine (QUID) were prepared. In addition, the removal efficiencies of the activated carbons (ACs) under humid conditions up to 95% RH were evaluated by applying the standard method specified in ASTM-D3808. Quinuclidine impregnated activated carbon showed a much higher decontamination factor above 1,000, which is enough to meet the regulation index for the iodine filters in nuclear power plants (NPPs).
