      • 중소기업의 조직개발과 관리에 관한 통합 모형

        최근 중소기업의 중요성이 재인식되면서 중소기업의 생산성 향상을 위한 조직개발과 관리모형 개발에 대한 논의가 활발하게 전개되고 있다. 그러나 중소기업경영관리에 활용가능한 선행연구 실적이 미진하고 개발된 이론 또는 부족할 뿐만 아니라 중소기업에 대한 개념규정마저도 각국에 따라 상이하다. 더구나 중소제조기업의 생산성 향상을 위한 효율적인 조직개발과 관리모형 개발이 전무한 실정이다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 선행연구 결과를 검토하여 중소제조기업에서 실천적으로 적용 가능한 연구모형을 구축해보고 향후 연구의 방향을 제시해 보았다.

        The purpose of this study was to survey and analyze the response of middle, high-school students on the barriers to exercise and sport with 600 students(male:330, female:270) on the yangpyong city in kyongki province were answered by the questionnaire. Analysis of the data with 565(male:311, female:254) for the evaluation of the questionnaire can be acquired the more basis materials of sports environmnet for the middle, high-school students. As result, we have the conclusion as follow. 1. In their sex and factor of sport barriers. male is a bar to according to priority sport program(3.05), sport club(3.00), financial support(2.91), social support(2.85), time shortage(2.73), different concern(2.34), enervation (2.13), health/physical strength(2.03) female is a bar to according to priority sport program(3.30), sport club(3.04), time shortage(2.96), different concern(2.95), social support(2.88), financial support(2.84), enervation (2.59), health/physical strength(2.14) 2.       • 열교환기용 2상밀폐서모사이펀의 실험적 연구

        The purpose of this study is to secure possibility that can be applied to heat exchanger for industry, by measuring thermal performance of TPCT(Two Phase Closed Thermosyphon), which was made by simplifying the making procedure and method. For this study, TPCT-typed heat exchanger was made, which comprised a copper pipe with length in 600mm, inner diameter in 8mm, outer diameter in 9.52mm, adiabatic section length in 320mm, and length of evaporator and condenser section in 120mm, respectively. Also, for heating and cooling the evaporator and condenser section, the water jacket was made with a copper pipe, which is 120mm in length and 28.58mm in outer diameter. The working fluid was used distilled water. 15% of the whole volume was charged. For heating evaporator and cooling condenser, hot water and cold water were used, respectively. To measure the temperature in the surface of TPCT and in the inlet & outlet of hot and cold water, it attached 13 temperature sensors and calculated the heat transfer rate of TPCT. As a result of surveying each thermal performance through experiment as for a case that the temperature of inlet in hot water jacket of evaporator is 60℃, 70℃ and 80℃ and that an angle of inclination in TPCT is 22.5°, 45° and 90° from horizontality. TPCT was confirmed to have the maximum heat transfer performance given being 80℃ in the temperature of hot water and being 22.5℃ in the inclination from horizontality.

        In the area (37.55 N, 126˚84 E) to get the data for the design and heating performances of heat pump for water to water system, the experiments were run. The vertical-closed loop ground source heat exchanger was installed under the 150m of ground from surface. The temperature, flow rate and electric power was measured. Released heat was 17,989.91kcal/h, used electric power 4,71kW/h and COP 4.44, and the average out side temperature was -8.64℃. Also the capacity of water was sufficient for supply ing the heating system.

        물 대 물 방식 수직 밀폐루프 지열원 히트펌프 시스템의 냉방성능에 대한 실험적 연구

        A vertical closed loop ground source heat pump(GSHP) is used to produce heat from the low-grade energy source such as the outside air and ground source. It is known that a heat pump system type has better efficiency comparing to the electric heating system. This study only demonstrates that the vertical closed loop GSHP system is a feasible choice for space cooling of air conditioning. The coefficient of performance (COP) is the ratio of heat output to work supplied to the system in the form of electricity. For the vertical closed loop GSHP system in a cooling mode, the COP is the most commonly used way for judging the efficiency. For the purpose of this experiment, vertical closed loop GSHP system was installed in the laboratory and the experiment was executed. As a result, an average COP of vertical-closed loop GSHP system was 3.62 when the outside average temperature was 33℃.

      • QUENCHING OF TYPE II PHOTOSENSITIZER IN THEIR TRIPLET STATES BY $\alpha$-TOCOPHEROL VIA AN ELECTRON TRANSFER REACTION

        Occurrence of an electron (or H atom equivalent to one electron plus H+) transfer from $\alpha$- tocopherol $\alpha$(TOH) to a number of photosensitizers in theri triplet states were investigated by monitoring the ESR signal of $\alpha$-chromaoxyl radical ($\alpha$(TO.) in ethanolic solutions of $\alpha$TOH and the sensitizers under continuous illumination. Every sensitizer molecule examined, such as protocholorophyllide (Pchl), hematoporphyrin and rose bengal which are generally regarded as efficient type II photosensitizers and thus have long-lived triplet states, was found to actively participate in an electro transfer reaction with $\alpha$TOH even under air-saturation conditions, generating $\alpha$TOH complex as an intermediate in a fashion of Michaelis-Menten type of reaction. For the reaction of $\alpha$TOH with triplet Pchl, the rate law was derived by applying the steady approximation for the binary complex, triplet Pchl-$\alpha$TOH , which turned out to be well consistent with the kinetic data.

      • Fabrication of high quality carbonaceous coating on Cu nanoparticle using poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) and its application for oxidation prevention

        <P>A novel method of carbonaceous coating on the surface of copper particles was developed through a chemical vapor deposition (CVD) process to prevent the oxidation of copper nanoparticles (CNPs). The types of poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) (PVP) used were K-12 (M-W 3,500) and K-30 (M-W 45,000). The amounts of PVP used ranged from 10 to 50 wt %. Additionally, processing temperatures of 900 and 875 degrees C were tested and compared. The optimum CVD process conditions for the carbonaceous coating were as follows: 875 degrees C processing temperature, 50wt% K12 PVP solution, and gas conditions of Ar : H-2 = 1 : 1. The resistivity change in the fabricated copper pattern was confirmed that the initial resistivity value of the ink with a mixing ratio of carbonaceous-coated CNPs to 1-octanethiol-coated CNPs of 4 : 6 (w/w) maintained its initial resistivity value of 2.93 x 10(-7) Omega.m % m for more than 210 days.         Preparation and Characterization of Bis-ethylhexyloxyphenolmethoxyphenyltriazine (BEMT) Loaded Solid Lipid Nano-particles (SLN)

        Bis-ethylhexyloxyphenolmethoxyphenyltriazine (BEMT) is one of the most widely used chemical UVA+UVB double absorbers in sunscreen products. The purpose of this study is to establish the characterization of solid lipid nano-particles containing BEMT (BEMT-SLNs) within a sunscreen agent. For this experimental study, the external micrographs of the SLNs show that they are usually spherical, nonporous and uniform with a smooth surface. The particle’s diameter varied between about 330 to 500 nm and the encapsulation efficiencies ranged from 77.8 to 89.2 %. The diameter of BEMT particle encapsulated by solid lipid capsules with 50 wt% polyol content decreased to 330 nm compared to 20 wt%, but the loading capacity did not change. It can be ascertained that BEMTSLNs shows a small third peak indicating the βi form and a lower crystallinity index (C.I.) value. The residual BEMT content gradually decreased to 80.9 % over 12 h as a result of UV radiation, but the residual BEMT content with an encapsulated solid lipid decreased only to 92.3 %. The SLN improve photochemical stability of BEMT in the sunscreen products.
