        The Purpose of this study is to analyzing the developing process of physique during the 12 years regression equation standard body weight according to the age and body height and also we analyzed the distribution status of normal body weight and obesity weight in 17-year old high school students. A total of 1,423 samples(male:723, female: 701, born between March 1, 1977∼February 28, 1978) and the students who were randomly selected in big city of north of Jeola province, The result of our analysis are as follows: 1.Measurement of Physique ①The steady growth showen 14 year of male and 12-year of female in body height, 14-year of male and 13-year of female In body weight, 15-year of male and 13-year of female In chest-girth, since then the growth and development linear curve is more showness. ②During the 12year of school age, the rate of growth were 55.12cm(47.4%) of male 44.80cm(38.9%) of female in body height 43.59(214.5%) of male, 35.20kg(180.8%) female in body weight and 3.83cm (55.48%) of male, 28.11cm(50.70%) of female in chest girth. ③The age of maximum rapids growth were 12∼13 years old(7.36 ± 2.52cm) of male 10∼ 11years old (6.81± 1.88cm) of female In body height, 12∼13years old(6.14±3.37kg) of male, 11∼12 years old(5.49±2.67kg) in body weight and the chest-girth were 13∼14years old(4.34± 3.20cm) in male, 11∼12 years old(5.01 ± 3.80cm) in female. ④The age of cross over between male and female were 9.7∼ 11.7 years old in body height, 11.5∼ 13.5 years old in chest-girth and there is on cross over in body weight. ⑤The body height of 17-year old was 171.68∼5.56cm in mate and 159.92±4.85cm in female, body weight was 63.91±8.89kg in male and 54.67±6.74kg in female and the chest-girth was 89.20±5.94cm in male 83.55 ± 5.27cm in female. ⑥Physical growth and development was more remarkable improvement than 1980' Physique especially the age of adolescence. 2.Standard body weight by regression equation ①Correlation coefficient of r=0.469-0.760 between body height and body weight in male and r=0.347-0.793 in female. ②Regression equation of standard body weight were found in 17-year old and the equation were y =0.749X+64.791 in male, y=0.484X+22.800 in female. ③The distribution of normal body weight were 63.1% in male and 76.2% in female, over weight were 10.4% in male and 9.3% in female and the obesity weight were 6.9% in male and 3.4% in female.

      • 한국과 러시아(구소련) 마라톤 선수들의 스포츠 성과에 관한 비교 분석

        According to the result of sport achievement of Korean and Russian marathoners(Soviet Union) through regression analysis, it can be concluded following this: 1.Korean marathoners have more good result than Russian marathoners, and Success of Korea marathon is classified by three stages First, in 1930's under Japanese colony Korea marathon had succeeded in LA Olympics(1932) and Berlin Olympics(1936). Second, From 1947 to 1957 Korean marathon had succeeded in commercial marathon race. Third, In 1990's the succession of Barcelona(1992) and Atlanta(1996) Olympics and succession of Asian Games(1990,1994,1998). 2.The succession of Russian marathon is classified by two stages. First, from 1946 to 1962 and 1978, the succession of European Championship. Second, the succession of Moscow Olympics.

      • 運動强度에 따른 白血球의 變化에 대한 硏究

        The purpose of this study was to estimate change of leukocyte subsets on the increased maximal exercise load during the time of exercise intensity and after all-out and recovery. On a sample of 14 male collegiate students they were subdivided into two group(7 athletes group, 7 normal students group). Number of leukocytes increased from rest through All-out exercise intensity and decreased at recovery. Resting levels were again reached after 60 mins of recovery. There were no significant differences between groups. The rate of increase was significantly higher(p<.01) for the athlete group during 40%, 60%, 80%and All-out and exercise intensities. Percent of neutrophils decreased for both groups until All-out time, but the absolute number of neutrophils increased at each level of exercise intensity and reached maximum level during All-out time. There were no statistically significant differeneces between two groups for the percent and absolute number of neutrophils. The rate of increase was significantly higer (p<.05) for the athlete group at 80% exercise intensity. Percent and absolute number of lymphocytes increased from rest to All-out time but decreased at recovery. Although there was no difference for the rate of increase between the two groups, absolute number of lymphocytes was significantly higher(p<.05) for the athlete group from 40% to All-out exercise intensity. Based on those results mentioned above, the follwing conclusion can be reach: Absolute number and percent of leukocyte subsets changes during graded maximal exercise. Specifically absolute number of leukocyte subsets increased from rest to all-out exercise.

      • 남자 초등학생의 신체부위별 체지방 분포도에 따른 신체구성 및 체력에 관한 연구

        This study investigated body composition, physical fitness of classified by fat distribution of 258 male elementary school students attending the elementary school in Kwangju city. The result of the study were as follows; 1.In factor of percent fat, fat mass, fat-free mass, basal metabolic rate, total body water, body mass index appeared Gynoid group average the highest in three groups. 2.In factor of plate tapping, sit and reach, and standing broad jump appeared Androgeny group average and grip strength, bent arm hang and endurance run appered Normal group average and flamingo balance and shuttle run 50m appeared Gynoid group average the highest in three groups. 3.The correlation coefficient between grip strength and fat free mass, basal metabolic rate, total body water revealed as the highest correlation in Gynoid group.

      • 킬레이트 수지에 의한 Mo(Ⅵ)과 W(Ⅵ)의 분리 및 흡착

        Three kinds of chelate resins bearing iminodiacetic acid, diethanolamine or diethylenetriamine have been applied to selectively separate and recover one component in a mixture of heavy metals, Mo and W, where their chemical properties are very similar. The adsorption behavior of metal ions was investigated for each chelate resin under various experimental conditions such as time, pH, metal ion concentration by a batch experiment. The chelate resins complexed by Mo or W were characterized by FTIR and ¹H NMR. The metal uptake of each chelate resin decreased with increasing pH. The resins were found to selectively chelate MoO₄^2- over a pH range of 2∼6. The chelate resin with diethanolamine groups showed the maximum adsorption capacity for Mo and W over a pH range of 1∼6 among three resins used. However, the resin with iminodiacetic acid groups showed the best results to separate Mo and W selectively. The ¹H NMR study using the homogeneous analogue suggests the higher selectivity of iminodiacetic acid group toward Mo over W.

        According to the research of Korean marathoners of Psychological characteristic, it can be conclusion follow this: 1.Korean marathoners have ambivert characteristic that it appears both extrovert and introvert as well as in the middle of both characteristic. 2.Look at the low of neuropsychiatric tendency, Korean marathoners are not easily shaken by emotion. 3.According to the temperament, most of marathoners belong to choleric temperament and sanguine temperament, and it can find good marathoners is located on the border of others temperament. According to the psychological Index of Korean marathoners, in order to develope high work ability in marathon, it recovers that extreme characteristic is not advisable whether extrovert and introvert or neuropsychiatric tendency index and temperament.

      • 栽培法의 差異가 水稻의 收量 및 米質에 미치는 影響

        水稻의 早期栽培에 따른 品種別 栽植距離와 株當苗數가 生育 및 收量에 미치는 影響과 栽培時期에 따른 米質을 변화를 比較코저 小白벼, 農白벼, 福光벼, 道奉벼, 太白벼, 및 伽倻벼를 公試하여 實施한 試驗結果는 다음과 같다. 株當穎花數는 穎植(27×17cm)며 株當 3苗植인 處理區에서 가장 많았고, 10a當 收量은 密植(27×13cm) 및 株當 5∼7苗植인 處理區에서 가장 많았다. 10a當 收量 및 藁重, 穗數間에 有意的인 正의 相關關係가 認定되었다. 또한 Amylose含量은 普通期栽培보다 早期栽培에서 적게 나타났고, 品種間에는 福光벼가 가장 낮았고, Alkali崩壞度는 普通期栽培보다 早期栽培에서 낮았고, 品種間에는 伽倻벼가 높게 나타났다. A study was presented to analyze rice quality and to number of seedlings per hill and their spacing on growth and yield in various varieties of early planted rice; Sobeag, Nongbeag, Dobong, Taebeag and Gaya. There was a higher number of spikelets in wide spacing than in narrow spacing, and the number from from 3 seedlings per hill was greater than the one from 5 or 7 seedlings per hill. In grain yield per 10 areas, there was a higher yield in narrow spacing than in wide spacing, and the on from the block of the 5 or 7 seedlings per hill was greater than the one from the block of 3 seedlings per hill. There was a significant positive correlation among grain yield per 10 areas, straw weigh and the number of panicles. Amylose contents were lower in early planted rice than in ordinarily planted rice. The Boggawng variety showed lowest amylose contents among the varieties used in this experiment. Alkali digestibility values were lower in early planted rice than in ordinarily planted rice. The Gaya variety showed highest alkali digestibility values among the varieties used in this experiment.

      • 장상피화생과 Helicobactor pylori와의 상관 관계에 관한 연구

        In 1965 Lauren divided advanced gastric carcinoma into two main types-namely, "intestinal" and "diffuse" type carcinoma, which differ not only morphologically but also in their clinical and epidemiological characteristics. Moreover, a different histogenetic process has been postulated by many authors that intestinal type gastric carcinoma might arise from areas with intestinal metaplasia. Since Warren and Marshall reported the presence of Helicobacter pylori in the stomach in 1983, strong evidence has been obtained that there is a close relationship between Helicobacter pylori and chronic gastritis, atrophic gastritis, intestinal metaplasia, and intestinal type gastric carcinoma. To study the relationship between intestinal metaplasia and Helicobacter pylori infection, we performed gastroscopic biopsies and CLO tests taken from patients with epigastric pain. Only 87 patients with macroscopically suspected antral gastritis were included. The prevalence of intestinal metaplasia in gastric antral biopsies increased from 33.3% in the age group<30 years to 63.6% in the age group 60 years. When all patients were divided into two age groups-namely, (i)<50 years(n=41) and (ii)≥ 50 years(n-=46), intestinal metaplasia was found significantly more often in patients ≥ 50 years. ((i) 39.2%, (ii) 54.3%, p<0.0001). The prevalence of Helicobacter pylori in gastric antral biopsies decreased from 66.7% in the age group<30 years to 62.5%, in the age group in the age group 50 to 59 years. When all patients were divided into the same two age groups-namely(i)<50 years and (ii)≥50 years, the prevalence of Helicobacter pylori did not differ between two groups in a statistically significant way. The mean age of intestinal metaplasia positive patients who were also Helicobacter pylori positive was 48±11.0(mean±S.D.)years, whereas the mean age of intestinal metaplasia positive patients who were Helicobacter pylori negative was 52±9.7(mean±S.D.)years. In conclusion. although our data do not prove a causal relationship between Helicobacter pylori infection and the histogenesis of intestinal metaplasia, we suggest that Helicobacter pylori plays an important role in the development of intestinal metaplasia in the gastric mucosa. Whether Helicobacter pylori has to be present at all times during this process or is only necessary as a 'trigger', needs further research.

      • 8주간의 수영훈련이 호흡순환기능에 미치는 영향

        In this study, ten students of department of physical education in K unversity participated in 8-week-swimming training. With the figures of respiration and circulation shown before the training and after the trainging, the conclusion came out as follows after comparison and analysis of the changes in the stability and the maximum figures. 1)The respiration of one time ventilation(TVE, ㎖) Looking info the quantity of one lime ventilation In the rest, it came out 946.47㎖, meanwhile, after the training, it fell down to 878.17㎖, which is lower by 68.39㎖ and the the percentage of decrease is 7.78%. But as for the maximum figures, in came out 3117.70㎖, while after the training, it was 3219.10㎖ and that's higher by 101.4㎖ and the percentage of increase is 3.15%. 2)The oxygen uptake(VO2, ㎖/min) In the rest, the quantity of Q2 taken into the lung was 540.83m7/min before the training, but after the trainging, it showed 405.63㎖/min, which was lower by 135.20㎖/min, and the percentage of decrease is 33.33%. But as for the maximum figures, it was 3701.60㎖/min before the training, while after the training, it was 3885.30㎖/min, which Is higher by 183.7㎖/min and the percentage of· increase is 4.73%. 3)The rate of gas exchange(R)In the rest, the rate of gas exchange showed no big difference between before (1.03) and after (1.03) the training. But in the maximum figures, it was 1.42 before the training, while it was 1.45, which was higher by 0.03 and the rate of increase is 2.07%. 4)The oxygen uptake per weight(VO2/W, ㎖/kg/min)In the rest, the quantity of O2 per weight was 8.05㎖/kg/min before the training. But after the training, it was 5.99㎖/kg/min, which was lower by 2.06㎖/kg/min, and the rate of decrease is 34.39%. But in the maximum figures, it was 53.64㎖/kg/min before the trainging, while it was 58.80㎖/kg/min, which was higher by 5.16 and the rate of increase is 8.78%. 5)Heart rate(HR, beats/min)Looking Into the heart rate in the rest, it was 74.24beats/min before the training, but after the training, it was 70.84beats/min, which was lower by 3.4beats/min and the rate of decrease is 4.79%. But in the maximum figures, before the training, it was 187.25beats/min while it came out 194.69beats/min, which was higher by 7.44beats/min and the rate increase was 3.82%. 6)O2 pluse(VO2/HR, ㎖/beats)In the rest figures came out 6.10 before the training, while after the training, it was 5.72㎖/beats which was lower by 0.38 and the rate of decrease was 6.64%. But in the maximum figures, it was 19.78㎖/beats before the training, but after the training, while after the training, it was 22.54me/beats, which was higher by 2.76 and rate of increase is 12.24%.

      • 제올라이트(NaA형, NaX형)의 이온교환성에 관한 연구

        A study has been made of the exchange of Ag^+, Li^+, and Ba^++, Ca^++, Sr^++ ion by using synthetic zeolite-13X and zeolite-NaA. The zeolite used in this work was supplied as beads by Aldrich Chemical Company, Inc., and the formula of unit cell is M_x/n[AlO₂)_x(SiO₂)_y]zH₂O. X-ray diffraction analysis and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy indicated that the crystallinity of zeolites was retained though sodium ion in zeolite exchanged with the cation. The amount of ion exchanged was measured by the determining of the amount of cation remained in solution by Inductively coupled plasma, and surface area, adsorption isotherm, Ion exchange kinetics. The selectivity of ions was in the order Ag^+>Li^+>Sr^++>Ca^++>Ba^++.
