Infrastructure plays a vital role in the growth, performance, and alleviating poverty of a country. India is the second-largest producer of agriculture, requires proper infrastructure like roads, storage facilities, etc. which makes the development, location, and the number of cold storages vital in reducing the expenditure for the farmers as well as ensuring food security. Kolar district, situated in the South-eastern part of Karnataka is a leading producer of fruits and vegetables and faces a shortage of proper infrastructure for agriculture. An attempt is done to use geospatial technologies for analyzing the existing cold storage facilities in the district. The study reveals that the district faces a severe shortage of cold storage and is not evenly distributed which makes the farmer travel long distances to the nearest such facility. The spatial clustering-based approach is used to propose locations for new cold storage facilities. The study reveals that the study area requires a total of 50 new cold storage distributed throughout the district and proposed cold storage facilities will reduce the maximum distance to the nearest cold storage from 50.97 km to 13.98 km.

With expansion in the innovation, the requests of the individuals are expanding as individuals are more intrigued by the web offices with higher information rate. Despite the fact that 3G advances convey essentially higher bit rates than 2G innovations, "LTE" (3GPP Long Term Evolution) got a blast in the field of advancements with new offices like Internet applications or versatile broadband ( Voice over IP (VoIP), feature spilling, music downloading, portable TV and numerous others material) all around. It is very much necessary to extract the useful information of the user using LTE technology to understand he performance and durability of this new technology. In this paper we present a novel architecture for mining the data for extracting useful information regarding the success rates of various handoff procedures in LTE technology.

Purpose: Urodynamic studies are commonly performed as part of the preoperativework-up of patients undergoing surgery for stress urinary incontinence (SUI). Weaimed to assess the extent to which these urodynamic parameters influence patientselection and postoperative outcomes. Materials and Methods: Patients presenting with SUI were randomly assigned to twogroups: one undergoing office evaluation only and the other with a preoperative urodynamicwork-up. Patients with unfavorable urodynamic parameters (detrusor overactivity[DO] and/or Valsalva leak point pressure [VLPP]<60 cm H2O and/or maximumurethral closure pressure [MUCP]<20 cm H2O) were excluded from the urodynamictesting group. All patients in both groups underwent the transobturator midurethralsling procedure. Evaluation for treatment success (reductions in urogenital distressinventory and incontinence impact questionnaire scoring along with absent positivestress test) was done at 6 months and 1 year postoperatively. Results: A total of 72 patients were evaluated. After 12 patients with any one or moreof the abnormal urodynamic parameters were excluded, 30 patients were finally recruitedin each of the “urodynamic testing” and “office evaluation only” groups. At boththe 6- and the 12-month follow-ups, treatment outcomes (reduction in scores and positiveprovocative stress test) were significantly better in the urodynamic testing groupthan in the office evaluation only group (p-values significant for all outcomes). Conclusions: Our findings showed statistically significantly better treatment outcomesin the urodynamic group (after excluding those with poor prognostic indicators suchas DO, low VLPP, and MUCP) than in the office evaluation only group. We recommendexploiting the prognostic value of these urodynamic parameters for patient counselingand treatment decisions.

A Comprehensive Study of Various Load Balancing Techniques used in Cloud Based Biomedical Services
Abhinav Hans,Sheetal Kalra 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of Grid and Distributed Comp Vol.8 No.2
With an increase in the demands, the Cloud computing has become one of the ongoing scalable approaches to fulfill the cloud based services. The biggest advantage of the cloud computing is the ability to overcome the infrastructural challenges those are earlier faced by other technologies. Since the technology is new, therefore the development of the whole structure is not so efficient. It does have a lot of issues on which various scientists and others are working on. Scheduling, load balancing, fault tolerance, etc. are various challenges faced by cloud computing. For this purpose various techniques and algorithms have been proposed. In this paper, we will discuss the issue of load balancing of cloud computing and we will study the different types of load balancing techniques used in in biomedical services and make a comparative analysis among all the existing techniques.
Development of an Image Processing Algorithm for Smart CNC Machines
Abhinav Gandhi,M. Sangeetha 대한전자공학회 2018 IEIE Transactions on Smart Processing & Computing Vol.7 No.3
This paper presents the design and implementation of a computer vision algorithm for automating the painting process in furniture manufacturing. Woodworking computer numerical control (CNC) machines are limited in terms of the operations they can perform, are extremely power hungry due to heavy moving parts, and require human intervention. Automating processes in furniture making would help manufacturers procure on-demand furniture sales while maintaining zero inventory. This work deals with using computer vision to detect pieces of furniture on a CNC bed and painting them without human intervention.
Loads and motions for a spar-supported floating offshore wind turbine
Abhinav Sultania,Lance Manuel 한국풍공학회 2016 Wind and Structures, An International Journal (WAS Vol.22 No.5
An offshore wind turbine supported by a spar buoy floating platform is the subject of this study on tower and rotor extreme loads. The platform, with a 120-meter draft and assumed to be sited in 320 meters of water, supports a 5 MW wind turbine. A baseline model for this turbine developed at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) is employed in stochastic response simulations. The support platform, along with the mooring system consisting of three catenary lines, chosen for loads modeling, is based on the "Hywind" floating wind turbine concept. Our interest lies in gaining an understanding of the dynamic coupling between the support platform motion and the turbine loads. We first investigate short-term response statistics using stochastic simulation for a range of different environmental wind and wave conditions. From this study, we identify a few "controlling" environmental conditions for which long-term turbine load statistics and probability distributions are established.
Synthesis of a PEGylated tracer for radioiodination and evaluation of potential in tumor targeting
Abhinav Bhise,Sushil K. Dwivedi,이기웅,임정은,수브라므니 라즈쿠말,이웅희,조성환,유정수 대한방사성의약품학회 2021 Journal of radiopharmaceuticals and molecular prob Vol.7 No.2
Radiopharmaceuticals are important for tumor diagnosis and therapy. To deliver a radio-tracer at the desired target excluding non-targeted tissues is difficult. The development of a targeted tracer that has a good clearance profile while maintaining high biostability and biocompatibility is key to optimizing its biodistribution and transport across biological barriers. Improving the hydrophilicity of radiotracers by PEGylation can reduce serum binding, allowing the tracer to circulate without retention and reducing its affinity for non-targeted tissues. In this study, we synthesized a new benzamido tracer (SnBz-PEG36) with the introduction of a low molecular weight polyethylene glycol unit (PEG36, ~2100 Da). The tumor-targeting efficiency and biodistribution of [131I]-Bz-PEG36 or radiotracer-loaded liposomes were evaluated after their administration to normal mice or mouse tumor models including CT26 (xenograft) and 4T1 (xenograft and orthotopic). Most of the radiotracer was cleared out rapidly (1-24 h post-administration) through the kidney and there was little tumor uptake.
