To increase the stability and bioavailability of Omeprazole(OMP), which is used newly as a proton-pump inhibitor, inclusion complex of OMP with beta-cyclodextrin(beta-CD) was prepared by coprecipitation method and its characteristics were ascertained by means of solubility test, DSC, IR, and the accelerated stability analysis. The type of OMP inclusion complex is classified as Bs-type on phase solubility diagram, and the stoichiometric ratio of OMP: P-CD complex is 1 : 2 and formation constant is 80.82/mole. The solubility of the complex could be increased remarkably by complexation compare with OMP. Degradation process of both OMP and OMP complex followed apparent first-order kinetics, of which degradation rate constants and activation energies are k25 = 8.1 X 10-4/day, Ea = 22 Kcal/mole (OMP), and k25 = 4.65 X 10-6/day, Ea = 35 Kcal/mole (complex), respectively. These results show the increase of the stability and solubility of OMP markedly, therefore it is believed that the improvement of stabilization for OMP by inclusion complexation might be practically available.

다공성 고분자(porous organic polymer, POPs)는 높은 표면적을 가지는 무정형의 고분자이다. 본 연구에서는 우레아 축합반응으로 UPOP라는 다공성 고분자를 합성하였다. UPOP는 Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET) 분석을 통해 다공성을 확인하였고, 불균일 촉매 활용성을 보기 위하여 팔라듐을 담지하여 Pd@UPOP를 합성하였다. Pd@UPOP는 XPS 분석을 통해 Pd 담지를 확인하였고, Suzuki-Miyaura 커플링 반응을 이용하여 촉매활성을 측정하였다. Pd@UPOP의 촉매활성은 물과 ethanol이 3:1이고 K₂CO₃를 사용하였을 때 가장 높았다. 특히 이 조건에서 Pd@UPOP를 촉매로 사용하여 공기 중에서 반응시켰을 때 Pd 함량은 0.1 mol%였음에도 불구하고 99% 이상의 수율을 보였다. 또한 5번 재사용하였을 때도 90%의 수율을 유지하였다. Porous organic polymers (POPs) are composed of amorphously linked bonds with high surface areas. Urea based porous organic polymer (UPOP) was synthesized by urea condensation reaction. Porous nature of UPOP was identified by Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) analysis. To evaluate the possibility as heterogeneous catalysts, Pd was loaded onto UPOP, namely Pd@UPOP. XPS analysis and element mapping data confirmed that Pd was supported on Pd@UPOP, then Suzuki-Miyaura coupling reaction was performed with various aryl bromides. The optimized conditions for the catalytic activity of Pd@UPOP are using mixture of (H₂O:EtOH 3:1) (v/v) as a solvent and K₂CO₃ as a base. In this condition, reactions reached to 99% yields with Pd only 0.1 mol% under 1 h. Also, in recycling experiments, yields were maintained above 90% during five runs.

This experiment was conducted to study effect of cold water damage on some growth characters related to source and sink at reproductive growth stage in Jinan (sea level 303m). The cold water irrigation duration had irrigated 4, 8 and 12 days at panicle formation stage and reproduction division stage compared to perennial water irrigation. Cold water irrigation shortened culm length and panicle length and degree of panicle exsertion. The shortening effect appeared great at lower internodes when treated at panicle formation stage but at higher internodes when treated at reduction division stage. Cold water irrigation decreased the number of secondary branches and spikelets per panicle, and increased the number of degenerated spikelets being high degeneration when treated at panicle formation stage. Spikelet sterility and impediment of grain filling were affected by duration of cold water irrigation being great when treated at spikelet primodium differentiation stage and reduction division stage in particular. Grain weight was also reduced. Significant relationship existed between spikelets sterility, grain filling and yield. The degeneration of secondary branches and spikelets correlated with leaf area but spikelet sterility and yield with culm length, panicle length and panicle exsertion.

최근 항공측량분야에는 빠르고 정확한 공간정보 취득을 위한 Direct Georeferencing 기술이 보편화 되면서 Boresight Calibration이 중요하게 요구되고 있다. 하지만 Boresight Calibration은 지상기준점의 배치와 수, 정확도에 따라 결과가 다를 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 서로 다른 검정장에서 Boresight Calibration 수행하여 얻은 검정결과를 이용하여 Direct Georeferencing기법에 의한 외부표정요소 직접결정을 통해 정사영상을 제작하여 각각의 정확도를 평가하였다. Recently, Direct Georeferencing technology has been widely utilized for acquirement of fast and accurate spatial information in the field of aerial survey, thus required Boresight Calibration. But the results of Boresight Calibration have different results according to distribution and counts of GCPs. In this study, Direct Georeferencing based orthophoto generation is generated by determine of exterior orientation parameters of Boresight Calibration in different Test-sites, and assessment of geometric accuracy.

분자량이 다른 세가지의 ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate를 가교제로 사용한 현탁 중합을 통하여 열팽창 캡슐을 제조하였다. 고분자 쉘은 아크릴로나이트릴과 메타크릴로나이트릴로 구성되었으며 발포제인 아이소옥탄을 캡슐화하였다. 쉘의 가교정도가 증가함에 따라 국부의 가교밀도 차이에 의하여 캡슐의 형태는 구형에서 울퉁불퉁하게 변화하였다. 팽창 특성은 가교제의 종류와 함량에 의해 영향을 받았다. 캡슐의 입경은 가교제의 양이 증가함에 따라 증가하였다. 최적의 가교도를 지닌 ethoxylated (6) trimethylolpropane triacrylate를 사용한 캡슐의 열팽창 특성이 가장 우수하였다. Thermally expandable microspheres are synthesized by suspension polymerization using three ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylates with different molecular weights as crosslinking agents. The polymeric shell is made of acrylonitrile and methacrylonitrile and iso-octane is encapsulated as blowing agent. As the crosslinking of shell increases, the shape of the microspheres changes from spherical to bumpy due to different local crosslinking density. The expansion behavior was influenced by types and amounts of crosslinking agents. Average size and thermal stability of expandable microspheres are increased by increasing the amount of crosslinking agent. The microspheres prepared with ethoxylated (6) trimethylolpropane triacrylate to achieve optimum crosslinking results in an excellent expansion performance.

피커링 현탁 중합법을 통하여 열팽창성 poly(acrylonitrile-co-methacrylonitrile) 마이크로 캡슐을 제조하였다. 피커링 유화제로서 β-cyclodextrin(β-CD)과 polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)의 조합이 최초로 사용되었다. β-CD는 독성이 낮으며 경제적이며 상대적으로 좁은 입자 크기 분포도를 제조하는 것이 가능하다고 알려져 있다. Acrylonitrile(AN)과 methacrylonitrile(MAN)이 단량체로 사용되었으며, β-CD 함량, β-CD/PVP의 단량체에 대한 비율, AN/MAN 비율, 다양한 발포제의 효과에 대하여 입자의 제조 특성 및 마이크로캡슐의 물성에 대하여 조사하였다. 약 125 μm 입경의 캡슐이 제조되었으며, 2 : 1 β-CD : PVP 비율, 3.5 wt%의 피커링 분산제의 함량에서 제조된 캡슐이 가장 우수한 열팽창 성능을 보였다. TGA 분석 결과 약 35%의 발포제가 캡슐화되었다. 결과적으로 본 연구에서 사용된 β-CD는 현탁중합에 있어 우수한 피커링 유화제로서의 성능을 보였다. Thermally expandable poly(acrylonitrile-co-methacrylonitrile) microcapsules were prepared by Pickering suspension polymerization. β-Cyclodextrin (β-CD) and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) pair as the Pickering emulsifier was used as picking emulsifiers for the first time. β-CD is low in toxicity, cheap, and can produce particles with a relatively narrow particle size distribution. Acrylonitrile (AN) and methacrylonitrile (MAN) were used as monomers. The effects of β-CD content, the ratio of β-CD/PVP relative to the amount of monomer, AN/MAN ratio, and the various blowing agents were investigated for the preparation and properties of microcapsules. Thermally expandable microcapsules having a size of about 125 μm were produced. When β-CD : PVP was 2 : 1 at a total dispersant content of 3.5 wt%, the microcapsules had the best expansion performance. TGA analysis confirmed that about 35% of the hydrocarbons were encapsulated in the microcapsules. Finally, it was found that β-CD serves as a good Pickering emulsifier in suspension polymerization.
