      • 天然 및 養殖産 뱀장어의 蛋白質 및 아미노酸 組成比較

        우리나라 전역에 걸쳐서 分布하고 있는 뱀장어의 營養學的 基礎資料를 提示하기 위하여 天然産과 養殖産으로 分類하여 蛋白質의 組成, 蛋白質의 아미노산酸 組成을 比較, 分析하였다. 그리고 天然 및 養殖産 뱀장어 肉蛋白質의 組成을 엄밀히 檢討하기 위해 肉蛋白質中 比較的 많은 量을 차지하는 筋形質蛋白質과 筋原纖維蛋白質을 SDS-PAG電氣泳動 分析하여 subunit의 差를 比較하였다. 또한 사료蛋白質의 아미노酸 組成을 分析함으로서 肉蛋白質의 아미노酸 組成에 미치는 영향도 아울러 比較, 檢討하였다. 天然 및 養殖産 뱀장어의 粗蛋白質 合量은 各各 14.3%와 15.4%이었으며, 粗脂肪은 25.0%와 29.7%로서 養殖産 뱀장어의 脂肪 含量이 天然産에 比하여 높은 편이있다. 肉蛋白質을 構成하는 蛋白質 組成은 天然産의 경우 筋形質蛋白質이 30.78%, 筋原纖維蛋白質이 59.02%, 細胞內殘渣蛋白質이 9.73%, 基質蛋白質이 2.47%이었으며, 養殖産은 筋形質蛋白質이 31.81%, 筋原纖維蛋白質이 58.37%, 細胞內殘渣蛋白質이 8.16%, 基質蛋白質이 1.80%를 차지하여 天然産과 養殖産뱀장어의 肉蛋白質 組成은 비교적 유사함을 알 수 있었다. 筋形質蛋白質과 筋原纖維蛋白質 分劃의 一部에 대하여 SDS-PAG電氣泳動 分析을 실시한 結果, 天然産 뱀장어의 筋形質蛋白質은 16개의 subunit로 構成되어 있었고, 養殖産은 分子量이 36,500, 46,000, 58,500, 75,000, 170,000, 235,000에 해당하는 4개의 subunit가 더 많은 22개의 subunit로 構成되어 있었다. 한편 筋原纖維蛋白質은 天然産이 14개의 subunit이었으며, 養殖産은 分子量 45,000에 해당하는 未知의 subunit가 하나 더 많은 15개로 이루어져 있었다. 肉蛋白質의 蛾眉노산 組成은 天然産이 養殖産에 比하여 glycine含量이 다소 높은 것을 제외하고는 대체로 비슷하였으며, lysine, aspartic acid, glutamic acid, glycine이 전체아미노酸의 45% 가량을 점하고 있었다. 사료蛋白質의 아미노酸 組成은 뱀장어의 필수아미노산 要求量을 만족시킬 만큼 양호한 組成을 보여주었으며, aspartic acid와 glutamic acid를 제외하고는 魚肉의 축적단백질로서 魚肉蛋白質의 아미노 組成과 비례관계를 갖는 것으로 판단되었다. The muscles of wild and cultured eel, Anguilla japonica, were analyzed for the protein composition and amino acid profile. The differences of the subunit distribution for the sarcoplasmic and myofibrillar proteins were discussed with sodium dodecylsulfate(SDS) polyacryamide gel electrophoresis. The muscle protein in wild eel was composed 30.78% of sarcoplasmic, 59.02% of myofibrillar, 9.73% of residual intracellular and 2.47% of stroma fraction. That in cultured eel was composed of 31. 81%, 58.37%, 8.16% and 1.80%, respectively. The sarcoplasmic and myofibrillar proteins were composed of 16 and 14 subunits in wild eel, and 22 and 15 subunts in cultured eel. The sarcoplasmic protein between wild and cultured muscles showed a similar trend in the subunits, except a few subunits such as 36,500, 46,000, 58,500, 75,000, 170,000 and 235,000 daltons in cultured eel. Only the existence of 45,000 dalton subunit was the difference between wild and cultured eel in myofibrillar protein. The distribution patterns of total amino acid in muscles of wild and cultured eel were found to be very similar trend, although glycine content in wild eel was slightly higher than that in cultured one.

        Electrical discharge machining (EDM) cuts metal by discharging electric current across a thin gap between tool and workpiece. Electrical discharge wire cutting, a special form of EDM, uses a continuously moving conductive wire as an electrode and is widely used for the manufacture of punches, dies and stripper plates. In this paper, the static and dynamic characteristics of the electrical discharge wire cutting machine were evaluated by the finite element analyses and experiments. Also, the cantilever arm for guiding the moving wire was designed and manufactured using carbon fiber epoxy composite in order to improve the dynamic and thermal characteristics.

        AND and exclusive OR digital gates using transfer gates are designed. The gates offer lower power consumption and smaller chip area than standard CMOS AND and exclusive OR gates. The 1-bit full adder cell using the proposed AND and exclusive OR transfer gates is designed. The operation and electrical characteristics are verified by SPICE simulation. Simulation results comparing the proposed cell to the standard implementations show its superiority.

        A temperature stable voltage-to-frequency converter (VFC) in which the output frequency is proportional to the input voltage in presented. The output frequency range is from 10kHz to 65kHz and the difference between simulated and calculated values is less than about 5% for this range of output frequency. The temperature variation of sample output frequencies is less than ±1% in the temperature range -25℃ to 75℃.

        Optical second harmonic generation (SHG) in the form of Cerenkov radiation in thin film waveguide structure was investigated. The copolymer poly(MMA-co-DRIMA) was spin coated on the nonlinear KDP(KH₂PO₄) single crystal and linear pyrex substrate. The second harmonic power strongly depends on waveguiding layer thickness and is the highest when the waveguide structure is the asymmetric nonlinear waveguiding layer-nonlinear substrate counter parallel polarity structure in theoretical analysis. The green(532nm) and blue SHG (440nm) was maximum conversion efficiency was 5.78 ×10-³%. It is good agreement with the experimental results.

        A 1/f-to-voltage converter has been designed. The 1/f-to-voltage converter is a circuit that produces an output voltage that is inversely proportional to the frequency of the input signal. To obtain output voltage proportional to 1/f a capacitor is pre-charged to supply voltage and then the capacitor is discharged by current source. In proportion as discharge time increases the capacitor voltage decreases. And in order to improve the drivability output buffer is connected to the capacitior. The 1/f-to-voltage converter has linearity in input frequency range from 100㎐ to 2㎑. The 1/f-to-voltage converter is good linearity and no ripple.

        Many methods have been developed to alleviate the speed gap between processors and disks. Among these, the use of the buffer cache in main memory is a typical example. Through judicious management of the buffer cache as well as using prefetching techniques the performance of file systems have been greatly enhanced. Recent studies that have used prefetching with buffer cache management can be divided into those that use some form of hints provided by the applications and those that do not use such information. The former type is expected to bring about considerable benefits. However, they have the disadvantage that to obtain this information considerable work must be done by the application developer or at the system program level. The latter type, on the other hand, dose not require any added overhead, but sacrifices performances. This paper focuses on this second type of management and survey the integration of buffer caching and prefetching policies.

        A switching speed of a logic circuit is limited by the time taken to charge and discharge the load capacitance and junction capacitance. The simple delay model is proposed and the rise and fall time models reflect on the effect of merged drain junction in a logic layout. The proposed rise and fall time models are compared to SPICE simulation and the input file for SPICE simulation is extracted from layout. The simulation result shows good agreement and the model shows enough possibility that the model can be used in construction of CMOS circuit to improve the speed performance.

        Ethephon 및 Aminoethoxyvinylglycine 처리가 ‘원황’ 배 모의 수출 환경에서의 품질 및 생리장해 발생에 미치는 영향

        We investigate the effect of preharvest spray of aminoethoxyvinylglycine (AVG), an inhibitor of ACC synthase activity, on fruit quality of ‘Wonhwang’ pear (Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai). And the effects were compared with ethephon which releasing ethylene to elucidate treatment efficacy of ethylene biosynthesis inhibitor on Asian pears. Chemicals were sprayed on 30 days before harvest with AVG (75 and 150 mg/L) and ethephon (100 mg/L), respectively. Highest flesh firmness during 21 days of shelf-life at 25℃ after 30 days of cold storage was attained in the fruit treated with 150 mg/L AVG (26.5N) when compared with untreated control (16.7N), while the fruits treated with 100 mg/L ethephon completely lost their marketability within 14 days of shelf-life by mass drop of firmness down to 11.6N. Low incidence of physiological disorders including pithiness and core browning were attained at the fruits treated with 150 mg/L AVG when we compared with untreated control. No occurrence of mealiness found in the fruits treated with AVG but ethephon treated fruits showed 36.4% during 14 days of shelf-life. Consequently, AVG spray at the concentration of 150mg/L on Asian pear ‘Wonhwang’ fruit regarded as useful preharvest management approach for keeping quality during marketing period after simulated exportation.
