This study is to investigate how elite badminton players perceive an incentive system and what impact it influences on their job embeddedness and turnover intentions. The results study revealed as of follow. First, the incentive system for elite badminton players has an influence on their job embeddedness. Second, the incentive system also impact on their turnover intention. Third, the job embeddedness within organization also has an influence on their turnover intention. The result of the stduy shows that the players who were in unstable employment condition and a short life-span as a player are likely to stay more in his/her organization and their job embeddedness is increased while their turnover intention is decreased. From the research, I insist that all of the players have to try their best to get a great achiemv ent and simultaneously the team or local community should propose them a variety of incentive program increasing their stickiness for their team and local community. Also, the incentive system like fostering coach for the local or inter-department rotation should be phased and developed as soon as possible.

스포츠클럽활동이 청소년들의 일탈행동 완화와 사회성발달 및 학교생활만족에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 스포츠클럽참여가 청소년들의 일탈행동완화와 사회성발달에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고, 그로 인해 학교생활의 전반적인 만족도에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보는 것이다. 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출 할 수 있었다. 첫째, 스포츠클럽활동에 참여하는 청소년들의 일탈행동은 사회성발달에 부정적인(-) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스포츠클럽활동에 참여하고 있는 청소년들의 일탈행동은 학교생활만족 또한 부정적인 (-) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 본 연구의 마지막 연구문제인 스포츠클럽활동에 참여하고 있는 청소년들의 사회성발달은 학교생활만족에 긍정적인(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 청소년들은 스포츠활동을 통해 학교집단에 대한 사회성이 발달하게 되고 그로 인해 학교에 대한 만족도가 높아지게 되면, 이러한 결과로 인해 학교에 대한 불만이나 부적응이 감소하게 되어 일탈행동 또한 감소하게 된다는 결론을 얻을 수 있다. The objective of this study is to show how the teenagers’ participation in sport club activities like floorball these days influence on their social relationship development and the alleviation on their deviant behavior. Also, this study is to verify how much it has an impact on their school life satisfaction. To verify this study the questionnaire survey method is conducted to 488 of teenagers who participate in sports club activities like floorball in after school sports program and weekend sport activity program. First, in the teenagers who participate in the sports club activities, the negative correlation between their deviant behavior and social relationship development is shown. Second, the negative correlation between their deviant behavior and their school life satisfaction is also shown. Third, the positive correlation between their sports activity participation and their social relationship development is represented. Finally, after their satisfaction to their school life and their social relationship development are increased through their sports activities, their dissatisfaction and maladjustment to their school life are decreased and ultimately this can reduce their deviant behaviors.

배드민턴선수들의 입단시기에 따른 팀 만족도와 선수생활 만족도 및 선수생활포기의도와의 관계 분석

The main objective of this study is to investigate the relationship between satisfaction toward team, athletes` satisfaction, and athletes` intention to quit playing badminton. Total 145 athletes participated in this study. Results showed that athletes have different level of satisfaction on coaches and extrinsic satisfaction based on time they started badminton players for corporate teams. Job satisfaction of team satisfaction had impact on intrinsic satisfaction of athltes` satisfaction, while satisfaction on coaching staffs had impacts on extrinsic satisfaction. Both job satisfaction and satisfaction on coaching staffs had significant effects on intention to quit playing badminton. Finally, extrinsic satisfaction on athletes` satisfaction had impacts on intention to quit playing badminton. This study has meaningful practical implications for team managers as well as young players who wish to play badminton for corporate teams.

동계스키학교 참가 대학생들의 참여동기와 만족이 재참여의도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of the participation motivation of university students participating in the winter school giving lessons on ski which is the typical event of winter leisure sports and satisfaction with participation on re-participation intentions. The study subjects were 100 university students each participating in two resorts (K and B) based in Gyeonggi Province, Korea, totaling 200, on whom questionnaire survey was conducted. Also, t-test, one-way ANOVA was conducted to analyze the study subject according to their characteristic using SPSS14.0 Hangul version and regression analysis was carried out to identify what effect the participation motivation and satisfaction with participation have on repeat participations. The findings of this study led to the following conclusion: Firstly, this study investigated the degree of recognition of each factor according to the characteristic of university students participating in the winter ski school and as a result, freshmen`s participation motivation appeared to be higher than sophomore`s in subordinate factors; that is, sociality and human relations. As for psychological satisfaction which is a subordinate factor of participation satisfaction, university students to enjoy hobbies were shown to be higher than those to acquire technologies and the recognition of those in the first year and the third one to be higher than those in the fourth: Secondly, the higher the motivation of university students to participate in the ski school was, the more positive effect it appeared to have on participation satisfaction: Thirdly, the higher university students` participation motivation and satisfaction was higher, the higher their re-participation intentions were shown to be.

항만물류 환경의 급속한 변화로 인해 세계 주요 항만들은 생존을 위한 치열한 경쟁을 앞두고 있다. 이에 항만 경영자들은 항만의 시설 및 인프라의 개선과 항만의 비즈니스 프로세스 및 고객 서비스를 향상시키기 위해 투자하고 있다. 그에 따라 항만 및 항만과 관련된 모든 업체를 연결하는 네트워크인 항만 커뮤니티시스템(Port Community Systems, PCS)은 중요한 기여를 할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. 본 연구는 부산항에서 사용중인 PORT-MIS를 PCS의 사례로 보고 그것을 사용자 관점에서 평가하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 부산항에 위치하는 해상 및 육상 운송 업체들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 또한 설문의 결과를 기반으로 향후 개선방안을 제시하였다. Due to rapid changes in the port logistics environment, major hub ports are in a fierce competition to survive. Such a competition is driving the port managements to invest more in their facilities and infrastructure, as well as improving their business practices and customer services. In this aspect port community systems(PCS), which are networks which link up the port with all the companies that use it, play a crucial role for the competitive power of the port. Thus this paper aims to evaluate PORT-MIS, the current community system in Busan Port. For this purpose a questionnaire survey was conducted targeting sea and land carriers. On the basis of the results, a direction for future improvements was proposed.

버스정보안내기 이용요인 및 활성화 방안에 관한 실증연구

The government has implemented operating the bus information terminal (hereinafter. 'BIT') to use by building it at a major bus station to solve the problem of traffic congestion. Busan Metropolitan City has been continuously expanding the installation of 'BIT' since 2003. However. there are few research on the factor to use and satisfaction survey on 'BIT' from the perspective of the users. This study, in an effort to inquire into the 'BIT' utilization factor and its vitalization plan. conducted a face to face survey of 172 citizens who had the experience in the 'BIT'. The result of the data analysis showed that usability, convenience, and availability were the cri tical factors for a BIT use. In addition. the general intention to use 'BIT' was found to be very high as much as 90.7%. The contributions of this study are as follows. The academic contributions is that it proved the relationship between usability, convenience and the intention to use suggested by the information technology acceptance model is supported even in case of 'BIT'. For the practitioners this study provides ground data for a local government to make a plan of a BIT extension.

웹 접근성을 준수한 웹 사이트 제작에 영향을 미치는 요인

The Web accessibility compliance rate of public organizations and private enterprises is still low due to the lack of awareness of Web accessibility by website developers and managers in spite of the fact that web accessibility compliance became mandatory in 2008. Web developers and managers think the website visual quality might be compromised or the website requires more development time and budget in order to comply with the web accessibility guidelines. Therefore, this paper has analyzed whether developers with various training in web accessibility or experience on website development have different perception on time, cost and design issues for developing accessible websites. For this purpose, 72 Web developers with hand-on experience working for website development companies in Korea were sent to the questionaries. The results have indicated that the group of developers with many hours of training in web accessibility and rich experience on website development perceives that they can develop accessible website without additional cost and time or compromising design quality. The contributions of this paper are following: (1) proving the widely recognized perception on budget, time, and design for developing accessible website is incorrect and (2) motivating further research on this subject in the future.

웹의 발전으로 생활전반에 편리함을 더해 주고 있지만 노인과 장애인 등 정보취약계층들은 이러한 웹의 편리함에서 소외되어 있다. 2008년「장애인차별금지및권리구제등에관한법률」의 시행으로 웹 접근성이 법적으로 의무화 되어 웹 교육에 있어서 웹 접근성 교육의 중요성은 더욱 증가하게 되었지만 국내 웹 접근성 교육은 활성화 되어 있지 않다. 이에 본 연구에서는 웹 접근성의 개념과 교육에 관한 문헌 및 웹 사이트 조사를 통해 이를 이론적으로 고찰하고, 한국형 모바일 웹 모범사례 1.5, 한국형 웹 콘텐츠 접근성 지침 2.0 등의 웹 접근성 최신 동향을 살펴보았다. 또, 국내 정부기관과 민간기관에서 실시하고 있는 웹 접근성 교육을 내용중심으로 조사하고, 미국, 영국 등의 국외 사례를 살펴본 후 이를 비교 분석하여 우리나라의 웹 접근성 교육에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다. 본 논문의 기여점은 웹 접근성 교육에 관한 선행연구가 현저히 부족한 상황에서 정부 및 민간기관들의 웹 접근성 교육현황을 조사하고, 웹 접근성 선진국의 사례를 벤치마킹하여 시사점을 제시함으로써 향후 웹 접근성 교육의 활성화를 위한 방향을 제시 하였다는 점이다.

지방자치단체의 모바일 앱 서비스 이용 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

무선인터넷 기술의 급속한 발전과 스마트폰의 빠른 확산으로 인해 국내ㆍ외 앱스토어를 통해 다양한 모바일 앱이 개발ㆍ배포되고 있다. 이에 따라 중앙정부부처나 지방자치단체에서도 모바일 전자정부를 보다 적극적으로 체험하고 활용할 수 있도록 공공용 모바일 앱(이하 공공앱)을 개발ㆍ제공하고 있으나, 서비스 이용률은 지극히 낮은 편이다. 본 연구는 지방자치단체(이하 지자체)의 공공앱 서비스 관계자를 제공자, 개발자, 사용자로 구분하고, 심화된 인터뷰를 통해 공공앱 서비스의 기획 및 제작, 전반적인 관리, 사용 측면에서 현황 및 문제점을 제시하였다. 또한, 인터뷰 결과를 바탕으로 전자정부 표준프레임워크 적용, 공공앱 서비스의 관리조직 및 체계 정비, 모바일 환경에 맞는 홍보전략, 사용자 맞춤형 정보제공, 공공정보의 개방 및 활용 증대 등의 활성화 방안으로 제시하였다. 본 연구는 학문적으로 관련 연구가 부족한 모바일 전자정부 및 공공앱 분야의 연구에서 후속 연구를 위한 기초자료로 적용될 수 있고, 사용자, 제공자, 개발자 그룹을 대상으로 한 심화된 인터뷰 결과를 바탕으로 질적연구를 수행하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 실무적으로 본 논문에서 제시된 공공앱 서비스의 현황자료와 인터뷰 결과는 부산시와 공공앱 개발업체에서 관련 현황분석 및 활성화 방안마련에 활용할 수 있다. 또한, 지자체 및 중앙정부의 모바일 전자정부 서비스와 관련한 정책 결정 및 관련 기관의 전략 수립에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Because of rapid advance of wireless Internet-related technology and fast diffusion of Smart phone, a variety of mobile applications through domestic and foreign app stores have been made and used. Under the recognition of current trend, both central government and local government have developed and provided public mobile app in order to accomplish the mobile e-government. However, public mobile app is not popular in spite of vast investment for its development and service. This study investigated current issues and problems of public mobile app in public service, management, and technology aspects. To do so, this study categorized the interested people of public mobile app into users, providers, and developers, and conducted deep interviews to them. Based on the interview results, the study suggested the following recommendations for the activating tools of public mobile app: providing user-customized information, fruitfulness of public information management, maintenance of management system for public mobile app service, user-friendly promotion appropriate in mobile environment, public mobile app development based on e-government standard framework, etc.. This study may provide the researchers with the successive study guidelines in mobile e-government and public mobile app fields. Also, the study may help the practitioners to make effective decisions on polices and strategies for mobile e-government of local government.
