부인과 개복수술 Indroprofen 의 진통작용 및 내성작용의 임상적 연구

35명의 산부인과 환자들의 개복수술후의 통증에 대하여 Indoprofen 200mg의 근육주사와 대조군 으로 Meperidine 50mg의 근육주사후의 진통효과를 비교하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 치료직전의 pain score는 양군이 모두 3.6으로 심한 또는 매우 심한 통증의 상태에 있 었다. 2. Indoprofen의 진통효과는 주사후 3시간 때 가장 높았으며 이 때의 pain score는 1.2 이었고, 반면에 Meperidine의 진통효과는 1시간후에 가장 높았으며 이때의 pain score는 1.0이었다. 3. 치료후 8시간내에 추가치료를 필요로 한 경우는 Indoprofen의 경우 전체 19예중 3 예로서 21%에 해당하였으며, Meperidine의 경우 전체 16예중 8예로 50%에 해당되었다. 4. Indoprofen을 사용한 19열에서는 뚜렷한 부작용을 발견할수 없었으며, Meperidine을 사용한 group에서는 nausea, vomiting 및 dizziness를 볼 수 있었다. 5. 이상에서 수술후 통증의 조절에 있어서 Meperidine에 대조하여 Indoprofen 사용은 대 기할 만 한 부작용이 없이 Meperidine에 상응하는 진통효과를 가지고 있음을 알 수 있었다. We Cimpared the analgesic effect of a single intramuscular infection of Indoprofen 200 mg with that of Meperidine 50 mg, given by the same route, in 35 patients with postoperative pain after gynecologic surgery. The results were sa follows. 1. The patients suffered from severe or very severe pain before medication, the pain scores of both group were 3.6. 2. The analgesic effect of Indoprofen apperared greateset 3 hours after infection and the pain score at the time was 1.2. On the other hand the analgesic effect of Meperidine appeared greatest 1 hour after injection and the pain score at the time was 1.0. 3. 3 of 10 patients(21%) who were treated with Indoprofen needed additional medication before 8 hours after first medication and 8 of 16 patients(50%) in Meperidine users. 4. There were no specific side effects in patients who were treated with Indoprofen, On the other hand, nausea, vomiting and dizziness appeared in the patients treated with Meperidine. 5. At last, we concluded that Indoprofen can replace the Meperidine without specific side effects for the treatment of postoperative pain.

동부여 대소왕 사후, 처음엔 고구려에 의해 부여왕으로 봉해진 낙씨왕계의부여는 고구려 연나부에 소속된 제후가 아니라 독자적인 군사권·외교권· 교역권을 가진 왕권 국가였음을 한·중 사료를 통해 확인할 수 있다. 고구려에 내투(來投)한 대소왕의 사촌 동생은 왕위를 물려받은 자가 아니기 때문에나라를 바쳐 항복할 자격은 없었으므로 추종자들과 망명한 것으로 볼 수 있다. 신흥패권국이 되고자 했던 고구려는 옛 동부여 왕실 일족을 믿을만한 동맹국으로 내세워 세력 확장을 도모하기 위한 대무신왕의 전략적 제안의 결과로 새로운 부여가 세워졌다고 볼 수 있다. 부여와 고구려의 관계는 현대 국제정치관계이론(IR)으로 분석해보면, 편승동맹 관계로 볼 수 있다. 부여는 고구려의 패권전쟁에 동참하면서 적의 표적이 되어 심각한 피해를 보게 되었고, 이에 대한 고구려의 차별적 지원책은 부여가 고구려와의 동맹을 깨고 후한과 결탁하는 배경이 되었다. 부여를 중흥시킨 위구태왕은 요동태수 공손도의 아들인 공손강과 함께 대방지역을 확보한 뒤, 천도를 단행하였다. 1~4세기 초까지 요서 지역에 있었던 이 부여는 부여사 연구의 체계적 정리를 위하여‘서부여’로 구분할 필요가 있음을 제안한다. After the death of King Daeso of Dongbuyeo(東夫餘), Buyeo of the Nak’s Kingdom, which was initially sealed by Goguryeo(高句麗) as Buyeo King, is not a lord belonging to the Goguryeo Yeonnabu(椽那部). It can be confirmed through Korean-Chinese historical records that it was a royal state with independent military, diplomatic, and trade rights. King Daeso's younger cousin, who surrendered to Goguryeo, was not a heir to the throne, so he was not eligible to surrender by sacrificing his country, so it can be seen as an exile with his followers. Goguryeo, which wanted to become a new hegemonic power, established a new Buyeo as a result of King Daemusin's strategic proposal to expand its power by turning the royal family of Dongbuyeo into a reliable ally. The relationship with Goguryeo can be seen as a bandwagon alliance if analyzed by modern international political relations theory (IR). Buyeo became a target of the enemy and suffered serious damage when it participated in Goguryeo's hegemonic war, and Goguryeo's discriminatory support for this became the background for Buyeo to break its alliance with Goguryeo and collude with Houhan(後漢). King Uigutae(尉仇台), who rejuvenated Buyeo, secured the Daebang(帶方) area with Gonsongang(公孫康), the son of Gongsondo(公孫 度), the Taishou of Liaodong(遼東太守), and move the capital. For this Buyeo, which was in the Liaoseo(遼西) area from the 1st to the early 4th centuries, I suggest that it is necessary to classify it as 'Seobuyeo(西夫餘)' for the systematic organization of Buyeo history research.

문화 유전자(meme)는 리처드 도킨스(Clinton Richard Dawkins)가 처음 만들어 낸 용어로, 유전적 방법이 아닌 모방을 통해 습득되는 문화 요소를 의미한다. 문화유전자는 모방을 거쳐 뇌에서 뇌로 개인의 생각과 신념을 역사를 통하여 전달하기 때문에 사람의 문화 심리에 영향을 미친다. 한민족은 오랜 역사 속에서 한민족만의 독특한 문화적 행태를 이어오고 있다. 언제부터 비롯되었는지, 왜 그런 문화가 형성되었는지 알지는 못해도 조상들이 그렇게 했기 때문에 후손은 그대로 따르며 지금까지 이어지고 있는 문화들이 있다. 본 논문은 이 가운데 문헌과 유물 그리고 민속 문화를 기초로 다학문 융합적 접근법을 통해 고조선의 문화로 입증될 수 있는 문화 행태를 연구하고자 한다. 이를 통해 고조선 사람들의 가치관이나 삶의 방식을 알아내고 그들이 후손에게 전하고자 하는 신념이 무엇인지 알 수 있다고 생각한다. 그 결과 한민족의 독특한 문화유전자인 상투와 댕기, 그리고 오늘날에도 행해지고 있는 삼신·21·100일문화가 고조선과 관련이 있음을 입증할 수 있었다. 고조선의 상투는 `추계(?結)`로 중국과 일본의 상투인 `계(?)`와 크기와 형태가 다르며, 그 역사는 홍산문화와도 관련이 있다고 볼 수 있다. 댕기는 단군의 가르침을 지키겠다는 `단계(檀戒)`의 의미가 있다. 3/21/100 이라는 숫자는 고조선의 건국신화에도 명백히 전하고 있는 것으로 고조선 때부터 지금까지 변함없이 우리에게 영향을 주고 있다는 점에 주목할 필요가 있다. 임신은 삼신할머니의 점지가 있어야 가능하고 죽음을 인도하는 저승사자는 3명이 한 조이며 3년 상(喪)을 한다. 21은 산모와 신생아를 위한 최소한의 면역기간이기도 하면서 나의 뇌를 변화시키는데 필요한 최소한의 기간이라는 사실은 현대 과학으로 입증되었다. 출생 100일은 수태1주년이 되는 날이면서 산모의 산후회복일로 전 세계에서 탄생 100일을 축하하는 민족은 한민족뿐인 것으로 알려져 있다. 고조선은 홍익인간 재세이화를 현실 속에 구현하기 위해 국가의 모든 역량을 쏟아 부었고, 그러한 노력들이 문화유전자로서 자기복제가 되어 지금까지 우리의 잠재의식 속에 깊이 박혀 전해져 왔으며 앞으로도 계속 될 것이다.
