        플립드러닝과 하브루타 학습법에 기반한 학습자 중심의 코딩 수업 설계 및 적용

        When it comes to the value of modern education, teachers are required to perform the role of a helper to promote interaction between learners, the role of a manager to facilitate smooth learning, and the role of a guide who has expert knowledge in the learning contents. Therefore, this study investigated what kind of learner-centered teaching methods there are, which require teachers to perform the roles of helper, manager, and guide, and conducted a pedagogical research on coding education to explore class models for self-directed learning. Subsequently, a class model was proposed by applying the flipped learning and havruta learning to a coding class. In this study, the learner-centered education methods of flipped learning and havruta method were applied to constructing a coding class as a university general education course. The feature of this class is that it enables dynamic interaction between teachers and learners as well as active interaction between leaners in a classroom instruction. After applying the proposed method to the actual class and analyzing it, the students taught using suggested method were more positively assessed in learning interest than those taught using a traditional method. And that in academic achievement as well, suggested method was more effective.

        의료민영화 정책과 국가 건강보험에 대한 논의

        This article delineates a rationale behind the necessity of programs reinforcement for Korean national insurance system to improve overall Korean health care practice. Today, Korean central and local government health care programs provides a 10% of total health care supplies, whereas major OECD countries supply from 60 to 90% of the total services. Even in the United States, Federal or state government supplies a 20 % of all services supplied. It is urged that health privatization policies should not at any circumstance be materialized. Instead, the national government should consider to increase national and public medical centers in cities and to improve public health care quality.

        Desflurane 흡입 마취 유도 시 기도 과민성에 대한 Lidocaine과 Fentanyl의 효과

        Background: Inhalation induction with desflurane can cause airway irritability and sympathetic stimulation. The aim of this study was to investigate whether lidocaine and fentanyl could reduce these unwanted reactions. Methods: Seventy-five patients who had premedication with midazolam were randomly allocated to one of three groups to receive intravenous saline (S group), lidocaine 1.5 mg/kg (L group), fentanyl 1 μg/kg (F group), respectively, before tidal volume induction with desflurane in oxygen and nitrous oxide. We recorded airway irritability such as cough, apnea, laryngospasm and excitatory movement and hemodynamic changes. Results: Airway irritability was not significantly different between the groups. In F group, mean blood pressure at LOC ver and LOC BIS and heart rate at LOC ver, LOC BIS and just before intubation were lower than those of S group (P<0.05). Other results were not significantly different. Conclusions: The results of the study showed that intravenous fentanyl and lidocaine had no beneficial effects to reduce airway irritability, but intravenous fentanyl could significantly reduce hemodynamic stimulation during inhalation induction with desflurane in the patients who were premedicated with midazolam.         Ad Hoc네트워크는 중앙 집중화된 관리 체계가 없기 때문에 공격에 대용하기가 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 네트워크 성능저하에 큰 영향을 미치는 공격중 시퀀스 번호 공격을 탐지하는 시스템을 제안한다. 유한상태기계를 이용하여 실시간으로 모바일 Ad Hoc네트워크에서 AODV 라우팅 프로토콜에 대해 실행될 수 있는 시퀀스 변호 공격을 탐지해 그에 대해 대응하는 탐지시스템을 제안하였다. 실험을 통해서 본 논문이 제안하는 탐지시스템의 효율성을 검증한다.

        제6기 국민건강영양조사를 토대로 분석한 한국 성인의 당뇨병과 빈혈 관계

        Anemia, defined as a reduction in the hemoglobin concentration of blood, is common in diabetes mellitus (DM) patients, can be potentially caused by diabetes complications such as nephropathy. Recent research suggests that diabetes mellitus (DM) itself may be a major risk factor of anemia. However, there are few Korean studies on the relationship between diabetes mellitus (DM) and anemia. This study was performed to investigate the association between anemia and diabetes mellitus (DM) in Korean adults. A total of 10,151 Korean adults over aged 19 years (4,422 male, 5,729 female) were selected from the participants of the Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey VI (KNHANES VI). Korean adults with anemia had a higher prevalence of diabetes mellitus (DM) than the normal adults (11.4% vs. 30.4% in male, 8.8% vs. 9.4% in female). The unadjusted odds ratio (OR) for anemia was greater in adults with DM than in normal male (OR=3.28; 95% CI: 2.27∼4.73). After adjusting for other risk factors including age, education, family income, smoking, drinking, and menstrual status, anemia and diabetes were not associated (OR=1.33; 95% CI: 0.84∼ 2.09). Similarly, there was no association between anemia and diabetes in female. In conclusion, this study shows that the prevalence of anemia is similar in diabetic and non-diabetic Korean adults after adjusting for multiple risk factors. Further research is required to elucidate the mechanism of anemia caused as a con-sequence of diabetes mellitus (DM).

        한국인 자폐증과 Chromosome 5p14에 존재하는 CDH9, CDH10 유전자 다형성의 연관성 연구

        Objectives:The region of chromosome 5p14 is known to be associated with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The cadherin9 (CDH9) and cadherin10 (CDH10) genes are located in the region of chromosome 5p14 and reported to be associated with ASD in the Caucasian population. We performed an association study to identify if single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) located on the CDH9 and CDH10 genes are associated in the Korean population. Methods:Genomic DNA was extracted from the blood of 214 patients with ASD and 258 controls. SNPs selected from two genes were genotyped using an Illumina Golden-Gate Genotyping assay with VeraCode technology. Statistical analysis was performed using SAS and Plink software. Results:All controls and ASD patients were in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. In the results of logistic regression analyses for the genotype model and the chi-square test for the allele model, we found that SNPs on the CDH9 and CDH10 genes were not associated with ASD. Conclusion:Our data suggests that the CDH9 and CDH10 genes are not associated with ASD in the Korean population.

        핀테크 사용에 대한 정보프라이버시 염려와 이용자 저항에 대한 연구

        최근 금융과 IT가 결합된 핀테크에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 현재 핀테크 서비스는 확산 초기 단계에 있으며, 사용 확산을 위한 이슈로서 정보 보안 이슈가 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 핀테크 서비스 실 사용자들이 인지하는 정보프라이버시 염려를 중심으로 사용 저항 정도를 분석하고, 이들에 영향을 주는 요인들로 사회적 영향 정도와 모바일 인터넷 활용 능력을 분석하였다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 사용자의 조절초점성향과 정보프라이버시 염려의 상호작용이 사용자 저항에 미치는 효과를 검증하였다. 이를 통해, 핀테크 서비스에 대한 저항 감소 및 사용 확산을 위한 전략적 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. Recently, there is a growing interest in Fintech which is a business based on using IT to provide financial services. At the early stage of diffusion of Fintech, one of the issues raised is the concern for information security. This study examines actual users’ information privacy concern and user resistance to Fintech services. We also investigates the effects of social influence and mobile Internet literacy on information privacy concern and user resistance. In particular, this research verifies the interaction effect between regulatory focus and information privacy concern to influence user resistance. Based on the findings, the results of this study provide strategic implications for firms which attempt to reduce user resistance to Fintech services and proliferate Fintech usage.

        온도센서용 실리카에 담지된 ZnSe 양자점 소재

        Silica encapsulated ZnSe quantum dots (QDs) were prepared by employing two microemulsion systems: AOT/water/cyclohexane microemulsions containing ZnSe quantum dots with NP5/water/cyclohexane microemulsions containing tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS). Using this method, cubic zinc blende nanoparticles (3 nm in diameter) were synthesized and encapsulated by silica nanoparticles (20 nm in diameter). The temperature dependence of photoluminescence (PL) for silica-encapsulated ZnSe QDs was investigated to evaluate this material as a temperature sensor media. The fluorescence emission intensity of silica-encapsulated ZnSe nanoparticles (NPs) was decreased with an increase of ambient temperature over the range from 30 ℃ to 60 ℃ and a linear relationship between the temperature and the emission intensity was observed. In addition, the temperature dependence of PL intensity for silica-encapsulated ZnSe NPs showed a reversible pattern on ambient temperature. A reversible temperature dependence of the luminescence combined with its insensitivity toward quenching by oxygen due to silica coating established this material as an attractive media for temperature sensor applications.

        사물인터넷(IoT) 환경에서의 개인정보 위험 분석 프레임워크

        In Internet of Things (IoT) era, more diverse types of information are collected and the environment of information usage, distribution, and processing is changing. Recently, there have been a growing number of cases involving breach and infringement of personal information in IoT services, for examples, including data breach incidents of Web cam service or drone and hacking cases of smart connected car or individual monitoring service. With the evolution of IoT, concerns on personal information protection has become a crucial issue and thus the risk analysis and management method of personal information should be systematically prepared. This study shows risk factors in IoT regarding possible breach of personal information and infringement of privacy. We propose “a risk analysis framework of protecting personal information in IoT environments” consisting of asset (personal information-type and sensitivity) subject to risk, threats of infringement (device, network, and server points), and social impact caused from the privacy incident. To verify this proposed framework, we conducted risk analysis of IoT services (smart communication device, connected car, smart healthcare, smart home, and smart infra) using this framework. Based on the analysis results, we identified the level of risk to personal information in IoT services and suggested measures to protect personal information and appropriately use it.
