        학교보건교육의 효과 평가 방안

        An evaluation in school education systems should identify what students achieve and what they do not. Since 2010, if the health education curriculum is provided as a selective course in middle and high school settings, the national health education standards are required because these affect on students' applications of a higher stage of education. It would be better that each school follows their autonomy to evaluate each student's achievement on the health education. In addition, the national health education standards should be set to assess the effectiveness of seven categories in health education. It is hard to achieve good results through 17 hours of the health education per a semester. Therefore, the health education would be better to provide more than 50 hours per a semester, and the 3th graders instead of 5th graders are suitable for taking the health education because they are more flexible to change their lifestyle toward healthier life. There are two categories in the health education, such as "Mental Health" and "Society and Health" which are expanded from originally seven categories of the health education. Moreover, professional training programs for school nurses should be provided because these two categories are relatively a new domain for them. Finally, all elementary middle and high schools have a school nurse to decrease inequal opportunities of the health education between urban and rural area. When these suggestions are all set in school systems, our students' health behaviors will be improved as well as the effectiveness of the health education.

        보건교육 실태 및 내용 요구도 조사

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the current conditions and to analysis the needs of health education contents in school nurses and elementary school children. Methods : The survey was conducted through the questionnaire with school nurses and students. Subjects were 60 school nurse and 1483 elementary school children. Data was collected based on the from Mar to Apr. 2004. Finally, data was analyzed using mean, SD, and t-test. Results : The students need the health education related safety, oral hygiene, visual promotion, scoliosis prevention, cyber addiction prevention, anti-bullying and school violence prevention. School nurses suggest the contents of health education such as sex education, drug misuse and overuse prevention. There was also a difference in the need of health education among the school nurse and students. Conclusion:I suggest that health education should be conducted taking students' demand in each grade into consideration. School nurses need to positively improve the priorities of health education based on the students' demand.

        Sulfide stress cracking (SSC) of materials exposed to oilfield environment containing hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) has been recognized as a materials failure problem. Laboratory data and field experience have demonstrated that extremely low concentration of H₂S may be sufficient to lead to SSC failure of susceptible materials. In some cases, H2S can act synergistically with chlorides to produce corrosion and cracking failures. SSC is a form of hydrogen embrittlement that occurs in high strength steels and in localized hard zones in weldment of susceptible materials. In the heat-affected zones adjacent to welds, there are often very narrow hard zones combined with regions of high residual stress that may become embrittled to such an extent by dissolved atomic hydrogen. On the base of understanding on sulfide stress cracking and its mechanism, SSC resistance for the several materials, those are ASTM A106 Gr B using in the oil industries, are evaluated.

        In this paper, electrochemical corrosion and corrosion fatigue crack growth characteristics of a multi-pass welded A 106 Gr B steel pipe were assessed in a 5.0 wt% NaCl solution that was saturated with H₂S gas at room temperature. Two crack measurement techniques, the DCPD method and strain gage method were applied and compared their usefulness. From the results, corrosion rate increased with applied current increase, and corrosion fatigue crack growth rate in corrosion environment was larger than that of in air. Comparing two crack measurements, the strain gage method was more effective than the DCPD method because the DCPD method was variable according to the magnitude of applied current.

        폐수 재이용을 위한 무기계 광촉매 담체 연구

        This study focused on effective decomposition methods for low concentrated organic compounds from the reuse of industrial wastewater, and confirmed the possibility through photocatalyst media. Photocatalyst immobilized media was developed to carry on this experiment which confirmed the removal possibility of low concentrated organic compounds. Considering the stability and efficiency of photocatalyst immobilization, inorganic support, hollow bead, and TiO2 nano powder were used. As a result of the removal experiment, the removal efficiencies of acetonitrile, ethanol, IPA(Isopropyl alcohol), methanol were above 75% after 15 minutes while those of acetone, acetaldehyde, urea were 10%, 45%, 20%, respectively after 60 minutes. If further studies were made to increase the surface area of the photocatalyst immobilized media, the efficiency of the removal of low concentrated organic compounds can be improved and this solution can also be used in an actual treatment process.

        대학부설 평생교육원 프로그램에 대한 학습자 평가연구

        This study is aimed at the evaluation for the programs of university attached lifelong education institutions centered on the learners, which is the way of the evaluation of the program by the learners on the programs actually operated in Korea by university attached lifelong education institutions as the object for the promotion of the quality of the programs of university attached lifelong education institutions. The results of the study are summarized as follows; The questionnaires have been give to 2,500 adult learners who participate in the programs of culture and hobby courses, professional and occupation courses, health and sports courses, credit bank courses, and training nursery teacher courses of university attached lifelong education institutions of the public, city and private universities located in Seoul and other. The 1,568 faithful respondents have been given the analyses of average and standard deviation, frequency, t-test, and ANOV A by using SPSS 10.0 statistical program. The result of the study on the effectiveness of evaluation tools for the programs of university attached lifelong education institutions centered on the learners was that the factors of education aim in the variables of input evaluation showed the highest evaluation point by 4.03. when we analyzed the evaluation result of evaluation variables and evaluation factors, The factors of learning support environment which is progress evaluation variable showed the lowest by 3.37. These may be understood that administration service, various convenience facilities, the lecture room environment, and others have been weaker in university attached lifelong education institutions. Therefore the complements and reformation on the factors of learning support environment should be attained. 우리 나라 대부분 대학에서 설치ㆍ운영되고 있는 대학부설 평생교육원에서는 프로그램에 대한 질적 수월성과 전문성을 높이기 위한 프로그램 평가에 대한 연구가 절실히 필요하다. 따라서 이 연구는 대학부설 평생교육원 프로그램 질적 향상을 위해, 우리 나라 대학부설 평생교육완에서 실제 운영되고 있는 프로그램을 대학부설 평생교육원 프로그램 평가도구 (이규영, 2003) 를 적용하여, 학습자가 프로그램을 평가하는 방식으로 대학부설 평생교육원 프로그램에 대하여 평가를 하였다. 조사대상은 수도권과 비수도권. 국립ㆍ사립ㆍ공립별 대학부설 평생교육원의 교양ㆍ취미 프로그램, 전문ㆍ직업 프로그램, 건강ㆍ스포츠 프로그램, 학점은행제 프로그램, 보육교사 양성 프로그램에 참여하는 성인학습자 2,500 명을 대상으로 설문지를 실시하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 10.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 ANOVA 와 t-test 를 실시하였다. 그 결과 프로그램 요인 중에서는 “학습지원환경” 요인이 가장 취약한 것으로 나왔으며, 대학부설 평생교육프로그램 평가결과는 보육교사양성 프로그램과 학점은행제 프로그램에 참여하고 있는 학습자들이 다른 프로그램에 참여하고 있는 학습자들 보다 평가결과가 낮게 나왔다. 반면, 건강ㆍ스포츠 프로그램에 참여하고 있는 학습자의 평가결과가 가장 높게 나왔으며, 설립주체별 (국립ㆍ사립ㆍ공립), 수도권과 비수도권 지역별 학습자들의 평가결과를 비교해본 결과 국ㆍ공립 보다 사립이 더 낮은 평가결과가 내왔으며 비수도권 지역보다는 수도권지역의 평가 결과가 낮게 나왔다.

        대학 부설 평생교육원 프로그램 평가 도구 개발

        1990 년 우리나라 전체 대학 중 24개 대학에 설치ㆍ운영되어 오던 태학 부설 평생교육원이 1995년 5ㆍ31 교육개혁을 계기로 268 개가 새로이 설치되어, 2002년 12월에는 우리나라 총 397 개 대학 중 826% 연 328 개 대학에서 평생교육원올 설치ㆍ운영하고 있으며, 대학 부설 평생교육원 프로그램 수도 6556 개에 이르고 학습인원도 327,960 명으로 증가하는 퉁 급격한 팽창 추세를 보이고 있다. 이러한 대학 부설 평생교육원의 급속한 양적 팽창은 칠적인 수월성을 저해할 위험성 을 내포하고 있다. 따라서 대학 부설 평생교육원 프로그램 질적 수월성을 높이기 위한 프로그램 평가가 필요한 실정이다. 이 연구는 대학 부설 평생교육원 프로그램 질적 향상을 위해 우리나라 대학 부설 평생교육원 에서 실제 운영되고 있는 프로그램을 대상으로 학습자가 프로그램을 평가하는 방식인 학습자 중심 ”대학 부설 평생교육원 프로그램 평가 도구”를 개발하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 수도권과 비수도권, 국립ㆍ사립ㆍ공립별 대학 부설 평생교육원의 교양ㆍ취미 프로그램, 전문ㆍ직업 프로그램 건강ㆍ스포츠 프로그램 학점은행제 프로그램, 보육교사 양성 프로그램에 참여하는 성인학습자 2,500 명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 통계처리는 SPSS 10.0 통계 프로그램을 이용 하여 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 학습자 중심 대학 부설 평생교육원 프로그램 평가도구로는 투입변인예 “교육목표”, ”교수학습”요인이 과정변인에 “학습지원환경”, “인간관계” 요인이, 산출변인에 “공익성”, “학습자 만족도”, "학습성과” 요인 등 6 개 요인과 43 문항이 추출되었다. This study is aimed at the development of evaluation tools for the programs of university attached lifelong education institutions centered on the learners which is the way of the evaluation of the program by the learners with the programs actually operated in Korea by university attached lifelong education institutions as the object for the promotion of the quality of the programs of university attached lifelong education institutions and also this study has the aim of verifying the actual effect of such tools. The results of the study are summarized as follows; The investigation is given to 2,500 adult learners by way question papers who participate at the programs of culture and hobby courses, professional and occupation courses, health and sports courses, credit bank courses, and training nursery teacher courses of university attached lifelong education institutions of the public, city and private universities located in Seoul or not. The 1,568 faithful respondents have been given the analyses of factor, reliability, average and standard deviation, frequency, t-test, and ANOV A by using SPSS 10.0 statistical program. Total 6 evaluation factors(educational aim, teaching and learning, learning support environment, human relation, public good and satisfaction degree, and the effect of learning) and 43 items have been produced by the evaluation tools of university attached lifelong education institutions centered by the learners. The result of the analyses of the reliability of the evaluation factors produced from factors analysis by applying to the model of this study showed that the reliability degree of the total factors was, .9592 showing the reliability degree of evaluation tools has been comparatively good and favorable.

        수도권지역 간호대학생들의 셀프리더십 수준

        본 연구는 수도권지역 3년제 간호대학 4개교 1,2,3학년 남녀학생 2,059명을 대상으로 셀프리더십 수준과 이에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하여, 향후 간호 대학생들의 리더십 증진을 위한 방안을 모색하고, 인성교육프로그램개발의 기초자료를 제공할 목적으로 수행하였다. 구체적 목표는 대학생들의 성별, 학년별 리더십수준을 파악하고 배경변인에 따른 리더십수준의 차이를 파악하고 셀프리더십에 영향을 미치는 변인이 무엇인지 알아 보기위하여 SPSS Program 23.0을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Multiple Regression로 분석하였다. 본 연구결과, 남학생이 여학생보다 리더십수준이 높았고, 3학년이 1, 2학년보다 높았다. 대학생들의 리더십에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 연령, 종교, 동아리참여, 대학생활만족도, 적성, 경제수준이 대학생들의 리더십에 유의하게 영향을 주는 변수로 확인되었다. 즉 연령이 높은 학생일수록(p=.022), 동아리 활동에 참여하는 학생일수록(p<.001), 대학생활만족도가 높은 학생일수록(p<.001), 간호학 전공적성이 잘 맞다고 응답한 학생일수록(p<.001), 경제상태가 상위층일수록(p<.001) 리더십 수준이 유의하게 증가되었고, 설명력은 18.5%였다. 이러한 결과는 간호 대학생들의 학교 동아리 참여나 봉사활동을 활성화시키고 대학생활을 만족할 수 있도록 하는 학생중심의 다양한 인성교육 프로그램이 개발되어야 함을 시사하고 있으며 대학 교육과정에 리더십 프로그램을 개발하여 운영해 나가는 노력도 필요하다. Purpose: The purposes of this study were to explore self leadership of nursing students and identify the factors affecting their self leadership. Methods: This study was a cross-sectional descriptive study. Participants were 2,059 nursing students who were in four 3-year nursing programs located in Metropolitan area participated in. The data were analyzed by SPSS 23.0 software using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe-test, and Multiple Regression analysis. Results: The total self leadership score was 3.57. To investigate the factors affecting self leadership among nursing students, the age, participation in school club activities, satisfactions of college life, aptitude for nursing, and economic status factor were found as affecting factors. Conclusion: Therefore, in order to improve self leadership among nursing students. students are encouraged to join club activities in school. There are also needs to build more student-centered learning environment which results in high levels of student satisfaction and to initiate character education program such as self leadership program.

        미디어리터러시, 자아존중감이 고등학생의 성개방성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 고등학생의 미디어리터러시와 자아존중감이 성개방성에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구는 서울, 경기, 인천 지역의 7개 고등학교 639명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 회귀분석 결과, 성개방성에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 성별, 경제상태, SML1, SE가족이 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 청소년의 성에 대한 올바른 태도를 함양시키기 위한 성교육 프로그램으로 미디어 정보를 비판적으로 분석하고 수용하는 미디어리터러시를 기르며, 가족과 연계하여 가족에 대한 자아존중감을 향상시키는 내용을 포함하는 것이 효과적이라 사료된다. This study investigated effect of media lieteracy and self-esteem on sexual permissiveness among high school student in order to develop a sex education program. The participants were 639 high school students from Seoul, Kyeonggi, and Incheon in Korea. According to the regression analysis, sexual permissiveness was explained by sex, economic status, SML1, SE family. The results suggested that it is important to develop a sex education program that focuses on enhancing media literacy and family-related self-esteem to raise the right sex attitude of adolescents.
