        산업플랜트 건설 프로젝트의 주요 공정 시퀀스 분석을 통한 리스크 평가

        2011년과 2012년 국내건설기업의 해외건설시장 공종별 수주구조는 플랜트분야가 약 645억 달러(전체의 73%)로 타 건설분야에 비해 압도적이며 수주금액 또한 역대 최고액을 기록하였다. 이러한 플랜트 건설시장의 비중과 수주율은 당분간 지속될 전망이다. 하지만 국내 기업이 보유한 플랜트 건설기술은 상세설계와 건설시공 분야에서 비교적 높은 경쟁력을 보이나, 엔지니어링의 원천기술 및 기본설계 분야와 사업관리 분야는 기술 선진국의 60%~70% 내외이다. 국내 기업의 사업관리 경쟁력을 향상시키기 위해 플랜트 건설 공정관리 기술의 고도화와 프로젝트 수행과정에서 발생하는 리스크의 체계적인 평가 방안을 마련하는 것이 시급하다. 본 연구에서는 산업플랜트 건설프로젝트의 주요 공정 시퀀스 모델을 개발하여 프로젝트 초기에 공정계획 수립의 주요 항목설정과 공사의 흐름 및 공정 간의 연관관계 등을 명확하게 정립할 수 있도록 하였다. 특히 공종별 주요 액티비티 분석을 통해 주요 공정 시퀀스를 도출하였고, 퍼지이론을 활용하여 프로젝트 수행 단계별 위험도 평가 방안의 개발 및 중점 관리 공정 프로세스를 제시함으로써 산업플랜트 건설 프로젝트 공정개발과정과 주공정 수행과정의 리스크 분석에 용이성을 향상할 수 하도록 하였다. In 2011 and 2012, Korean construction firms awarded around $ 64.5. Billion each year from the overseas market in 2011. This contract value accounted for overwhelming portion of total overseas construction contract values, and this growth is expected to continue for the next decade. However, contract scopes awarded to the Korean construction firms mainly involve detailed design and construction phases due to their competitiveness for the construction techniques. In other words, front-end-engineering-design and construction project management are not considered part of core business due to the lack of project management skills and experience. The researchers focused on development of construction sequence model required to improve construction planning and scheduling skills for the Korean construction firms. The model identifies critical work items and the sequence throughout project execution process. In addition, the researchers developed a risk evaluation method by applying fuzzy theory to the critical construction activities for the industrial plant construction projects. Developed methodology will help project practitioners to develop project schedule in a timely and effe ctive manner and evaluate project risks associated with scheduling process for the industrial plant construction projects.

        한국 전통마을의 형성과 발전에 관한 연구 -경남 산청 단계마을을 중심으로-

        The objective of this study is to describe more positively and concretely the entity of traditional village through the quantitative and scientific analysis process using positive data. Dan-Gye, a traditional village in San-Cheong, has been populated since more than 500 years ago because of its ideal conditions for settlement. In this study, the fluctuations on the numbers of households in Dan-Gye were analyzed from the first settlement era to the present, and the transformations of housing sites and roads since 1913 were also analyzed. The results are as follows. 1) The village Dan-Gye has a history of more than 500 years, and the first inhabitants were the Ryus. As time went by, the Ryus' power became weak gradually, but the powers of the Kwons and the Parks who had flowed later into this village became prosperous to make up a prominent family village in the late period of Cho-Sun dynasty. Such powers had reached the peak in the early period of Japanese occupation, and although the powers became weak gradually after that time, those two families have overwhelmed other families in population and possession of large houses until now. But as the confucianism in every-day life fell off and the inhabitants moved to cities, the existence of a family community became meaningless. 2) The Kwons and the Parks have possessed the large parts of the village's housing sites. As time went by, the sites have been divided and fields have been changed to housing sites for the increasing families, and such division and change have been made chiefly on perimeter areas. 3) The characteristics of the road in Dan-Gye where traditional roads existed began to be destroyed by Japanese construction of new roads, and such destruction has continued due to the bank construction after a flood and the road constructions after 1970s.

        탈신경 과민반응 발현 이전의 에이디 긴장성 동공 1예

        Purpose: Denervation supersensitivity to 0.125% pilocarpine is an important factor in making a diagnosis of Adie’s tonic pupil. However, it generally takes several weeks for denervation supersensitivity to manifest after an injury to the nerve ganglion. We report a case of ‘acute’ Adie’s tonic pupil before the manifestation of denervation supersensitivity. Case summary: A 53-year-old man with no significant past medical history visited our clinic, reporting mydriasis of his left eye. Pupil size was 8 mm in the right eye, 3 mm in the left. Loss of both direct/indirect light reflex and light-near reflex were observed. The left pupil did not react to 0.125% Pilocarpine, but constricted in response to 1% pilocarpine. After 5 months, the pupil size did not change, but the pupil constricted in response to 0.125% pilocarpine. Conclusions: In an isolated case of dilated pupil, though the pupil did not react to 0.125% pilocarpine, with respect to the Adie’s tonic pupil, to check the manifestation of denervation supersensitivity should be needed at regular intervals.

        백내장을 동반한 녹내장 환자에서 백내장 수술이 시야 결손에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: To determine the effect of cataract extraction on visual field damage in glaucoma patients with cataracts. Methods: Sixty-two eyes of fifty glaucoma patients (primary open-angle glaucoma, angle-closure glaucoma, and normal-tension glaucoma) were divided into three groups according to the MD (mean deviation) value from the Humphrey automatic visual field test. The PSD (pattern standard deviation) values were analyzed before and after the cataract surgery. Additionally, the visual acuity, intraocular pressure and the number of antiglaucomatous agents were compared. Results: All of the three groups, showed significant improvement in visual acuity. However, there was only a significant decrease in intraocular pressure at three months postoperatively. When comparing the mean MD values of each group, there was a statistically significant difference between the mild defect group and the severe defect group, but no statistically significant difference in the moderate defect group. There was also no statistically significant difference in PSD values in the any of the groups before and after cataract surgeries. Conclusions: In glaucoma patients with cataracts, there were no significant differences in PSD values before and after cataract surgery. Additionally, to perform an adequate cataract operation in advanced glaucoma patients without the progression of visual field damage, lowering intraocular pressure and improving visual acuity is helpful.         Smart window technology has become a major component of smart buildings, leading to energy savings and enhanced functionality. Smart windows work like curtains or blind screens, blocking external light sources. Smart window components employ electrochromic or photochromic materials that can selectively block sunlight when electricity is applied. The installation of low-E glass and building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV) is being encouraged in accordance with the policy on saving building energy. To incorporate BIPV into smart windows, the transparency and colors of transparent photovoltaics must be optimized. The power sources required to operate these smart windows take advantage of the transparent color of the solar cells, which also facilitates aesthetics. Self-powered smart windows that combine electrochromic or photochromic screens with transparent solar cells suggest a promising convergent technology.
