1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This study aims to find influential variables in terms of correlation of work ethic and general features with necessity of work ethic. (2) RESEARCH METHOD The analytical methods used in this study were frequency, mean, Factor Analysis, t-test, ANOVA, post-hoc estimation(Duncan test), multiple regression. To verify the reliability of each measure, Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was used. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS Upon the result of the study, work ethic elements were found as service, organization, employment and public ethics. Among those, the most enthusiastically pursed one by agents was service ethic while the least one was public ethic. 2. RESULTS The more they pursue for public ethic, the more strongly they feel a need of work ethic. Those who possess real estate license feel the necessity of work ethic most strongly, followed by representative and employees who both have certificates and those with long career.

CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This study purposes to present the policy of taxation systems and the problem and improvement of the policy through real estate policies changed in accordance to rea estate markets to restrain only real estate speculation. (2) RESEARCH METHOD As a method of study, this study investigated existing literatures and theses on real estate taxation systems and approaches, centering on the aspect of policy related to real estate taxation systems. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS This study classifies main contents of real estate policy of our country developed from the past to the present with ages and describes main taxation policies. 2.RESULTS The Reas estate taxation system is the means of a comprehensive real estate countermeasurse, so it has to be operated, checked and controled together with other policies and countermeasures. In addition, this study suggests that our country has to make a plan of and operate taxation policies, centering on social and economic aspects.

To develop an effective system for analyzing the mechanical property of cells, a silicon specimen that carries skeletal muscle cells is fabricated by MEMS process. Fabrication of micro-scale specimen includes backside photoresist patterning, reactive ion etching (RIE), and potassium hydroxide (KOH) etching. As-fabricated specimens provide opportunities for cell growth in a freestanding form. Afterward, by culturing skeletal muscle cells on the specimen, the biocompatibility of the specimen is verified. Ongoing measurements of the mechanical property of skeletal muscle cells using the developed testing system will also be presented.

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The management contract between real estate management experts and real estate owners in a kind of trust contract. Real estate managers haver to abide by the obligations as a trustee of customers, but ethical regulations transcend legal standards. Real estate managers, as proxies of owners, have to keep impeccable ethical standards. So, this thesis aims at discussing the theory of the ethics on real estate management and groping for problems and subjects with the wide classification of real estate management referred to. (2) RESEARCH METHOD Under the purpose of drawing the problems and subjects of this thesis, this thesis applied the exploratory method through various literature investigation to putting in triangular the theory of real estate management and the ethics on real estate management. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS The purpose of the ethics on real estate management drawn in this thesis are classified with three factors such as human factors, systematic factors, and environmental factors as followings. First, when it comes to the improvement of human factors, for the purpose of developing the ethics on real estate management, first of all, it is necessary to improve the values of the persons concerned to real estate management, the subjects of real estate management. Second, when it comes to the improvement of systematic factors, it is necessary to operate rigid and fair real estate management standard to secure the transparency in managing and definding real estate management, and to improve the service condition of the persons concerned to real estate management. Third, when it comes the improvement of environmental factors, it is necessary to change people's recognition and values to uplift the level of real estate management. 2. RESULTS At the present when epochal, social, and administrative environments change, the age of globalization and internationalization, real estate management has to cope with problems rapidly and positively. So the ethics on real estate management, the basis of judgement for recognition and behaviors, have to be put in triangular position to function as a behavioral guidance proper to environmental change situation. 3.
