Sn-58Bi 솔더 페이스트와 ENIG 표면 처리된 기판 접합부의 계면 반응 및 접합강도

Sn-Bi eutectic alloy has been widely used as one of the key solder materials for step soldering at low temperature. The Sn-58Bi solder paste containing chloride flux was adopted to compare with that using the chloride-free flux. The paste was applied on the electroless nickel-immersion gold (ENIG) surface finish by stencil printing, and the reflow process was then performed at $170^{\circ}C$ for 10 min. After reflow, the solder joints were aged at $125^{\circ}C$ for 100, 200, 300, 500 and 1000 h in an oven. The interfacial microstructures were obtained by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the composition of intermetallic compounds (IMCs) was analyzed using energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS). Two different IMC layers, consisting of $Ni_3Sn_4$ and relatively very thin Sn-Bi-Ni-Au were formed at the solder/surface finish interface, and their thickness increased with increasing aging time. The wettability of solder joints was investigated by wetting balance test. The mechanical property of each aging solder joint was evaluated by the ball shear test in accordance with JEDEC standard (JESD22-B117A). The results show that the highest shear force was measured when the aging time was 100 h, and the fracture mode changed from ductile fracture to brittle fracture with increasing aging time. On the other hand, the chloride flux in the solder paste did not affect the shear force and fracture mode of the solder joints.

스마트장치(Smart Device)의 등장으로 인해 방송, 통신, 정보가 디지털 컨버전스(Digital Convergence)화 되고 있으며, 이를 활용한 다양한 응용도구들이 등장하고 있다. 무엇보다도 장소나 시간에 제한되지 않는 네트워크 환경의 사용 편의성 때문일 것이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 스마트장치의 연결성과 활용성을 극대화할 수 있는 다중사용자 실시간 대화형 어플라이언스를 제안한다. PDA의 장점인 휴대성, 터치패드 입력방식과 무선 네트워크를 극대화하여 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않는 커뮤니케이션을 제공한다. 동일 플랫폼 기반으로서 특정기기끼리의 통신이 아닌, 다양한 장치간의 통신이 가능하여 무한한 확장이 가능하다. 이것은 PDA to PDA 뿐만 아니라 PDA to PC, PDA to Cellular Phone, PC to PC 등 다양한 장치 호환성으로, 한 환경에서 다른 환경으로 작업 연장이 가능하다. 또한 앞으로 펼쳐질 유비쿼터스(Ubiquitous)환경에서 새로운 다중사용자 커뮤니케이션을 제안한다.

Psychiatrists who admits the patients to the inpatients service not infrequently put the order like "close observation" on admission. Although there may be many reasons by which the psychiatrists incline to make such an order, the experiences on the floor reveal that the reasons may be summarized within the following two categories: 1) When the patient shows the signes of suicidal threats or of elopement. 2) The psychodynamics on the nature of the illness or development of the patient's present illness are so complicated that the physician feels the nursing record to be regrded as one of the essential materials for drawing his conclusion in terms of diagnostic evaluation as well as establishment of treatment measures. This study was designed to study some ecological factors among the patients for whom such an order like "close observation" was made in order to help the physician in charge draw their decisions further promptly as well as for the improvement of psychiatric care by knowing the ecology of such patients. The subjects selected for this study were 40 patients including 23 males and 17 females. They were the inpatients at the department of psychiatry, St. Mary's Hospital, Catholic Medical Center, between the period from January 1, 1970 to May 31 of the same year. The results may be summarized as follows: 1) Sex and age distribution revealed that the largest proportion of the male group was in the second decade, consisting 8 cases (34.7%) while the female was in the third decade group consisting 6 cases (35.3%). 2) The attitudes on the part of patients were divided into two groups including positive and negative ones. The positive attitude included cooperative one or tensed yet possessing cooperativeness in the attitude. The negative attitude included suspicious, fearful or directly or indirectly hostile group. Of the total cases studied, more than half (27 cases, 67.5%) showed the sign of cooperative attitude toward the nurses while the 13 (32. 5%) showed obvertly negative attitude. It is interesting to note that 65.3% among the male group showed the cooperative attitude while only 35.3% among female cases showed the same attitude. While 4.3% among the male group showed hostile attitude, 35.3% among female group showed hostile attitude. 3) When these attitude were again classified in terms of their attitude toward their own parents, the following statement may be drawn. There are definite tendency that the patients, irrespective of sex, who maintained poor relation with the mothers revealed to be possessing ngative attitude toward the nurses while thoses who maintained hostile relationship with the fathers revealed fair attitude with the nurses.
