선박조직문화가 선원의 직무만족과 이직의도에 미치는 영향

조직문화란 조직구성원들이 공유하는 가치와 신념으로 조직구성원의 행동에 지배적인 영향을 미치는 요소이다. 조직문화에 대한 이해는 조직의 효율적 관리와 성공 가능성을 높이는 경쟁력의 원천이다. 본 연구는 선행연구를 바탕으로 선박조직문화와 선원의 직무만족 및 이직의도간의 영향관계를 파악하여 선원의 직무만족도 향상과 선원의 이직문제를 해결하기 위한 정책 방향에 도움이 되고자 진행하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 선행 연구 및 문헌고찰 후 연구의 실증에 사용될 속성을 도출하고, 다중회귀분석을 통한 실증분석을 통해 가설을 검증하는 방법으로 연구를 전개하였다. 가설검증결과 선박조직문화와 직무만족 간의 관계에서는 발전문화, 집단문화, 합리문화가 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미친다고 나타났고, 선박조직문화가 집단문화일 때 이직의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 직무만족 외재적요인은 선원의 이직의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 관계는 선원을 강력하게 통제하는 것보다 선원이 직무를 통해 보람과 스스로 성장한다고 느끼고, 다른 선원들과 유대감과 협동을 향상시킬 수 있는 조직문화를 조성하는 것이 필요하다는 것을 의미한다. 해운기업은 조직구성원을 대상으로 조직문화 개선을 위한 교육을 하고 조직문화를 지속적으로 관리 · 개발시켜 나가야 할 것이다. Organizational culture represents values and beliefs that members share and is a factor that influences the behavior of organizational members. Understanding organizational culture is a source of competitive advantage to increase the rate of success and efficient management of the organization. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and the turnover intention of sailors. To achieve its purpose, the study was developed by examining the properties to be used for the demonstration and the purpose of the study, and verifying the hypothesis through empirical analysis. Empirical analysis showed that developmental, rational, and group cultures among organizational culture have a significant impact on job satisfaction. When the organizational culture has a group culture and an extrinsic factor to job satisfaction, it has a negative effect on turnover intention. This implies that the shipping company needs to foster organizational culture to feel like growing for Sailors themselves and to improve relationship and cooperation with other sailors rather than trying to control strongly. The shipping company will need to educate members and manage its organizational culture consistently for improving the organizational culture.

최근 도입 논의가 활발히 이루어지고 있는 바이모달 트램은 버스와 경량전철의 중간 규모의 수요에 대하여 정시성, 효율성, 편리성을 갖춘 대중교통시스템으로 주목받고 있다. 특히 철도와 같이 물리적으로 분리된 전용로상에서 제어시스템과 운영시스템을 갖춰 운영할 수 있고, 일반도로에서도 버스와 같이 운영할 수 있는 장점이 있으나, 철도와 도로교통 관련 법령에서 정의되지 않고, 건설비에 대한 재정지원근거가 없어 구체적인 도입계획이 수립되지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 바이모달 트램 도입 활성화를 위한 제도 구축을 위하여 다음과 같은 분석을 수행하였다. 1) 바이모달 트램 도입 추진 현황을 파악하여 도입 활성화의 장애요소를 파악하고, 2) 바이모달 트램과 타교통수단과의 특성 및 관련제도 분석을 통해 제도화에 필요한 요소를 파악하며, 3) 해외의 제도 사례를 통해 국내 도입 활성화에 필요한 제도적 필요 요소를 분석하였다. Bimodal Tram is spotlighted for alternative public transportation system which have punctualness, efficiency, and convenience running between capacity of bus and light rail transit. It have the advantage of automatic operation system when it runs at exclusive right-of-way as like as railway, runs as same as a bus at road concurrently. However, concrete construction plan is not established since the law as well as government subsidy are not defined. For activating bimodal tram construction, this paper analyzed as below. 1) understanding obstacles of activating construction through current status of local governments' bimodal tram promotion plan, 2) finding essential elements for legislation through transportation mode characteristics comparison and system rules analysis, 3) related foreign law analysis.
