      • 치과불안척도(DFS)에 근거한 치과공포 연관성 연구

        연구목적: 치과공포는 주로 과거의 부정적인 치과 치료 경험에 기인하여 치과 방문 시 중재되지 않은 불안과 두려움의 감정을 의미하며, 성인에서는 치과치료의 필요함을 인식함에도 불구하고 진료회피로 이어져 구강건강의 악화를 야기할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 일부 성인을 대상으로 치과공포 및 불안 수준을 측정하고, 그와 관련된 요인 및 이에 영향을 미치는 원인에 대해 파악하고자 수행되었다. 연구방법: Kleinknecht's의 치과 공포 척도(Dental Fear Survey scale)를 이용하였고, SPSS 21 프로그램(IBM SPSS Statistics 21)을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과: 치과공포도가 높을수록 "치과병원 문을 열고 들어설 때 두려움"가 가장 높게 나타났으며, "치과의자에 낮아 치료를 기다릴 때 두려움", "치과의사를 쳐다볼 때 두려움", "치과기구가 돌아가는 소리가 들릴 때 두려움", "치과 진료실에서 병원 냄새가 날 때 두려움" 순으로 나타났다. 고안: 치과의사와 치과위생사는 환자가 느끼는 공포와 두려움을 이해하여 체계적인 의료서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 치과 불안에 대한 여러가지 중재법을 모색할 수 있어야 한다. Objective: Dental fear is a feeling of anxiety and fear without intervention during a dental visit, mainly due to past negative dental treatment experiences, and in adults, despite the recognition of the need for dental treatment, it can lead to avoidance of dental treatment, which may cause deterioration of oral health. Therefore, this study was conducted to measure dental fear and anxiety level in some adults, and to identify related factors and their causes. Methods: This study used Kleinknecht's Dental Fear Survey scale and the SPSS 21 program (IBM SPSS Statistics 21) was used for analysis. Result: When the dental fear was the higher, the "access to the dental clinic" was found to be the highest, followed by "sitting in dental unit chair" and "smell of dental clinic" in that order. Conclusions: Dentists and dental hygienists should be able to understand the fear, anxiety, and concerns of the dentist office and to find various ways to provide systematic medical services.

        WKY 랫드 요수부분 척수신경절 내에서 Calcitonin gene-related peptide와 Substance P 면역반응세포의 분포

        Dorsal root ganglion(DRG) cells are primary sensory neurons which contain some biologically active neuropeptides which play a role as neurotransmitters or neuromodulators. This study was performed to observe normal distribution of calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) and substance P (SP) immunoreactive cells and colocalization of CGRP and SP in a single DRG cell of the lumbar DRGs($L_1{\sim}L_6$) in the Wistar Kyoto(WKY) rat by immunohistochemistry. About 55.8% of DRG cells contained CGRP-immunoreactivity, while about 12.7% of DRG cells showed SP-immunoreactivity. There was no significant difference in percentage of each neuropeptied-immunoreactive cells between each neuropeptide-immunoreactive cells between each levels of DRGs ($L_1{\sim}L_6$) (p>0.01). In size distribution, CGRP-immunoreactive cells were identified below $1,500{\mu}m^2$; SP-immunoreactive cells below $600{\mu}m^2$. In serial sections, about 86.7% of the SP immunoreactive cells contained CGRP immunoreactivity.

      • 두부규격방사선촬영장치의 두경부 피폭 저감에 대한 연구

        최근 의료현장에서는 소아의 교정치료 등의 관심이 커지면서 치과방사선 검사의 건수가 증가하고 있다. 또한 의료방사선 피폭에 대한 국민들의 관심도 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 교정치료를 위해 필수적으로 사용되는 두경부규격방사선촬영 에 대한 선량데이터 확보와 피폭저감을 위한 방안 마련이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 IBA XR Multidetector (MagicMaX Universal XR Multidetector, IBA Dosimetry GmbH, Germany)를 이용하여 두경부규격방사선촬영장치(VATEC Pax-400C)에서 발생되는 X선의 2차원 선량분포를 측정하고 그 분포 값을 MCNPX 시뮬레이션을 통해 두경부 피폭선량을 계산 및 평가하여 환자의 피폭선량 감소를 위한 방법을 마련하고자 한다. Recently, the interest in the orthodontic treatment for children is increased, the number of X-ray examination in dental radiology is increased. And the concern for medical radiation exposure is also growing. It is therefore necessary to obtain dose data for cephalometric radiography system and new ways of decreasing radiation exposure. In this study, we measured two-dimensional dose distribution in cephalometric radiography system using IBA XR Multidetector, and calculated radiation dose of head and neck through MCNPX simulation. And then we would prepare radiation protective method to decrease radiation dose.

        내부마케팅이 여행사종사원의 조직신뢰와 고객지향성에 미치는 영향

        The Purpose of this research was to find the relationship among Internal marketing, Organizational trust, Customer orientation. The Self-Communication method was adopted to collect the data during September 2018. Unworkable date was eliminated, and final 270 usable responses were obtained for an empirical analysis. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were measured by using SPSS 18.0, respectively. It was found as follows: First, regarding the relationship between Internal marketing and Organizational trust, those of Relation factors, Empowerment, Internal Communication positively affect Organizational trust. Second, regarding the relationship between Internal marketing and Customer orientation, Those of Relation factors, Empowerment, Internal communication and Compensation system positively affect Customer orientation. Third, regarding the relationship between Organizational trust and Customer orientation, Organizational trust positively affect Customer orientation. This study examined the necessity of Internal Marketing management based on relationship between Travel agent and It’s Employees understanding needs of travel agent for Human resource management. This research suggests theoretical and operational implications on the aspects of marketing management for human resource in travel industry.

        진주중앙지하상가의 재활성화를 위한 영향요인 분석

        Underground Public Pedestrian Facility involved not only function of protection and guidance, but also of shopping. However, recently it has declined because of a shift of consumer’s style within not store retaining such as internet home shopping, and improved life qualities. It needs to have a special back up plan following two reasons: one is that physically it is severe deterioration because it did not to foster re-modeling and regeneration project among Underground Public Pedestrian Facility were completely built before 2000s; the other is that there are highly rick accidents by its deterioration. For those of problems to solve positively, municipality is trying to increase the reproductive industries of Underground Public Pedestrian Facility, but even though measures of its deterioration are necessarily, it could not work well when industries budgets are not enough because it is working only for commerce benefits. Thus, this research was decided to investigate the specific project of the re-productive project under Underground Public Pedestrian Facility proceeded different local areas for regeneration of Underground Public Pedestrian Facility, make structured questionnaires, reasons out detailed indexes were influenced toward re-activation of Underground Public Pedestrian Facility, users have thought, through analysis, and suggest the establishment of priority of specific industries and directions for re-activation. The population group of this study was established Jinju Jungang Underground Shopping Street in JinJu city. The method of study compared current quantities of people’s passing of information from field gate’s measurement and past quantities of people’s passing, then analyzed level of decline, conducted survey of users, and made conclusion the consequences of impact of sources to Underground Public Pedestrian Facility reactivation through multiple regression analysis as SPSS 21.0. Therefore, it found the reasons of decline people have felt and direction of reproduction, and suggested its direction about Underground Public Pedestrian Facility.

      • 추적가스 희석법을 이용한 건물내 환기율(량) 시험의 샘플링 방법에 따른 비교 검증

        원자력 발전소의 주제어실은 방사능 누출, 화학사고 등과 같은 사고 상황에서도 원자로를 안전하게 정지할 수 있는 거주성을 요구하고 있으며 이러한 거주성의 입증은 ‘ASTM E741’ 에 따라 추적가스 희석법을 이용하여 평가하고 있다. ‘ASTM E741’의 추적가스 샘플링 방법은 샘플링 네트워크를 이용한 자동샘플링과 샘플링백, 주사기 등을 이용한 수동샘플링으로 구분된다. 원자력 발전소의 주제어실과 같이 단일구역이 비교적 넓고 많은 샘플링 개소가 요구되는 경우 네트워크 샘플링 장비를 이용하여 자동 샘플링시 튜빙 라인의 길이가 장비의 최대 유효거리를 초과할 수 있다. 이러한 경우에는 해당 개소의 샘플링은 수동샘플링 방법을 병기하여 사용 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 두 샘플링 방법을 병기하여 적용 시 샘플링 방법에 따른 추적가스의 농도편차를 대응표본 t-검정을 통해서 환기율의 편차는 환기율의 측정 불확도를 비교하여 검증함으로써 두 샘플링방법의 병기 적용성을 검증하였다.

        효과적인 설계 관리를 위한 정보 중심의 설계 업무 프로세스

        As construction projects become bigger and more complex, the communication and information flow among the project participants become a key factor to succeed on a project. The concept of design management and cooperation, however, has not yet been spread widely in the architectural-design field, and the design cooperation processes have not yet been clearly defined. For effective design management, a design management system supported by computer applications is needed, and work process modeling is needed to establish the system. This research aims to propose a standard process model that will set the foundation for the improvement of the design management system. In this research, actual design work process data have been analyzed and that the standard design work process has been proposed. Experts from various design company have joined to analyze actual design process data and they concluded every design activities and their process. For each standard design work process activities, input and output information have been defined and relationships between each activities are defined using the input and output of the activities. With this information-centered design work process, information-centered design management system can be developed and that systematic design management and design work can be performed.

      • 치과 파노라마 촬영장치의 선량분포 측정에 관한 연구

        최근 치아건강에 대한 관심이 커지며 진단을 위한 치아 방사선 검사의 횟수가 증가하고, 방사선 피폭에 대한 관심도 증 가하고 있다. 이에 따라 치아 방사선 검사에서 그 횟수가 점점 증가하고 있는 치과 파노라마 촬영장치에 대한 기본 데이터 확보와 이에 대한 조사 및 선량의 측정이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 ALOKA PDM-117 dosimeter를 이용하여 바텍제품(VATEC Pax-400)의 치과파노라마에서 발생되는 X-ray의 선량분포를 실험을 통해 2차원적인 평면 선량분포도를 측정하고 그 분포에 대한 평가를 환자의 방사선피폭 차원에서 확인하고, 환자의 피폭선량 감소를 위한 방법을 제시하고자 한다. Recently, the interest in the healthy is increased, the number of times for the diagnosis is increased, the radiation exposure is also increasing interest. As a result, the basic data for dental panoramic photography and its investigation and obtain a measure of the dose is needed. ALOKA PDM-117 dosimeter using a two-dimensional plane through experiments to evaluate the distribution of the dose, the patient's radiation dose to propose methods for the reduction.
