        「奈城誌」의 창작배경과 역사담론

        The novel Nae-Sung-Ji(奈城誌)was written by Kim Soo-min(金壽民)(known as Myung-Eun(明隱)) who had lived during the Youngjo to Jungjo period. This novel can be found in a collection of his writings called Myong-Eun-Jip. The bases of the Nae-Sung-Ji novel is about the following; In a dream, the hero Moo-Myong-ja met the faithful leader of Chosun and faithful leader. of Myong. Together, they had a party and talked about Gye-Yu-Iung-Lan, Moo-O-Sa-Hwa and the restoration of Danjong. They also created poetry together. Finally, the dream was over and he woke up. This study deals with the creation background, the narration development and how the work was structured. This study also tries to find the meaning of the narration discourse. The summary of this study is as follows; In the chapter 2, I reviewed the life and works of Kim Soo-min. He respected the Joo country and also had a No-Lon view of the world. He was indifferent to politics and was only interested in writing. The creation background of Nae-Sung-Ji expresses the faithfulness of the people who were enshrined in Suk-Mo-Jun at the Dong-Hak Temple. In the chapter 3, I reviewed the narration development first and then, how the work was structured. The narration development is divided into(Mong-Jun),(Mong-Joong), and(Gak-Mong). Let’s specifi치y look into the(Mong-Joong)area which is a kernel of a question.(Mong-Joong)was expanded into(Entrance(1)-Sitting- Rehearsal(1)-Entrance(2)-Debate(1)-Debate(2)-Rehearsal(2)} Sometimes the (Entrance)field can go in and out of other fields, but it still draws a clear distinction between the(Entrance),(Sitting)and (Rehearsal)fields. The reason for a clear. division between(Entrance 1 and 2),(Rehearsal 1 and 2)and(Debate 1 and 2), tells us that the acute debate of the day did the role of mitigation. Therefore, the expansion and repetition of the narration development is justified. I looked into how the work was structured by dividing it into 3 parts; the people, the event and the background. The people are divided into: ① Danjong and Geon-Mun-Hwang-Je as the hosts of the party.②Seong Sam-mun and Bang Hyo-yu as the People who judge. ③ Sa-Yuk-Sin, as faithful countrymen and loyalists that stand by their king. ④The faithful loyalists of the two countries.⑤ People of the lower classes who do not think much of the life. The event is divided into; ① Controversy over the appointment of a gatekeeper.②Controversy over admission. ③ Controversy over sitting, ④ Controversy over Mu-O-Sa-Hwa, ⑤ Controversy over the order of priority that the work should be given.⑥Controversy over the rewards granted after the examination of their services.⑦ Controversy over the inversion of Maeng-Ja and Chun-Chu. ⑧Controversy over Myung-Chul-Bon-Sin(明哲本身). ⑨ Controversy over the way of Heaven. The background is examined in Time Background called ‘Hwang-Myeong-Yeong-Ryeok’and in Spatial Background called ‘Nae-Sung’. In the 4th chapter, I looked at the narration discourse in the Nae-Sung-Ji novel. The narration discourse is divided into 3 problems; ① The throne usurpation problem. ②The suspicion way of Heaven problem. ③ The genuine loyalty problem. The writer was writing about a problem which was so acutely opposed during the 18th, 19th century. He did 상 lis through a style called Mong-U-Rok. In the 5th chapter, I arrange the things to look into, 18th century that Kim Su-min existed was the time which the task is achieved to clarify loyal retainer who is connected, he wrote the Nae-Sung-Ji in such course. The intention to write Nae-Sung-Ji is to clear loyal retainer and traitor who existed historically by the style of penman- ship, general idea of Chun-Chu and own justice idea. Nae-Sung-Ji acted a role of midway in the time which is the style of Mong-U-Rok became a long work narration.

        Li[Ni<sub>0.8</sub>Co<sub>0.15</sub>Al<sub>0.05</sub>]O<sub>2</sub> 전극의 공침 조건을 통한 구조적 변화와 전기적 특성의 향상 고찰

        [ $Li[Ni_{0.8}Co_{0.15}Al_{0.05}]O_2$ ]cathode material for lithium secondary battery is obtained using co-precipitation method. To determine the optimal metal solution concentration value, the CSTR coprecipitation was carried out at various concentration values(1-2 mol/L). The surface morphology of coated samples was characterization by SEM(scanning electron microscope) and XRD (X-Ray Diffraction)analyses. Impedance analysis and cyclic voltammogram presented that internal resistance of the cell was dependent upon the concentration of metal solution. such data is very helpful in determining the optimal content of metal solution concentration to enhancing electrochemical property by adjusting powder size distribution and crystal structure. 본 연구에서는 리튬 이차 전지의 양극 재료인 $Li[Ni_{0.8}Co_{0.15}Al_{0.05}]O_2$을 공침법(co-precipitation)을 활용하여 성공적으로 합성하였다. 이때 $Li[Ni_{0.8}Co_{0.15}Al_{0.05}]O_2$의 금속염 농도를 실험 변수로 하여 합성 조건을 변화 시키면서 금속염 농도 변화로 인한 전지 특성의 영향을 분석하였다. SEM(scanning electron microscope)과 XRD (X-Ray Diffraction) 분석결과 금속염의 농도(2몰/L)가 높을 경우 분말의 균일성과 구조의 결정성이 떨어져 전지 특성이 저하되는 현상이 발생하였다. 균일성과 결정성을 향상시키기 위하여 금속염의 농도(1몰/L)를 줄여 합성 한 결과 입도의 미분이 적고 균일성이 및 구조적 결정성이 증가됨을 확인하였다. 또한 충/방전 용량, C-rate, 사이클 등 전기화학적 특성에서도 상대적으로 우수한 특성을 보였다. 이러한 측정 결과를 바탕으로 $Li[Ni_{0.8}Co_{0.15}Al_{0.05}]O_2$ 물질의 금속염 농도에 따른 영향을 종합적으로 고찰하였다.

        전기방사법을 이용한 Li[Ni<sub>1/3</sub>Co<sub>1/3</sub>Mn<sub>1/3</sub>]O<sub>2</sub> 나노 섬유의 합성 및 전기화학적 특성

        Nano-fibers of the $Li[Ni_{1/3}Co_{1/3}Mn_{1/3}]O_2$ electrode were synthesized from a metal oxide precursor using the electrospun method. The XRD patterns of all prepared powders showed a hexagonal ${\alpha}$ - $NaFeO_2$ structure (space group: R-3 m, 166). Scanning electron microscopy showed that all the synthesized samples were comprised of nanofibers with a size of 100~800 nm. Among the samples tested, the calcined $Li[Ni_{1/3}Co_{1/3}Mn_{1/3}]O_2$ nanowires in oxygen heating atmosphere showed a high charge and discharge capacity of 239.22 and 172.81 $mAhg^{-1}$ at the $1^{st}$ cycle, respectively. In addition, the charge transfer resistance was also improved significantly compared to the other samples.

        리튬 이차전지용 양극활물질 Li[Ni<sub>0.6</sub>Co<sub>0.2</sub>Mn<sub>0.2</sub>]O<sub>2</sub>의 소성 온도가 전기화학적 특성에 미치는 영향

        Using $Na_2CO_3$ and $MeSO_4$ (Me = Ni, Co and Mn) as starting materials, the precursor of $[Ni_{0.6}Co_{0.2}Mn_{0.2}]CO_3$ has been synthesized by carbonate co-precipitation. The precursor was mixed with $Li_2CO_3$, and calcined at 750, 850, and$950^{\circ}C$ in air. Effect of calcinations temperature on characteristics of $Li[Ni_{0.6}Co_{0.2}Mn_{0.2}]O_2$ cathode materials was investigated. The structure and characteristics of $Li[Ni_{0.6}Co_{0.2}Mn_{0.2}]O_2$ were determined by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electrochemical measurements. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) results show that the intensity ratio of $I_{(003)}/I_{(104)}$ increased and the R-factor ratio decreased with the increase of calcinations temperature. And Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) result show that the primary particle size increased. Especially, the $Li[Ni_{0.6}Co_{0.2}Mn_{0.2}]O_2$ calcined at $950^{\circ}C$ for 24 H shows excellent electrochemical performances with reversible specific capacity of $165.3mAhg^{-1}$ [cut-off voltage 2.5~4.3 V, 0.1 C($17mAhg^{-1}$)] and good capacity retention of 95.4% after 50th charge/discharge cycles[cut-off voltage 2.5~4.3 V, 1 C($170mAhg^{-1}$)]. $Na_2CO_3$와 [M($SO_4$)(M = Ni, Co, Mn)]을 사용함으로써, Carbonate 공침 합성법에 의해 $[Ni_{0.6}Co_{0.2}Mn_{0.2}]CO_3$ 전구체를 합성하였다. 합성된 전구체는 공기분위기에서 $Li_2CO_3$와 혼합하여 각각, 750, 850 그리고 $950^{\circ}C$에서 소성되었고, 이로 인한 $Li[Ni_{0.6}Co_{0.2}Mn_{0.2}]O_2$ 양극활 물질의 소성온도가 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. $Li[Ni_{0.6}Co_{0.2}Mn_{0.2}]O_2$의 구조와 특성은 X-선 회절 분석(XRD), 시차주사현미경(SEM) 그리고 전기화학적 측정으로 분석되었는데, X-선 회절 결과 $Li[Ni_{0.6}Co_{0.2}Mn_{0.2}]O_2$는 소성온도가 증가함에 따라서 $I_{(003)}/I_{(104)}$는 증가하고 R-factor 는 감소하였으며, 시차주사현미경 결과에서는 1차 입자의 크기가 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 특히, $950^{\circ}C$에서 24시간 동안 소성된 $Li[Ni_{0.6}Co_{0.2}Mn_{0.2}]O_2$는 가역 용량이 $165.3mAhg^{-1}$[cut-off voltage 2.5~4.3 V, 0.1 C($17mAhg^{-1}$)] 그리고 50번째 충 방전 사이클 [cut-off voltage 2.5~4.3 V, 1 C($170mAhg^{-1}$)]까지 95.4%의 우수한 용량 보존율을 가지면서 가장 우수한 전기화학적 특성을 보여주었다.

        증강현실 수술 내비게이션 시스템을 위한 단일 카메라 깊이 추정 기반 마커리스 정합

        In augmented reality(AR) surgical navigation system, the depth estimation using RGBD camera has limitation in obtaining the dense depth necessary to increase the registration accuracy. Recently, deep learning based monocular depth estimation has showed remarkable performance. In this study, we developed a markerless registration method using the monocular depth estimation, and applied it to AR surgical navigation system. The accuracy of our method of monocular depth estimation was 2.47 ± 1.15mm, while that of the method of the RGBD camera was 2.33 ± 1.24mm. There was no significant difference by paired T-test. Furthermore, the monocular depth estimation was able to acquire denser depth than the RGBD camera.

        물질전과정평가(MLCA)를 통한 TiN-Zr 수소분리막의 환경성 평가

        본 연구에서는 TiN-Zr 수소분리막의 제조 공정에 대한 환경 영향 특성을 분석하기 위해 물질전과정평가를 수행하였다. Material Life Cycle Assessment (MLCA)의 소프트웨어로는 Gabi를 사용하였다. 이를 통하여 각 공정에서 미치는 영향과 특성화 별 환경영향평가를 수행하였다. 졸겔법에 의해 전구체 TiN을 합성하고 볼밀법을 이용하여 지르코늄을 코팅하였다. 이를 CIP, HPS에 의해 디스크 형으로 제작하였고 주사전자현미경(scanning electron microscopy, SEM), 에너지분산형 분광분석법(energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, EDS), X-선 회절분석기(X-ray diffraction, XRD), 열중량분석(thermo gravimetry/differential thermal analysis, TG/DTA), 비표면적분석(Brunauer, Emmett, Teller, BET) 및 가스 크로마토그래프 시스템(gas chromatograph system, GP)을 이용하여 분리막의 야금학적, 물리학적, 열역학적 특성을 분석하였다. 또한, 물질전과정평가를 위해 수행한 특성화와 정규화 결과, 영향범주 별 환경영향은 해양 생태 독성이 94%, 수계 생태 독성 2%, 인간독성 2%의 기여도를 보였다. 아울러, 제조공정 중 전기 사용이 생태계 영향에 큰 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 물질 전 과정 평가는 Eco-Indicator ‘99 (EI99)와 CML 2001 방법론을 기반으로 분석하였다. In this study, Material life cycle evaluation was performed to analyze the environmental impact characteristics of TiN-Zr membrane manufacturing process. The software of MLCA was Gabi. Through this, environmental impact assessment was performed for each process. Transition metal nitrides have been researched extensively because of their properties. Among these, TiN has the most attention. TiN is a ceramic materials which possess the good combination of physical and chemical properties, such as high melting point, high hardness, and relatively low specific gravity, high wear resistance and high corrosion resistance. With these properties, TiN plays an important role in functional materials for application in separation hydrogen from fossil fuel. Precursor TiN was synthesized by sol-gel method and zirconium was coated by ball mill method. The metallurgical, physical and thermodynamic characteristics of the membranes were analyzed by using Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Energy Dispersive X-ray (EDS), X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Thermo Gravimetry/Differential Thermal Analysis (TG/DTA), Brunauer, Emmett, Teller (BET) and Gas Chromatograph System (GP). As a result of characterization and normalization, environmental impacts were 94% in MAETP (Marine Aquatic Ecotoxicity), 2% FAETP (Freshwater Aquatic Ecotoxicity), 2% HTP (Human Toxicity Potential). TiN fabrication process appears to have a direct or indirect impact on the human body. It is believed that the greatest impact that HTP can have on human is the carcinogenic properties. This shows that electricity use has a great influence on ecosystem impact. TiN-Zr was analyzed in Eco-Indicator ‘99 (EI99) and CML 2001 methodology.
