양성 전립선 비대증 유발 쥐에 단미 한약재가 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 분석

Objectives: This study is to review the effect of Korean medicinal herbs on treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia induced in rat models, as reported in domestic and foreign journals. Methods: Six electronic databases (EMBASE, PubMed, Oasis, RISS, CENTRAL, and Koreankt) were searched with terms including benign prostatic hyperplasia to identify study reports on treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia impairment with Korean medicinal herbs. After selecting several studies, the analysis focused on items reflected in the diagnosis of benign prostatic hyperplasia, such as prostate weight, thickness of the prostate epithelium, and prostate specific antigen. Results: Six studies were reviewed. Testosterone propionate was used as a benign prostatic hyperplasia induction material in all the included studies. Cinnamomum verum (CV), Cynanchum wilfordii (CW), Ponciri fructus (PF), Quisqualis indica (QI), Acorus gramineus (AG), and Melandrium firmum (MF) had reduced prostate weight statistically significantly. The QI gave a better response than finasteride in terms of reducing epithelium thickness, and the response was statistically significant. The prostate specific antigen level was lower in the group treated with CV than in the control group. Conclusions: CV, CW, PF, QI, AG, and MF had distinct therapeutic effects. However it is difficult to determine which of these is better by comparing them numerically because the observation items evaluated in a rat model of benign prostatic hyperplasia.

초등학교 저학년 정보 통신 기술 교육을 위한 코스웨어의 설계 및 구현

정보 통신 기술 활용의 중요성이 부각되고 이를 위한 소양교육이 초등학교 1학년부터 도입되었다. 본 연구는 정보 통신 기술 소양교육의 내용을 분석하고 학습에서의 개인차를 줄일 수 있는 방법을 모색하여 학습프로그램을 설계하고 구현한다. 초등학교 저학년에서 학습할 가장 기본적인 내용을 선정하며, 코스웨어를 설계함에 있어서, 학습내용의 완전습득을 위하여 형성평가와 피드백을 이용하는 완전학습 전략을 도입한다. 또한 멀티미디어를 사용하여 학습내용을 다양하게 제시함으로써 학습자의 인지활동을 도울 수 있도록 설계된다. 이를 충실히 반영하여, 학습자가 자신의 학습 속도와 흥미 및 학습수준에 맞추어 개별화 학습을 할 수 있는 코스웨어로 구현한다. The importance of Information Technology practical use is embossed and grounding education for this was introduced from first-year student in primary school. This study is to design and implement new set of study program that can minimize individual variation in learning, analyzing the grounding education in Information and Communication. Herein basic stuff is selected for the lower grader at Elementary School and for the Courseware design, here introduced Perfect study strategy that makes use of the formative evaluation and feed back, aiming at perfect study. And also the diversified presentation of study materials with the use of multimedia can enhance the student's learning awareness. In faithful reflection of it, individual student's progress and interested in learning is incorporated into the designing the Courseware.

The likely purpose of making modern interior architecture as a public space is to increase social interaction within, in other words, to promote consumers to stay longer inside the interior space. This kind of trends has been increasingly visible at the modern flagship stores. There, the research was conducted to analyze the interior architecture and features of the modern flagship stores that are built in recent times. The main features of modern flagship stores were the following: The natural connection between inside and out, expansion of display space, expansion of service offered, information offering and cultural experience and the use of local culture. The main interior design features were as follows: Symbolical facade, Openness and expansion through the use of transparent materials, irregular and odd-shape patterns and the use of material that enhances brand image. The above style of interior architectural design therefore offers accessibility, openness, convenience, connectedness, interchange, symbolism, continuity and regionality. In other words, modern flagship stores are incorporating openness, connectedness and accessibility into their design in order to attract and reach consumers easier. They are able to promote social connection between consumers and corporate and increase their staying time by incorporating interchange, convenience and continuity in their design of stores. At last, they are increasing brand awareness and increased revenue by incorporating symbolism and regionality in their interior architectural design.

제주해녀항일운동 기반 디지털 콘텐츠 개발

제주의 해녀는 독특한 인적 문화 자원으로 세계적으로 한국과 일본에만 존재한다. 특히, 제주 해녀들은 1931년 생존권을 스스로 찾기 위해 해녀항일운동을 전개하여 일제의 식민지 수탈 기관인 관제 조합과 식민지 수탈정책에 대항하여 민족해방운동을 일으켰다. 현재 제주에서는 독특한 제주 해녀문화를 전승하기 위해 제주 해녀를 유네스코 세계 문화유산으로 등재하기 위한 노력이 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이처럼 해녀와 그들이 전개했던 항일운동에 기반한 디지털 스토리텔링, 캐릭터, 애니메이션, 게임, 홈페이지 등을 개발하여 유아들에게 해녀들의 정신과 문화를 이해하고 계승할 수 있도록 교육적으로 활용하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 점점 사라져 가는 해녀와 관련된 문화 자원을 새롭게 재창출할 수 있는 방안과 항일운동의 정신을 재음미해 볼 수 있도록 한다. The Haenyeo of Jeiu exists as a unique human resource only in Korea and Japan in the world. Especially, the anti-Japan opposition movement of the Haenyeo of Jeju, which had started to get the right to live on their own in 1931, had developed as the national liberation movement by struggling against a colonial of Japan and the official regulation association that was a plundering organization of Japan. Accordingly, there is making an effort to register Jeju's women divers as The National Treasure in UNESCO's Memory of the world. In this research, we are going to make stuff like a digital storytelling, characters, animation movies, games, and hompage to let our children understand and succeed the spirit and culture of the Haenyeo. We'll also use these contents for the education. We examine ways to recreate the culture resources related to the Haenyeo who gradually vanishes.

범혈구감소증을 동반한 간경변 환자의 소화불량 증례 보고

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to report the improvement of dyspepsia in a patient with liver cirrhosis and pancytopenia following traditional Korean medical treatment. Methods: A patient who suffered from dyspepsia with liver cirrhosis and pancytopenia was treated with herbal medicine, acupuncture, cupping, and moxibustion. The effect of treatment was measured with a visual analogue scale (VAS). Results: After treatment, the symptoms of dyspepsia improved and VAS score decreased. Conclusions: Traditional Korean medicine (TKM) could be effective for treatment of dyspepsia in patients with liver cirrhosis.

한방치료로 졸피뎀(Zolpidem) 복용을 중단한 불면증 환자 치료 1례

The purpose of this study was to report a case of an insomnia patient treated with a traditional Korean medical treatment. The patient had suffered from insomnia for 4 months and had taken medicines such as Zolpidem. We diagnosed the patient as So-yang-in, according to the Sa-sang constitutional medicine. We prescribed medicine with herbs for So-yang-in and applied acupuncture for 9 days, and then we evaluated sleep time, quality, and awakening, based on the patient’s statement. The symptoms of insomnia were gradually improved during treatment. Therefore, traditional Korean medical treatment can help insomnia patients sleep well without Zolpidem.

과호흡을 호소하는 심신증 환자 증례 보고

Objective: To report a case of a patient with a psychosomatic disorder who complained of hyperventilation and was treated with oriental medical treatments and emotional freedom techniques (EFTs). Methods: The patient was diagnosed as having a psychosomatic disorder through an interview and several psychological tests, such as the house-tree-person (HTP) and the person in the rain (PITR) tests. We treated the patient with oriental medical treatments that included herbal medications, western medications, moxibustion, cupping, and EFT. Results: After the treatments, the clinical symptoms of the patient were improved. Conclusions: Oriental medical treatments and EFT may be effective treatments for psychosomatic disorders.
