        UN기후협약에 따른 친환경 항만정책 제언에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this thesis is to suggest an eco-friendly port policy for realization of green growth by analyzing the UN environmental conventions related to climate change. To summarize the thesis, first, a port operator should induce agreement and support for development of a hub port by eliminating worries about port environment through green marketing, and second, in terms of building partnership between private sector and public sector through environmental management agreement, the government should provide incentives for fulfillment of the agreement while take regulatory measures for none observance of the agreement. Third, realistic application of evaluating items and contents for green logistics certificate is required, and objective evaluation of management policy and others should be possible through evaluating items. Fourth, technologies for reduction of greenhouse gas need to be developed.

        물류기업간 제휴의 관계지속성과 BSC를 활용한 성과관리에 관한 연구

          In order to cope with changes in logistics environment such as the expansion of the logistics market and the diversification of customers’ needs, logistics service providers are making efforts to provide one­stop services and total logistics services. These logistics services can be implemented by integrating various logistics activities including land, marine and air transportations, finance, and IT.<BR>  A single logistics service provider has a limitation in providing various integrated services to shippers, logistics service providers(LSPs) enter into an alliance with LSPs in the same category or different categories<BR>  The objective of this study is to suggest how LSPs can continue cooperative relationship with partners and manage alliance performance effectively after they have entered into alliance with other logistics service providers.

        친환경 항만접근과 과제에 관한 기초연구

        현대의 경쟁적항만은 물류․정보․산업․관광과 문화 등 다기능이 고도로 발휘되는 복합적인 공간이며 여객․화물․금융 및 정보의 집결지로써 배후지역의 종합물류단지와 산업단지와 같은 물류 수요의 부가가치 창출과 생산 기능을 담당하면서 지역 및 국가 발전에 큰 기여를 하고 있다. 그러나 1970년대 이후 대량생산이 가능하게 되고 공업화의 세계적인 확산으로 인해 오존층 파괴, 지구온난화, 해양오염 증대 등의 환경 문제가 대두되면서 항만운영관리에 선박 트레일러 열차와 항만하역장비 등이 배출하는 디젤엔진의 배기가스로 인한 대기오염이 심각한 상태이다. 이에 따라 국제적으로 친환경항만 관리체계구축 노력이 확산되고 있다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 친환경 항만의 개념정립과 당면과제에 대하여 고찰하고 우리나라 친환경항만으로서의 발전과제와 대안을 제시하여 정부와 항만운영업자에게 정책적 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. The modern competitive Port consist of various interactive including logistics, information, industries, and tourism. It is a place where information is gathered and controled for passengers, freights, and finance in the twenty-first century Furthermore, the modern competitive Port not only contributes to the local community but also to the development of country by creating new production line such as total logistics buy and industrial districts of hinterland. However, from 1970's, when mass production and spread of industrialization started to tale place in the world economy, new agendas concerning disruption of the ozone layer, global warming and pollution of the sea became arose as a big problem. The problem was no exception to the operation of port where waste gas, of vessel, trailer and train polluted the environmental surrounding the port. The purpose of the this paper is to present issues concerning the environmental problems surrounding Korean Port and to provide solutions and strategies to help the policy makers and port operators maintain a green environmental port in Korea.

        港灣物流서비스 評價에 관한 實證硏究

        There has been very beginning stage to study on the evaluation of the port logistics service in Korea. However several researchers have investigated the relations between the customer's service Quality and suppliers' and further have attempted to measure perceived service Quality from customers' point of view. To better understand the method used to access logistics service Quility it was examined literatures available for this paper. The factors lead to conduct the study. The aim of this paper is summarized as follows: firstly, to find out the bottleneck of the port logistics service Quality: secondly to review the existing literature regarding measurement technics on the logistics service Quility: and thirdly, to suggest the way to improvemet of the port logistics management after investigating the importance of logistic management in Korea. The intensive data collection was conducted in order to measure the level of the port service Quality and the results of data analysis are based to find the factors considered for the improvement of it.

        한국물류기업의 국제네트워크 구축요인 및 방안에 관한 연구

        본 논문의 목적은 한국물류기업이 국제 네트워크를 구축하려는 동기요인에 대해서 살펴보고 현 상황에서 가장 적합한 국제 네트워크 구축 방안을 모색하여 한국물류기업의 국제 경쟁력을 제고시키는데 있다. 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 물류기업의 국제 네트워크 구축요인 중 네트워크요인이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 물류기업의 국제 네트워크 구축방안에 관한 분석결과 구축방안은 인수합병, 전략적 제휴, 합작법인 형태의 투자방식이 적합한 방안으로 압축되었으며, 전략적 제휴 방식이 가장 선호되는 것으로 분석되었다. 연구결과는 국제화를 준비하는 물류기업과 이를 지원하는 정부에 시사점을 제공한다. 국제화를 준비하는 물류기업들은 현지 기업과의 협력을 통해 현지 네트워크를 활용하는 방안을 모색하여야 할 것이며, 성공적인 국제화를 달성할 수 있는 파트너를 선정하여 전략적 제휴를 체결하는 노력을 경주해야할 것이다. 정부도 물류기업들의 네트워크 구축 및 전략적 제휴 체결이 보다 용이하도록 정책적인 지원을 해야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the motivating factors determining global logistics network construction and to suggest the most suitable solution for the Korean logistics providers in order to facilitate effectively in global logistics network. The major findings are as follows ; Firstly, 'the factor of network' would be the most essential element for the Korean logistics providers. Secondly, we discovered that among various types of global logistics networks, 'Strategic Alliance' would be the most suitable type for the Korean logistic providers. This study provides the basic information for enhancing global logistics network construction to logistics providers and the Korean government respectively. It also suggests that the implication of Government policy to support global logistics networking business for the Logistics providers should be concentrated on supporting and encouraging M&A among the local logistics partners.

      • 우리나라의 효율적인 수출입물류 서비스 구축방안에 관한 연구

        The advancement of the information technology provides a wide range of corporate to cope with new business environments that are different in size, life and operating conditions. In particular, the developed information technology in logistics information system(LIS), along with the diffusion of e-business technology over the world, enables the firms to re-engineer their inner and outer operational processes. The conception of logistics thus has become more important to the enterprise in strategic sense because it has aggrandized itself to more comprehensive and integrative concept. In order to maintain competitive power in this environment, shipping & logistic firms are required to actively induce logistics information system and optimise their business processes. Therefore, this study aims to investigate problems and draw suggestions in applying logistics information technology for Korean logistics industry which should lead to the efficiency and productivity on export and import logistics services in Korea. With comparison and benchmarking to the port information systems in developed countries, this study analysed the driving factors of inducing shipping & port LIS and the relationships among these factors with logistics performance in the shipping & port industry in Korea. Major suggestions are: ⅰ) all users, inside as well as outside, should be able to have ubiquitous access on LIS network, free from the restrictions of time and place, ⅱ) the entities on logistics supply chain, such as logistics service providers, shippers and governmental authorities should be able to share and utilise the common logistics informations, ⅲ) the industry is required to standardise logistics information scheme in order to build infrastructure of logistics information network which is essential for e-commerce.

        Ports arc operating and managing in a more and more competitive environment and importance of restructuring port management organization is being recognized by the port all society of the world. In particularly Korea are facing the difficulties and problems to improve port facilities in terms of operation and management The aim of this articles is to suggest and stimulate interest in the ways of the organizational reform in the seaports in Korea after reviewing the factors affecting against port management and organizational structure adjustment cases of the various countries.

        韓國 港灣勞動 供給體系 改革方案

        To cope with the change of the international shipping and cargo logistic's management. it has been so many cases to reform port industries which are divided into two aspects of privatization and efficiency. In particularly. the reform of present dock labour supply system in Korea is urgently needed. These factors lead to write this paper for the purpose of suggesting the ways of reforming the current dock labour supply system after not only investigating the success cases experienced in the United Kingdom and Taiwan but also conducting the analysis of the 200 collected sample data from the related industries. This can be contributed as a guideline for performing the reformation of the Korean dock labour supply system among the government, labour union and private enterprises.
