        여자 창던지기 시 기록 차이에 따른 투사요인의 운동학적 분석

        This study intends to analyze the projection factors` difference on each record of women`s javelin throwing. For this purpose, the research analyzed the best record and the lowest one of athletes in top 1~7 ranks respectively, who participated in 2009 Daegu Pre-Championship Meeting. For analyze kinematic factors, we analyzed their game photos mainly shot by 3 cameras installed in side places. The used analysis program was Kwon3D 3.1. Analysis variables were the projection velocity, angle, height, trunk lean angle, and supporting leg`s knee angle. The results concluded as follows: Different record showed statistically significant differences(p<.05) in terms of horizontal velocity and resultant velocity. There were no statistically significant differences in the variables of projection angle, its height, trunk lean angle and knee angle of support leg. But for the analyzed results to each individual characteristics, the horizontal velocity, projection height, knee angle of support leg and trunk lean angle of release event appeared to have influence on record.

        남자 고등부 포환던지기 선수들의 연도 별 기록에 따른 글라이드와 딜리버리 국면의 운동학적 차이

        The purpose of this study was to provide high school male shot putters training methods of gliding and delivery motion through comparative analysis of kinematic characteristics. To accomplish this purpose, three dimensional motion analysis was performed for the subjects(PKC, KKH, YDL) who participated in high school male shot putter competition on 92nd (2011), 93rd (2013) National Sports Festival. The subjects were filmed by four Sony HXR-MC2000 video cameras with 60 fields/s. The three-dimensional kinematic data of the glide, conversion and delivery phase were obtained by Kwon3d 3.1 version. The data of the shoulder rotational angles and projection angles were calculated with Matlab R2009a. The following conclusions had been made. With the analysis of the gliding and stance length ratio, the gliding length was shorter at the TG than the SG with short-long technique but the gliding and stance length ratio was 46.8:53.2% respectively. The deviation of the shots trajectory from APSS(Athlete-plusshot-system) revealed that the PKC showed similar to “n-a-b-c-I” of skilled S-shape type, KKH and YDL showed “n-a-d-f-I`” of unskilled type. Furthermore, they showed smaller radial distance from the central axis of the APSS and the shots were away from the linear trajectory. From this characteristics, The PKC who performed more TG than SG had shorter glide with S-shape of APSS(skilled type) showed the better record than others with technical skill. But KKH and YDL had bigger glide ratio with “na-d-f-I`” of unskilled type and improved their records with technical factor. The projection factor had an effect on the record directly. Because PKC maintained more lower glide and transition posture with momentum transfer through COG`s rapid horizontal velocity respectively the subject possessed the characteristics of high horizontal and vertical velocity with large turning radius from shot putter to APSS.

        인수공통전염병의 효율적인 관리 방안

        A strategic national plan to control of zoonoses is currently somewhat insufficient. Govern-ment should extensively assign all case reports of zoonotic disease outbreaks and needs to control them in the context of other decrees. Additionally capacity of veterinarian needs to be increased to control zoonotic diseases efficiently. Namely, veterinarian is responsible for report-ing to health authorities if any of zoonotic diseases are diagnosed. Furthermore, government should deploy the veterinarian`s resources for prompt epidemiological investigation and for taking countermeasures against zoonotic diseases.

        RDA method(Subtraction PCR) 기법을 이용한 닭의 Salmonella pullorum과 S gallinarum의 specific DNA fragment 분리 연구

        Pullorum disease and Fowl typhoid are kind of poultry specific disease for poultry. The peculiar character of these poultry specific diseases is that it can be infected by transmitting vertically and horizontally, also it is hard to be discovered by clinical sign, and pathology or immunology. So, to develop the PCR method which distinguishes these two genetically similar diseases of separated the specific DNA fragment from each strain and use it for differential diagnosis by subtraction PCR method. Standard strain of S gallinarum and S pullorum, and field isolation strain were verified by biochemistry, It confirmed existence of plasmid by using the PFGE. Then, Isolated DNA from it and used it as materials for the experiment. After cutting genomic DNA of two strains by using Sau 3A1, It ligated primer to tester DNA for PCR amplification and separated specific DNA fragment bacteria with method of subtraction PCR. And, It confirmed that it is a piece of unique DNA in every bacteria using base sequence of separated DNA fragment. 1. The six specific DNA fragment were separated from the DNA of S gallinarum and S pullorum by the subtraction PCR method. 2. In the result of comparison after setting base sequence of each fragment, each separated base sequence of DNA fragment they did not correspond to each other. 3. As the result of each DNA fragment is derived from the each strain of DNA, and there was no homology of genomic DNA level in mutual. 4. The fragment originated in plasmid and includes S pullorum did not separate. 5. In the result of searching base sequence in Genebank, it partially shows homology in Salmonella enterica, S typhimurium, S dublin, Escherichia coli, Shigella flexneri, Yersinia pestis, Klebsiella pneumoniae. 6. Primer design by S gallinarum DNA 2, 3 fragment used PCR, They are positive reaction in only S gallinarum at 276, 367 bp position.

        식육중 테트라사이클린계 항생물질 잔류조사

        In an effort to improve the quality of meat and to monitor farms, residual tetracyclines in local beef and pork produced in the province of North Chung-cheong were determined by a EEC 4-plate, Charm Ⅱ and HPLC, respectively. The results were summarized as follows; 1. Of the 547 samples, 4 beef and 13 pork samples were judged to be positive by EEC 4 -plate method. 2. Detection rates of tetracyclines by type 1(+ + - -) and type 2(+ + + or + + ± -) micro-bial growth inhibition in EEC 4-plate method were 100% and 71%, respectively. 3. Of 17 positive samples, 6 were positive for tetracyclines, 4 were positive for tetracyclines and sulfonamides, 1 was positive for sulfonamides, and 2 were positive for others by Charm Ⅱ test. 4. The best eluents were 0.01M methanolic oxalic acid, and the ideal temperature for stable concentration was 40℃ as optimal HPLC analytical conditions for the detection of tetracy-clines. 5. Of the 10 positive samples for tetracyclines by Charm Ⅱ test, tetracyclines were confirmed in 2 beef and 6 pork samples, using HPLC, at levels ranging from 3.64~4.22 ppm and 0.2~1.20 ppm, respectively.

        거리도전 활동 중 포환던지기의 글라이드 기술과 딜리버리 동작의 운동학적 교수단서 분석

        이 연구는 거리도전 활동 중 남자 포환던지기의 글라이드 기술과 딜리버리 동작에 대한 운동학적 특성을 분석하여, 엘리트 양성과정에 있는 중고등학교 선수들의 기술습득 및 체력 기술을 위한 자료로 제공하는데 있다. 이를 위해 전국체전에 참가한 선수들 중 2위부터 5위까지 선정하였고, 영상분석을 위해 비디오카메라 3대를 이용하여 촬영하였으며, Kwon3D 3.1 프로그램을 이용하여 각 관절 점의 위치좌표를 얻었다. 산출된 위치좌표는 Matlab R2009a를 사용하여 운동학적 자료를 계산한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 글라이드 길이와 스탠스 길이를 분석한 결과, 글라이드 비율이 평균 41.2±4.43%, 스탠스의 비율은 평균 58.8±4.43%로 나타났다. 이는 글라이드 기술 유형 중 short-long technique를 위해 글라이드 길이는 길고 스탠스 길이는 짧게 해야 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 또한 전환동작에서의 감속도를 줄이기 위해 스탠스 길이를 짧게 함으로서 빠른 수평이동을 해야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 포환의 궤적에 있어서 세계 엘리트 선수들의 S 모형과 달리 포환의 궤적이 중심축에서 크게 벗어나는 유형을 보임에 따라 딜리버리 동작의 푸싱 동작에서 투사속도가 작은 결과를 보였다. The purpose of this study was to find guide way of sports specific physical fitness and skill method through shot-put activity To pursue the study goal, kinematic analysis of glide skill and delivery motion as a distance challenge activity, was analyzed Total of 4 athletes who ranked 2nd to 5th during National Sport Festival Games in 2010, participated in this study. Three-Dimensional motion analysis using a system of 3 video cameras at a sampling frequency of 60 Hz was performed for this study. During the glide and delivery phase the results showed following characteristics; 1. According to glide and stance lengths, the average glide and stance length ratio showed 41.2±4.43% and 58.8±4.43 respectively. This suggested a gliding length should be long and a stance length should be short for the short-long technique out of gliding technique types and it was found that prompt horizontal move should be made by shortening a stance length to reduce a deceleration speed in a switching movement. 2. According to trajectory of shots, it was found that projection speed were small in pushing movements of delivery movements as trajectory of shots were largely deviated from central axes unlike S model of worldwide elite athletes. projection heights were found to be low at the moment of releasing, which is why bent posture of left knees and trunk angle showed forward lean posture.

        가축전염병 분류의 새로운 개편

        The legal communicable diseases are classified two group, 62 diseases in the existing domestic animal infectious disease prevention Act. There is problem that standards of administrative measure are unjustly suspected when infectious disease outbreaks between two groups. Therefore, A reclassification of many diseases should be diversified, the standards of administrative measure at the infectious diseases outbreak should be desired. Also, It suggest that central government should mandate local government to be able to assign legally designated disease about specific endemic diseases.

        창던지기 선수들의 경기기록과 운동학적 요인의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between javelin throw distance and factors affecting throw distance by world class male and female javelin throwers. This involved analysis of results from a total of 34 attempts by top 12 javelin throwing athletes (6 males and 6 females) participating in the 2019 Mokpo Throwing Competition. To achieve the research objectives, three high-speed cameras were used during the competition and analyzed using a three-dimensional analysis program (Kwon3D 3.1). The results show that males had a negative correlation with the horizontal velocity from the time of left foot landing (LC) to the time of right foot landing (RC) during cross-step (r= -.726, p=.01. Conversely, for women, the foot center distance, velocity, and LC-RC value before projection were positively correlated (r=.717, p=.001) appeared. The maximum angle and record of the knee are negatively correlated only in the female record (r= -.532, p=.028). Javelin posture angle and attack angle had negative correlation with record (r= -.489, p=.046; r= -.509, p=.037). For male athletes, the horizontal velocity before projection requires a maximum velocity that does not affect their posture during projection; for female athletes, the higher the velocity, the higher the record, and the higher javelin’s posture angle and attack angle. These results show there was a difference in the record factors between male and female athletes in the javelin throwing record, and guidance considering gender and individual characteristics is required.

        도수치료와 치료적 운동이 만성 요통의 여성 노인의 만성 통증과 신체 기능에 미치는 영향

        Background: The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of manual therapy and therapeutic exercise on pain and body function in elder women with chronic low back pain. Methods: The patients with chronic low back pain were randomly divided 2 group. The experiment group (n=11) was taken manual therapy and therapeutic exercise program. The control group (n=10) was taken physical therapy program(hot pack with 30 minutes and ICT with 15 minutes and ultra sound with 15 minutes). Both groups intervention performed 3 session during 6 weeks. We measured the quadruple visual analogue scale, flexibility, static balance, leg strength subject of symptom before and after experiment. The significant test pared t-test according to applying the manual therapy and therapeutic exercise group and control group between group used independent t-test. Results: Pain assessment in the experimental group was significantly different between time and group. Flexibility test groups were not significantly different between time and group. The static balance was not significantly different for the time. Strength tests were also not significantly different for the time. Conclusions: According to the results, manual therapy and therapeutic exercise group it was found to be helpful in pain, flexibility, static balance, not strength in elderly patients with chronic low back pain.
