u-TSN은 운전자들과 보행자들을 위하여 도로 안전과 교통 관리를 용이하게 하는 차세대 기술이다. u-TSN을 실제 환경에 사용하기 위해서는 개인의 정보와 통신상의 데이터를 위부 공격자로부터 안전하게 보호해야 한다. 상대적으로 무능한 공격자라도 u-TSN이 가질 수 있는 장점들을 방해하고 사용 불가능하게 만들 수 있다. 따라서 안전한 u-TSN을 구현하기 위해서는 악의적인 공격자의 공격들은 방어하는 것이 중요한 과제 중의 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 u-TSN 환경에서의 보안 시나리오를 소개하고 이를 IXP425 보드에 구현한다. 보안 모듈로 구현된 보안 시스템은 u-TSN 환경에서 안전하고 효율적인 통신을 제공한다. u-TSN is a promising technology facilitating road safety and traffic management for drivers and passengers. To deploy this technology in a real environment, personal information and communicated data should be protected against malicious adversaries. Even though such adversaries would appear relatively infrequently, in such cases, the benefits of u-TSN could be disrupted and disabled. Therefore, one of the ultimate goals in the design of secure u-TSN is to protect against attacks of malicious adversaries. In this paper, we present secure communication scenario for u-TSN and implement security protocols and algorithms that are the components of the scenario on an IXP425 board. The security systems, implemented as a security module, supports secure and efficient communication for the u-TSN.
Security Improvement of ID-based Multiple Key Management Scheme for t Scalable Ad Hoc Networks

Security supports are a significant factor in mobile ad hoc networks. Especially in dynamic topologies, considering cluster, key management is essential to provide a secure system. Recently, Li-Liu proposed iD-based multiple key management scheme for cluster-based ad hoc networks. However, we found the security weakness of their scheme. In this paper, we analyze the security of Li-Liu's scheme and show that master secret key and fragment of the master secret key can be revealed to compromised CHs and nodes. Furthermore, we propose a solution to improve the scheme against disclosure of the share key and the master secret key even though system parameters are opened to compromised nodes and modify the Li-Liu's scheme fitted for a scalable networks. The improved IMKM scheme could be usefully applied in dynamic cluster-based MANETs such as the military battlefields, mobile marketplace and VANETs.
Secure ID-Based Key Agreement Protocol with Anonymity for Mobile Ad Hoc Networks

애드혹 네트워크에서 보안을 제공하는 것은 매우 중요한 요소이다. 특히 역동적인 구조에서는 시스템의 안전을 위해서 개인키를 업데이트해 주는 키 교환 프로토콜이 필수적이다. 그리고 개인의 사생활 보호 문제를 방지하기 위해 각각의 노드의 아이디를 보호하는 것도 필요하다. 하지만 기존의 많은 애드혹 네트워크의 키 교환 프로토콜들은 이러한 보안 문제들을 동시에 고려하지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 익명성을 제공하는 키 교환 프로토콜과 개인키 업데이트 프로토콜을 제안하다. 또한 서로 다른 서비스 영역에서의 키 갱신 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안한 프로토콜들은 여러 공격에 안전하고 서비스를 제공하는 이동 애드혹네트워크에 적합하다. Security support is a significant factor in ad hoc networks. Especially in dynamic topologies, key agreement with private key updating is essential in providing a secure system. And it is also necessary to protect the identities of individual nodes in wireless environments to avoid personal privacy problems. However, many of the existing key agreement schemes for ad hoc networks do not consider these issues concurrently. This paper proposes an anonymous ID-based private key update scheme and a key agreement scheme for mobile ad hoc networks. We also suggest a method of rekeying between different domains using service-coordinators. These schemes are secure against various attacks and are suitable for service-oriented mobile ad hoc networks.
위낭종 누공과 췌장 가성낭종 출혈에 의한 반복적인 상부위장관 출혈

Bleeding from pancreatic pseudocyst is a rare complication. Furthermore, massive upper gastrointestinal (GI) bleeding from gastro-cystic fistula formation and intracystic bleeding are both extremely rare and are also potentially fatal. A 53-year-old male was referred to the emergency room with melena and hematemesis. An urgent endoscopy revealed a massive gastric hematoma but showed no specific bleeding focus. Gastrocystic fistula formation and intracystic bleeding leakage to the stomach were suspicious in the follow-up endoscopy. A contrast-enhanced computed tomography scan demonstrated splenic artery pseudoaneurysm and extravasation of contrast media into the cyst that was abutted to the greater curvature side of the stomach. A splenic artery embolization was performed and no further bleeding occurred after embolization. Upper GI bleeding from gastro-cystic fistula and intracystic bleeding are rare but possible. Therefore, this possibility should be considered in the unknown cause of an upper GI bleeding in a patient with pancreatic pseudocyst.
