        흰쥐 골격근의 노화성 위축에 대한 운동훈련의 영향

        본 실험은 골격의 위축이 일어난 노화 흰쥐를 사용하여 단기간동안 트레드밀 훈련과 웨이트 트레이닝을 시켰을 때 골격근에 나타나는 변화들을 고찰하고자 고안하였다. 출생 후 24개월 된 수컷 흰쥐를 사용하여 대조군과 트레드밀 훈련군, 웨이트 트레이닝군으로 구분하여 각 군별로 4주간 훈련시켜 각 군의 골격근은 조직 및 조직화학, 미세구조 및 세포화학적 연구 및 입체해석학적 연구에 적용하였다. 각 훈련 기간동안 개체의 체중과 근육의 무게는 큰 변화가 없었고, 근섬유의 분포양상은 트레드밀 훈련군에서는 ⅡB형과 ⅡC형이 증가를 한 반면 ⅡA형은 감소를 하였고 Ⅰ형의 근섬유 조성은 변화가 없었다. 웨이트 트레이닝 후에는 ⅡA와 ⅡB형이 증가를 한 반면 ⅡC형은 감소하였다. 그러나 모든 근섬유 조성의 변화에는 유의성이 없었다. 노화 대조군의 조직구조 및 미세구조의 특징은 노화색소의 출현, 약한 수축대의 출현, 근섬유들의 분할현상 등이 관찰되었다. 트레드밀 훈련 후에는 손가락형의 돌출부를 포함한 근초의 불규칙성이 나타났으며, 밝은띠의 확장으로 인한 Z-선의 불규칙한 배열, 공포화, 장축과 평행한 근섬유의 분할현상이 나타났으며, 웨이트 트레이닝 후에는 많은 용해소체들과 함께 포식소자를 함유한 자가용해소체들이 나타났으며 심한 수축대가 나타났고 근원섬유들의 배열이 와해되는 현상도 나타났다. 조직화학 및 세포화학적인 측면에서 succinic dehydrogenase와 acid phosphatase는 활성도의 변화가 거의 없었으며, Mg<SUP>++</SUP>-ATPase의 활성은 훈련 후 약간 감소하는 경향이었다. 미세구조의 입체해석학적 분석에서는 측량한 구조물들의 체적밀도와 수밀도는 변화가 거의 없었고 사립체 내막의 표면밀도만 트레드밀 훈련군에서 증가되었다. 이상의 결과에서 볼 때 단기간의 지구력 훈련을 실시할 경우는 노화 골격근은 잘 적응하여 골격근의 위축 방지에 효율적이었으나 웨이트 트레이닝은 노화 골격근의 위축방지에 영향을 주지 못하였다. The present study was designed to examine effect of short term treadmill and weight-training on aging atrophy in the rat skeletal muscle. Male rats of 24 months old were used. Each groups included control, treadmill and weight-training for 4 weeks by using treadmill apparatus and body press apparatus. The histo and cytochemical, ultrastructural and stereological changes in senile skeletal muscles of the rat were observed in the present study. During the training period the body weight and muscular weight in all groups remained constant. The volume density of muscle fiber type ⅡC and ⅡB were increased, that of type ⅡA was decreased, but type Ⅰ remained constant in treadmill-training group. In weight-training rat, the density of type ⅡA and ⅡB were increased, but those of type ⅡC was decreased. But, all changes of muscle fiber type is not significant. Senile control group some usual formation of mild contraction band, lipofuscin pigment and muscular splitting were observed. After treadmill-training, histological and ultrastructural changes occured in the muscle fiber, such as irregularity of the sarcolemma, interfibrillar vacuolization, longitudinal splitting, and widened I-band. After weight-training, the changes occured in the trained muscle fiber, such as apearance of many lysosomes and autophagic vacuoles, severe contraction band, and breakup of myofibrils. Histo and cytochemical studies showed that the activities of succinic dehydrogenase and acid phosphatase remained constant, activities of Mg<SUP>++</SUP>-ATPase decrease with training. Stereo-logical changes were not observed in the volume and numerical density of all subject component, but the surface density of mitochondrial inner membrane was increased with treadmill-training. These experimental results suggested that the endurance training during short-term may result in the adaptible response in senile skeletal muscles. On the other side, weight-training is bad for senile skeletal muscle.

        대학 씨름선수의 체력 프로파일과 경기력 예측

        이 연구는 대학교씨름선수들을 각 체급별 체격과 체력 및 무산소운동능력, 등속성대퇴근력, 요부근력의 특성을 분석하고, 씨름선수들을 우수선수와 비우수선수로 구분하여 우수선수의 경기력 예측을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 체격과 체력 및 무산소운동능력, 등속성근력 측정은 대구경북·경남 지역의 대학교 씨름선수들 중 대한씨름협회에 등록된 선수들을 대상으로 동계 훈련 전에 측정을 하였으며 체급별로(7체급) 21명씩 전체 147명을 대상으로 하였다. 측정된 자료를 분석하기 위하여 일원변량분석(one-way analysis of variance; one-way ANOVA)을 실시하여 평균과 표준편차를 구하였으며 체급간 유의한 차이가 있는 경우 Scheffe의 사후검증을 하였다. 통계적 유의수준은 α=0.05로 하였다. 경기력 예측력을 구하기 위하여 로지스틱 회귀분석(logistic regression analysis)을 적용하여 입력방식(Enter)으로 하였으며 통계적 유의수준은 α=0.05로 설정하였다. 모든 체급이 높을수록 체격조건과 체력이 높은 수치를 나타냈으며, 등속성근력은 각 체급별로 굴근력 보다는 신근력이 높은 수치를 나타냈다. 우수선수를 예측할 수 있는 항목 중 체격은 신장, 체중, 흉위로 나타났으며 신체구성은 체지방, 비지방체중, WHR, BMI가 우수선수를 예측할 수 있는 항목으로 나타났다. 체력은 유연성과 악력(좌), 유산소능력으로 나타났으며 무산소운동능력은 평균파워와 피크파워가 우수선수를 예측할 수 있는 항목으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 대학교 씨름선수들을 대상으로 작성된 프로파일은 선수들의 훈련계획 및 운동처방에 활용될 수 있을 것이며 우수선수들을 예측할 수 있는 공식을 토대로 선수 발굴이나 선발에 유용한 준거 자료로 이용될 수 있을 것이다. This study measures college ssireum players` weight, physique, physical fitness, anaerobic power, thigh and trunk isokinetic strength and then correlates these measurements with player performance to search for predictive variables. These measurements are taken from 147 college Ssireum players. Ssireum players are profiled using one-way ANOVA and Scheffe`s method. Analysis of mean differences has a significance level of 0.05. Player performance predictions using logistic regression analysis also have a significance level of 0.05. Player measurements indicate that higher weight levels have higher physiques and physical fitness; also, isokinetic extension muscle strength exceeds isokinetic flexion strength. For higher performance players, predictive physique measurements include height, weight, chest circumference; predictive body composition measurements include body fat, leanness, waist-hip-ratio, and BMI; predictive physical fitness measurements include flexibility, left-hand grasping power, and aerobic ability; predictive anaerobic measurements include mean power and peak power. This study concludes that ssireum player profiles based on the above data can be used to tailor training plans and exercise prescriptions in addition to predicting future player performance.

        대학씨름선수의 경력, 체급, 수준별 인지스트레스와 탈진, 경쟁불안 비교

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference of the levels of perceived stress and burnout of each group of college Ssireum players, difference in competitive status anxiety and the correlation between each items. This study conducted survey research on 156 wrestlers among those who are registered in Korea Ssireum University Federation. Those 156 wrestlers took PSS and Sports Burnout Test in the day of no game and when there was a game, they took Competitive Status Anxiety Examination. Scores of career, weight, perceived stress and burnout by level, and competitive status anxiety were compared through t-test and the correlations between level of perceived stress, burnout, and competitive status anxiety were studied through analysis on their mutual relationships. SPSS (Ver. 14.0) was used for analysis of the data. The result of the analysis shows little difference in level of perceived stress and burnout of wrestlers that were grouped by career, weight, and level. However, among subordinate factors of competitive status anxiety, there were a little difference (p<.05) in career levels in somatic anxiety and also in weight levels in self-confidence. Level of perceived stress showed some relationship (p<.01) with emotional exhaustion among subordinate factors of burnout, with cognitive anxiety (p<.01) and somatic anxiety (p<.05) among subordinate factors of competitive status anxiety. However, it showed negative correlations with self-confidence. Through analysis on correlations between perceived stress, burnout and competitive status anxiety, we could know that there are correlations between the level of perceived stress and burnout and competitive anxiety which are experienced in daily life. We believe that through controlling and strategy for reduction of perceived stress, Ssireum players can prevent burnout and decrease competitive status anxiety.

        녹비작물-양배추 작부체계에서 양배추 수량증대 효과 및 경영성과 분석

        This study was carried out to analyze the effect of the farm management and productivity increase of cabbages growing in the plastic house based on application of green manure crops such as silage corn, haussolgo (Sorghum bicolar L. Moench), hairy vetch, etc. According to the effect of green manure crop grown in summer season, the biomass amount of the silage corn was the highest; 7,630 kg per 10a, the next was haussolgo, 5,620 kg per 10a. In terms of the fertilizer ingredients, the first of forage soybean was 3.84% of nitrogen, whereas hairy vetch was 1.74% of phosphate and kalium, 4.74%. Productivity increase of cabbages was the highest in the haussolgo plot of which the yield of showed 10,090 kg per 10a and the farm household income would be worth 8,053 thousand won. By growing forage crops in the winter season, the biomass amount was the highest in the mixed sowing plot with rye (50%) and hairy vetch (50%) of 3,590 kg per 10a, whereas the productivity in the mixed seeding with rye (70%) and hairy vetch (30%) was highest, 6,249 kg per 10a and the farm household income would be worth 7,387 thousand won. Judging from these results, more practical on-farm research on applying different green manure crops as a basal fertilizer with cabbage in the plastic house should be considered to analyze the farm management and the farm household income at different sites.

        유사 체구성성분의 운동선수와 비운동선수의 최대하운동에 따른 혈장량 및 체수분조절호르몬 비교

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of submaximal exercise on plasma volume and fluid regulatory hormones (ACTH, renin, aldosterone) between ski athletes and non-athletes. A total of 19 male subjects (10 athletes and 9 non-athletes) were participated in the study and their mean age was 22 years old. Submaximal exercise sessions took place on a bicycle ergometer performing 4 minutes of pedalling to reach targeted intensity (75% V·O2peak) and continued during 20 minutes. Blood samples extracted during rest and immediately after exercise. The Plasma volume decreased immediately after exercise in the both groups, but there were no significant difference between the athletes and the non-athletes. The ACTH, renin and aldosterone concentrations were significantly elevated immediately after exercise in the both group. In particular, the increase was significantly greater in the non-athletes compared to the athletes in the blood renin concentration.

        흰쥐 골격근의 노화성 위축에 대한 운동훈련의 영향 - II. 장기간에 걸친 체중부하 훈련의 영향 -

        The present study was designed to examine effect of long term weight-training on aging atrophy in the rat skeletal muscle. Male rats of 8, 15, and 24 month old were used. Each age groups included control and weight-training for 5 months by using body press apparatus. The histo- and cytochemical, ultrastructural and stereological changes in aging skeletal muscles of the rat were observed in the present study. During the training period the body weight and muscular weight in all groups except the rectus femoris and the gastrocnemius in young age groups remained constant, but muscular weights were increased in the rectus femoris and the gastrocnemius muscles in young age groups. In trained rat, the volume density of muscle fiber type IIA and IIB were increased, but those of type IIC was decreased. Type I remained constant in 8 and 15 month old age groups, but reduced in the tibialis anterior and the gastrocnemius muscles in the 24 month old groups. Some histotological and ultrastructural changes associated with age were found: numerical increase of cytiplasmic vacuoles, lysosomes, lipofuscins, and irregularity of myofibrils. At 24 month old groups some unusual formation of contraction band and muscle splitting were observed. After weight-training, ultrastructural degenerative changes occured in the type I muscle fiber, such as splitting of muscle fiber, disorganization of myofilaments, swelling of mitochondria, accumulation of many lipid droplets, appearance of many lysosomes and residual bodies and necrotic fibers, in the old age groups. But, in the type II muscle fibers hypertrophy of muscle fiber appeared without any noticible damage as the type I. The activities of $Mg^{++}$ -ATPase decreased with age and this enzyme activities in the trained rat were significantly decreased with age. Activities of the acid phosphatase were increased with age and significantly in the trained rat. In stereological analysis, volume density of the myofibrils and the tubular system were increased, on the other hand there mitochondrial capacity was decreased. These experimental results suggested that old rats are not susceptible to be affected by weight-training as young rats, and that physical capacity of the rats must be considered when old rats are exercised for training.
