        디지털카메라의 감도변화에 따른 노이즈증가와 색 재현에 관한 비교 연구

        This study investigates the sensitivity of digital cameras. Digital cameras provides easy adjustment of sensitivity and allow to take high sensitivity pictures. However, more high sensitivity pictures means higher noise. Everybody might experience bad pictures due to noise generated after pictures were taken. If we investigate pixels of dark object, we can notice that noise consists of pixels and is produced by a random color on pixels. If the exactly same color we see in real world can be reproduced, there is nothing to be a problem. As a result of this, the importance of high sensitivity is re-emphasized in taking a picture of an object in a dark place. Recently, it is widely distributed in the cyber world that a new Nikon camera shows lower noise. The real effects of noise on color reproduction and range of changing color according to the changes in sensitivity have been identified. This study is to compare color reproduction and changes in noise according to the changes in sensitivity of a camera.

        한방의료의 이용행태 및 이용결정요인 분석 - 일부 대도시 지역주민을 중심으로 -

        This study was conducted to examine utilization patterns and determinants of oriental medical services. Data were collected from 545 residents in Taegu city The results of this study are summarized as follows 1) 37.8% of subjects used oriental medical services in the past year. Especially, the female, the ages of 50 and 60 over, the single. low-educated. high-income class, white-collar class, medical insured tended to use more oriental medical services than another groups. 2) 46.7% of users of oriental medical services reported that number of visits in the past year was 2 - 5 times 37 1% of them was 1 times, and 4.5% over 10 times. 3) According to the reasons to choose the oriental medical facilities, most was 'on their own judgement'(48.8%) and 'by the advice of relatives and friends'(42.0%) Regarding to the objectives of using oriental medicine, 68.3% was 'treatment', 31.7% 'health counselling and promotion'. And among diseases of users, diseases of musculo-skeletal system was the highest(54.5%). 4) 57.9% of oriental medical services users had experience of utilizing western medicine on the same diseases. Among peoples with experiencing western medicine on the same diseases. 54.4% received oriental medical services 'in addition to western medicine', 45.6%'in place of western medicine 'And 41.2% of using both services reported that they had difficulty in deciding to choose the type of services -oriental medical services or western medicine-for their diseases. 37.3% of them answered that 'providing relevant information' was the most desirable measure to solve this problem, 27.3% 'establishment of effective referral system between oriental and western medical facilities '23.6% 'cooperative medical treatment systems in the same facilities', 11.8%'integration of oriental medicine into western medicine 5) According to the satisfaction level with each items of oriental medical services, the respondents had positive views on efficacy, kindness, and side-effects. They, however, had negative view on the cost of oriental medical services. 6) In regarding to the priority of improvement of oriental medical system,'expansion of insurance benefit package 'ranked first. 'expansion of insurance benefit Package 'ranked second, 'improvement of scientific methods and diagnostic technique 'third, and 'safety of herbal medicine' fourth in order. 7) The significant factors influencing the utilization of oriental medical services were kindness of oriental medical practitioners, efficacy , travel time, age To be brief, utilization rate of oriental medical services in urban area generally tends to be high. There, however, have been various barriers to limit oriental medical services, such as incomplete benefit package of oriental medical insurance and lack of coordination and referral system between oriental and western medical services, lack of scientific diagnostic procedures, high price etc . For the development of oriental medical services, Much attention to remove these limiting factors should be placed. In addition, kindness of oriental medical practitioners , which is expected to be more important factor in the consumer - focused health care environment than ever, should be kept high consistently. Since this study was conducted for specific residents of an urban city. further research including more sampling in different urban areas should be required to generalize the results of the study.

        한,중,일 국책연구기관의 정책제언과 정부정책과의 상호반영에 대한 연구 -2차 북핵문제를 중심으로-

        이 연구는 북핵문제를 둘러싼 한?중?일 3개국의 정책과 입장의 차이를 각국 정부출연 연구기관의 정책연구와 정부정책과의 상호반영을 통해 고찰하고 있다. 이를 위해 각국에서 외교와 안보 분야의 정부 운영 및 출연 연구기관을 두 곳씩 선정하여 이들 기관이 2차 북핵위기를 주제로 발간한 92편의 정책연구를 분석(content analysis)하였다. 싱크탱크들의 정책연구는 정부의 입장을 대변하거나 정당화하는 기능도 하지만 정부정책을 선도하거나 비판하는 경향도 나타났다. 싱크탱크의 정책연구와 정부정책과의 상관 비율을 측정한 결과, 선택된 자료에 의하면 중국은 모두 일치한 것으로 나타났으며 한국도 일부를 제외하고 대부분 일치하는 경향을 보였다. 일본의 경우 납치문제 해결에 대한 언급빈도가 정부의 추진강도와 다소 괴리를 나타냈으며, 핵문제보다는 미사일문제 연구에 대한 비중이 높았다. 이러한 연구결과는 결국 북핵문제 해결에 대한 효율성을 제고하기 위해서는 동북아 3국간 및 각국 내부의 의견수렴이 선행돼야 함을 시사하며 싱크탱크와 정부정책과의 상호관계에 대한 후속연구에 기여하는 바가 없지 않다고 평가된다. This study examined the policy and positions differences among three countries (South Korea, China and Japan) regarding the North Korean nuclear issue, by analyzing the contents` interactions between government policies and governmental think tanks policy researches. For each country, two government-operated or supported think tanks in the field of diplomacy and security were selected, and 92 policy research papers concerning the second North Korean nuclear crisis were analyzed. Policy researches performed by think tanks have played roles in leading or criticizing government policies as well as speaking for or justifying government``s positions. By measuring the ratio of mutual reflection between policy research and government policies, the following results were obtained. According to the data in this study, think tanks and government in China took the same position. In South Korea, most policy researches, excluding some proposals, took the same position with the government. Although Japan government put emphasis on the kidnapping issue, in the think tanks of Japan, researches on missile-related problems were more than the nuclear issue. These results imply that it is necessary to share ideas of inter(government-think tanks) and intra countries, South Korea, China and Japan to solve the North Korean nuclear issue. It is expected that these findings will contribute to follow-up researches on the correlation between think tanks and government policy.

      • 소매점의 친환경 VMD가 점포태도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        오늘날, 환경변화로 인해 환경에 대한 소비자들의 관심과 의식수준이 점점 향상되어가고 있다. 그러나 소비자들의 관심과 의식수준이 소비자들의 행동으로 연결되지 않는 경우가 빈번하다. 게다가 점포 내에서 소비자들이 쇼핑을 하는 경우 친환경 제품을 비싸다고 생각하며 친환경적인 분위기의 필요성을 불편하다고 느낀다.이에 본 연구는 친환경 VMD로 인한 혜택이 점포태도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 친환경 VMD로 인한 혜택을 핵심혜택과 관계혜택으로 구분하여 소비자의 만족을 분석함으로써, 소비자들의 만족이 점포태도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 연구하는데 연구목적이 있다. Today, consumer's interest and level of consciousness about environment are increasingly improving by environment change. However, the interest and level of consciousness are frequently not connect to consumer's behavior. In addition, consumers feel that eco-friendly products are expensive and eco-friendly store environment is inconvenient when they go shopping in the store.In this paper, we examine how eco-friendly VMD benefits influence store attitude by mediating consumer's satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to investigate effects consumer's satisfaction on store by analyze consumer's satisfaction into eco-friendly VMD benefits subdivided with core benefits and relationship benefits.

        중간신육형 직립초형 동부 품종 ‘옥당’

        A cowpea cultivar ‘Okdang’ (Vigna unguiculata L. Walp) was developed by the Jeollanamdo Agricultural Research and Extension Services (JARES) in 2013 using the breeding method of pure line isolation applied to the foundation stock of IT45384. ‘Okdang’ has an erect plant type with an intermediate plant habit, green hypocotyls, heart leaflet, orange yellow seed surface of faint luster, and brown and straight pods when matured. Its first flowering and maturing dates were approximately seven and ten days earlier than that of the control cultivar ‘Seoweon’. The stem length of ‘Okdang’ was 42 cm, which was 57 cm shorter than that of the control cultivar. Its 100-seed weight was 16.6 g, which was heavier than that of the control cultivar by 5.9 g. The weight ratio of the seed coat for the entire seed was 12%, which was 1.4%p lower than that of the control cultivar. Its field resistance to leaf and systemic diseases was as strong, or slightly weaker than that of the control cultivar. In addition, ‘Okdang’ had a high lodging resistance. The average yield of ‘Okdang’ was 1.85 ton/ha, which was 40% higher than that of the control cultivar ‘Seoweon’ (Cultivar registration number: 5879).

        학교급식 영양사의 영양적 품질관리 수행도 평가

        학교급식의 영양적 품질관리 기준을 설정하기 위한 자료를 얻고자 총체적 품질 경영(TQM)을 기초로 영양적 품질관리 수행도를 평가하였다. 충북지역 초ㆍ중ㆍ고등학교 급식 영양사 200명을 대상으로 질문지법을 이용하여 영양적 품질관리 수행도와 음식 생산단계별 수행도 및 영양적 품질관리 관련문서 및 서식 사용현황을 조사하였다. 총체적 품질경영을 기초로 한 영양적 품질관리 영역에서 평균 3.12/5점의 수 행도를 보였으며, 그 중 ‘리더십’ 영역에서 높은 수행도(3.66)를 보였고, ‘인적자원 중시’ 영역에서 가장 낮은 수행도(2.66)를 보였다. 학교유형과 급식 실시시기에 따라 전략계획, 고객 및 시장중시, 사업성과 영역에서 유의적인 차이를 보였다(p<0.05). 영양사의 인구통계적 변인에 따라서는 연령, 근무 경력, 고용상태에 의한 차이를 보였는데(p<0.05), 30~40대가 20대보다 리더쉽이 높고, 급식의 전략계획을 더 잘 수행하고 있었다. 리더쉽과 전략계획, 인적자원 중시 영역에서 10년 이상의 경력자가 이하보다 수행도가 더 높았다(p<0.05). 음식 생산단계별 수행도는 평균 3.72/5점의 수행도를 나타내었고, 학교 특성별로는 초등학교 영양사가 중ㆍ고등학교에 비해 건열조리법과 분산조리법 및 가열시 온도조절의 효과적 사용을 통해 가열처리 시간을 최소화하여 영양소 보존을 더 잘 수행하고 있었다(p<0.05). 영양사의 경우 연령에 따라 차이를 나타내었는데, 30, 40대가 20대보다 구매 영역에서 더 높은 수행도를 보였다(p<0.05). 영양적 품질관리를 위한 관련문서 및 서식 사용현황 평가에서 평균 60.6%의 보유율을 보였으며, 급식섭취량 조사일지(42.0%)와 직무기술서(41.0%)는 50.0%미만의 보유율 나타냈다. 학교 특성별로는 학교유형별로(p<0.05), 영양사의 경우에는 연령에 따라 유의적 차이를 나타내었다(p<0.05). 영양적 품질관리 수행도와 음식 생산단계별 수행도 및 관련문서ㆍ서식 사용현황 간에는 각각 0.55, 0.45의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 학교급식의 영양적 품질관리(TQM) 수행도 평가 결과, 인적자원 중시에 대한 수행도가 낮으므로, 조리종사원의 영양적 품질관리 향상을 위한 교육 및 지도를 위한 교육프로그램 개발이 필요하다. 음식 생산단계별 영양 손실을 최소화하기 위해 가열조리 단계를 중요관리점으로 설정하고 이를 관리할 수 있는 관리 기준의 개발이 시급하다. 결론적으로 TQM을 기반으로 한영양적 품질향상을 위한 기준이 설정되어 실제적으로 적용되어야 한다. The purpose of this study was to evaluate school dieticians' performance of nutritional quality control, and further to establish effective and objective standards of nutritional quality control. Data for this study came from 200 school dieticians' responses in the Chungbuk area. The total quality management (TQM)-based questionnaire was structured. The questionnaire consisted of the following four fields: (1) performance of nutritional quality control, (2) performance of stepwise food production to maximize nutrient preservation rate, (3) management of documents and records related to nutritional quality control, and (4) other relating matters. The items of the questionnaire were measured on a five-point Likert scale which ranged from “strongly agree” to “strongly disagree”. First, the analysis indicated that school dieticians performed “least” on human resource management”, “mediocre” on nutritional quality control, and best on “leadership”. Second, the analysis on performance of stepwise food production to maximize nutrient preservation rate showed that dieticians considerably endeavored to maximize nutrients of cooked food, but it was found out that the most of nutrient destruction can be caused by heating during cooking. Third, the result showed that the systematic use of documents and records for nutritional quality control was not sufficiently accomplished, especially in the production phase of food. In addition, the measure by the Pearson correlation coefficient indicated that there was a significant relationship between performance of nutritional quality control and performance of stepwise food production to maximize nutrient preservation rate, and between performance of nutritional quality control and management of documents and records related to nutritional quality control. Finally, the findings of this study suggest that more effort should be exerted to carefully establish TQM-based standards for the improvement of nutritionary quality.
