미래 직업세계의 변화전망과 학교상담의 방향

학교상담은 우리나라 상담의 모태라고 할 수 있다. 우리나라에서 처음 상담이 시작된 곳은 학교 장면이다. 학교에 재학하고 있는 청소년들은 미래를 준비하면서 현재를 살아가는 사람들이다. 이들이 미래에 제대로 기능하도록 준비시키기 위해서는 학교상담전문가들의 역할이 매우 중요하다. 학교상담전문가들은 청소년들이 그들 삶을 잘 준비하도록 조력하는 일도 맡고 있다. 이러한 일을 잘 수행하기 위해서는 미래의 변화를 조망하고 변화된 미래에 잘 적응하는 데 필요한 역량이 무엇인가를 알고 이에 맞게 대처해 나가야 한다고 본다. 본 논문에서는 변화해 가는 환경에서 학교상담은 어떻게 대처해야 하는지에 대해 살펴볼 것이다. 우선 미래사회의 변화 전망, 미래 직업 세계의 변화 전망, 미래사회의 인재상에 대해 논의하고, 이러한 준비를 조력하기 위하여 학교상담은 어떻게 이루어져야 하고 학교상담전문가들은 어떤 역할을 해야 하는지 알아보고자 한다. Counseling in Korea has developed based on school counseling. School is the first place where counseling started in Korea. Young people in school live today preparing for the future. In order to make them be prepared so that they can function themselves properly in the future, roles of school counselors are very important. School counselors also take the role to help the young students prepare their life well. For the purpose, it is needed to find out what capabilities are required to make them prospect the changes in the future and adopt themselves well to the changing future. This study intends to investigate how school counseling reacts to the changing environment. First of all, it discusses outlook of changes in future society and future vocations, and required model human resources in future society. Then, it identifies how school counseling should be made to help the preparation and what kind of role it should take for the purpose.

상담전공자의 진로 및 직업개발에 관한 연구

현재 상담학도들은 상담분야를 공부하고 난 이후 직업체계로의 진출이 낙관적인 상황은 아니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 이와 같은 고민을 심충적으로 다루고 있는 연구를 찾아보기는 힘들다. 본 연구는 이러한 점에 착안하여 상담전공자의 진로 및 직업개발을 탐색적인 수준에서 살펴보는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위하여 본 논문에서 살펴본 주요 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현재 상담전공자들은 어느 곳에서 인하고 있는가? 둘째, 상담전공자를 필요로 하는 또 다른 곳은 어디인가? 셋째, 상담전공자의 직업 전망은 어떠한가? 넷째, 수요자의 요구에 부응하기 위하여 상담전공자는 어떠한 직무능력을 개발해야 하는가? 본 논문은 위와 같은 질문에 답하면서 특히 상담전공자들의 진로 및 직업개발을 위해서 해결해야 할 과제로 다음과 같은 사항을 제안하고 있다. ① 상담인력 수급예측에 관한 연구의 수행, ② 상담자의 업무내용에 관한 직무 분석 실시, ③ 현실적 요구를 수용한 상담전공 교과내용 개편, ④ 상담 홍보 및 마케팅의 활성화, ⑤ 구인처 개척의 활성화, ⑥ 직업을 보는 관점의 전환, ⑦ 계속적인 자기연마 및 자기 관리

변혁적-거래적 리더십과 창의성 간의 관계에 대한 매개효과 연구

구성원에 지각되어지는 상사의 변혁적 리더십과 거래적 리더십이 구성원들의 창의성에 어떠한 영향을 주고 또한, 구성원들이 지각하는 인지된 조직지원, 구성원 지원, 그리고 자기권능감이 창의성과 어떠한 관계가 있는가를 실증분석 하였다. 구체적으로 변혁적 리더십이 거래적 리더십보다 인지된 조직지원, 구성원지원, 그리고 자기권능감을 형성하고 있는 구성원들의 창의성을 증진시키는 것으로 나타났다. 그 결과 구성원에 의해 지각된 상사의 변혁적 리더십은 구성원들의 창의성에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 구성원들이 지각하는 인지된 조직지원, 구성원지원, 그리고 자기권능감의 증진을 매개로 하여 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 드러났다. 반면에 거래적 리더십에서는 구성원들이 지각하는 자기권능감과 창의성은 관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 거래적 리더십의 하위 차원인 조건적 보상에서 구성원이 지각하는 인지된 조직지원 그리고 구성원지원에서 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 연구결과를 실증적으로 분석하였으며, 연구 결과에 대해 시사점을 제시 하였다. This study seeks to examine the effect of transformational(charisma, individualized consideration, intellectual stimulation), transactional leadership(contingent reward, management on exception) on creativity and investigate a mediating effect of self-efficacy, POS(perceived organizational support), PCS(perceived co-worker support) on the relationship between leadership variables and creativity. A literature review on transformational, transactional leadership, creativity, self-efficacy, POS, and PCS, build up both main effect and mediating effect hypotheses. To test the hypotheses, a survey method was performed. the results are as follows. First, for two main effect hypotheses, transformational leadership variables have positive impacts on results variables(creativity, self-efficacy, POS and PCS). and transactional leadership variables are negative impacts on results variables, except contingent reward. contingent reward have positive impacts on POS, PCS and creativity. Second, for mediating effect hypotheses, self-efficacy, POS and PCS have role of mediator on the relationship between transformational leadership variables and creativity. but have not mediating role on the relationship between transactional leadership variables and creativity. Based on findings, I offer several insights to managers that could help improve transformational leadership efforts improving employee creativity, and can have a profound impact on the success of leader"s efforts. and self-efficacy, POS and PCS can leverage the relationship between transformational leadership variables and creativity, which means that organization serves as an important source of support resources. being regarded highly by the organization helps to meet employees’ needs for approval, efficacy, and affiliation so that, organization should build up its.

대학생용 직업카드 개발과 타당화

이 연구는 대학생용 직업카드를 개발하고, 이것이 대학생들에게 활용하기에 적절하고 효과가 있는지의 여부를 검증하기 위하여 실시되었다. 대학생용 직업카드 개발은 개발위원회 구성, 자문위원 선정, 직업선정 기준 설정, 1차 직업 선정, 전문가 평정, 자문위원 자문과 2차 직업 선정, 직업카드 개수 결정, 직업카드 기입 내용 결정, 계열 분류, 직업카드 규격과 디자인 결정 등의 절차를 통하여 이루어졌다. 그 결과 앞면에는 카드 번호와 홀랜드 유형, 직업명과 하는 일, 한국직업전망 대분류를 기입하고, 뒷면에는 홀랜드 유형, 교육정도와 자격요건, 업무수행능력을 기입한 대학생용 직업카드가 개발되었다. 본 연구에서 개발된 대학생용 직업카드의 타당성은 다음과 같은 방법으로 검증되었다. 첫째, 대학생용 직업카드의 구성과 기입내용의 타당성을 대학의 상담전문가 20명에게 설문을 통하여 검증한 결과 5점 척도에서 평균 4.53으로 평가되어 대체로 타당하다는 의견이 제시되었다. 둘째, 직업카드에 기입된 직업에 대한 설명이 대학생들이 이해하기에 적합한가를 알아보기 위해서 대학생 60명을 대상으로 113개 각 카드별 기입내용에 대해서 5점 척도로 평정하게 한 결과 평점이 모두 4.40 이상으로 나타났다. 셋째, 본 연구에서 개발된 직업카드를 활용한 진로지도 프로그램을 개발하여 적용한 결과 참여 대학생들의 진로정체감 향상에 유의미하게 기여하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 직업카드 분류활동에 참여한 대학생들을 대상으로 만족도를 평가한 결과 5점 척도에서 평균 4.49로 높은 점수를 나타냈으며, 긍정 응답률은 92%에 달하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 결론적으로 개발된 직업카드는 대학생들에게 활용하기에 적합하고, 활용효과도 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다. This research is to develop a set of vocational cards for college students and to verify the cards` feasibility of use. The development process included organizing the development committee, appointing consultants, setting criteria for occupations to be included in the set, preliminary selection of occupational titles, expert-rating, consultation and finalization of occupational titles, filling out cards` contents, etc. A survey of 20 practitioners on card`s composition showed that the contents were adequate(4.53 points out of 5). Another survey of 60 college students showed that the job descriptions on each of the 113 cards were easy to comprehend(all cards rated over 4.40 points out of 5). Outcomes of pilot programs utilizing the set were also positive; a group of 20 students participated in the career guidance program developed in the research, and t-Test results show that students` career identities were significantly improved after the program. Another group of 80 students participated in Vocational Cards Sort programs and gave average of 4.49 points out of 5 on post-activity satisfaction surveys, with positive response rate reaching 92%. Thus, the developed set of vocational cards seems suitable for college students with its utilizations showing positive effects.

직업능력개발훈련의 효율화를 위한 모듈훈련 실시방안

This study is aimed at providing vocational training teachers and administrators with the necessary informations and skills needed for planning, organizing and implementing modular programmes for education and training of trainees. To achieve these objectives, this study was carried out through review of the related literatures, survey and interview with vocational training teachers, and consultation with experts. Main findings were as follows: (1) It is necessary to establish the prerequisites for modular training. (2) Modular training programmes are designed differently according to traits of each training courses. (3) Modular training should be implemented by stages. (4) Infrastructures for modular training should be established. Based upon the results of this study, some recommendations for policy execution and further research were suggested.

중학생이 지각한 아버지-자녀 관계가 자녀의 진로 정보탐색 및 합리적 의사 결정력에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 중학생 자녀가 지각한 아버지-자녀 관계가 자녀의 진로 정보탐색 및 합리적 의사결정에 어떤 영향을 미치는지와 인구 사회학적 변인에 따른 차이를 밝히는 것으로 연구대상은 서울, 경기지역 중학생 440명이고, 한국형 아버지-자녀 관계 척도, 진로 정보탐색 및 합리적 의사결정척도를 사용하여, SPSS ver 21.0으로 기술통계분석, t-검정, 분산분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는, 아버지-자녀 관계는 중학생 자녀의 진로 정보탐색 및 합리적 의사결정에 정(+)의 상관이 있고, 그중 친밀영역과 존경영역이 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 즉 중학생 자녀가 아버지를 존경하고, 친밀하게 느낄수록 자녀의 진로 정보탐색과 합리적 의사 결정력이 높게 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 근거로 아버지-자녀 관계를 통해 중학생들의 진로 정보탐색 및 합리적 의사 결정력을 높이기 위한 방안에 대하여 제언하였다. The purpose of this study was to reveal how middle school students’ perceived relationships with their fathers affects the children’s career information exploration and rational decision making. In order to prove it, 440 male and female middle school students in Seoul and Kyungki were collected. Collected data were analyzed through frequency analysis, one-way ANOVA, t-test, correlation analysis, regression analysis using SPSS version 21.0 statistical program. The results of this study are as follows, first, degree of father-child relationships were affirmatively related career information exploration and rational decision making. Second, intimate and respectable sub-domains of father-child relationship showed statistically significant difference. Based on the these results, this research suggests that the intervention and review is necessary in order to improve middle school students’ career information exploration, rational decision making and father-child relationships.
