        다양한 위상 형상에 따른 3D 프린트 복합재료 조종면의 구조 최적화

        When designing ships and aircraft structures, it is important to design them to satisfy weight reduction and strength. Currently, studies related to topology optimization using 3D printed composite materials are being actively conducted to satisfy the weight reduction and strength of the structure. In this study, structural analysis was performed to analyze the applicability of 3D printed composite materials to the flight control surface, one of the parts of an aircraft or unmanned aerial vehicle. The optimal topology shape of the flight control surface for the bending load was analyzed by considering three types (hexagonal, rectangular, triangular) of the topology shape of the flight control surface. In addition, the bending strength of the flight control surface was analyzed when four types of reinforcing materials (carbon fiber, glass fiber, high-strength high-temperature glass fiber, and kevlar) of the 3D printed composite material were applied. As a result of comparing the three-point bending test results with the finite element method results, it was confirmed that the flight control surface with hexagonal topology shape made of carbon fiber and Kevlar had excellent performance. And it is judged that the 3D printed composite can be sufficiently applied to the flight control surface.

        착용형 관성센서 및 인체 하지부 기구학 기반의 보행자 속도추정에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 하지부의 각 분절에 부착된 착용형 관성센서의 자세 및 각속도 정보와 하지부 기구학을 기반으로 착용자의 보행속도를 추정하는 방법에 관한 연구를 다룬다. 보행 주기 중 발바닥과 지면이 완전히 접촉되지 않는 구간에서는 골반부에 장착된 관성센서의 가속도 출력을 적분하여 보행속도를 추정할 수 있다. 이 때, 보행 시 골반부의 기울어짐으로 인하여 발생되는 가속도의 측정오차의 누적 영향을 최소화하기 위하여, 하지부 기구학을 기반으로 추정된 보행속도를 매 보행 주기마다 골반 관성센서의 가속도 출력신호 적분 초기값으로 갱신한다. 그 결과 6분 가량의 야외 보행 실험을 수행한 결과, 오차 누적에 의한 영향은 관찰되지 않았으며, 보행속도 추정 오차의 RMS는 0.08m/s 이하인 것으로 확인되었다. In this paper, a new method is proposed for estimating pedestrians" walking velocity based on lower-limb kinematics and wearable inertial measurement unit (IMU) sensors. While the soles and ground are not in contact during the walking cycle, the walking velocity can be estimated by integrating the acceleration output of the inertial sensor mounted on the pelvis. To minimize the effects of acceleration measurement errors caused by the tilt of the pelvis while walking, the estimated walking velocity based on lower-limb kinematics is imposed as the initial value in the acceleration signal integration process of the pelvis inertial sensor. In the experiment involving outdoor walking for six minutes, sensor drift due to error accumulation was not observed, and the RMS error in the walking velocity estimation was less than 0.08 m/s.

        임상에서 흔히 접하는 통증에 대한 소염약침요법의 체계적 문헌고찰

        Objectives To evaluate the evidence supporting the effectiveness of Soyeom pharmacopuncture therapy for Pain. Methods We conducted search across 6 electronic databases (Pubmed, CAJ, Oasis, RISS, DBPIA and KoreanTK) and 2 journals to find clinical trials that used Soyeom pharmacopuncture therapy as treatment for pain. The methodological quality of Randomized controlled clinical trials (RCTs) was assessed using the Cochrane Risk of Bias (RoB) tool, while NRCTs (Non-Randomized controlled clinical trials) were assessed using the Risk of Bias Assessment tool for Non-randomized Study (RoBANS) tool. Results Among 75 articles that were searched, 5 RCTs and 2 NRCTs were finally selected. Among 7 selected studies, all studies showed that Soyeom pharmacopuncture therapy has significant effect on Pain. Conclusions Our systematic review found encouraging but limited evidence of Soyeom pharmacopuncture therapy for Pain. We recommend clinical trials which compare the effectiveness of Soyeom pharmacopuncture therapy with other pharmacopuncture therapies to clarify the effectiveness of Soyeom pharmacopuncture therapy from other pharmacopuncture therapies.         Representative of Korean accidents is that occurrence number of accidents is not many. But the extra-large size disaster like as Taegu subway accident are occurred continuously from multi place. It brings a big problem that people has spirit shock and a life damage nationally and socially. The problem point which brings like this tragic death is caused from the fire confrontation system of absent and human confrontation mistake. Therefore, we need the confrontation plan to overcome these accidents. It will be able to prepare favorably in accident confrontation. In this paper, we analyzed fire accidents case study on domestic and oversea and proposed the plan which confronts encounter to fire accidents in subway system urgently and properly.

        국내건축가의 해외 단체 전시에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the overseas group exhibitions held since 2000 by Korean architects. After the first chapter of the introduction, the second one, surveying the background of overseas exhibitions held by Korean architects, analyzed the present condition regarding them. The third chapter surveyed the planning process, the characteristics, and the achievements of each overseas group exhibition held by Korean architects. The fourth chapter analyzed the contents of the overseas group exhibitions, and the fifth one revealed the tendencies of the architectural works exhibited there. In conclusion, this study suggested requirements to raise the awareness of Korean architecture in overseas exhibitions.

        휴대형 미세플라스틱 수거 장비 경량화 부품 설계 및 구조강도 평가

        현재 해양 미세플라스틱에 의한 해양 환경 오염문제가 국제적으로 심각하게 대두되고 있다. 이와 관련하여 본 연구에서는 휴대용 미세플라스틱 수거 장비의 경량화 개발을 위해 대한민국 전국 21개소 해안가에서의 미세플라스틱 종류와 개수를 조사하였고, 미세플라스틱 수거장비 진공 장비의 내구성, 내부식성, 경량화를 위해 CFRP(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic), GFRP(Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic), ABS(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene copolymer), aluminum과 같은 다양한 소재를 적용하여 설계 및 해석을 수행하였다. 해안가에서의 시료 채취 및 분류결과 함덕해수욕장에서 미세플라스틱이 가장 많이 분포되어 있는 것을 확인하였고, 주로 폴리스타이렌(Polystyrene)의 미세플라스틱이 분포되어 있는 것으로 나타났다. 해안가 현장 조사를 통한 입자정보 분석과 전산유체해석을 통해 모래 및 불순물 등의 입자 유동속도 및 분포를 분석하였고, 이를 진공 본체 내부의 중요 부품인 싸이클론 장치의 구조해석에 적용하였다. 싸이클론 장치의 모래 및 불순물 흡입 시 발생되는 입자 충격을 고려한 구조해석 결과 CFRP, GFRP, aluminum, ABS의 순으로 구조적 안전성이 우수한 것으로 평가되었다. 경량화 측면으로는 싸이클론 장치에 aluminum 소재를 적용했을 때와 비교하여 CFRP는 53%, GFRP는 47%, ABS는 61%의 경량화가 가능한 것으로 나타났다. Currently, the problem of pollution of the marine environment by microplastics is emerging seriously internationally. In this study, to develop a lightweight portable microplastic collection device, the types and number of microplastics in 21 coastal areas nationwide in Korea were investigated. And CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic), GFRP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic), ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene copolymer) and aluminum were applied for design and analysis of microplastic collection device to have the durability, corrosion resistance and lightweight. As a result of sample collection and classification from the shore, it was confirmed that microplastics were distributed the most in Hamdeok beach, and the polystyrene was found to be mainly distributed microplastics. Particle information through coastal field survey and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) analysis were used to analyze the flow rate and distribution of particles such as sand and impurities, which were applied to the structural analysis of the cyclone device using the finite element method. As a result of structural analysis considering the particle impact inside the cyclone device, the structural safety was examined as remarkable in the order of CFRP, GFRP, aluminum, and ABS. In the view of weight reduction, CFRP could be reduced in weight by 53%, GFRP by 47%, and ABS by 61% compared to aluminum for the cyclone device.

      • 자동화크레인의 가속도 특성에 관한 연구

        By growing the capacity of container in the world, main container terminal in countries introduces the automated container equipments and try to improve the productivity for handling the container. ARMC(Automated Rail Mounted Crane) is installed in automated container terminal and expected the high efficiency of productivity by using minimum-time control method. However recently by the GREEN Port policy, high energy efficiency method for container equipments is importance issue in ports. In this paper, the 3-dimensional modelling of AMRC is discussed the acceleration characteristics for ARMC is analyzed. By using the results of this paper, the advanced controller for the crane will be developed in future. 종래의 크레인에서는 생산성 향상을 목적으로 최단 시간내에 작업을 행하는 최단시간제어기법이 사용되었으며, 이를 위해서 목표 위치에 대해서 속도 패턴을 생성하고 속도 패턴에 따라 제어를 행하고 있다. 그러나 최근 항만에서도 녹색항만정책에 의해 에너지의 고효율 사용법이 논의되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 ARMC에 대한 에너지 효율을 검토하기 위한 기초연구로서 ARMC의 3D 모델링을 행하며 ARMC의 가속도 특성에 대하여 분석하도록 한다. 먼저, ARMC의 비선형방정식을 통한 3D 상태방정식을 유도하였으며, 시뮬레이션을 통한 ARMC의 가속도 특성을 고찰하여 이상적인 경제적 운전 방법에 대해서 고찰한다.

        In this paper, we will apply the 4 kinds of operation patterns; trapezoid, notch and step, to the transfer crane in container terminal and compare their energy efficiency. By compare with simulation results, the eco-driving method for the container crane is required in future.
