간호학생에게 적용한 문제중심학습(Problem Based Learning) 결과 분석

Purpose: To examine the results of PBL classes for sophomore nursing students during one semester. Method: Self-reflection journals and class evaluation questionnaires were collected from 121 nursing students and analyzed. Results of class evaluation questionnaires were analyzed using mean scores, SD, frequencies and percentages. Significant statements were derived by repeated review of the self-reflection journals by the researchers. Results: The statements, ‘Understanding of PBL’, ‘Improvement of human relationships’, ‘Expansion of nursing knowledge’, ‘Excellency in nursing class and application of nursing skills in nursing practices’ and ‘Improvement of learning ability and attitude during classes’ were derived from the self-reflection journals. Analysis of class evaluation questionnaires showed the following scores: prerequisite of PBL (3.0/4), role of facilitator (3.48/4) and satisfaction with PBL learning (3.31/4). Also some complaints such as lack of adequate references in the library, and confusion in at the beginning of PBL were noted. Conclusion: PBL was effective. Using the results of the study for planning a more effective PBL class syllabus is recommended.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how sports law is created and enacted, and if so, what principles governing all sports laws are present, Compare and analyze the principles existing in all sport rules or absolute sports rules and the principles existing in sport laws. When we consider the relation between sport rules and sport laws in bodybuilding, they have deep relation with each other but they have different characteristics. Regarding the distinction between sporting rules and sports laws, it is reasonable to regard sporting rules that have legal effect as laws as well as sporting rules that are made outside legislative bodies to be applied only to the sport concerned. It is easy for anyone to know that the sport rules and sports laws are inextricably related to each other. Most importantly, all sports, including bodybuilding, should be backed by justice, which is honored by itself and fairly recognized by all. It is very important for the sports law to have different characteristics of the national policy and to develop the sport or the sports industry. Therefore, unlike sport rules, It is also difficult to pursue, but it is also suggested that the development of sports in one country and the development of the sports industry should be preceded by a careful examination from the stage of enactment of the sports laws to not impair the essence of sports.
자폐범주성장애아동의 문법판단능력과 관련 변인과의 상관연구

이 연구는 자폐범주성장애아동 20명과 언어연령을 일치시킨 비교집단 아동 20명, 총 40명을대상으로 자폐범주성장애아동들의 문법판단능력을 알아보고자 하였다. 문법판단능력 평가는조사, 피동 및 사동, 연결어미가 포함된 문법문장과 비문법 문장으로 실시하였으며, 이 중 조사, 피동 및 사동 20문항, 연결어미 20문항, 총 40문항의 실험문항과 5개의 연습문항을 구성하여 두 집단의 차이와 문법판단능력과 관련 변인과의 상관을 살펴보았다. 그 결과 전체적으로 평균에서는 다소 차이가 있었으나 비문법 문장의 장소격 조사 이외에는 문법 문장과 비문법문장의 주격, 목적격, 도구격 조사와 피동 및 사동, 그리고 동시, 나열, 이유, 대립의 연결어미 문법판단능력에서 자폐범주성장애 아동과 비교집단 간에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 자폐범주성장애아동의 문법판단능력과 관련변인과의 상관에서는 어휘이해력, 구문의미 이해력, 언어치료 서비스를 받은 기간, 생활 연령과 상관이 있었다. The purpose of this study wat to explore grammaticality judgements of children with autism spectrum disorders. Participants were 40 children, 20 children with autism spectrum disorders and 20 normal ones. To evaluate grammaticality judgements, 40 sentences were used, which was made up of 20 grammatical sentences and 20 ungrammatical sentences. Performances were analyzed by t-test procedure and the Pearson correlation coefficient. According to results, there was no statistically significant differences in grammaticality judgement performances between children with autism spectrum disorders and the control group except instrumental postposition and grammaticality judgement performances were correlated to age, comprehension abilities, and intervention period.

It is difficult to draw a line between a sports rule and a sports law, but the sports law is regarded to originate from sports rules. Due to different historical backgrounds and conflicting practical problems they do show some dissemblance. The key character of the sports rule is a fairness based on sportsmanship and chivalry in competitions. While, sports law lays itself in a different position as it aims to achieve certain national goals by efficiently regulating sports related activities. Furthermore, unlike sports rule which is legislated and regulated by a government, sports rule is regulated by international associations. Therefore, the penalty upon violation of sports rules is not confined to a border, but applies globally. Also, there is no forced execution of the penalties, but are usually in a form of restricting participation or appearance in sporting activities which is seen more powerful than legal sanctions imposed by the sports law. There is direct a correlation between the sports rule and the law as they often have an impact on each other. However, the correlation certainly has limitations as the sports rule is characterised by guaranteeing a fair competition whereas the sports law prioritise policy goals of a country.
