국내 생산 한약재의 생산관리지침작성을 목적으로 작약, 황기, 구기자 등 한약재 생산지의 토양오염도, 수질오염포 및 지역에 따른 성분편차를 알아보기 위하여 생산지의 토양, 수질, 성분분석을 실시하였다. 토양오염도 측정을 위하여 카드뭅, 비소, 납, 6가크롬, 구리, 아연, 수든, Af안, 페놀 등 8개 성분을 측정한 결과 모두 기준치 이하였다. 수질오염도 측정을 위하여 수소이온농도, 화학적산소요구량, 염소이온, 비소, 수은, 페놀, 6가크롬, 테트라클로로 에틸렌, 질산성 질소, 카드윰, 시안, 유기인, 납, 트리클로로 에틸렌 등 14항목을 측정한 결과 검사항목 14개 성분에서 대체로 기준치 이하였다. 그러나 작약재배지역인 전람 화순지역의 쑤질검사에서 질산성질소와 COO의 항량애 기준치를 약간 상회하였고, 한 개 지역의 토양에서 pH값이 높게 나타나 알카리성향을 리는 것으로 나타났다. 작약의 패오니플로린 성분에 대한 지역간 편차는 거윽 나타나지 않았다. 구기자의 베타인 성분에 대한 지역간 편차도 작약의 경우와 마찬가지로 거의 일짙한 양상을 나타내었다. 우수한약재 생산관리지침 작성을 위한 설은에 대한 결과는 별도로 첨부하였다 This study was accomplished to establish the Good Agricultural Practice guideline(GAP)for the medicinal plants cultivated in Korea. For three items of Paeoni albiflora, Astragalus membranaceus, Lycium chinense by main producing district, the standard of the soil and the water contamination and the deviation of main compound of medicinal plants by regional groups was investigated. In all 8 items of soil contamination test;Cd, As, Pb, Cr^(+6), Cu, Zn, Hg, CN, phenol, all values of them were in below to their standard level. For analysis of water contamination, most of 14 items as follows pH, COD, cloride ion, As, Hg, Phenol, Cr^(+6), tetrachloro ethylene, NO₃-N, Cd, CN, organic phosphorus, Pb, trichloro ethylene were detected by lower than their own standard level. However, in the water quality test of Whasoon area in Chonnam province, concentration of Nitrogen and COD were highly detected more than its standard level and soil of another area, indicated alkaline character by pH 9.2. There was no variation between producing district in paeoniflorin content of Paeoni albiflora. And the betaine contents in Lycium chinense was similarly appeared.

AC and ZnS modified $TiO_2$ composites (AC/ZnS/$TiO_2$) were prepared using a sol-gel method. The composite obtained was characterized by Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) surface area measurements, X-ray diffraction (XRD), energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) analysis, scanning electron microscope (SEM) analysis, and according to the UV-vis absorption spectra (UV-vis). XRD patterns of the composites showed that the AC/ZnS/$TiO_2$ composites contain a typical single and clear anatase phase. The surface properties as observed by SEM present the characterization of the texture of the AC/ZnS/$TiO_2$ composites, showing a homogenous composition in the particles showing the micro-surface structures and morphology of the composites. The EDX spectra of the elemental identification showed the presence of C and Ti with Zn and S peaks for the AC/ZnS/$TiO_2$ composite. UV-vis patterns of the composites showed that these composites had greater photocatalytic activity under visible light irradiation. A rhodamine B (Rh.B) solution under visible light irradiation was used to determine the photocatalytic activity. The degradation of Rh.B was determined using UV/Vis spectrophotometry. An increase in the photocatalytic activity was observed. From the photocatalytic results, the excellent activity of the Y-fullerene/$TiO_2$ composites for the degradation of methylene blue under visible irradiation could be attributed to an increase in the photo-absorption effect caused by the ZnS and to the cooperative effect of the AC.

Activity carbon (AC), Cu and $Cu_2O$ modified $TiO_2$ composites (Cu/$Cu_2O$-AC/$TiO_2$) were prepared using a sol-gel method. The characteristics of the composites were evaluated using Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) surface area measurements, X-ray diffraction (XRD), energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) analysis and scanning electron microscope (SEM) analysis. A methyl orange (MO) solution under visible light irradiation was used to determine the photocatalytic activity. The degradation of MO was determined using UV/Vis spectrophotometry. $Cu_2O$, Cu and the cooperative effect of the AC increased the photo-absorption effect, thus increasing in photocatalytic activity.

$Ag_2Se$-Graphene/$TiO_2$ composite was synthesized by a facile sonochemical method. The as-prepared products were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) with energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) analysis, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectrophotometer. During the reaction, both of the reduction of graphene oxide and loading of $Ag_2Se$ and $TiO_2$ particles were achieved. The as-prepared $Ag_2Se$-Graphene/$TiO_2$ composites possessed great adsorptivity of dyes, extended light absorption range, and efficient charge separation properties simultaneously. Hence, in the photodegradation of rhodamine B (Rh.B), a significant enhancement in the reaction rate was observed with $Ag_2Se$-Graphene/$TiO_2$ composites, compared to the pure $TiO_2$. The high activity can be attributed to the synergetic effects of high charge mobility, and red shift in absorption edge of $Ag_2Se$-Graphene/$TiO_2$ composites.

An increase in photocatalytic activity was observed and attributed to an increase of the photo-absorption effect by the $WO_3$ and the cooperative effect of the ACF.

Nickel oxide-doped ACF and $TiO_2$ composites (NiO/ACF/$TiO_2$) were prepared by a sol-gel method. The composite obtained was characterized by BET surface area measurements, X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray analysis. A methylene blue (MB) solution under visible light irradiation was used to determine their photocatalytic activity. Excellent photocatalytic degradation of the MB solution was observed using the $TiO_2$, Ti-ACF and NiO/ACF/$TiO_2$ composite under visible light.
