      • 규칙적 장기간 운동이 성인여성의 골밀도 함량, 최대 산소섭취량과 각신전력 변화에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of organized walking (n=9) and badminton exercise (n=9) on bone density, maximal oxygen consumption, and leg extensor intake during 6-month period of experiment with middle-aged women(48-56 years). Subjects (n=18), regularly participating to a social sport oenter, were practiced an assigned exercise 3 times a week and measurements were taken every 3-month. after the program being initiated Bone density was measured by DEXA method, VO?? by a rpogressive work load exercise, and leg extensor by isokinetic equipment. The following results were obtained from data analyses : 1. For walking group, the 6-month exercise with a regular time interval resulted in an increase in the bone density of back lumber (L1-L4). On the other hand, for badminton group, an increase was shown in the bone density of head of thigh. 2. For both groups, les extensor was significantly increased over the 6-month experimental period. 3. Subjects in walking exercise group showed an significantly increased VO?? over the experimental period while badminton group did not. These conclusions suggest that an exercise prescriptor should design an exercise program such a way that it includes both a resistance training and aerobic exercise in order to increase bone density, which has a prevention effect against aging and bone fracture, as well as to enhance strength of leg muscle and VO??.

      • 슬관절의 신전 및 굴곡운동시 등속성 최대 토크의 발현

        The purpose of this study is to analyse the relation between peak torque and revealed angle with using isokinetic load speed in low and high speed. To achieve it, we make use of experiment study with each of 50 people female and male. The size of sample is total 100 people. This experiment aims at measurement of using isokinetic machine in cybex. The summary of this result is as following; 1. The more increasing in load speed, revealed angle of peak torque show range of motion late. 2. In case of peak torque do not raise to women, it is negative relation to an revealed angle. 3. In isokinetic motion, from load speed 60° sec show the revealed speed of peak torque in case of man and women; A protractor display from 53° to 54° and a flexor from 34° to 38° that. 4. In isokinetic motion, from load speed 60° sec show the revealed speed of peak fortque in case of man and women; A protractor display form 44°~45° and a flexor form 41° to 44° that.

      • Cybex System에 의한 무산소성 파워 측정방법

        The purpose of this study was to compare and verify validation of anaerobic power measurement by Wingate test and Cybex test. Subjects were selected from Hand ball players of Kyung-Hee University whose careers were over 5 years The study utilized isokinetic contraction test and wingate test by Cybex-Ⅱ system and Computerized bicycle-ergometer. The results of this study were as follows ; 1. Correlation coefficients of 0.86 and 0.84 were found between wingate test and Cybex test in the maximcua and minimum of anaerobic power. 2. Maximal blood lactate concentration of Wingate test and Cybex test were 8.64 ±0.53 mmoles/ℓand 8.44 ±0.68 mmoles/ℓrespectively, not revealing a statistical significant difference(p>.05) in 3 minute's recovery. 3. Change of blood lactate concentration before and after Wingate test and Cybex test showed same phases of in rest, all-out and recovery(3,5 and 10 minutes).

      • 한·일 엘리트 여자 축구선수의 각근력 특성 비교

        한국과 일본 여자 축구 대표선수의 슬관절을 중심으로 신전 및 굴곡운동시 발휘되는 각근력의 근기능을 평가, 비교하기 위해서 한국 여자 축구 선수 15명과 일본 여자 축구선수 17명 총 32명을 대상으로 등속성 근력측정장치인 사이백스(Cybex-3)를 이용하여 근력, 근파워 및 근지구력을 측정, 비교 분석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 한국과 일본 여자 축구 대표선수의 등속성 근력발휘는 신전 및 굴곡력 모두 각 부하속도에서 차이가 없는것으로 나타났으나 느린부하속도에서는 한국 여자 축구선수, 빠른 부하속도에서는 일본여자 축구선수가 다소 높은 것으로 나타났다. 2. 동측근력의 균형적 발달에 있어서 유의한 차이는 없으나 일본 여자 축구 대표선수가 측정부하속도 모두에서 한국 여자 축구 대표선수보다 조금 높은 것으로 나타났다. 3. 240°/sec 부하속도에서 50회 신전 및 굴곡반복 운동시 발휘된 평균파워는 신전력에 있어서 한국선수가 일본선수보다 유의한 차이(p=.012)로 낮게 발휘되었으며 굴곡력에서도 낮게 발휘되었으나 유의한 차이는 보이지 않았다. 4. 240°/sec 부하속도에서 50회 신전 및 굴곡반복 운동시 발휘된 총일량과 근지구력비에서 신전력 총일량에서는 한국 여자축구선수가 유의한 차이(p=.021)로 높게 발휘되었으나 굴곡 총일량, 신전 및 굴곡 근지구력비에서는 두 집단간 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 이와 같은 결과로 한국 여자 축구선수의 경우 경기력에서 우수한 일본선수와 전체적 체력 평가에 의한 비교분석이 이루어지지 않았으나 축구선수에게 매우 중요한 각근력에서 차이가 없는 점을 고려할 때 한국여자 축구경기의 경우 경기력 향상을 위한 노력으로 많은 실전 경험과 기술 트레이닝이 이루어진다면 일본 여자축구와 비교할 수 있는 경기력 향상이 기대될 수 있을 것으로 본다. The purpose of this was to compare muscula strength, muscle power and muscle endurance for lower limber of Korean and Japan woman soccer player. The Cybex-Ⅱ system of measurement equipment was used to measure these isokinetic muscle function. The subjects were 15 korean elite woman soccer player and 17 Japan elite player. The summary of this results is as following: 1. There was no difference in isokinetic strength of flexion and extension at all speed range between Japanese and Korean female soccer player. Korean players showed higher muscle strength at low speed but Japanese players revealed higher muscle strength at high load speed. 2. In terms of ipsilateral balance, Japanese players displayed higher results than Korean player but there was no significance. 3. Japanese players had a greater muscle mean power of extensor at 240°/sec than that of Korean players(p=.012) but there was no sinificance in muscle mean power of flexiors. 4. Regarding total work and muscle endurance ratio of flexiors and extensior, Korean players showed higher results in total work but the rest of them did not have significant differences.

      • 아황산가스가 흰쥐 허파조직내 Laminin 활서에 미치는 영향에 대한 면역조직학적 연구

        Sulfur dioxide (SO_2), a kind of air pollutant, causes harmful damage to human body. In particular, inhalation of sulfoxide dioxide has been demonstrated to result in the injury to the upper respiratory duct. However, mechanisms by which SO_2 affects these tissues remain to be clarified. In the present study, to investigate the mechanism of SO_2 effects, the influence of SO_2 exposure was examined in terms of the injury of lung and the expression pattern of laminin in the basal lamina. The basal lamina is an important tissue for the regulation of internal respiration by composing of air-blood barrier. Sprague-Dawley rats repetitively exposed to a mixture of O_2 gas and SO_2 gas (250 ppm) for 30 minutes a day were sacrificed to observe the distribution of laminin in the alveolar septum as well as the morphological alteration of alveoli using immunohistological methods. The resutls we observed were as follows: 1. Alveoli from SO_2-exposed rats (for 5 days) were strongly stained with anti-laminin antibody, suggesting laminin expressed at the high level, at week 1 to 3 upon exposure to SO_2 2. At week 1 to 3 after exposure of rats to SO_2, alveolar septa were collapsed, leading to the reduction of alveolar volume along with morphological changes to irregular shapes. 3. At week 4 to 6 after exposure of rats to SO_2, alveoli were weakly stained with anti-laminin antibody, suggesting laminin expression was decreased during this period. 4. Rats sacrificed at week 7 upon exposure to SO_2 exhibited the expansion of new alveoli and the expression of laminin was partially recovered up to the intermediate level. Taken together, these results demonstrate that the expression of laminin was enhanced in the early phase, followed by downregulation in the late phase. Moreover, lung injury and resolution were correlated with the level of laminin. Thus, these results suggest that SO_2 suppresses the expression of laminin, which may be associated with the neo-generation of lung tissue.

      • 원자로 Stud Bolt 의 결함검출을 위한 초음파 신호처리 기법개발

        Bolt failure is a hazard factor for the safety of reactor vessels in nuclear power plants. However, in the practical application of ultrasonic technique for crack detection in stud bolt, the classification of crack signal from the signals reflected from threads in stud bolt is very difficult. In this study, shadow effect technique combined with new signal processing method has been investigated to enhance the detectability of small crack initiated from root of thread in stud bolt. The key idea of new signal processing concept is based on the fact that the shape of waveforms from the threads is uniform since the shape of the threads in a bolt is same. If some cracks exist in the thread, the flaw signals are different from the reference signals. It has shown that the small flaws can be effectively detected by novel ultrasonic technique combined with this new signal processing concept.
