        This Paper describes a contour extraction algorithm for color image composition. When a new image is compoended with an object cut from many images, it is important to extract contour f the object. The principal way of extracting contour suggested the method that the contour of an object is drawn with a thick line, and the line is made a thin line by spacial differental value if input image. But in that case, as there is an defect which takes processing the above mentioned method.

      • 대학생들의 자기성장을 위한 코칭 프로그램 개발

        This study focuses on designing the coaching development for self-growth that the undergraduates can learn. This program consists of 8 subprograms. The theme of the subprograms are 1. The first time program : What should our undergraduate do? 2. The second time program : How do we plan? 3. The third time program : How should we speak and hear? 4. The fourth time program : Let's learn about 8th habits and time control methods. 5. The fifth time program : How can we enhance cultural quotient? 6. The sixth time program : How can we know the mind of man or women? 7. The seventh time program : Let's recognize the multi intelligence, search for your subconscious intelligence. 8. The eighth time program : Write a mission and plan your future. We can think that this program help the undergraduates and graduates. The reason is that the undergraduate can learn the contents which they can't learn in the class. We suggest that the cheju national university career center operates this program or the other program. And we suggest that the professors research into each theme of this program and that the coach appraises the effect of the program.

      • 數種 韓國産 제비꽃 花紛의 形態學的 硏究

        Pollen surface sculptures of 14 Viola species in Korea were investigated under a scanning electron microscope. It was found that sculpture patterns have diagnostic value on the classification of violets. On the basis of scupture patterns following groups were distinguished : (1) V. verecunda A. Gray which has scabrate surface. (2) V. acuminata Ledeb. and V. grypoceras A. Gray which have areolate surface. (3) V. patrinii DC. which has rugulate surface. (4) V. chaerophylloides W. Becker which has psilate surface. (5) V. albida Pal. V. seoulensis Nak., and V. yedoensis Mak. Which have foveolate surface. (6) V. orientalis W. Becker, V. keiskei Miq. and V. mandshuriea W. Becker which have verrucate sunface. Pollen surface sculpture patterns demonstrated that Ser. Chinensis of Maekawa & Hashimoto's system was assumed to be heterogenous group and V. albida may be a hybrid between W. chaerophylloides and V. seoulensis or V. yedoensis.

        Coagulants, oxidation and adsorption treatment of dyes wastewater are studied. The combined ozonation and fenton processes are useful to the removal of color and pollutants. The adsorbability of AES is superior to that of other adsorbents. It was found that adsorbability and adsorptivity metal ion and organics in dyes wastewater by AES were enhanced with pretreatment as coagulation, fenton and ozonation processes respectively.

      • 仙遊島의 植物相에 관하여

        After surveying the Flora of Sun Yu Island two times in July, 1977 and October, 1977, we investigated 70 families, 112 genera, 123 species. Originally this island was covered with the forest of Pinus densiflora, but these days this island is occupied by a dominant species, namely Pinus thunbergii. All over this island is covered with the flora of Pinus thunbergii, Eurya aponica, Pteridium aguilinum. Six species of evergreen broad-leaved trees which were found throughout this island were as follows: Camellia japonica, Elaeagnus glabra, Elaeagnus macr. ophylla, Masakia japonica, Trachelospermum asiaticum, Eurya japonica. It is remarkable that there is few edible plants except Pteridium aquilinum in this island We suppose that all the edible plants disappeared as the repeated situations of famine force the inhabitants to use them for food.

        We describe the distance learning at campus network. Many schools are now focusing on producing effective local network. Distance learning are using the PC, workstation, multimedia devices and be linked together. Distance learning has many distinguish characteristics: ① digital libraries. ② registration systems. ③ interation with legacy systems. And multimedia is material presented in a combination of text,graphics, video, animation and sound. A tool that gives the information product designer the freedom to link various kinds and pieces od data in a variety of ways so that students can moves through it campus network. A system capable of presenting multimedia material in its entirety.

      • 觀光 交通 屬性 평가를 통한 濟州道 觀光交通政策方向摸索

        The purpose of this study is to suggest the attributes which local government made no allowances for, but, when it establishes tourism transportation policy, can be the norm, and to analyze how tourists understand them. The attributes of tourism transportation were obtained by theoretical research. First, what kind of attributes are enough valuable to examine in detail in aspect of tourism transportation as well as in aspect of general city transportation was checked. Among them, those properties to pursue were suggested. Those properties are 'comfort', `convenience', 'accessibility', 'speed', `safety', 'economy', and `sight', etc. Requiring materials which are asking about these attributes and each item of them were made and the domestic tourists visiting to Cheju-do were asking to answer them. The evaluation of the attributes of tourism transportation and the recognition of the value of importance of them came to the following results. First, the order of the attributes which are looked upon as things having problems according to the conquences of the research is 'sight'(2.61, and the highest score is 5), 'economy'(3.02), `speed'(3.42), 'accessibility'(3.49), `comfort'(3.69). The higher the score is, the more it has positive meaning. Secondly, the order of the attributes of tourism transportation which should be emphasized on is as follows. The order of the attributes which should be considered as things of importance or be seeked considerately from now on is `comfrot'(46.4%), 'economy'(14.7%), 'convenience'(12.7%), `accessibility'(12.5%), 'sight'(5.4%), 'safety'(4.0%), 'speed'(4.2%). It appears that this study mentioned the basic direction for tourism transportation to follow. The left and seeked assignment is to take each item mentioned above as main themes, to examine and to analyze it more profoundly. I wish that this study could be the tiny fertilizer for genuine study to set out.

      • Polysulfone 블럭 공중합체를 이용한 음이온 교환막의 제막 및 전기화학적 특성

        It was prepared an anion exchange membrane using block copolymer of Polysulfone(PSf) and polyphenylene sulfide sulfone(PPSS) by a two step synthesis: the chloromethylation and amination by triethylamine, and studied the effect of the preparation condition on the electrochemical properties such as the electrical area resistance, the ion exchange capacity, and the static transport number. The optimum chloromethylation condition were mole ratio of BPSf to chloromethyl methyl ether 1:20, reaction time 6 hours, and reaction temperature 25℃. The best electrochemical properties were measured, with area resistance 120.9 Ω·㎠, ion exchange capacity 1.324 meq./ g dry membrane, water content 0.204 g H₂O/g dry membrane, and fixed ion concentration 6.49 meq./g H₂O.

      • 제조방법에 따른 생강나무(Lindera obtusiloba BL.) 잎차의 성분변화

        우리나라의 전역에 자생하는 생강나무 잎의 이용성과 기능성을 검토하고 어린 잎을 이용한 잎차를 개발하고자 제조방법에 따른 제조된 생강나무 잎차의 성분의 변화를 조사하여 비교·검토하였다. 수분의 함량은 인공건조차에서 가장 높았고, 찐 후 덖음차에서 가장 낮았다. 가용성 고형분의 함량은 발효차에서 가장 높았고, 덖음차에서는 가장 낮았다. 회분의 함량은 제조방법에 따라 큰 차이는 없었고, 환원당의 함량은 발효차에서 가장 높았다. 유리당인 sucrose는 덖음차에 찐후덖음차에서 높았고, Fructose와 glucose의 함량은 찐차와 인공건조차에서 각각 3.51과 3.06%, 3.69와 3.47%이었다. 유리당의 총함량은 제조방법에 따라 뚜렷한 차이가 없었다. 휘발성 유기산인 acetic acid의 함량은 찐차에서 5.36mg%로 가장 높게 나타났고, 비휘발성 유기산의 함량은 발효차에서 11.80mg%로 가장 높았고 음건차가 4.17mg%로 가장 낮았다. This paper was carried out to analysis to components of leaf teas of Lindera obtusiloba BL lived of the Korea. Moisture content of the air-dried tea was the highest of all the teas, but the lowest in the roasted tea after steaming. The content of soluble solid in the fermented tea was the highest among teas, but the lowest in the roasted tea, the contents of ash was not changeed by manufacturing process, the content of reducing sugar was higher in the fermented tea than those of another. The contents of sucrose were higher in the roasted tea and the tea rosated after steaming than those of another. Total contents of free sugar was not changed by manufacturing process. The contents of acetic acid was higher in the steamed tea than those of another. The contents of non-volatile organic acid was higher the fermented tea than those of the withered tea.
