One of protection methods for computer internal data is to pursue data flow in program and to control its flow. In this thesis, we propose a mechanism which guarantees secure information flow in a program. By investigating security classes of all the variables in a statement and judging necessary condition for secure information flow, proposed model descriminates the program whether it is secure or not. Out model can be implemnted at language translation time, particularly semantic analysis phase, by pursuing security class transfer of each statement.

In the present study, we aimed. to consider the name of twelve main Meridian in order to understand the concept of the Meridian system and to applicate acupuncture theory in the clinical field properly and fundamentally. We referred to several literatures on the matter and we found out that the name of present twelve Meridian was not settled until the period of Yellow Emperor's Classic. In the time of Yellow Emperor's Classic, the two theory of Internal Organ and Meridian system were combined and added new theory of 'WoonGi'. The general rule of combination is that the component of name of Meridian consist of 'Hand' or 'Foot', 'three Eum and Yang' and internal organ. The internal organ coupled with the root ki or middle ki of 'three Eum and Yang' and the 'Hand' or 'Foot' depend on the location of internal organ that belongs to meridian. The name of Twelve Meridian is a kind of system formed to analyze the two concepts organically and dynamically. One is material internal organ and the other is immaterial meridian system.

This study was designed to investigate the location of Sin-Guel(CV_(8), 神闕) through literature research. We extracted the part about the location of Sin-Guel(CV_(8), 神闕) from ancient and modern oriental medical literature which were used commonly in clinic. The results were summarized as follows; 1. The location of Sin-Guel(CV_(8), 神闕) were generally recorded DangJeJung. 2. Sin-Guel(CV_(8), 神闕) placed in middle of linea alba. 3. Treatment effect of moxibustion on Sin-Guel(CV_(8), 神闕) were recorded as diarrhea, dropsy, prolapse of the anus, stomachache, paralysis etc.. 4. Acupuncture therapy on Sin-Guel(CV_(8), 神闕) is dangerous because of inflammation, it is suggested that acupuncture therapy may be possible if acupuncture therapy do not induce inflammation on Sin-Guel(CV_(8), 神闕).

Effects of Gratitude on Social Relationship have been argued in many psychology literature. And although the marketing practical and academic evidence is currently limited, we thinks, customer's gratitudes from salesperson may directly influence marketing performance. Our study has two goals. The first is to test the mediator of gratitude and the other is to find the causes and effects of gratitude between consumers and employees. To do that, this study practiced focus group interview, in-depth and expert interviews. The results are like these; Consumers feel gratitude toward employees when they try to understand customer's need and wants, manage their affect, and provide additional information, trust, humanism, surprising service and sympathy. These can summarise sincerity, emotional sympathy, trust and surprising service. Consumers who feel gratitude show brand loyalty, such as repurchase and positive mouth, provide feedback, allow employee' mistakes, and act prosocial.

Four urushiol components isolated from the sap of Korean lacquer tree(Rhus vernicifera Stokes) showed a strong antifungal activity, but they have no or low activity the bacteria and yeasts. Among them, 3-pentadecylcatechol marked the highest activity on the spore germination of Cladosporium herbarum ($MIC:4{\mu}g/ml$).

A solid-phase microextraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry utilizing $^{13}C$-formate as an internal standard for the determination of formate was proved to be applicable as a reliable quantitative method in several plants. We were the first to discover that trees contain larger pool sizes of formate than herbs. Our data also showed that the formate level of the leaves increased after the methanol-spraying, suggesting that methanol oxidation could convert formaldehyde into formate. In addition, drought and chilling led to the increase of endogenous formate in Arabidospsis thaliana. These results confirmed that formate is a universal stress signal in plants.
Inhibitory Effects of the Extract of Rhus verniciflua Stokes on the Reverse Transcriptase of AIDS
Kim, Myong-Jo,Choi, Won-Cheol,Barshinikov, A. M.,Kobayashi, A. The Korean Society of Medicinal Crop Science 2002 韓國藥用作物學會誌 Vol.10 No.4
Four olefinic catechols, commonly referred to as urushiol were isolated from the sap of Korean Rhus verniciflua Stokes and had the stronger inhibitory effects on the reverse transcriptase of AIDS. The hexane extract with a inhibitory effects on reverse transcriptase was purified by silica and ODS gel column chromatography. The active compounds were identified by MS and $^1H-NMR$ as 3-[8' (Z), 11' (Z), 14' -pentadecatrienyl]catechol, 3-[8' (Z), 11' (Z)-pentadecadienyl]catechol, 3-[8' (Z)-penta- decenyl]catechol, and 3-pentadecylcatechol. All of these compounds showed strong inhibitory effects on reverse transcriptase of AIDS, in which 3-pentadecylcatechol exhibited the highest activity $(IC_{50}\;:\;10.87\;{\mu}g/ml)$.

Kim, Chang-Min,Kwon, Yong-Soo,Choi, Won-Gyu,Kim, Won-Jun,Kim, Woo-Kyung,Kim, Myong-Jo,Kang, Won-Hee The Pharmaceutical Society of Korea 2002 Archives of Pharmacal Research Vol.25 No.2
A phenyl propanoid derivative, dillapionall(7) was found to be a antimicrobial principle of the stems of Foeniculum vuigare (Umbelliferae) with MIC values of 125, 250 and 125/ against Bacillus subtilis, Aspergillus niger and Cladosprium cladosporioides respectively. A coumarin derivative, scopoletin(2) was also isolated as marginally antimicrobial agent along with inactive compounds, dillapiol(3), bergapten(4), imperatorin(5) and psolaren(6) from this plant. The isolates 1-6 were not active against the Escherichia coli.
Assessment on Antioxidant Properties of Oplopanax elatus Nakai in vitro
Kim, Jun-Heong,Eom, Seok-Hyun,Lee, Han-Shin,Kim, Jae-Kwang,Yu, Chang-Yeon,Kwon, Yong-Soo,Lee, Ju-Kyong,Kim, Myong-Jo The Korean Society of Medicinal Crop Science 2007 韓國藥用作物學會誌 Vol.15 No.2
Effects of Oplopanax elatus have known to various pharmaceutical therapies. However, chemical prosperities in the plant are rarely investigated. In order to detect biological activity, we evaluated the antioxidant activity of five fractions from methanolic extracts in each part of O. elatus. Also, contents of polyphenols and polysaccharides were measured. Five fractions were of sub-fractions using n-hexane, ethyl-acetate, n-butanol, and water from methanolic extracts. Ethylacetate and n-butanol fractions from stem and root exhibited strong antioxidant activity and high total phenolics content. On the HPLC analysis, ten free phenolics, including p-hydroxybenzoic acid, chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, syringic acid, p-cou maric acid, ferulic acid, naringin, hesperidin, quercetin and trans-cinnamic acid, were identified from the fractions and were shown to different quantitative proportions. Furthermore, ethylacetate and n-butanol fraction had the highest amount of chlorogenic acids, one of the cinnamic acid derivatives possessing pharmacological properties. These results indicated that the fractions of O. elatus, as well as methanolic extracts, could be used as natural antioxidative ingredients.
