朝鮮、安南使臣詩歌贈酬考述 ― 兼論詩歌贈酬的學術意義

Ancient Korean Peninsula and Vietnam are separated by ten thousand miles. There is a great difficulty in the academic and literary exchange between Choson and Vietnam. However, there are a large number of works of Choson and Vietnam ministers survive in the world. This special cultural phenomenon is of great significance in the history of cultural exchange in ancient East Asia and is of great historical material value, which is worth paying academic attention to. Based on the ancient East Asian literature, such as Vietnamese Yanxing integration (25 copies), 556 kinds of Yeonhaengrok, Huang Yue Shi Xuan by Pei Huibi, Mu Zhai Ji by Kim An Kuk, Hou Yun Lu by Ryuduekgong, Poetry sinks of Qing by Xu Shichang and so on, this article will collect existing responding poem of Choson and Vietnam ministers, and study the causes and significance of poetry communication on this basis. This article will be very important for revealing the historical fact of ancient Korea and Vietnam literature exchange. There are both objective and subjective reasons for the the generation of Poetry between the two countries. For one hand, tributary system in Qing Dynasty and large banquet create objective conditions for the acquaintance between Korean and Vietnam. On the other hand, common confucian cultural background and the same language are the cultural foundation of the two country. The subjective reason is the willingness to communicate. Mainly in two aspects: Firstly, both North Korea and Vietnam messengers hope that their own literature can be spread in other countries. Secondly, comparative poetry skills is also one of the reasons. The content of the literati poetry are quite rich in both countries. This have the understanding of the national customs, phenology and the identity of heaven, earth and Confucianism,etc. They also have the emotional resonance in a foreign country, etc. There are both objective and subjective reasons for the the generation of Poetry between the two countries. Enhanced and broadband absorber with surface pattern design for X-Band

A broadband and thin-layer microwave absorber is designed based on surface pattern design made by carbonyl iron and rubber composite. The bandwidth with reflection less than 10 dB covers the full Xband owing to two absorption peaks appeared simultaneously in both the simulation results and experimental results. In this work, the power loss and power flow diagram were present by CST simulation, which clearly explain the broadband absorption caused by double l/4 matching absorption and interfacial scattering synergistic effect. A facile splicing method was provided to extend the absorption bandwidth for the magnetic absorbing materials.

Cadmium exposure affects on the expression of metallothionein 2 gene in grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idellus)

The metallothionein 2 (mt2) genomic gene with 667 bp was cloned from the grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idellus). The structure of mt2 gene was similar with the reported vertebrae mt gene, containing three exons interrupted by two introns. Only one MRE mortify was found in the 50 flanking region at proximal cluster which was quite different from the previous reports. The number of deduced amino acid was 60, characterized by cysteine-rich. The basal levels and the transcriptional responses of mt2 gene in different organs to cadmium (Cd) were measured using the quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR). In the kidney, the constructive level of the mt2 mRNA was the highest, while the lowest expression level was detected in the skin. The induced impacts of Cd on mt2 mRNA expression were various from tissues. In the liver, gill and skin, the gene was quickly induced at 6 h. After a transient suppression, the expression levels of mt2 mRNA were increased in the intestine and spleen at 12 h, and mt2 mRNA expressed upwards in the bone at 24 h. In the kidney and bone, the expressions elevated only after 48 h Cd induction. The inducibility of mt2 gene to Cd demonstrated that it played a significant role during the metal toxicant detoxification in grass carp and the mt2 gene in the liver was most sensitive to Cd induction.

The rich and in-depth literature or academic exchange between Kim Young-jak and a large number of Qing literati is of great significance. Their important contact information include Yantai Qionggualu, A draft poem of Jonchunheon, Shao Ting Poems, Shao Ting Manuscript, The collection of poems and correspondence of Sino-Korean literati, The Collected Correspondence of Kim Young-jak and Qing literati,and The collection of poems of Korea’s poet. Research on these data helps to better clarify the interaction context of Kim Young-jak and Qing literati. Moreover, it lays the foundation of literature for the researches on literature and academic exchange between Kim Young-jak and Qing literati.

Kim Shixi is an model of learning from Qu Yuan in early period of Choson. The similarity in life experience, the permanent belief of loyalty and the great difference between the reality and the ideal make him to worship Qu Yuan as an icon. He inherits and develops Qu Yuan``s spirit and artificial technique mainly from Qu Yuan``s moral integrity and literary works. In spiritual level, he focus on Qu Yuan``s pursuit of ideal politics, his loyalty for the country and the integrity of fighting with evil force. But he uses a new expression method that taking actions of pretending to be crazy to aware people of the inner patriotism and living in seclusion to keep himself clean; In literary level, Kim Shixi inherits Qu Yuan``s viewpoint of "the determined lyrics" and the technique of metaphor by using "fragrant flower beauty", and based on these, he extends the range of metaphor to normal things and develop "category analogy" into poems and series of article.

Genome wide association study on feed conversion ratio using imputed sequence data in chickens

Objective: Feed consumption contributes a large percentage for total production costs in the poultry industry. Detecting genes associated with feeding traits will be of benefit to improve our understanding of the molecular determinants for feed efficiency. The objective of this study was to identify candidate genes associated with feed conversion ratio (FCR) via genome-wide association study (GWAS) using sequence data imputed from single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) panel in a Chinese indigenous chicken population. Methods: A total of 435 Chinese indigenous chickens were phenotyped for FCR and were genotyped using a 600K SNP genotyping array. Twenty-four birds were selected for sequencing, and the 600K SNP panel data were imputed to whole sequence data with the 24 birds as the reference. The GWAS were performed with GEMMA software. Results: After quality control, 8,626,020 SNPs were used for sequence based GWAS, in which ten significant genomic regions were detected to be associated with FCR. Ten candidate genes, ubiquitin specific peptidase 44, leukotriene A4 hydrolase, ETS transcription factor, R-spondin 2, inhibitor of apoptosis protein 3, sosondowah ankyrin repeat domain family member D, calmodulin regulated spectrin associated protein family member 2, zinc finger and BTB domain containing 41, potassium sodium-activated channel subfamily T member 2, and member of RAS oncogene family were annotated. Several of them were within or near the reported FCR quantitative trait loci, and others were newly reported. Conclusion: Results from this study provide valuable prior information on chicken genomic breeding programs, and potentially improve our understanding of the molecular mechanism for feeding traits.
