정신지체학교의 「형식적 교육목표」 설정에 관한 실태분석 연구
여광응,추연구,김정선 국립특수교육원 2002 특수교육연구 Vol.9 No.1
A survey was conducted on the formal education objectives of 25 public special schools with composite courses of pre-school, elementary, and middle and high school for children with single mental retardation, and the survey results were analyzed by school education and course education objective according to the Taketa's classification of 'formal education objectives'. In the surveyed school education objectives, the most mentioned items were in the order of : Civil Behavior, Improvement by Daily Routine, and Exercise and Health. In the course education objective, the most mentioned item in the pre-school course was Physical Expression to be followed by Use of Tools and Engagement. In the elementary school course, was in Use of Tools, Exercise and Health, and Symbolic Language Behavior regular order. In the middle school course, it was in the order of Engagement, Civil Behavior, and Exercise and Health, In the high school course, it was revealed Engagement, Career Behavior and Song by the Sound in order. Putting these results together, it can be said that many special schools for the mentally retarded children aim to raise the children as 'healthy, polite and independent inhabitant who can lead their own living.

A numerical study of fluid flow in the channel with rectangular blocks is performed by using finite volume method. SIMPLER algorithm and Power-law scheme are used for numerical scheme. Numerical computation is divided into the precomputation and the main computation. In the precomputation, driven square cavity and backward-facing step are studied, and the results are shown to agree with other numerical and experimental data. In the main computation, convergence become more slow as the Reynolds number is increased. For flow fields near blocks, the severe pressure gradient is formed near the upper-left corner, and recircular zones are formed in the front and rear of blocks and in the space of blocks. In addition, the size of the recircular zone become larger as the Reynolds number increases.

Recently, switchboards for MV/LV distribution customers have been united and digitalized rapidly. This paper proposes the effective information visualization method for the data measured from cubicle switchboards for MV/LV distribution customers. We developed the algorithm that analyzes abundant data measured by switchboards and displays them to overall users, such as fire information index, power condition index, switchboard safety index, and power diminution index. Using a touch screen made users to operate it easily. User interface was also improved by taking graphic visualization. We guess the information visualization method suggested in this paper shows the new direction that heavy electrical equipments including switchboards are going to develop in the future.
Quench Detection of the KSTAR CS Coil by Considering Plasma Current Effect
Kim, Jinsub,Jeon, Young Mu,Yonekawa, Hirofumi,Kim, Yeong-ok,Kim, Kwang Pyo,Park, K. R.,Chu, Yong Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers 2019 IEEE transactions on applied superconductivity Vol.29 No.5

The plasma-driven inductive voltages were not negligible and should be taken into account for the reliable operation of the voltage-based quench detection of the KSTAR CS coil. For the active compensation of such plasma-induced voltage noise, plasma parameters should be measured in real-time and applied to the quench detection system. The selection of plasma parameters by considering their contribution to the noise is of primary importance. A code, which can estimate the induced coil voltage driven by plasma, is developed by using a simplified plasma response modeling. The numerical analysis has showed that there is an apparent influence from the plasma, while the influence from eddy currents induced in passive structures is negligible. The change of plasma current is the primary noise source and the radial and vertical motions of plasma have an effect, although they are small. The performance of the quench detector is developed and tested during the 2017 KSTAR campaign. The noise rejection performance is discussed with various experimental results and numerical estimations.

Genetically modified (GM) Chinese cabbage containing the bar gene was compared to 24 non-GM Chinese cabbage varieties to evaluate unwanted changes in GM crops using HPLC-DAD-based metabolic fingerprinting to characterize polar metabolites containing flavonoids. No new compounds distinguishing GM crops from non-GM crops were observed using this technique. The GM crops had the similar flavonoid value as its nontransgenic counterpart (cv. Samjin). Moreover, the luteolin, quercetin, and kaempferol contents in GM Chinese cabbage were within the range of the 24 cultivars. The metabolome database included major 26 chemical species, which were analyzed with principal component analysis. The results clearly demonstrated that the time of sampling affects the metabolome. Moreover, the metabolic fingerprints showed a range of natural variability in the GM Chinese cabbage that was similar to that of the control at all times of sampling. Metabolic fingerprinting could potentially provide an innovative method for safety assessments of genetically modified organisms.

Abstract

Efforts have been made to obtain vacuum condition that is essential for the plasma experiments. Under certain situations, for example, the vacuum vessel should be vented to repair in-vessel components such as diagnostic shutter, exchange of window for diagnostic equipment, and PFC damaged by high energy plasma. For the quick restart of the campaign, a recovery process was established to make the vacuum condition acceptable for the plasma experiment. In this paper, we present the recovery process of wall condition in KSTAR after temporal machine-vent for repair. It is found that an acceptable vacuum condition has been achieved only by plasma based wall conditioning techniques such as baking, GDC, and boronization. This study was that the proper recovering method of the vacuum condition should be developed according to the severity of the accident.

Highlights

Efforts have been made to obtain vacuum condition that is essential for the plasma experiments.

For example, the vacuum vessel should be vented to repair in-vessel components such as diagnostic shutter, and PFC damaged by high energy plasma.

Here, we present the recovery process of wall condition in KSTAR after temporal machine-vent for repair.

It is found that an acceptable vacuum condition has been achieved only by plasma based wall conditioning techniques such as baking, GDC, and boronization.

This study was that the proper recovering method of the vacuum condition should be developed according to the severity of the accident.

Interferon is an important cytokine that plays a critical role in the initial host defense against viral infection. Recombinant human adenoviruses expressing human interferon-${\alpha}$ (Ad-$HIFN{\alpha}$) or pig interferon-${\beta}$ fused with interleukin-18 (Ad-$PIFN{\beta}$-IL18) were constructed and used to induce an early protective response against foot and mouth disease (FMD). To analyze the antiviral effect, bovine thyroid and porcine kidney IBRS-2 cells and ICR mice were treated with Ad-$HIFN{\alpha}$, Ad-$PIFN{\beta}$-IL18, and cocktail of Ad-$HIFN{\alpha}$ and Ad-$PIFN{\beta}$-IL18. The survival rate of suckling mice was monitored after foot and mouth disease virus (FMDV) challenge following intra-peritoneal (IP) administration of appropriate adenovirus. Indirect antigen ELISA was performed to evaluate inhibition of FMDV replication following challenge with the FMDV O, A, or Asia 1 serotypes in vitro. These recombinant adenoviruses reduced the replication of FMDV in susceptible cells, thereby decreasing the fatality in mice, suggesting that they can be a useful control method for the early protection against FMD infection in livestock after field trial.
