        신규 방사성 항암제 DW-166HC 의 소핵시험

        DW-166HC (^(166)Holmium (^(166)Ho)-Chitosan complex) is a new radiopharmaceutic anticancer agent with a broad anti-tumorigenic spectrum, especially against human hepatic cancer. DW-166HC was evaluated for the appearance of micronucleus in polychromatic erythrocytes (PCEs) of mouse bone marrow cells after subcutaneous arid intravenous single administration. Bone marrow cells were prepared at 24 hr and 48 hr after DW-166HC-I (^(165)Ho-Chitosan complex : cold compound) administration and at 24 hr, 72 hr and 2 weeks after DW-166HC (^(166)Ho-Chitosan complex : hot compound) administration. The results showed there was no statistically significant increase of the numbers of PCEs with micronucleus in all DW-166HC-I administered groups compared with a negative control group but there was statistically significant increase of the numbers of PCEs with micronucleus at 24 hr arid 72 hr in all DW-166HC administered groups, which was recovered after 2 weeks from the drug administration. The results also showed the ratio of normochromatic erythrocytes (NCEs) to PCEs of all DW-166HC-I administered groups was not significantly different from that of a negative controi group but there was significant difference of this ratio at 24hr and 72 hr in all DW-166HC administered groups compared with that of negative group, which was also recovered after two weeks from the drug administration. These results suggested that DW-166HC-I may not cause any chromosomal damage but DW-166HC has in vivo mutagenic potential because of its radioactivity.

        8년간(1992~1999) 산업안전보건연구원에 의뢰된 직업병 심의 사례 분석

        Objectives : Pneumoconisis and noise-induced hearing loss (NIHL) have been reported as main occupational diseases by the Special Health Examination. The Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance has reported various work-related diseases, however, these two diseases occupied almost a half of compensated cases. Therefore, it was not well known about the status of occupational diseases other than pneumoconiosis, NIHL, and cardio-cerebrovascular accident (CVA). This study was conducted to analyze claimed cases as an occupational disease, that was requested to the Korea Industrial Safety and Health Agency (KOSHA). Methods : The local office of the Korea Labor Welfare Corporation (KLWC) has asked the KOSHA for confirmation of claimed cases as an occupational disease. We analyzed 379 cases requested from KLWC, the Ministry of Labor, employers, unions and occupational health agencies from 1992 to 1999. Results : Male was 80.7 % of the requested cases. Their mean age was 42 years old and 75.5 % of them were more than 35 years old. The requested cases were increased rapidly from 25 cases in 1992 to 108 cases in 1999 and the accept rate was 50.7 %. The majority of requested cases were respiratory diseases(22.4%), cancers(18.5%), Neuropsychiatric problems(14.5%), and musculoskeletal problems(13.5%). The accept rate was high in reproductive, respiratory, musculoskeletal and digestive disorders and low in neuropsychiatric, renal and otologic problems and occupational cancers. 73.6% of them were caused by chemical agents, especially 28.5 % were by organic solvents. 67% of them were clinically confirmed at university hospitals. A half of the cases were from KyongIn area, even the request came from the whole country. Conclusions : A claim was common in workers whose age was over 35 years old and exposure history was over 10 years. The respiratory diseases and neuropsychiatric disorders were still main problems in occupational health and occupational cancers was increasing even though its accept rate was not high yet.

      • 디메틸 프탈레이트와 에틸렌 글리콜의 에스테르 交換反應에서의 觸媒活性에 關한 硏究

        Transesterification reaction between dimethly phthalate and ethylene glycol was kinetically investigated in the presense of various metal acetate catalysts at 185℃. The reaction rates measured by the amount of distilled methanol from the reaction vessel. The transesterification reaction was carried out under the first order conditions respect to the concentration of dimethyl phthalate, ethylene glycol and catalyst, respectively. The over-all order was 3rd. Maximum reaction rate was appeared at the range of 1.2 to 1.7 in electronegativity of metal ions and maximum catalytic activity was appeared at the range of 1.4 to 1.6 in instability constant of metal acetates.

        실신을 주소로 응급의학센터에 내원한 환자에 대한 임상적 연구

        Syncope is not uncommon problem that needs broad differential diagnosis. Correct diagnosis of the cause of syncope is important, because although some causes of syncope such as vasodepressor syncope have benign prognosis, others such as ventricular tachycardia may need prompt diagnosis and treatment. We present a retrospective study of the patients with episodes of syncope brought to Emergency Medical Center of Chung Ang Gil Hospital from January 1994 to October 1994 and the results were as followings. 1. The patients with episodes of syncope accounte for 0.5% of total Emergency Department visits. 2. The male to female ratio was 4 : 6 and mean age was about 54-years old. 3. The cause of syncope was identifiable in 48% of the case and not in 52%. The noncardiac cause(56%) was more common than the cardiac(44%) and cardiac, noncardiac, SUO(Syncope of Unknown Origin) ratio was 1 : 1.4 : 2.6. 4. 29% of patients were dignosed by history taking, physical examination, and electrocardiography when they visited the Emergency Department initially, and 88% of patients with identifiable causes were diagnosed through initial Emergency Department investigation and Holter monitioring. 5. The rate of correct diagnosis can be increased if initial investigation includes Holter monitoring, and the further research for more accurate, inexpensive and noninvasive diagnostic method for syncope is needed.

      • p-Nitroazobenzene 함유한 Polyamic Acid의 합성과 수면상의 변위전류 측정

        The synthesis of polyamic acid was studied to get optimized conditions. The spectrum of the product of reaction containing azobenzene chromophres was investigated by using ultraviolet spectrophotometry in various solvent at room temperature. Recrystallization of reaction product in ethanol solvent atomosphere results 73.2% monomer, 78.6% anhydride tetracarbonic acid, and 96% polyamic acid. Maxwell displacement current(MDC)measuring technique has been applied on the study of monolayers of polyamic acid. The displacement current was generated from monolayers on the water surface by monolayer compression and expansion. Displacement current was generated when the area per molecule was about 250Ųand 120Ų. The charge flow and Maxwell displacement currents were investigated in connection with monolayer compression cycles. It was found that The maximum of MDCs appeared at the molecular area just before the initial rise of surface pressure in both 1st and 2nd compression cycles.

        The purpose of this paper is to make a comparative study of educational effects that teachers' knowledge obtained by studying text has on physical education. This will analyze how a teacher with special knowledge from text reaches study aim in physical education, and influences students who intend to accomplish study subject. The comparative study was conducted between two types of teachers. One accumulates propositional knowledge and practical knowledge of physical education according to study aim, the other does according to their experience. The focus of this study is a long run race, an athletic sport in physical education for 6 grade students in elementary school. The study result is dealt by SPSS(7.52) and shows as below. First, the teacher who instructed students after studying text developed psychomotor domain, The experimental group consists of people who study text and instruct athlete sports. While the control group depends on its experience. The research result shows an educational effect of experimental group is more significant than the control group, regardless of sex. Second, the teacher who instructed after studying text changed affective domain positively. Third, teacher's professionalism gained through studying text made higher effects on psychomotor domain than affective domain. Forth, increasing interrelation among subordinate factors of psychomotor domain was show in the experimental group, compared to the control group

      • 아조벤젠을 含有한 長鎖脂肪酸의 光異性化 現象에 關한 硏究

        The Synthesis of p-(p'-octadecyloxy phenylazo)-benzoic acid and p-(p'-hexadecyloxy phenylazo)-benzoic acid were optimized, starting from p-(p'hydroxy phenylazo)-benzoic acid and the product of reaction containing azobenzene chromophores was investigated by ultraviolet spectrophotometery in ethanol solvent at room temperature. In addition, UV absorption spectra of Langmmuir Blodggett(LB) film deposited on quartz plate have been measured and the structure of these compounds were ascertained by means of Ultraviolet and Fourier Transform Infrared spectra. Recrystallization of reaction product in the solvent results the experimental yield obtained about 62.93% p-(p'-octadecyloxy phenyl azo)-benzoic acid. Long chain azobenzene derivatives solution are induced photoisomerization by light irradiation. The LB film of azobenzene containing long chain fatty acids are possible of being applied to functional molecular devices such as photomemory and light switching.

      • Sucrose monoacetate 合成에 關한 硏究

        The transesterification has been investigated on the reaction of sucrose with ethylacetate, in N, N-dimethylformamide solvent, using anhydrous potassium carbonate and aluminum sulfate as a catalyst. The major product is confirmed as sucrose monoacetate by I.R. spectroscope and chemical analysis. Sucrose monoacetate has the similiar properties of sucrose besides less sweetness. From the Arrhenius plot the activation energies have been calculated as 9.8㎉/mole with K₂CO₃ and 12.9㎉/mole with Al₂(SO₄)₃, respectively. The catalytic activity of potassium carbonate is higher than that of aluminum sulfate. It is confirmed that the transesterification of sucrose with ethylacetate proceeds on the first order of reaction.

        Maxwell displacement current(MDC) measuring technique has been applied on the study of monolayers of long chain fatty acid. The displacement current was generated from monolayers on the water surface by monolayer compression and expansion. Displacement current was generated when the area per molecule was about 130Ų. MDCs were investigated in connection with monolayer compression cycles. It was found that the curremt pulses were generated over the entire range of molecular area, and the maximum of MDC appeared at the molecular area just before the initial rise of surface pressure in compression cycles.

        THE EFFECT OF PRIMING ETCHED DENTIN WITH SOLVENT ON THE MICROTENSILE BOND STRENGTH OF HYDROPHOBIC DENTIN ADHESIVE

        장기적인 상아질 접착의 내구성 악화는 접착층과 혼성층의 친수성 부위에서의 가수분해에 의해 일어나는 것으로 보고 되고 있다. 본 연구의 가설은 콜라겐 망상체를 유기용매로 프라이밍하면 콜라겐 조직을 붕괴시키지 않고 수분을 밀어내고 소수성 단량체와 유기용매로 이루어진 접착제가 침투하여 접착강도를 얻을 수 있다는 것이다. 두 소수성 단량체인 Bisphenol-A-glycidylmethacrylate (Bis-GMA)와 triethyleneglycol dimethacrylate (TEGDMA)를 아세톤, 에탄올 또는 메탄올에 용해시켜 세 가지의 실험용 접착제를 준비하였다. 산 부식과 수세과정 후에, 접착제를 습윤 상아질 표면(습윤 접착)이나 동일한 용매로 프라이밍 된 상아질 표면(용매 프라이밍 접착)에 적용하였다. 48시간 후와 1개월 후, 및 10.000회의 열순환 후에 미세인장결합강도를 측정하였다 접착계면은 주사전자현미경을 이용하여 관찰하였다. 접착방법에 무관하게 대부분의 시편의 접착계면예서 잘 발달된 혼성층을 관찰할 수 있었고 가장 높은 평균 미세인장결합강도는 에탄올을 포함하는 접착제의 48시간 후 시편에서 관찰되었다. 용매를 이용하여 프라이밍하는 접착 방법에서는 에탄올이나 메탄올을 포함하는 접착제에서 열순환 후에 미세인장접착강도가 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 그러나 습윤 접착의 경우에는 시효처리 후 미세인장결합강도의 증가가 관찰되지 않았다. 본 연구에서 에탄올을 이용한 상아질 프라이밍으로 우수한 접착력을 얻을 수 있었고. 열순환 후 접착력이 더욱 증가하였다 Deterioration of long-term dentin adhesion durability is thought to occur by hydrolytic degradation within hydrophilic domains of the adhesive and hybrid layers. This study investigated the hypothesis that priming the collagen network with an organic solvent displacc water without collapse and thereby obtain good bond strength with an adhesive made of hydrophobic monomers and organic solvents. Three experimentaladhesives were prepared by dissolving two hydrophobic monomers bisphenol-A-glycidylmethacrylate (Bis-GMA) and triethyleneglycol dimethacrylate (TEGDMA), into acetone, ethanol or methanol. After an entching and rinsing procedure, the adhesives were applied onto either wet dentin surfaces (wet bonding) or dentin .surfaces primed with the same solvent (solvent-primed bonding). Microtensile bond strength (MTBS) was measured at 48 hrs, 1 month and after 10,000 times of thermocycles. The bonded interfaces were evaluated using a scanning electron microscope (SEM) Regardless of bonding protocols, weIl-developed hybrid layers were observed at the bonded interface in most specimens. The highest mean MTBS was observed in the adhesive containing ethanol at 48 hrs. With solvent-primed bonding increased MTBS tendencies were seen with thermocycling in the adhesives containing ethanol or methanol. However in the case of wet bonding, no increase in MTBS was observed with aging.
