The purpose of this study was to develop game style courseware in oral health instruction for elementary school children. The manufacturing equipment and languages which were used to develop the courseware were : Photoshop version 7.0, Illustrator version 10.0, HTML, Dream Weaver MX, Editplus, CSS and Java - script. The data base was built up by using PHP and mySQL over Internet Explorer version 4.0. The contents of courseware for oral health education were based on the list of oral health affaires of the Department of Health and Welfare, 2002. The story of the game ‘Saving Hayani locked down in a castle of a cavity man’ was developed far the learners to learn oral health by inducing learning motivation. A character named ‘Chani’ was introduced to the learners to be more friendly with the program while they were learning. As the game was made of three step education levels, the learner most pass the prepared test given at each step to advance to a higher level. A database connected to web was constructed to store the scores the learned earned at each step. In conclusion the courseware will help the elementary school children learn oral health care efficiently through the internet regardless of time and space.

This study examined the influence of various factors of RFID use in mobile RFID environment, focusing on pharmacies` RFID systems. The purpose of the study was to verify the possibility of a more widespread use of RFID and mobile RFID in medical industry by exploring what impact RIFD use factors have on the intention to use in RFID environment. The subjects were pharmacists who have their own pharmacies in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. Of 400 questionnaires distributed to the respondents, 392 were used in the final analysis except 8 with insufficient answers. The empirical analysis results showed that perceived security, perceived cost, and social influence had significant impacts on trust, while social influence and perceived cost had significant impacts on perceived risk. Among RFID use factors, social influence, perceived security, and perceived risk had significant impacts on intention to use in mobile RFID environment. Trust and perceived cost did not have a significant impact. The summary of analysis results, implications, and limitations are presented in the conclusion.

Characteristics of Carbon Tetrafluoride Plasma Resistance of Various Glasses
Choi, Jae Ho,Han, Yoon Soo,Lee, Sung Min,Park, Hyung Bin,Choi, Sung Churl,Kim, Hyeong Jun The Korean Ceramic Society 2016 한국세라믹학회지 Vol.53 No.6
Etch rate, surface roughness and microstructure as plasma resistance were evaluated for six kinds of oxide glass with different compositions. Borosilicate glass (BS) was found to be etched at the highest etch rate and zinc aluminum phosphate glass (ZAP) showed a relatively lower etch rate than borosilicate. On the other hand, the etching rate of calcium aluminosilicate glass (CAS) was measured to be similar to that of sintered alumina while yttrium aluminosilicate glass (YAS) showed the lowest etch rate. Such different etch rates by mixture plasma as a function of glass compositions was dependent on whether or not fluoride compounds were formed on glass and sublimated in high vacuum. Especially, in view that $CaF_2$ and $YF_3$ with high sublimation points were formed on the surface of CAS and YAS glasses, both CAS and YAS glasses were considered to be a good candidate for protective coating materials on the damaged polycrystalline ceramics parts in semi-conductor and display processes.

<P>Our previous studies have shown that multidrug resistance protein 2 (MRP2) is overexpressed in tamoxifen-resistant MCF-7 breast cancer cells (TAMR-MCF-7 cells) and forkhead box-containing protein, O subfamily1 (FoxO1), functions as a key regulator of multidrug resistance 1 (MDR1) gene transcription. This study aimed to investigate the role of FoxO1 in regulating MRP2 gene expression in TAMR-MCF-7 cells. The proximal promoter region of the human MRP2 gene contains four putative FoxO binding sites, and MRP2 gene transcription was stimulated by FoxO1 overexpression in MCF-7 cells. Subcellular fractionation and immunoblot analyses revealed that basal MRP2 expression and nuclear levels of FoxO1 were enhanced in TAMR-MCF-7 cells compared to MCF-7 cells and the enhanced MRP2 gene transcription was suppressed by FoxO1 siRNA. Because nuclear localization of FoxO1 is regulated by SIRT1 deacetylase, we were further interested in whether SIRT1 is involved in MRP2 expression. Overexpression of SIRT1 with FoxO1 potentiated the gene transcriptional activity of MRP2, and the basal activity and expression of SIRT1 was increased in TAMR-MCF-7 cells. In addition, SIRT1 inhibition reduced both the nuclear FoxO1 levels and MRP2 expression and enhanced cytotoxic effects of paclitaxel and doxorubicin in TAMR-MCF-7 cells. These results suggest that FoxO1 activation via SIRT1-mediated deacetylation is closely related with up-regulation of MRP2 in TAMR-MCF-7 cells.</P><P><B>Graphic Abstract</B> <IMG SRC='http://pubs.acs.org/appl/literatum/publisher/achs/journals/content/mpohbp/2013/mpohbp.2013.10.issue-7/mp400287p/production/images/medium/mp-2013-00287p_0008.gif'></P>

Choi, Yong-Bin,Chung, Choon-Kyung Korean Mathematical Society 1996 대한수학회논문집 Vol.11 No.4
In this paper we study the index stability theorem for a bounded linear operator with closed range and extend the Kato's decomposition theorem for an absence of the index.
