      • 담배식물의 생장에 따른 Holocellulose와 Lignin 함량의 변화

        본 연구는 담배식물의 바이오에타놀 생산원료서의 가능성을 타진하기 위하여 온실에서 pot재배를 통하여 이식 후 25일부터 80일까지 5일 간격으로 잎과 줄기의 holocellulose와 lignin함량 변화를 조사해 보았다. 생육이 진행됨에 따라 건물 g당 holocellulose와 lignin의 함량도 증가하여 성숙 및노화기로 갈수록 높았다. 건물 g당 holocellulose함량은 잎보다 줄기가 높았고, 줄기의 lignin함량은 최대생장기에 급격히 증가했다. 담배 1주당 총 함량은 이식 후 70일에 최대였는데, holocellulose함량은 건물중의 60%이었고 lignin을 합할 경우에는 67%가 되었다. Changes in holocellulose and lignin contents of tobacco p1ants(var. NC 82) were determined from 25 days after transplanting in a pot to senescence stage at 5 days interval in green house. The amount of holocellulose and lignin per g of dry matters were increased from growing to senescence stage. The hollocellulose content of dry stalk was higher than of leaf, and lignin content of stalk was increased rapidly during the maximal growing stage of tobacco plant. The total amounts of holocellulose and lignin per a tobacco plant were reached maximum at the around 70 days after transplanting. At that time, the ratio of holocellulose only and holocellulose with lignin to dry matter was about 60% and 67%, respectively.

      • 行政組織의 過程과 行態分析

        In this study behaviors concerned organizational processes is reviewed generally. And especially behaviors relationed organizational culture is analyzed. The purposes of this study is to be analyzed the behaviors through organizational processes and management, and possibility to organizational politics is considered. This paper is composed of four chapters. Chapter one is a step on analysis about research-goal scope, and method of organizational processes and behaviors. Chapter two is a step on the main discourse about this thesis. Chapter three is to be descibed organizational politics. Chapter four is an conclusion. The ultimate findings of this study is that organizational behavior is closely connected with organizational structure and processes under organizational culture and it's study is the important one of organizational analysis.

And then I analyze the following fields here. ① background, objects, scope and methodology as a preface ② environmental analysis on interchange relations and cooperation ③ criteria and principles on interchange relations and cooperation ④ case analysis ⑤ prospects and conclusion Above all, the ultimate findings are that it is important to exist the interchange relations and cooperation between two governments, and that our government must have a highly diplomatic strategies, north Korea's government must have sincere attitudes rather than past. If we all have the above circumstances, Korea's unification will be completed before long.

      • 담배잎의 일생에 있어서 RuBisCO 함량과 Protease활성의 변동

        Changes in the amount of ribulose 1, 5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oygenase(=RuBisCO) protein, namely fraction I protein, and the protease activity were determined in the 10th leaf of tobacco(Nicotiana tabacum, var. Ky-57) from 10 days after emergence through senescence at 5 days interval. The amount of RuBisCO per deveined leaf rapidly increased during the early growing season, reached a maximal quantity at the around 20 days after leaf emergence, when the leaf has gone through its most rapid expansion, and began gradually to decrease till 30 days after leaf emergence, thereafter significantly declined to 45 days that the leaf has been dried up partly. The pattern of the ratio of RuBisCO protein to soluble protein in quantity changed similar to that of RuBisCO contents in a leaf, that was 43%, 60%, and 21% at the around 10 days, 20 days, and 45 days, respectively. And RuBisCO contents was linearly correlated with the concentration of chlorophyll(r=0.98) throughout the life span of the leaf. So, it was assumed that the leaf color can be a useful indicator for judging whether RuBisCO contents higher or not in tobacco leaves without homogenization. On the other hand, the protease activities for degradation of casein were assayed at pH 5.5. 7.0. and 8.5 with crude extracts desalted on Sephadex G-25. The highest caseolytic activity was found at pH 5.5 throughout the life sawn of the leaf. Also, the activity at 5.5 became gradually to increase from 30 days after leaf emergence, when RuBisCO protein had became to disappear and remarkably increased in the last stage of senescence, although nitrogen contents of the leaf had reached low levels. The caseolytic activity at pH 5.5 was in negative correlation with RuBisCO contents throughout the life span of the leaf, but not in lineality between them. In other words, the caseolytic activity increased in a rapid exponential manner when RuBisCO contents had reached some low levels. These results showed that the leaf age, namely harvesting time, is a very important factor for the production of the tobacco leaf containing higher RuBisCO protein. It was concluded that the practical harvesting time is between 20 days and 30 days after the leaf emergence from the present results.
