      • 골퍼의 기능수준에 따른 운동상해요인 비교 분석

        The purpose of this study is to provide professional and amateur golfers with the basic guide to prevent injuries when playing golf. In order for that, the researcher has first researched the individual background of golfers and the parts, forms, and causes of injuries that they have according to their level of function. And also the researcher has taken a survey from professional and amateur golfers living in Seoul, Kyung-gi, and In-cheon in 2003. In order to compare and analyse these information gathered from each golfers about the injuries, questionnaires have been arranged on the basis of the studies of Batt(1992), Lee(1996), Roh(1996), Lee(1997), and Park(1998), Lee(2002). The appropriateness and validity of the contents of these questionnaires were verified after taking a preliminary test choosing each 20 of the professional and amateur golfers. Therefore, this source of questionnaires is believable with its high reliability. The statistic method in this study is frequency Analysis and x test. The results are as the followings. Injuries occur more to professional golfers than amateur golfers. And also they often have the skin injury and muscular injury because of the pressure they get to win the game doing over-exercise.

      • 보디빌딩 선수들의 筋力과 心肺機能에 관한 硏究

        The purpose of this study was to observe the effects of Strength and cardiorespiratory function of man bodybuilders. Athletes group was that ten bodybuilders of J University in Seoul and Non-Athletes group was that ten male students of J University did not especially player activity. Bodybuilders career was about four years. The result of statistics data were as follows; 1. Comparison of Strength Back strength showed significant difference (p<0.001) between groups. Grip strength. Bench press and Squat showed significant diffence (p<0.001) between groups. 2. Comparison of Body weight, Hearrt Rate., HR max, VE max, VO_2 max, and O_2 pulse. Body weight and rest heart rate showed significant difference (p<0.01) between groups and VO_2 max showed significant difference (p<0.001) between groups. But O_2 pulse showed significant difference (p<0.001) between groups. 3. Comparison of Blood pressure During rest systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure did not showed significant difference between groups. During exercise systolic blood pressure showed sihnificant difference (p<0.001) but during exercise diastolic blood pressure did not showed between groups.

      • 웨이트트레이닝과 트레드밀 운동프로그램이 중년비만 여성의 근력, 신체구성, 심폐기능 및 혈청지질에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of weight training and treadmill program on the muscular strength, body composition, cardiopulmonary function, and serum lipids of middle-aged female with obesity. The female subjects, who are members of "H" fitness center in Seoul, are in their 40's and have obesity with % fat between 25~35%. The subjects are divided into two groups of 10 people; each group participated in 12 week a weight training program combined with treadmill exercise(W.T-T group) and single weight training program(W.T group) respectively. Following are the findings from the study. 1. Change in body composition. Both groups showed significant decrease in body weight, %Fat, and body fat weight after they participated in the training program; W.T-T group showed higher decrease rate than W.T group. L.B.M significantly increased in both groups. 2. Change in muscular strength. Bench press and leg press significantly increased in both groups. The increase rate of muscular strength was higher in W.T group than in W.T-T group. 3. Change in resting heart rate and V0₂ max. Resting heart rate increased in both groups after training while the decrease rate was higher in W.T-T group than in W.T group. VO₂ max significantly increased in both groups with increase rate higher in W.T-T group. 4. Change in serum lipids. T-CH and T.G significantly decreased in both groups after training while W.T-T group showed higher decrease rate than W.T group. HDL significantly increased in both groups with increase rate higher in W.T-T group. Based on the findings of the study, weight training program, combined with treadmill program, is more effective in changing body composition, cardiopulmonary function, and serum lipids of middle aged women with obesity than weight training program alone. Therefore, in designing exercise program for middle-aged obese women, it is recommended to combine treadmill program with weight training.

      • 무용수의 식사제한 후유증에 대한 생리학적 고찰

        In recent years, eating disorders have increased and are appearing at younger ages. Dancers are usually placed to maintain the low body weight according to the physical demand of choreography and performance schedules. Such chronic dietary restriction exerts a bad effect on the body of dancers, Leptin is a hormone involved with satiety and energy balance and imposed to be an anti-obesity factor, In this study, the problems of chronic dietary restriction made by ballet dancer have been reviewed in the viewpoint of the function of leptin. We have consider the prevalence of eating disorder and the sequelae of dietary restriction such as menstrual dysfunction, bone loss, and some nutritional deficiencies. The physiological approach would be complementary to the self-questionnaire methods to assess the true prevalence of eating disorder end nutritional status of dancers.

        The purpose of this study was to propose proper velocity and variable for muscle strength evaluation, develop regression euqations to predict one repetition m "aximum(1-RM) from isokinetic test. Thirty normal subjects underwent isokinetic knee extension/flexion test at 30, 60, 90, 180deg/sec, one leg extension 1-RM and two leg extension 1-RM. The results of this study indicate that one leg extension 1-RM and two leg extension 1-RM may be predicted with an acceptable degree of accuracy. Stepwise selection regression analysis production the following equations to predict one leg extension 1-RM and two leg extension 1-RM from isokinetic knee extension/flexion test at 30, 60, 90, 180deg/sec. One Leg Extension 1-RM = 12.865 + 0.335 (Maximum repetition total work). (60deg/sec, R²=.624, p<.001) Two Leg Extension 1-RM = 8.374 + 1.119 (Torque 30deg) + 0.784(Acceleration time). (60 deg/sec, R²=.556, p<.001) Two Leg Extension 1-RM = 66.479 + 1.086 (Torque 30deg) - .718(Work/Body weight ratio) + 0.486(Work first third) + 1.445(Angle of peak torque). (180deg/sec, R²=.648, p<.001).

      • 한국계 미국인의 초국가적 시민권

        세계화의 진전과 교통통신수단의 발달로 국경을 넘나드는 국제이주가 확대되고 있는 상황에서 전통적인 국민국가에 기반 한 시민권에 대한 재구성이 요구되고 있다. 현재 170만 명의 한국계 미국인이 살고 있는 미국은 다인종 다민족 이주자들이 공존하고 있는 초국가적인 사회의 장이다. 이 연구에서는 미국에 거주하는 한국계 미국인들의 초국가적 시민권을 분석하기 위해 Jakobson과 Kalev(2013)의 시민권 분석틀을 이용해 반구조적 면담을 실시하였다. 이 연구에서는 노스캐롤라이나에 거주하는 한국인들의 초국가적 시민권의 실체를 분석하기 위해 반구조화된 면담을 실시하였다. 연구결과 대부분의 재미한인들은 이중 시민권을 선호하였고, 스스로를 한국계 미국인 또는 한국인이라고 불렀으며, 다양한 초국가적인 사회단체에 가입하여 활동하고 있었다.

        The purpose of this study was to observe the effects of Physical fitness and Cardiorespiratory function of university Ssireum Wrestlers. Athletes group was that ten wrestlers of ˝I˝ in KimHae city and Non athletes group was that ten male students of ˝I˝ university did not especially player activity. The results of statistics data were as follows; 1. Comparison of Physical fitness Back strength, hand grip strength(left, Right), standing long jump and sit ups showed significant difference(P<0.001) between groups. 2. Comparison of Cardiorespiratory function Heart rate of athletes group showed significantly low(P<0.001) than non-athletes group, but HRmax did not show significantly difference. VEmax and VO_2 max of athletes group showed significantly high(P<0.01) than non-athletes group. And O_2 pulse of athletes group showed significantly high(P<0.001) than non-athletes group.
