        在中國的韓國人文知識敎育,特別是在1990年代以後新建的普通高等院校韓國語專業所進行的韓國人文知識敎育,作爲新世紀高校通識敎育的重要一環,備受學界關注。如何認知和把握韓國人文知識體系和內容,進而把타與韓國語言敎育有效地聯系起來,取得相得益彰的效果,乃是中國韓國語學科急待解決的現實課題。本文立足於中國高校韓國語專業的韓國人文知識敎育現狀,著重分析和硏究了存在的實際問題和解決問題的方案。

      • ALE 방법을 쓴 ZnSe : N 막의 성장 N with Atomic Layer Epitaxy

        ALE 방법으로 GaAs(100) 기판위에 MBE 장치를 사용하여 P형 ZnSe epitaxy 막을 성장하기 위하여 고순도 질소를 doping하였다. 높은 주게 밀도를 갖는 ZnSe epitaxy 막을 성장하기 위하여 hot wire 방법과, DC 방전방법을 사용하였다. P형 ZnSe막을 확인하기 위하여 PL과 I-V 및 C-V를 측정하였으며 PL 측정에서 I_1 봉우리와 DAP 봉우리를 확인하였으며 C-V 측정에서 carrier density 10^15∼10^16㎝_-3인 P형 ZnSe : N 막을 ALE 방법으로 성장할 수 있었다. Atomic layer epitaxy of nitrogen doped ZnSe was grown by the hot wire and DC discharge methods. The ZnSe films were grown on GaAs(100) substrate at 250℃ with a continuous flow of nitrogen and alternate supplies of Zn and Se. The grown films were characterzed by PL spectra at 4.2 K and it was found that nitrogen was incorporated as a shallow acceptor in the films. The Schottky diode were prepared by evaporating Au n the nitrogen-doped films grown on p-type GaAs substrate. A restifying charateristic which was consistant with the structure assuming p-type conductivity of ZnSe was observed. Capacitance-Voltage measurement of the structure also indicated p-type conductivity of the films.

      • 외수위를 통한 울산시의 수해 위험도 분석

        전 세계적으로 지구온난화에 따른 기후변화가 심각해짐에 따라 자연재해 발생빈도 및 피해 규모가 대형화/광역화되고 있으며 자연재해 발생 유형 또한 다양화 되며, 자연재해에 의한 경제적 손실이 전 세계적으로 발생되고 있다. 특히 단시간 동안 특정지역에 집중되는 국지성 집중호우가 빈번히 발생하고 있으며, 산업화에 의한 인구의 도시지역 집중현상으로 토지이용도가 극대화되면서 하천변, 홍수터 등 저지대에까지 생활공간이 확대됨에 따라 과거에 비해 동일한 호우에 대해서도 침수피해가 증가하고 있다. 그러므로 수해 위험도 산정을 통하여 예방 및 대비 대책 수립에 활용함으로써 경제·산업적으로 피해를 완화할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 울산시의 102개 하천을 대상으로 하천정비기본계획에서 제시된 계획홍수위를 이용한 홍수위 수치표고모델과 울산시의 지형적 특성이 반영된 10m10m 격자 크기의 지형 수치표고모델의 차이로부터 침수심 및 면적을 산정하여 수해 위험도 분석을 수행하였다.

      • 線量計로서의 Polyvinyle-Chloride Film

        Use of the polyvinyle-chloride (P.V.C) film for the γ-ray radiation dosimetry has been studied, amploying BNL shipbor irradiator (25,000 Ci) which Korean Radiation Agricultural Institute keeps, We have measured the optical density components of the radiation-induced coloration of 100μ commercial P.V.C film. The results of these measurements show that the transient components of optical density depends upon the annealing temperature. In this experiment, we found that the values of the optical density are independent of the irradiation dose rate between 266 and 341 rad/sec. The plots of the optical density with respect to the irradiation dose show that the curves between 1 and 6 Mrad are linear, however, the curve between 6 and 7 Mrad is not linear. From this study, we conclude that we can use polyvinyle chloride film as a dosimeter within the dose range from 1 Mrad to 30 Mrad.

      • Li_2B_4O_7의 Exo 電子線量計

        Thermally stimulated exoelectron emission has been studied for the crystallized lithium tetraborate. Li_2B_4O_7 powder employed here was annealed in ceramic crucible and was quenched to room temperature since the sample crystallized through the heat treatment has a high sensitivity for TSEE while the glass of Li_2B_4O_7 has low sensitivity for that. Li_2B_4O_7 is a very good material for the sensor of dosimeter because the crystallized Li_2B_4O_7 of effective atomic number 7.26 is not only a biological equivalent material but also the dosimetric cheracteristic curve for the dose range from 10^-1R to 10^5R shows a very good linearity.

        Exact expressions for activation energies are derived from analysis of the first-order and second-order theoretical glow curves. The TSEE glow curve of heat-treated L_i2B_4O_7 crystal can be resolved by the ultra violet excitation in four singular glow peaks at 175, 292, 360, 471℃, respectively. The activation energy, the capture cross-section and frequency factor for eaeh trap were determined. It can also be deduced from this result that the first and fourth peaks are due to a second order process and the second and therd peaks due to a first order process.

      • MgO單結晶의 熱刺激 Luminescence

        A MgO single crytal was made by using an arc fussion method and the results for the measurment of TSL of MgO cnystal are presented. The measured glow curve of TSL is found to be due to the impurity ion and has three peaks at 94 C, 115 C and 144 C. The luminescence radiated from MgO crystal appears to be red blue and color bands of light.

        五胡時期 關中燕人의 '復燕'과 그 性格 - 慕容西燕의 건국과 그 역사적 의미에 대한 고찰

        I have found that Guanzhong Yan people established Murong Xi Yan through the Restore Yan movement, and the historical meaning is inherent to the movement. This paper concludes: (1) The original Qian Yan emperor, Murong Wei, supported his brother, Murong Hong, who participated in the Restore Yan movement with his uncle Murong Chui. Murong Wei chose Murong Hong as crown prince to inherit his position as emperor, to be followed by Murong Chong. The Qian Qin emperor,Fu Jian, took Murong Wei hostage, but while in captivity Murong Wei made plans to kill Fu Jian and escape to Murong Chong. However, the plans were discovered, and Fu Jian had Murong Wei killed. Later, when Murong Chong learned of Murong Wei’s death, he immediately proclaimed himself emperor. Through this, I contend that Murong Chong inherited Murong Wei’s authority and legitimacy. (2) Murong Hong and Murong Chong participated in the Restore Yan movement at Guanzhong area one after another. They believed the original Qian Yan emperor to be Murong Wei, and recommended him as the emperor in a new dynasty. In particular, Murong Hong gave Fu Jian a letter, in which we find a particular tenacity of purpose in the Restore Yan movement. Moreover, such tenacity was passed on to his brother, Murong Chong. So, as Murong Wei’s crown prince, how would they participate in the Restore Yan movement? This movement nodoubt led to a struggle against Qian Qin, ending in military conflict. For example, Murong Chong occupied Afang palace which psychologically stressed Fu Jian. When Murong Chong heard of Murong Wei’s death, he immediately promoted himself to emperor and established the Xi Yan dynasty. In addition, he occupied the capital of Qian Qin, Changan, and was planning to develop from there. Through these points, we can understand the characteristics of the early Xi Yan dynasty. (3) Murong Chong legally rose to the status of emperor. Moreover,even Murong Chui, who competed for Qian Yan’s legitimacy with him,accepted him as emperor. Therefore, it must be that the Xi Yan dynasty is the successor of the Qian Yan dynasty. The throne lineage of the Qian Yan dynasty, then, would be Murong Huang-Murong Jun-Murong Wei-Murong Chong. Next, Murong Chong, who occupied Changan but never received theGuanzhong Yan people’s support, was killed. The only option then for Guanzhong Yan people was returning to Qian Yan’s territory. Among those returning there as Xi Yan emperor were Duan Sui,Murong Yi, Murong Wang, and Murong Zhong. However, they were all successively appointed and killed by Murong’s imperial clan within four months. It is understood that Murong Yong was the last winner in the power struggle of the Xi Yan dynasty, but his authority and rank in the Murong imperial clan was very weak. During this time, Murong Chui,the Hou Yan emperor, wanted to regain Murong Wei’s authority and legitimacy which Murong Chong had taken. Therefore, many years later, Murong Chui decided to conquer Xi Yan in spite of opposition from his generals. It was then unavoidable that Murong Yong, who was based in Zhangzi, in Shangdang County, was forced to battle Murong Chui and the Hou Yan dynasty. In order to protect his dynasty’s rear,Murong Yong attacked the Guanzhong area. In order to increase friendly relations with the Zhai Wei dynasty,which had hostile relations with the Hou Yan dynasty, Murong Yong again attacked a neighboring area to put pressure on the Hou Yan dynasty, this time the Zhongyuan area. Finally, Liu Xian and Xu Qian,rebels against the Hou Yan dynasty, chose to surrender to the Xi Yan dynasty in order to align themselves against the Hou Yan dynasty. Through these moves, we can understand the characteristics of the late Xi Yan dynasty. After defeating Murong Yong in battle, Murong Chui occupied Zhangzi, which was the capital of the Xi Yan dynasty, and then captured Murong Yong in 394.
