12개 다이오드 레이저를 활용하는 레이저 복사출력계 교정시스템 개발

400 nm부터 1,600 nm까지의 파장 영역에서 단일 모드 광섬유에 결합된 12개의 다이오드 레이저 광원를 기반으로 하는 레이저 복사출력계 교정시스템을 소개한다. 본 시스템은 복사출력 측정위치에서 레이저 출력요동을 최소화하였고 모든 광원에 대해 비슷한 빔크기를 갖는다. 또한 감응도의 비균일도 및 비선형성을 최소화하기 위해 적분구 기준기를 사용하였다. 이 교정시스템의 최소 측정불확도는 대부분의 레이저 파장에서 1.1% (k = 2)로 추정된다. We demonstrate a laser power meter calibration system based on 12-diode laser sources coupled to single-mode fibres in a wavelength range from400 to 1,600 nm. In our system, three laser power controllers ensure that the output power uncertainty of all laser sources is less than 0.1% (k = 2). In addition, all laser beams are adjusted to have similar beam sizes of approximately 2 mm (1/e 2 -width) at the measurement position to minimise unmeasured laser power on a detector. As a reference detector, we use an integrating sphere combined with silicon and indium gallium arsenide photodiodes to minimise the non-uniformity and non-linearity of responsivity. The minimum uncertainty of the calibration system is estimated to be 1.1% (k = 2) for most laser wavelengths.

회계변수에 의한 체계적위험 예측모형에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to develop optimal prediction model by building prediction models in order to improve systematic risk prediction ability considering the efficiency of security market in Korea. For empirical analysis the data of 111 companies were sampled from January in 1982 to December in 1991. Systematic risk is estimated by means of OLS(Ordinary Least Square)estimation method and added by Bayesian adjusted technique to make systematic risk more stationary. The variables used as accounting information are estimated by making 21 accounting variables in all simple average ranging over selected periods and all applied to the build prediction models. The accounting variables related to Beta and Bayesian are selected by dint of Pearson Correlation and the variables in which multicollinearity lies between explanatory variables are eleminated by means of VIF(variance information factor). This study is produced by multiple regression analysis to make systematic risk be dependent variables and accounting variables be independent ones.Portfolio composed of 3 securities was applied and analyzed by the order of beta size. Also,the suitability of model variables are applied by t-value,R? R?F-value and evaluation criterion of prediction ability by RMSE,MAE,ME,Theil's U. The results of the above study are as follows; As the best model for predicting the systematic risk, ARM Bayesian model in individual level (1-year), ARM Bayesian model in fortfolio level(2-year), Naive Bayesian model in fortfolio level(3-year,4-year),ARM Bayesian model in individual level(5-year) was the best each period. In conclusion, the rick prediction model based only accounting data was not the best over periods. Because the forecasting model over periods is different the forecasting of investment based only accounting data is not desirable for acounting information user's.

중국의 對한국 외교정책의 결정 요인

This study intends to find and analyze the meaningful factors acting as variables on the foreign policy making of China toward Korea. In this research, domestic and external environments are regarded as influencing on that process. The external environment covers economic, ideological and military condition of China. The internal environments are the China's relations with the United States, Japan and North Korea. China's utmost policy priority can be said to be on the economic modernization. Deng's Pragmatism is also aimed at the development of the economy. The desire to modernize its domestic industry and technology base continues to drive the policies and programs of the Chinese leaders. China is strengthening its military power both in its hardwares and softwares. It may intend to take over the role played before by America and Russia in East Asia, filling the vacuum of power in the region. Communism actually collapsed in world politics. Thus, ideology is becoming less important in international relations. China can not be the exception, so normalized relations with Korea, its probably former ideological enemy. The relationships between China and America and Japan are increasingly economy-based. On the other hand, that with North Korea is losing foundation more and more, as the meaning of ideology diminishes.

정신분열병 환자의 약물 비순응에 영향을 미치는 요인

The authors investigated the factors influencing drug noncompliance in schizophrenic patients in Yongin Mental Hospital. 37 of 417 schizophrenic patients taking chlorpromazine proved to be drug noncompliant by Forrest urine test. We selected 22 of them who could give reliable answers to self-report questionaire as a noncompliant group. We also selected 22 patients as a control group who proved to be drug compliant by Forrest urine test. Using self-report questionaire we compared the difference in the knowledge about the medication, attitudes concerning the drug, opinions on the therapist-patient relationship and experiences of the drug side effects between two groups. The results were as follows •• 1) The rates of drug noncompliance of 417 patients taking chlorpromazine were 14.5% at the 1st urine test, 21.9% at the 2nd urine test, respectively. 2) The more the dose of chlorpromazine patient takes, the higher was the drug noncompliant rate. 3) The average frequency of medication per day of the drug compliant group was 2,6times per day, which was less than that (2.9 times per day) of the drug noncompliant group. 4) In comparison with the drug noncompliant group, the patients of the drug compliant group showed a tendency to believe that mental hospital teams other than the doctors were more concerned with them. 5) In comparison with the drug noncompliant group, the patients of the drug compliant group showed a tendency to fed more tension when they faced the mental hospital team. 6) The two groups were not signficantly different in their knowledge about the medication, attitudes concerning the drug, and experiences of the drug side effects.

밀폐 업셋팅에서 금형과 제품 변형에 관한 연구

The study has been performed for the relation between die and product in closed die upsetting by the experiment. The strain of die has given by the simple experiment using the strain gauge located at the outer surface of die and the history of the deformation of die and product is given by the experiment and Lame's formula. The inner pressure of die causes the deformation of die that affects the accuracy of dimension and shape of product. The product with accurate dimension and shape can be obtained by analysing elastic deformation of die during upsetting process. The deformation of die during metal forming process has been usually predicted by the experience of industrial engineer or finite element analysis. But it is difficult to predict the dimension of product at unloading and ejected states. The study has given useful result for the deformation history of die and product through the experiment and Lame's formula at closed die upsetting, and can be applied in the die design for product with accurate dimension.

社外理事의 法的地位와 責任

The outside directors system, a means of strong internal control, was obliged for the better corporate governance structure against a weak check on a large stock holder, management and an evil influence-resulted from the self-righteousness of executive. The outside directors system has three types of operation. Which are CEO's voluntary system, organ investors centered system and legal system. Voluntary system lacks independence owing to CEO's appointment of outside directors and legal system has the problem that government does not act as a mediator following the market principles. So the best way to operate outside directors system is as follows. Outside directors should be chosen by agency investors for a small stock holder and other interest group. The outside directors' legal status remains only a member of board of directors according to Korean law. In addition to this, outside directors are a party to the trade, the third control organ and creditor directors that banking facilities sent in terms of law. They have power as directors in company law, fiduciary duty, notice obligation and other concrete duties like safekeeping secrets and protection of organ investors and a small stock holder. Because of outside directors' inferior management speciality and expert knowledge to inside directors, the reduction of responsibility was on the rise due to the theory of case law. But there were problems and a majority opinion is the equal responsibility principle in the academic world because they are the members of same board of directors. But it is not deniable that they were for the check on management and the prevention of interest group's damage. So their duty as a management guard should linked to the augmentation of their responsibility. When role duplicators, outside auditor and auditor, are members of audit committee, the responsibility of outside director, non committee member, is the point in question. Non committee members require to pay attention as much as a man with reasonable, general prudence, professional knowledge and technology do for himself in similar business area. So outside directors, although non committee member, must be responsible. Outside director system itself causes no legal problems but audit committee consists of outside directors will overlap with auditor, a standing organ, and outside auditor's role. At this time, audit committee is only a american management organization under board of directors, so the introduction of this system must be considered carefully because the control method of organ, features of Korean company law, may fade away.

解放神學의 마르크스主義的 理論과 實踐에 관한 硏究

This study attempts to analyze and examine closely the Theology of Liberation's acceptance of marxist theory and praxis. One of the most controversial aspects in study of the Theology of Liberation is to elucidate any relation between the Theology of Liberation and Marxism. Liberation Theologians say that their assumption of marxism has nothing to do with a supposedly abstract or eternal theory or with logmatic formulae but with a scientific analysis and a number of verifiable hypotheses in relation to conditions obtaining in certain historical moments and places and whch, properly means to grasp our own hstorical situation. Accordmg to Gustavo Gutierrz, the peruvian theologian, who has written the most systemetic account of the Theology of Liberation, the Theology of Liberation is defined as a crtical reflection based on the gospel and the experiences of man and woman committed to the process of liberation in the oppressed and exploited land of Latin America, to abolish "status quo" being the current unjust situation and to build a different society, freer and more human. This definition is a formula continually repeated in the writings of the theologians of liberation. The extent of Marxism's contribution to the Theology of Liberation : 1) the emphasis on praxis as the epistemological reference point for all theorectical thought, 2) the use of certain socio-political tools of analysis as a prerequisite in the hermeneutical task of reading the signs of times. 3) the use of marxism as the most objective means of defecting and liberating every false ideology. In summary the Theology of Liberation Seems no doubt to accept marxism itself as well as marxist socio-economic political analysis method. The theology uses the marxist theses such as class struggle, justification of use of violence, revolutionary praxis for socialism, and denouncing capitahsm. Moreover, various characteristics which the Theology of Liberation emphasizes fall under a unified meaning only in case they are reviewed on the marxist standpoint.

실시간 영상 리타겟팅 기법

본 논문에서는 영상 리타겟팅 방법 중 seam carinvg을 실시간으로 처리할 수 있는 속도 개선 알고리즘을 제 안한다. 기존의 seam carving 방법은 다이나믹 프로그래밍(Dynamic Programming) 기법을 사용하기 때문에 여러 개의 seam을 찾기 위해서는 반복적인 cost 갱신 과정이 필요하다. 제안하는 방법은 이러한 cost 갱신으 로 인한 속도 지연을 개선하기 위하여 누적된 cost에서 seam이 될 수 있는 모든 후보들이 영향을 미치는 영 역을 계산한다. 이를 이용하여 한번의 cost 갱신에서 여러 개의 seam을 추출함으로써 전체 cost의 갱신 횟수 를 줄이기 때문에 전체의 연산 속도가 개선된다. 실험 결과는 제안하는 방법이 빠른 처리 속도와 영상이 가지 고 있는 컨텐츠를 보전하면서 영상의 크기를 조절할 수 있음을 보여준다.
