        시장분할기법을이용한 통행시간가치산정에관한연구 : 수도권지역의승용차운전자를중심으로

        In Korea, even though various factors have influence on the value of travel time, the guideline for road project appraisal doesn't take into account those factors and could bring distorted results. In this context, this paper aims to identify influencing factors on the value of travel time and to propose efficient and adequate standards for the value of travel time on road project appraisal. In order to identify influencing factors on the value of travel time, interview surveys were carried out on the Cheonan-Nonsan expressway, which was the second road project initiated by private financing in Korea, as well as for the metropolitan area. SP(Stated Preference) data obtained through these interview surveys enabled an estimate of discrete choice models according to market segmentation, which made it possible to identify influencing factors on the value of travel time, and proposed the value of travel time for car users. The results reveal that the values of travel time for toll road users and capital area residents are relatively higher than those of free road users and non-capital area residents. In this study, it was analyzed that income level, length of travel time and time saving/loss were key factors with impact on the value of travel time. It may be recommendable that the discriminated value of travel time reflecting travelers' behavior and location characteristics should be fully exploited for road projects.

        한국 현대조형도자의 재현성과 표현성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of modern Korean sculptural ceramics in terms of reproducibility and expressiveness according to the degree of abstract approach and to identify their characteristics. The research subjects were selected from the artists who have lectured at universities since the 1980s and a number of Korean artists who won the Korean International Ceramic Biennale. According to the analysis of the research work from the perspective of classical reproduction, expression concept, modern extension, and expression concept, Shin Sang-ho and Yeo Seon-gu's sculptures are interpreted as ‘Simulakr’ by Bodriyas, ‘Designation’ by Choi Kwang-jin, and ‘Denotation’ by Goodman. Meanwhile, the sculptural ceramic works by Jang Su-hong, Shin Kwang-seok, and Seo Byung-ho are analyzed as ‘Denotation, Metaphorical denotation’ by Goodman and ‘Designation, Exmaple’ by Choi Kwang-jin. Lastly, the ceramic sculptures of Kwon Oh-hoon and Lee Chun-bok were understood as ‘Example’ by Choi Gwang-jin and ‘Metaphorical denotation’ by Goodman. The characteristics of modern sculptural ceramics in Korea can be divided into reproductive sculptural ceramics, expressive sculptural ceramics, and sculptural ceramics mixed with reproduction and expression depending on the degree of abstract approach. Reproductive sculpting ceramics are mainly used as motifs of visible objects, but the subjective intervention of writers is important, and some expressive sculpting ceramics, which are mainly used as motifs of non-visual objects, are included as visible objects. Visual and non-visual elements tended to be used equally as motifs in sculptural ceramics mixed with reproduction and expression. From a morphological perspective, the more reproducible to expressive implementation, the more likely the geometric tendency was to increase. 1970년대부터 현재에 이르기까지 한국의 도예계에는 기능성이 배제된 조형도자가 활발히 제작되고있다. 본 연구는 한국 현대조형도자의 성격을 추상적 접근 정도에 따른 재현성과 표현성에 대한 관점으로 분석하여 그 성격을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 재현성과 표현성은 고전적 개념에 더해 현대의 확장된 개념을 적용하였다. 연구 대상으로는 1980년대 이후 대학에서 교육한 작가와 ‘이천세계도자비엔날레’에서 수상한 국내 작가의 작품을 선정하였다. 연구작품을 고전적 재현, 표현개념과 현대의 확장된 재현, 표현개념의 관점에서 분석한 결과 신상호와 여선구의 조형도자는 보드리야스의 ‘시뮬라크르’, 최광진의 ‘지칭’, 굿맨의 ‘지시’란 개념으로, 장수홍, 신광석, 서병호의 조형도자는 굿맨의 ‘지시, 은유적 예시’ 최광진의 ‘지칭, 예시’란 개념으로, 권오훈과 이춘복의 조형도자는 최광진의 ‘예시’, 굿맨의‘은유적 예시’적 성향을 가진 것으로 분석되었다. 한국의 현대조형도자의 성격은 추상적 접근 정도에따라 재현적 조형도자, 표현적 조형도자, 그리고 재현과 표현이 혼재하는 조형도자로 구분될 수 있는데, 재현적 조형도자는 주로 가시적 대상이 모티브로 사용되나 작가의 주관적 개입이 중시되며 일부표현적 성향을 내포하였고, 주로 비가시적 대상이 모티브로 사용되는 표현적 조형도자는 가시적 대상이 포함되어 일부 재현적 성향을 내포하였다. 재현과 표현이 혼재된 조형도자에는 가시적, 비가시적요소가 비등하게 모티브로 사용되는 경향을 보였다. 형태적 측면에서 보면 재현적에서 표현적으로 이행할수록 기하학적 성향이 증가하는 경향성을 보였다. 작품에 담겨진 추상적 정서는 생명, 마음의 고향, 자연, 환생, 하늘, 신, 어머니, 기억, 목가적 정서, 바람, 빛, 경계 등의 동양적 성격이 주류를 이룬다,

        Survival Probability Dynamics of Scaled Brownian Motion: Effect of Nonstationary Property

        Scaled Brownian motion (SBM) is a popular model of nonstationary anomalous diffusion process. We here extend the SBM model to investigate the survival probability of stationary anomalous diffusion process. By making comparison between the SBM model and the stationary SBM model, we investigate the effect of stationarity on the first passage kinetics.

        Development of a Software Program for the Automatic Calculation of the Pulp/Tooth Volume Ratio on the Cone-Beam Computed Tomography

        Purpose: The aim of this study was to develop an automated software to extract tooth and pulpal area from sectional cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) images, which can guarantee more reproducible, objective and time-saving way to measure pulp/tooth volume ratio. Methods: The software program was developed using MATLAB (MathWorks). To determine the optimal threshold for the region of interest (ROI) extraction, user interface to adjust the threshold for extraction algorithm was added. Default threshold was determined after several trials to make the outline of extracted ROI fitting to the tooth and pulpal outlines. To test the effect of starting point location selected initially in the pulpal area on the final result, pulp/tooth volume ratio was calculated 5 times with different 5 starting points. Results: Navigation interface is composed of image loading, zoom-in, zoom-out, and move tool. ROI extraction process can be shown by check in the option box. Default threshold is adjusted for the extracted tooth area to cover whole tooth including dentin, cementum, and enamel. Of course, the result can be corrected, if necessary, by the examiner as well as by changing the threshold of density of hard tissue. Extracted tooth and pulp area are reconstructed three-dimensional (3D) and pulp/tooth volume ratio is calculated by voxel counting on reconstructed model. The difference between the pulp/tooth volume ratio results from the 5 different extraction starting points was not significant. Conclusions: In further studies based on a large-scale sample, the most proper threshold to present the most significant relationship between age and pulp/tooth volume ratio and the tooth correlated with age the most will be explored. If the software can be improved to use whole CBCT data set rather than just sectional images and to detect pulp canal in the original 3D images generated by CBCT software itself, it will be more promising in practical uses.

        SiGe 에피 공정기술을 이용하여 제작된 초 접합 금속- 산화막 반도체 전계 효과 트랜지스터의 시뮬레이션 연구

        In this paper, we propose a super-junction MOSFET (SJ MOSFET) fabricated through a simple pillar forming process by varying the Si epilayer thickness and doping concentration of pillars using SILVACO TCAD simulation. The design of the SJ MOSFET structure is presented, and the doping concentration of pillar, breakdown voltage (VBR) and drain current are analyzed. The device performance of conventional Si planar metal-oxide semiconductor field-effect transistor(MOSFET), Si SJ MOSFET, and SiGe SJ MOSFET was investigated. The p- and n-pillars in Si SJ MOSFET suppressed the punch-through effect caused by drain bias. This lead to the higher VBR and reduced on resistance of Si SJ MOSFET. An increase in the thickness of Si epilayer and decrease in the former is most effective than the latter. The implementation of SiGe epilayer to SJ MOSFET resulted in the improvement of VBR as well as drain current in saturation region, when compared to Si SJ MOSFET. Such a superior device performance of SiGe SJ MOSFET could be associated with smaller bandgap of SiGe which facilitated the drift of carriers through lower built-in potential barrier.
