        The study is to provide the guidelines for the classification of residential zoning System in Seoul which reflect district characteristics. To this end, we first identify the problems the residential areas of Seoul are facing, and set up the policy goals and guidelines for refinding the zoning system for residential areas. Also, this study reviewed density control in he classification of residential zoning system, based on the guidelines of density, which included height, ratio of total floor to ground area, and land distribution.

      • 2P-670 열처리사용한 폐 태양전지으로부터 실리콘회수 연구

        실리콘 태양전지의 수명은 약 15년~20년 정도여서 태양광 폐 모듈 발생률은 점차 증가 추세를 보이고 있으면, 2016년도 39톤에서 2027년에는 약 5,802톤 예상됨에 따라 태양광 폐 모듈로부터 실리콘 회수에 관한 연수를 수행하였다. 태양광 폐 모듈 구성 물질은 은(Ag), 실리콘(Si), EVA, Back sheet, Anti-reflection 등으로 이루어져 있으며, 태양전지 폐 모듈로부터 고순도의 실리콘을 회수하기 위해서 인산(H<sub>3</sub>PO<sub>4</sub>)과 온도에 따른 알루미늄(Al)와Anti-reflection제거 공정을 연구하였으며, 은(Ag) 제거하기 위해 질산(HNO<sub>3</sub>)을 사용하였다. EDS(Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy), ICP(Inductively Coupled Plasma)이용하여 실리콘(Si)과 유가금속(Ag, Al)의 순도를 분석하였다.

        At present all the discharged spent nuclear fuells are stored in at-reator (AR) pools of each nuclear power plant in Korea, but most of the exciting AR pools will lose their full core reserve capacities in the late of 1990s Untill the long-term spent nuclear fuel management policy will be established, this cummulative spent nuclear fuels should be safely stored in an applicable storage facility. By this study results, the alternatives to solve this storage problem of the cummulative spent nuclear fuels are recommended as the followings : If the policy making would be done in the near future, the storage capacities of the existing pools would be expanded by the replacement of the old racks into or the installation of high density racks, and, if it could not be, a centralized wet or dry storage management of the spent nuclear fuels should be more reasonable.

        Concentration limit of radioactive accumulation is not established so, effective public information to the people is limit. furthermore, several data which is not suitable for korean is used. Therefore, in this paper, concentration limit is determined using Korean food intake. Even if there were already-established research data, the current research was helpful to researchers in laboratories by giving them the sense of the current status in determining permissible concentration and understanding the plant habitat characteristics about the power plant. Ministary of science of technology will adopt the new recommendation soon, so at this paper, dose limit of new value is used. Experts in this area worry about over-expure by estimation of simple intake limit, therefore, complex intake limit is determined about all kinds of fishery products to solve the problem.

      • 臨界原子爐의 爐雜音 解析

        The reactor noise analysis methods have been widely employed for determining reactor parameters such as time constant and dynamic characteristics, assessing corrected operating characteristics, and diagnosing unexpected abnormal status in advance. Even though the reactor noise analysis methods are developing toward applying to the power reactor the basic theory for stochastic process of nuclear fission can only be verified though experimenting in a critical assembly. The present study is, thus, to develop the fundamental theories and verify through reactor experiments using AGN-201 critical assembly which starts to operate on campus recently. This paper deals with the basic approach to the reactor noise analysis, and is proceeded the detailed experimental results which will be reported in the succeeding reports.

      • 臨界 原子爐의 核的 特性

        The purpose of this study is to measure and determine accurately the critical mass which is the most important unclear characteristics in operation of AGN-201 reactor and the minimum amount of unclear fuel, U-235, to sustain chain reaction. The reactor temperature to affect critical mass was 18.4℃ during performing this experiment. As the result of critical experiment, the critical mass is 687.5 grams under the temperature condition mentioned the above.

        우주비행 훈련 기간에 채취한 예비우주인 모발의 형태적인 변화 - 증례 보고 -

        본 연구는 우주비행 훈련 중인 남녀 예비우주인의 모발을 채취하여 모발의 형태적 변화를 전자현미경을 사용하여 관찰하였고 인장강도 특성을 인장강도기를 사용하여 분석하였다. 남성과 여성 두 예비우주인의 모발 표면은 매우 거칠고 불규칙한 모양을 하고 있었다. 예비우주인들의 모발표면에는 파괴된 큐티클세포의 잔유물이 지저분하게 붙어 있었고, 비늘이 분리되어 있었다. 그리고 큐티클층을 이루고 있는 큐티클세포의 세포질에는 많은 구멍을 형성하고 있었다. 모발 표면에서 큐티클세포의 부서짐은 이들 구멍들이 형성된 부위인 내큐티클이 파괴되면서 나타났다. 그리고 여성 예비우주인 모발의 인장강도는 14.60mm로서 건강모발과 비교하였을 때 약 10% 감소한 것으로 나타났다. This study was investigated to observe morphological changes of two pre-astronauts' hair, male and female by electron microscopy and to analyze its tensile strength by using rheometer. The surface of those two pre-astronauts' hair, which were very rough and irregular, contained separated scales and destroyed remnants of cuticular cells. Also, there were many holes on the cytoplasm of the cuticular cells which forms the cuticle layer. The destruction begins when the endocuticle where the holes form gets destroyed. And then, The tensile strength of female pre-astronaut's hair was 14.60 mm which is 10% reduced, compared to that of the normal healthy hair. Thus, this result thought to be due to the prolonged change of the biorhythm and psychological instability of the pre-astronauts.

      • 市民參與의 意義와 企劃에 關한 小考

        Citizen participation which is, in reality, a very complex and multi-faceted concept refers to purposeful activities in which citizens take part in relation to government. Two general types of citizen participation are citizen action which is initiated and controlled by citizens, and citizen involvement which is initiated and controlled by government. Four major functions that citizen participation performs are supposed to be to develop consensus, to monitor administrative agencies, to assist administrative agencies, and to initiate government reform. The steps to be taken to carry out a citizen participation program, especially a citizen involvement program successfully are as follows: selecting the policy issue, identifying the participating parties, determining when in the policy process, formulating and articulating the participation goals and objectives, identifying participation methods or activities, analyzing the resources required for any given methods, reidentifying the resources available to the participating parties, matching alternative methods to objectives, selecting an appropriate method or methods, implementing the selected participation activities, evaluating the implemented activities, and reflecting the evaluation results. Citizen participation should be viewed as a means to an end, not as an end in itself. In order to assess the effectiveness of citizen participation reliably, we should do our best so that the citizen participation program may fall in the healthiest evaluation environment where there would be agreement on the participation goals and objectives on the one hand, and fairly complete know-ledge of a cause and effect relationship between the specified partcipation activity and the achievement of the specified goals and objectives on the other hand. In a word, qualitative improvement is more important than quantitative growth in undertaking citizen participation, expecially in a society directed toward democratization, and therefore the administrative officials' capability of planning citizen participation should be gradually improved in the future.
