Artificial intelligence(AI) and blockchain are developing as the core technology leading the Fourth Industrial Revolution. However, AI is still showing limitations in securing and verifying data and explaining the evidence for the results, and blockchain also has some drawbacks such as excessive energy consumption and lack of flexibility in data management. This study analyzed technological limitations of AI and blockchain and convergence trends to overcome them, and finally suggested ways to improve Korea’s related policies. Specifically, in terms of R&D reinforcement, we proposed 1) mid- and long-term AI /blockchain convergence research at the national level and 2) blockchain-based AI data platform development. In terms of creating an innovative ecosystem, we also suggested 3) development of AI/blockchain convergence applications by industry, and 4) Start-up support for developing AI/blockchain convergence business models. Lastly, in terms of improving the legal system, we insisted that 5) widening the application of regulatory sandboxes and 6) improving regulations related to privacy protection is necessary. 인공지능과 블록체인은 4차산업혁명을 이끌어 갈 핵심기술로 각광을 받으며 발전하고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 인공지능은 데이터 확보 및 검증, 결과값에 대한 근거 설명 등에서 한계를 보이고 있고 블록체인 역시 과다한 에너지 소모, 데이터 관리의 유연성 부족 등이 확산을 저해하는 단점으로 꼽히고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 상호보완적인 성격을 지닌 인공지능과 블록체인의 기술 및 산업 동향과 한계점, 그리고 이를 극복하기 위한 기술융합 방안을 분석하고 정책 개선방안을 제시하였다. 구체적으로 혁신정책 관점을 적용해 연구개발(R&D) 강화 측면에서 1) 국가 차원의 중장기 인공지능/블록체인 융합 연구 추진, 2) 블록체인 기반 인공지능 데이터 플랫폼 구축, 혁신 생태계 조성 측면에서 3) 산업별 인공지능/블록체인 융합 응용 발굴 지원, 4) 인공지능/블록체인 융합 비즈니스 모델 개발 스타트업 지원, 법제도 개선 측면에서 5) 규제 샌드박스 확대 적용, 6) 개인정보보호 관련 규제 정비를 제안하였다.
EBT로 처리된 음이온 교환수지에 의한 Fe(Ⅲ), Ca(Ⅱ), Mg(Ⅱ) 및 Ni(Ⅱ)이온의 흡착에 관한 연구

The adsorption of Fe(Ⅲ), Ca(Ⅱ), Mg(Ⅱ) and Ni(Ⅱ) ions by chelating agent-treated resin was studied in aqueous media. The resin was prepared by the treated conventional anion exchange resin, Dowex l-X8 (50 to 100 mesh) with chelating agent containing sulfonic groups such as Eriochrome Black T(EBT). The stability of the resin was markedly influenced by the pH of the media. The optimum conditions for the adsorption of metal ions were determined in respect to the pH, shaking time and mixture solution of metal ions. Separations of Fe(Ⅲ) and Ca(Ⅱ) from multicomponent solutions of Fe(Ⅲ), Ca (Ⅱ) Mg(Ⅱ) and Ni(Ⅱ) are possible by adjusting the pH of these solutions. The total caoacities of the resins in Fe (Ⅲ) were found 3.99㎛ol/gr in the condition of pH 3.0 and in Ca 3.79㎛ol/gr in the condition of pH. 8.8.
생성형 AI의 국가 경쟁력 강화 방안에 대한 탐색적 연구 :대·중소기업 협력을 중심으로

In the wake of ChatGPT's advent, there has been an explosive surge of public interest in generative AI, coupled with a growing industry-wide adoption that spans beyond text, extending to images, audio, video, and even 3D generation. However, the prominence of South Korea's generative AI landscape lags behind that of leading foreign nations, necessitating the exploration of alternative avenues to rectify this disparity. To address this gap, the present study embarks on a quest to unearth strategies that augment South Korea's generative AI technological prowess and fortify its competitive edge within the global market. As a culmination of meticulous analysis into the technical fabric and ecological dynamics of generative AI, this research propounds a framework of mutual collaboration. This harmonious collaboration seeks to seamlessly blend the specialized technological strengths of startups and small to medium-sized enterprises with the substantial capital and infrastructure of large corporations. The ensuing models include: 1) A symbiotic partnership encompassing large corporations' disclosure of high-cost, large-scale foundational models, coupled with startups/small to medium-sized enterprises developing specialized Small Low-Latency Models (sLLMs); 2) A paradigm that amplifies the utilization of generative AI applications through the introduction of large corporations' proprietary generative AI applications to startups/small to medium-sized enterprises; 3) A comprehensive approach involving synthetic data generation via corporations' foundational models, augmented by validation of synthetic data by startups/small to medium-sized enterprises, subsequently enhancing sLLM performance; 4) A visionary proposal advocating for the establishment of dedicated generative AI funds by large corporations to fuel the pivotal technology development by startups/small to medium-sized enterprises. Moreover, this study meticulously surveys the generative AI landscape, both on an international scale and within the domestic domain, subsequently offering policy recommendations geared towards fostering seamless collaboration between large corporations and startups/small to medium-sized enterprises, in order to propel the realm of generative AI towards unprecedented heights.

Two known lavandulylated flavanones, leachianone A (1) and sophoroaflavanone G (2), were isolated from the roots of S. flavascens Ait. The structures of these compounds were determined on the basis of IR, 1D and 2D NMR in addition to direct comparison with authentic compounds. However, leachianone A (1) and sophoroflavanone G (2) did not have growth inhibition activity against any microorganisms (MIC, >200 ${\mu}g/ml$).
