      • 中小企業을 위한 戰略的經營의 理論的 모델

        It goes without saying that relative importance of small businesses in the national economy is great. Moreover, now that Local Self-government Low and the Local Economy Activation policies are expected to be enforced in the near future reflecting the democratization trends of the country, the importance of small businesses rooted most cases in local societies has become much greater, The author, with a view that the strategic management models of small businessees should be different from those of big businesses, tried to establish a new strategic management model suitable for small businesses. The major characteristics of the new model for small businesses are as follows. 1. In existing models which had been designed mainly for big businesses, the top management are assumed to perfrom major strategic decision makings. But in small businesses, the top management, whick involves very limited number of person, often lacks the abilities to persue a strategic management, nor can afford to employ specialists on that matter. To ease this difficulties, the author emphasized that Total Strategic Management System in necessary. In this Total Strategic Management system all he emplyees are given the opportunities to participate in the strategic management through strategic management team composed of them. 2. In the business objectives formulation process, the precise analyses of the top management's ideal and values and the growth steps of the business have to be done. 3. In the step of analysis & diagnosis, the relation with big businesses is necessary because for a small business the environmental fators related to big businesses are important than any other things. 4. In the process of strategy choice, the evaluation criteria and techniques should be defined and the prediction of future business environment should be done. 5. In the strategy implementation process, reconsideration and redesigning of production system that is essential for businesses should be done any other things. And small businesses have the heterogeneous and pluralistic natures owing to the variousness of their types, scales, company systems, operating areas, etc. As a result, there could not exist an all-round strategic managements model for small businesses. The author's model could only be regarded as a basic paradigm which an actual user can modify by omission or addition. In addition, to make this model more concrete, more specific empircal researches should be done on the small businesses of as various types, scales, regions as possibie.

      • S.D.R의 企業에서 適用에 關한 硏究

        The purpose of this paper is to examine aggregate production planning technique so far developed and then to suggest a way of make good use of S.D.R.(Search Decision Rule) in which a computer-programmed serch routine is being put to use. First of all, one method is programmed which helps to make a decision in the production planning of a general enterprise, making common use of personal computer. The algortithm of the adaptive pattern serch by Taubert is introduced in this programming. Our concern is with giving a model for the component cost, as shown in the L.D.R.(Linear Decision Rule). This results in our assumption that in this cost function formula it is feasible to formulate cost structure formula fit for our medium and small enterprise. From the above-mentioned formula comes the programming, the optimum value for which being serched. The S.D.R. of this kind is believed to contribute to decision making for production planning, and also much should supposedly be done for the study of S.D.R.

      • CAD/CAM시스템의 效率的 活用方案에 관한 硏究

        The most important trend in the production system is the increasing use of computers in the field of product design, manufacturing, and production management. The application of computers in design and manufacturing, which is known as computer-aided design(CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing(CAM), is the core part in the computer integrated manufacturing system. This study is to explain CAD/CAM system, to analyze its present uses, and to argue about the ways of promoting its utilization in the Korean companies. As a conclusion, to enhance the utilization of CAD/CAM system in the Korean companies, the thesis recommended the followings as a new way of introducing CAD/CAM system; 1) to make basically feasible introduction plan, 2) to set up medium or small sized system rather than large system, 3) to establish systematic CAD/CAM education system, and 4) to institutionalize research and development effort into applicable software. Future prospects for CAD/CAM system are greatly enhanced by developments in communications, microprocessors, and associated software. CAD/CAM system will play an ever increasing role in design and production circles. It is likely to become one of the major growth areas of the 80s and 90s.

      • 製品責任問題와 그 對策에 關한 考察 : 製品의 信賴性管理를 中心으로 With Particular Reference to Product Reliability Management

        What product liability means is that manufacturers or sellers should be liable for damage done by those defects of products which may encroach upon the consumer's life,his or her body or property rights. In order for the enterprise to cope with the product liability successfully, it should minimize the probability of the product liability through reliability management. The optimum level of reliability is decided theoretically at the lowest point of the unit total reliability cost, the sum of the unit failure cost and the unit reliability investment. The enterprise are able to find out the optimum level by inspecting the market quality cost data, using the normal budget procedure, and establishishing the optimum proportion in the quality cost. In addition, the following measures should be taken for product liability prevention by all the sections of the enterprise from an accross-the-board demention; ①Material supply measure by purchasing section ②Technical measure by design section ③On-the-spot measure by production section ④Reliability measure by quality control section ⑤Product liability prevention measure by sale section ⑥Measure for currently enforced product liability regulations In short, the best measure for product liability is to try to reach highest level of quality assurance by performing total quality control and reliability management with emphasis on safety and respect for human life, which involves full consideration of social responsiblity on the part of the enterprise.

      • AMT 導入過程의 戰略計劃과 主要成功要因

        The enhanced competition has been led to rapid market changes with shorter product life cycles causing firms to specialize in high quality product. With rapid market changes and smaller market segments, companies have difficulty in achiving ecnomies of scale in a single product production. For this reason, firms about automation and advanced manufacturing technology(AMT) have been focuced on the opportunities provided by economies of scope, which exists in the production of multiple products. There are many examples of organizations which have travelled the manufacturing automation path only to finish up with islands of automation or inappropriate technologies. While some of the physical problems have been resolved, through developments in areas such as MAP/TOP, companies are still faced with the problem of formulating and developing AMT plan - especially CIM(computer integrated manufacturing) plan, which will support the overall corporate strategy. In the planning process, firms have to approach AMT strategically in applying it to integrate their various functions. As one of those strategic planning methods, CSF(critical success factors) is possible to be developed and used with the advanced of manufacturing and other functions. This study developed the AMT planning methodology introduced in CSF to assist the planning process. Hopefully, this overview of the AMT and CIM planning methodology has reinforced the opening remarks of this paper, in particular, that: ·AMT planning is not a technical exercise but is very much a part of business strategy development. ·MAP and TOP have only resolved intergration problems, and in no way have obviated the need for planning. ·AMT planning is a complex exercise, involving a mixture of skills and expertise right through the organization, not just manufacturing. The AMT methodology and it's CSFs discussed briefly in this paper, treated CIM in its broadest sense. Computer Integrated Manufacturing all too often is regarded as a manufacturing strategy. If it is dealt with in this way we will only see larger islands of automation. CIM is a tool used to support an overall corporate strategy encompassing all functions with in the organiztion.

      • 서비스 품질 측정모형의 평가에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to review the validity of three alternative service quality models developed so far. Specifically, the non-difference score model proposed by Brown, Churchill and Peter (1993), the SERVPERF model developed by Cronin and Taylor (1992), and SERQUAL model suggested by PZB (1988) are evaluated for its relevance. Other Important research topics regarding service quality involve the results of service quality. According to the literature, the service quality and the customer satisfaction play a key role in forming the purchase intention. The studies on the causal relation between service quality and customer satisfaction have shown mixed results, and how the two factors interact to influence customers' purchase intention is still contested between researchers. This study empirically investigates these issues.

        Service quality and customer satisfaction are widely recognized as key influences in the formation of consumers' purchase intentions in service environments. The purpose of this paper is to understand the relationships between service quality and consumer satisfaction in the formation of consumers' purchase intentions by empirically assessing the nature of the relationships. The results suggest that service quality directly influences consumers' purchase intentions and consumer satisfaction mediates the service quality and purchase intention relationships. The managerial and research implications of the study are also discussed.

      • 效率的인 在庫管理시스템에 관한 硏究 : JIT시스템을 중심으로

        In this study, so as to cope with various surroundings, for example, economic and technological environments, diversified tastes of consumers, etc., which are changing very rapidly, and to reinforce international competitiveness by reducing production cost and improving productivity through efficient inventory management, the authors have briefly examined traditional inventory management system and MRP system and have deeply investigated JIT system theoretically. It can be said that MRP system is derived from the theory that traditional inventory management, which do not consider changeable circumstances of today`s manufacturing, is inefficient. On the contrary, JIT system is a peculiar one which is properly established on Japanese industrial environment. MRP system and JIT system, which were devised to result in efficient industrial management by minimizing inventory material and improving productivity, are more or less similar in basic conception and production management. Considering management cycle, MRP system has advantages in planning and controlling, and JIT system has advantages in doing. So the disadvantages of MRP system in shop floor management can be lessened by utilizing JIT system, and those of JIT system can be reduced by utilizing the advantages of MRP system. JIT system, which improves quality and reduces wastes by diminishing the waste of materials, enhancing labor productivity, lessening safty stock, and bringing about rapid feedback on defective goods, is suitable for repetitive production. MRP system is suitable for nonrepetitive manufacturing, and JIT system, if joined to MRP system, can be applicable to semirepetitive production. In this thesis, the authors have examined inventory management system theoretically. In the future, through emperical investigation, efficient models of inventory management system, which are suitable for Korean industrial environment and production companies, should be invented.
