        부가가치지적계수(VAIC) 활용 제약산업의 누적맴퀴스트 지수(CMI) 분석

        This study analyzed the efficiency of pharmaceutical companies. This paper used the intellectual capital as input variable and the total asset return, the ratio of book value to the market value as the output variables. This study used CCR and BCC bootstrapping method to reflect measurement errors of inputs and outputs. Specifically, the cumulative Malmquist index which estimates the productivity change of each year based on 2009 was used. Panel regression analysis was carried out to analyze the effects of productivity change. In the analysis of the productivity change, it was seen that the efficiency is doubled from 2009 to 2016, and the growth by the efforts of the pharmaceutical companies is larger than the growth by the technology change. In addition, the productivity increase of pharmaceutical companies that belonged to the IRS or CRS were higher than the DRS companies. When the productivity higher increase was showed in the non-group and the KOSDAQ, small sized companies. In particular, the effect of investment on human capital is significant in order to increase efficiency (EC) in the pharmaceutical industry.

      • Monascus Purpureus의 色素增産과 用途에 관한 硏究(Ⅰ)

        Recently unlawful colors are misused as the food activities, and this puts forth, to our great regret, a massive social problem on the national health and hygiene. This study was carried out to investigate the color increment and its associated items of Monascus purpureus, which produces red color as the edible sourse except aniline colors, and the followings are found out. 1. The color produced by Monascus purpureus is red in acid solution but red color disappears and turns yellow in alkaline solution. At pH 4.4∼7.0, the red color appears clear and at pH 6.6, it is clearest.《Table 2》《Fig.1》 As most foods are in general shightly acid, this color is suitable for food color. 2. When the water content of the culture medium is 73∼85%, the color was formed most profoundly. Exessive large amount of water content disturbed extremely the color formation than exessive small amount of water content.《Fig.2,3》《Table 3,4》《Photo. 1,2》 3. As to for period of color formation of Monascus purpureus, the color increases Ncutely in 6~8 days, increses slowly in 11∼12 days, and decreases slowly thereafter, 《Fig.4》《Table 5》 4. As the material of culture medium of Monascus purpureus, polished barley produced more color than rice and wheat.《Photo. 3,4》 5. The favorable pH for color formation on the solid medium was slightly acid and generally the color formation was evident at pH 5.4∼6.6.《Table 1》《Fig. 5》《Photo. 4,5》 6. The optimum period for color formation with liquid culture (8-9days) was shortened by 3∼4days than with olio culture, and the amounts of mycelium were most increased in 7∼8days.《Table 7》《Fig.6》

      • 人蔘栽培中 腐敗防止에 관한 硏究 : 特히 連作障害의 原因究明에 대하여

        Studies on the microbes and soil components of samples which were under continuous growth of ginseng (sample G.) and samples after harvest of ginseng (sample F.) were made to find the causes of continuous cultivational obstruction, and the compared results based on cultivational annum are as the following. 1) The contents of microbes of sample G were decreased with the increasing of the cultivated annum, and the contents in the sample F. were on the contrary. This results seemed to be caused by insecticides. 2) pH of the sample G. were increased depending on the cultivated annum, and in the sample F it were showed the decreasing of pH. 3) The organic compounds were contained more amount in the sample G. cultivated for 2-3 years than the other soil, but the deviation of the contents were very small. 4) The phsphate was contained more amounts in the sample G. cultivated for 4-5 years than the other soil, and in the sample F. cultivated for 1-2 years it was contained more amounts than the other soil, 5) The components of potassium, calcium and magnesium were contained more amounts in the sample G cultivated for 4-6 years than the other soil, but the variation of the contents contents according to the cultivated annum were not appeared the distinct deviation. The contents of zinc, iron, maganese and C.E.C were not changed during the cultivated annum. 6) The contents of copper was increased depending on the cultivated annum, and in the sample G it was decreased with the cultivated annum. The experimental results obtained from the sample G and the sample F were showed the inter-relation among the rot of ginseng-root, continuous cultivation and the deviation of the contents in the components of the both soil.

      • 殺蟲劑 γ-BHC가 土壤細菌數 및 土壤呼吸에 미치는 影響

        The insecticide gamma-BHC ammended with gulcose and ammonium phosphate solution was added continuously to soil in aerobic and anaerobic condition, and its effects upon number of soil bacteria and soil respiration and the decomposition of gamma-BHC itself were studied over 15 days in the laboratory. The results are summarized as follows The treatment of gamma BHC inhibited the soil respiration in aerobic condition, but not effected in anaerobic condition. The treatment of gamma BHC increased the leaching of bacteria into the percolated solution in aerobic condition, however decreased in anaerobic condition. The decomposition of gamma-BHC was more rapid in unaerobic condition, and the addition of glucose and ammonium phosphate as substrates stimulated the decomposition of gamma BHC in both all conditions. These results are discussed in relation to the differential effects of the insecticide on microflora, soil respiratory activity and decomposition of gamma-BHC itself.

        A quantitative quality control method of traditional oriental drug Bupleurum falcatum and B. longiradiotum was attempted with the high performance liquid chromatograph. Sapons(saikoside D) could be assayed on an Ultrasil^TM-NH₂column(10μm, 4.5㎜×25㎝ length stainless steel column) by using a variable wavelength UV detector, The moble phase containing chloroform : Methanol : water : 2% Sodium hydroxide(10 : 1: 0.1) was utilized The proposed method is considered to be useful for the quality control of the above mentioned traditional oriental drug.

        Q방법론을 활용한 스포츠강좌이용권에 대한 주관적 인식 분석

        The purpose of this study is to categorize perceptions held by major stakeholders of the sports voucher using the ‘Q methodology’, which researches human subjectivity, and to suggest improvements for the sports voucher based on a social welfare policy analysis model by Gilbert & Terrell. Through literature reviews and interviews, a Q-population was formed, and 34 Q-samples were selected. The Q-sorting was conducted with P-sample 40. Data analysis was performed using the QUANL program. As a result, four stakeholder perspectives (social equality, economic efficiency, social stability, and social integration) were identified. Key issues that emerged were opinions on the support period and unauthorized receipts. Emphasizing the importance of securing stable finances and long-term planning, the study proposed improvements such as adjusting the support period and amount, strengthening management and oversight of misuse, managing service quality, and introducing a voucher usage setting system.

      • Berberine 骨格變換에 關한 合成硏究

        Reaction of Berberine hydrochloride with CH_3MgBr afforded the 5,6-dihydro-8-methyk-9, 10-diet-hyxybenzo[g]-1,3-benzodioxalo[5, 6-a]-quinolizium [Ⅰ]good yield. Oxidation of the [Ⅰ]with m-chloroperbenzoic acid in CH_2 Cl_2 in a stream of N_2 at -20°∼-30° gave the 8-methyl phenol betaine [ⅱ]. And treatment of[Ⅱ]with dimethyl acetylent-dicarbamate in terahydrofurance[THF] under reflux for 6 hr. afforded the cycloadduct[Ⅲ]. Heating of[Ⅲ]in ethanol effected smooth isomerization leaching to the azocine [Ⅳ].

      • 漢方藥의 成分 및 藥效에 關한 硏究(第2報) : Berberine 骨格變換에 對한 硏究 Studies on the Variation of Skeletons of Berberine

        Previously we reported the simple photochemical valance automerization of berberinephenolbetaine derived from berbine in to the 8-methyl-8,14-cycloberbine. Treatmetn of the 8-methyl-8,14-cycloberbine with 10% acetone and Borontrifluorideethylether at room temperature for 3hr. afforded 8-hydro-8-methylspirobenzylisoquinoline(Ⅰ) Reduction of the substance (Ⅰ) with sodiumborohydride was converted easily to the 8,13-dihydroxy-8-menthyl-spirobenzylisoquinoline (Ⅱ) in good yields. On acidic treatment the 8-methyl-8,14-cycloberberne with thiophenol was afforded also 8-methyl-8-thiophenylspirobenzylisoquinoline (Ⅲ). The substance (Ⅲ) was strirred in methanol with sodiumborohydride at room temperature for 4hr. to give the 13-hydroxy-8-methyl-8-thiophenylspirobenzylisoquineoline (Ⅳ).
