        실리콘 변성 에폭시 언더코팅액 물성 연구

        Polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)을 이용한 실리콘 변성 에폭시(PDMSME) 언더코팅액의 변성 조건이 코팅 도막물성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 실리콘 변성 에폭시 언더코팅 도막은 에폭시 코팅 도막에 비하여 월등히 우수한휨성을 가지며 경도는 PDMS에 결합된 실란 커플링제에 의해 개환된 에폭시 링의 개수와 밀접한 관계를 가짐을 알수 있었다. PDMS에 결합된 개환된 에폭시 링의 개수가 증가함에 따라 대기 중의 수분과의 수가교에 의한 가교밀도 증가에 의하여 경도가 증가되며 사용된 PDMS의 탄성적 성질에 의하여 휨성 또한 우수해짐을 알 수 있었다. PDMS 분자량이 증가됨에 따라 코팅 도막의 경도는 낮아지는 반면 실리콘의 함량 증가에 따른 표면 접촉각이 증가됨을 알 수 있었다. 이와 함께 PDMS의 분자량이 증가됨에 따라 아세톤 용액에 의한 PDMSME 주사슬의 entanglement감소에 의하여 코팅액의 점도가 감소되며 그 결과, 언더코팅 도막의 표면 거칠기가 감소됨을 알 수 있었다. The effect of modification conditions on the physical properties of polydimethyl siloxane modified epoxy(PDMSME) was investigated. The number of ring opened epoxy attached to polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) by silanecoupling agent affected the physical properties of undercoating materials. The flexibility of thin coating was enhancedby PDMSME and the increase of ring opened epoxy attached to PDMS resulted in the increase of hardness by thecrosslinking in the present with moisture. The higher molecular weight of PDMS caused the lowering of hardness whilethe surface contact angle increased due to the high silicone content in PDMS. The viscosity of silicone modified epoxycoating materials decreased with increasing of molecular weight of PDMS due to the lowering of entanglement ofPDMSME molecules by acetone solvent and consequently, the smooth undercoated surface was obtained.

        폴리카보네이트 필름 표면 처리가 증착 SiOx 베리어층 접착에 미치는 영향

        폴리카보네이트(PC) 필름을 유연기판으로 사용하기 위해서는 SiOx 증착에 의한 베리어 특성 개선이 필요하며 이때 베리어 층과 PC 계면 접착력이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 언더 코팅, UV/O3 및 저온 플라즈마와 같은 다양한 표면 처리 방법에 의하여 PC 필름 표면을 개질하여 표면의 물리적 화학적 변화가 증착된 베리어 층 계면 접착력에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 표면 처리 전의 PC 필름은 표면 거칠기 및 표면 에너지가 매우 낮아 SiOx 베 리어 층과의 접착력이 현저히 떨어짐을 알 수 있었다. PC 필름을 저온 플라즈마로 표면 처리한 결과, 표면의 거칠 기 증가와 극성 관능기 생성에 의하여 극성 표면 에너지가 향상되는 반면 UV/O3 처리의 경우, 표면 거칠기 변화 없이 표면에 생성된 극성 관능기에 의해 극성 표면 에너지가 증가됨을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 표면의 변화는 베리어 층과 PC 기판의 계면 접착력 증가에 기여함을 알 수 있었다. 표면 처리 방법으로 언더 코팅을 사용하는 경우 표면 에 에너지를 가하지 않아도 코팅제의 아크릴산과 SiOx의 접착력 향상에 의하여 PC 필름과의 계면 접착력이 증가되며 유무기 하이브리드 다층 구조에 의한 베리어 특성 개선이 함께 일어남을 알 수 있었다. The interfacial adhesion strength is very important in SiOx deposited PC film for the barrier enhanced polycarbonate (PC) flexible substrate. In this study, PC films were treated by undercoating, UV/O3 and low temperature plasma and then the effect of physical and chemical surface modifications on the interfacial adhesion strength between PC film and SiOx barrier layer were studied. It was found that untreated PC film shows significantly low interfacial adhesion strength due to the smooth surface and low surface free energy of PC. Low temperature plasma treatments resulted in the increase of both surface roughness and surface free energy due to etching and the appearance of polar molecules on the PC surface. However, UV/O3 treatment only shows the increase of surface free energy by developed polar molecules on the surface. These surface modifications caused the enhancement of surface interfacial strength between PC film and SiOx barrier. In the case of undercoating, it was found that the increase of surface interfacial strength was achieved by adhesion between various acrylic acid on acrylate coated surface and SiOx without increase of polar surface energy. In addition, the barrier property is also improved by organic-inorganic hybrid multilayer structure.

        실리콘 변성 에폭시 코팅 액의 제조와 물성

        PDMS modified epoxy resin with epoxy group (EMPDMS) was prepared from the reaction of α,ω-aminopropylpolydimethylsiloxaneand diglycidyl ether of bisphenol-A (DGEBA) based epoxy resin, and PDMS modified epoxy hybrid compound (EMPDMSH)was prepared by introducing alkylesteraminopropyl alkoxy silane to EMPDMS. Their structures were characterized usingFT-IR, 1H-NMR and 29Si-NMR. Coating materials were prepared by mixing EMPDMSH base and solvent. Physical propertiesof the coating materials coated on epoxy/glass fiber composite film were measured according to the content of PDMS inEMPDMSH. Contact angle of coating film was increased 30 to 71 degree. Adhesive property of coating film was 5B degreebetter then epoxy or acrylate coating materials, and surface roughness was decreased as increasing in EMPDMSH.

        자궁내막암의 임상병리학적 고찰

        During the 6 year period, frorn May 1, 1989 to August 31, 1995, 40 cases of endometrial carcinoma were encountered at College of Medicine, University of Ulsan, Asan Medical Center. The purpose of this study is to investigate the patient's clinical characteristics and to correlate these findings with the there histopathologic results. The results were as follows : 1. There was an increasing tendency of endometrial carcinoma during 3-year time interval between May 1, 1989 and August 31, 1995. 2. Age distribution of the patients with endometrial cancer showed; 10% for the 31s ages$lt;40, 27.5% for the 41$lt;age$lt;50, 35% for the 51$lt;age$lt;60, 20% for the 61$lt;age$lt;70, 7.5% for the 71$lt;age$lt;80. The mean age of endometrial carcinoma was 53.9 years. 3. The parity of the patients showed; nulliparity 5%, primiparity 52.5%, multiparity 42.5%. 4. Distribution of body weight showed; underweight 7.5%, normal body weight 35%, overweight 45.0%, and obesity 12.5%. 5. The menopausal status of the patients showed ; premenopausal state 25%, perimenopausal state 15%, and postmenopausal state 60%. The sum of the perimenopausal and postmenopausal state was 75%. 6. The risk factors of endometrial carcinoma were postmenopausal state in 24 cases(60%), hypertension in 9 cases(22.5%), obesity in 5 cases(12.5%), estrogen users in 3 cases (7.5%), diabetes melitus in 2 cases(5%), infertility in 2 cases(5%). coxisting pelvic pathologies were myoma uteri(20%), adenomyosis(7.5%), being ovarian tumor(5%), malignant ovarian tumor(2.5%), endometrial hyperplasia(2.5%). 7. According to WHO histopathological classification, the pathologic subtypes were adenocarcinoma(97.4%), adenoacanthoma(2.6%) in order of frequency. 8. According to FIGO classification, the stages of the patiens were classified as ; stage Ia(56.4%), stage Ib(10.2%), stage Ic(13.0%), stage IIb(2.6%), stage IIIa(5.0%), stage IIIc (2.6%), stage IV(10.2%). 9. The treatment modalities of the disease showed ; surgey alone(62.5%), surgey and hormonal therapy(12.5%), surgey and chemotherpy(7.5%), combined surgey, chemotherpy and hormonal therpy(5%), surgey and radiotherapy(5%), radiation alone(2.5%), radiotherapy and chemotherapy(2.5%), combined surgey, radiotherapy and chemotherapy(2.5%). 10. MRI criteria in the determination of myometrial invasion was evaluated ; its ability to predict the depth of myometrial invasion was compared with the post-operative pathologic diagnosis. In 14 of 23 stage I patients(accuracy:61%), MRI correctly predicted the invasion depth. 11. Two-year survival rates according to FIGO stage were as follows ; stage Ia(100%), stage Ib(100%), stage Ic(100%), stage II(100%), stage III(100%), stage IV(50%), Two-year survival rates according to histologic grade were as follow ; grade I(100%). grade II(100%), grade III(66.6%).
