운동장 및 체육수업 유무에 따른 초등학생들의 신체활동량 분석

본 연구는 초등학교 남·여 학생들의 운동장 유·무와 체육 수업 유·무에 따른 신체 활동량을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구 대상자들은 40명의 초등학교 남·여(남자 20명, 여자 20명) 학생들로 하였으며, 이들 대상자들에게 체육수업이 있는 날과 없는 날 이틀 동안 기상에서부터 취침 전까지 1일 활동량을 알아보기 위해 만보계와 폴라를 착용하도록 하였다. 운동장 유·무에 따른 1일 총 보수는 체육시간 있는 날은 남·여 모두 운동장 있는 학교학생의 보수가 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 체육시간이 없는 날은 운동장이 있는 여학교의 여학생이 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 체육시간 유·무에 따른 보수는 운동장이 있는 학교, 없는 학교의 남·여 모두 체육시간이 있는 날 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 운동장 유·무에 따른 1일 칼로리 소비량은 체육수업이 없는 날 운동장이 있는 학교의 여학생이 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 체육시간 유·무에 따른 칼로리 소모량은 남자의 경우 운동장 있는 학교, 없는 학교 모두 체육시간이 있는 날이 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 체육수업이 없는 날 운동장 유·무에 따른 활동별 보수는 하교-취침시간, 중식시간이 유의하게 높게 나타났으며, 체육수업이 있는 날은 하교-취침시간, 오전수업시간이 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 체육수업이 없는 날과 있는 날의 운동장 유·무에 따른 활동별 평균심박수는 남, 여 모두 중식시간에 유의하게 높게 나타났다. The purpose of study was aimed at analyzing elementary school students` physical activity upon the existence of playground and physical education(P.E). Subjects were conducted with 40 elementary school students(male; 20, female; 20). The students` steps during a day including P.E class upon existence of playground showed significantly high both male and female students. The school has playground showed also significantly high steps both male and female students in the day without P.E. Regardless of existence of playground, calorie consumption of one day did not differ specifically in P.E day. Female students` calorie consumption in a day was high when they had a P.E class. But male students` result was not high. When studens didn`t had P.E class, the steps of male and female students that they had a playground were very high. Male and female students` steps during after school and sleeping time were higher than any other time. Their steps in lunch time were highly than class time. All of students` steps were highly related with the existence of playground and periodical matters. According to activities, the mean heart rate at lunch time was the highest in every activities.

Several comparisons of treatment methods for stabilizing corroded Chinese coins at Shin-an marine sites were investigated. In aqueous solution, the seexamination were performed to show whether chloride ions are gradually removed, patination changes are acceptable and archaeological details are identified. The six desalting methods showed that the orders of removal of chloride ions were ranked electrolysis (electolyte : 0.1M sodium sesqui.)> 5% sodium dithionite(1M NaOH)> 5%sodium dithionite(0.1M sesqui.)> 5% citric acid> 0.1M sodium sesquicarbonate>deionized water. As the examinations of moisture absorption to the relative humidity has compared for bronze disease, all of desalted coins for the R.H 53% and R.H 75%except to R.H 95% are showed serious bronze disease.

Scientific study for Chong-Tong was carried out firstly by ICP and C /S analysis. Hyeon-Ja-Chong-Tong is made by Ryang-Ne-Ryo_Dong and identified the oldest Chong-Tong among them same items never since excavated from in Korea. It was found that Byol-Seung-Ja-Chong-Tong includes gunpowder and by $\gamma$-Radiography and casted at the 1592 just before Hideyoshi's invasion of Korea. these Chong-Tong is fired by the fuse is the muzzl-loading.
강원도 양양군 쌍호, 가평리습지, 궁개호, 염개호의 20세기 경관 변화

양양군 오산리 일대에는 쌍호, 가평리습지, 궁개호와 염개호 등 4개의 석호가 높은 밀도로 나타난다. 쌍호는 동해안의 대표 석호군과 함께 해진극상기에 하구부가 익곡되어 현재까지 호수를 유지하고 있으나, 가평리습지와 궁개호, 염개호는 사빈의 제간습지에 형성되었다. 20세기동안 4개 석호는 대체로 축소 및 위치변화 정도가 심한데, 그 원인을 자연적인 요인과 인간의 영향, 그리고 기타 요인으로 구분하여 검토하였다. 지형발달에 따른 매적단계와 함께 20세기동안 급속하게 진행된 산업화와 개발에 따른 매립, 소규모 석호의 존재가치에 대한 인식 부족이나 지도작성시 오류, 그리고 측량기술의 낙후성에 기인한다. 따라서 경관 복원 계획은 석호의 성격에 따라 다르게 진행되어야 하며, 쌍호를 우선적으로 복원하는 것이 권장되며, 인간의 영향이 최소한 미쳤던 1920년대의 지형으로 되돌리는 것이 바람직하다. Coastal lagoons(Ssangho, Gapyeongri wetland, Gunggaeho and Yeomgaeho) distribute densely around Osan-ri, Yangyang-gun. While Ssangho with the representative lagoon group in the East Coast has maintained the lagoon conditions of water surface since it was formed during the Climax of transgression, the others were formed at the swale areas of sand beach. They vary considerably in area reduction rates and position variations during the 20th century, and the causes examined can be divided into natural, human and other factors. They result in the lagoon aggradation stage by geomorphic development, reclamation due to rapid industrialization and urban development during the 20th century, and lacks of understanding on values of small coastal lagoon or errors in mapping and lags of survey techniques. Therefore, the plans for lagoon restorations should be proceeded by the individual properties of lagoons. The restorations of Ssangho are recommended preferentially and it is desirable to restore to the lagoon conditions of 1920s when the influences of human were minimum.
복합 운동 프로그램이 50~60대 비만 여성의 건강체력 및 대사증후군 인자에 미치는 영향

This study purposed to examine the effects of a combined exercise program for obesity clinics on factors related to 50-aged and 60-aged women’s health-related physical fitness and metabolic syndrome. For this purpose, we sampled 32 50-aged and 60-aged women participating in the obesity clinic of a health center in C and investigated how an 8-week combined exercise program affected the factors of their health-related physical fitness and metabolic syndrome. In the results on body composition, a significant decrease was showed in weight, body fat mass, %fat and BMI after the exercise program. In the results on the factors of metabolic syndrome, a significant decrease was showed in WHR, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, HDL-C and glucose. With regard to effects on health-related physical fitness as well, the whole group showed significant changes after the exercise program.
와류식 교반기를 이용한 폴리프로필렌 입자의 혼합 거동에 대한 수모델 연구

Water model experiments were carried out to understand the mixing behavior of reducing agents in molten slag through vortex stirrer, which makes use of a gravitational energy to mix reducing agent in the molten slag without imparting artificial energy. At a water flow rate of 6 L/min vortex was not generated, and a stable vortex was formed when the water flow rate was 7 L/min or higher with the present experimental apparatus. Water level increased linearly with increasing the water flow rate. In the upper vortex region, the vertical and horizontal velocities slightly decreased with increasing the water flow rate, whereas those in the lower vortex region increased remarkably. Accordingly, strong mixing behavior was obtained in the lower vortex region. Owing to the strong centrifugal force, particles move downwards with approaching the funnel wall. When 40 grams of polypropylene particles added to the lower vortex, they were instantaneously mixed well.
