        훼리틴 생산 재조합 효모의 철분 결핍성 빈혈 개선 효과

        This study examined whether or not the iron that is accumulated in the recombinant microbes that produce ferritin is bioavailable to rats with iron deficiency. Rats induced with iron deficiency were treated with iron preparations of $Fe(NH_4)_2(SO_4)_2$, horse spleen ferritin, control yeast, and ferritin-producing recombinant yeast for 14 days. The bioavailability of iron was examined by measuring hemoglobin concentration, hematocrit value, and tissue iron stores. Differences between dietary groups were determined by one-way ANOVA, at the level of significance p<0.05. Based on hemoglobin concentration and hematocrit value, iron in $Fe(NH_4)_2(SO_4)_2$, horse spleen ferritin, and ferritin-producing yeast were bioavailable in rats and cured iron deficiency. The efficacy of ferritin and ferritin-producing yeast was confirmed in establishing tissue iron stores after the induction of iron deficiency. The iron sources of ferritin and the ferritin-producing yeast seemed to be as effective for the recovery from iron deficiency as the iron compounds of ferric citrate and ferrous ammonium sulfate. The results suggest that the iron stored in ferritin of the recombinant yeast is bioavailable, and that the recombinant yeast may contribute widely as a source of iron to resolve the global problem of iron deficiency.

        1. The rapid increasing elderly population represents a significant increase in the population with dementia. So, studies on the method for the prevention of dementia are necessary. 2. In oriental medicine, the causes of dementia are based on the deficiency of Jeong(精;essence of the body), the lack of bone marrow, and abnormal brain function. Emotional stress, bad habits of lifestyle including eating habits are also responsible for dementia. They causes dementia by blocking the circulation of Gi(氣) such as Suseunghwagang(水升火降;ascending kidney water and descending heart fire) and suppressing the function of Danjeon(丹田; the hypogastric center). 3. Gochi(叩齒) is a sort of mastication that facilitate salivation and secretion of parotin, next step is swallowing saliva. These supplement Jeong(精) of the five viscera and the six entrails(五臟六腑), promote Suseunghwagang(水升火降), and advance the function of the hypogastric center (丹田) and activate the brain. 4. So this paper draw a conclusion that Gochi(叩齒) is negatively related to the causes of dementia and it will be useful in preventing dementia.

        The purpose of this study is to learn the current perception of Total Smart Mirror Display devised with IoT, focused on Hair beauty industry. In detail, this study is to analyze domestic and foreign precedented case studies and conditions of Smart Mirror in beauty industry, and to learn, through survey, the real condition of use of Hair Smart Mirror, which is devised and applied according to the actual state of our country. First, the mean comparison for Total Smart Mirror by gender showed that Function1, Technology 2 and 3 had differences. Second, the mean comparison each by age, external design, function, marketing and technologies showed that Function 4, Marketing 1 to 3, Technology 1 and 3 had differences.

        보육교사의 과학 교과교육학지식과 과학교수태도에 있어서 과학교수불안의 매개효과 연구

        본 연구는 보육교사를 대상으로 과학교수불안이 과학 교과교육학지식과 과학교수태도를 어떻게 매개하는지를 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 대도시, 중소도시, 농어촌 지역의 어린이집에 재직 중인 보육교사 196명을 대상으로 무선표집하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 사용된 설문지는 과학 교과교육학지식, 과학교수태도, 과학교수불안에 대한 내용이며, 자료분석은 PASW 20.0과 AMOS 18.0을 이용하여 과학 교과교육학지식, 과학교수태도, 과학교수불안 간의 상관관계를 검토하고 구조방정식을 이용한 완전매개와 부분매개모형을 비교·분석하였다. 그 결과, 과학 교과교육학지식과 과학교수태도 간의 관계에서 과학교수 상태불안과 과학교수 특성불안이 부분적인 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 과학교수태도에 있어 보육교사의 과학 교과교육학지식과 과학교수 상태불안, 과학교수 특성불안의 중요성을 알 수 있었다. 본 결과를 토대로 예비 보육교사와 현직 보육교사의 과학 교과교육학지식 향상과 과학교수 상태불안, 과학교수 특성불안 감소를 위한 보육교사 교육의 필요성을 제시하고 유아 과학교수를 위한 시사점과 후속연구를 위한 제언을 하였다. This study examined the mediating effect of science teaching anxiety and the relationship between pedagogical content knowledge of science teaching and attitude on science teaching among child care teachers. Cluster random sampling of 196 teachers working in daycare center at major cities, small and medium-sized cities, and rural areas have responded to a set of questionnaires measuring pedagogical content knowledge of science teaching, attitude on science teaching, and science teaching anxiety. Using PASW 20.0 and AMOS 18.0, the correlation among pedagogical content knowledge of science teaching, attitude on science teaching, and science teaching anxiety was analyzed. Then, using the structural equation model, a comparative analysis has been conducted between a full mediating model and a partial mediating model. The results indicated that science teaching anxiety had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between pedagogical content knowledge of science teaching and attitude on science teaching, which means that pedagogical content knowledge of science teaching had both direct and indirect effects. Based on the findings of this study, we emphasized the importance of in-service and pre-service child care teachers`` pedagogical content knowledge of science teaching and science teaching anxiety, and suggested several ideas for the future study.

        간호대학생의 간호전문직관에 영향을 미치는 요인

        Purpose: This study was conducted to examine the correlations among nursing professionalism, major satisfaction, self leadership and ego-resilience of nursing students. Methods: The subjects were 110 nursing students recruited from one university. Data were collected using structured questionnaire, and analyzed with the SPSS/SIN 23.0 program. Results: The results indicate that nursing students have levels of nursing professionalism, major satisfaction, self leadership and ego-resilience that are higher than the median. Nursing professionalism showed differences according to plans for after graduation and subjective health status. Nursing professionalism was significantly correlated with major satisfaction, self leadership and ego-resilience. Conclusion: Major satisfaction was the most influential factor predicting greater nursing professionalism. Thus, these factors should be considered when developing a program for enhancing nursing professionalism.

        유치원 교사의 어려움과 지원요구: 유치원 예비교사, 초임교사, 경력교사를 중심으로

        This study analyzes the difficulties that student teachers, beginning teachers and experienced teachers face in the field of kindergarten, and urgent support requests. The total of participants was 372 of this number, 122 were student teachers, 118 were beginning teachers and 132 were experienced teachers. The results showed the difference in difficulties and the needed support requests among student teachers, beginning teachers and experienced teachers. Student teachers had the difficulty of time management, but beginning teachers and experienced teachers had trouble due to the nonexistence of assistant teachers. Student teachers required teaching strategies for starting relationships with children within responsibility. Beginning teachers and experienced teachers regarded the plan, practice, and evaluation of a program as the most needed support request. Collectively, the results revealed that expansion of the practice period is necessary for student teachers so that they can gain experience with children, parents, and the children`s education institution with various opportunities as a learning course.

        간호학생의 다중지능과 비판적 사고 성향

        Purpose: This study was conducted to examine relationships between critical thinking disposition and multiple intelligences. Method: Participants were nursing students (N=186) who completed a questionnaire assessing critical thinking disposition and multiple intelligences. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, analysis of variance with post hoc comparison, and Pearson correlation coefficients. Results: For type of multiple intelligences, 32.9% of students had the strongest fit for “interpersonal intelligence” type and 20.1% for “intrapersonal intelligence” type. Mean score for critical thinking disposition was 3.42±0.37. Factors related to critical thinking disposition were participation in club activities (F=5.962, p=.001) with a representative role in the club (t=2.140, p=.034). There were significant differences in interpersonal intelligence scores by personality traits (t=2.445, p=.015), participation in club activities (F=10.003, p<.001), and friendship (t=2.539, p=.012); and significant differences in intrapersonal intelligence scores by participation in club activities (F=3.862, p=.010), having a representative role in the club (t=2.101, p=.037), and friendship (t=2.220, p=.029). Conclusion: Results indicate that critical thinking disposition is significantly associated with multiple intelligences and suggest that multiple intelligences should be considered to enhance critical thinking disposition when tailored teaching is adopted in nursing education.
